Doflamingo looms over a battered Trafalgar Law, who is bound in seastone cuffs. Doflamingo smirks and says, "FUFUFU! LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE MISSING THE KEY TO THOSE CUFFS, EH, LAWI" Law glares back furiously. In a massive splash panel, Doflamingo's strings slice through the air as he shouts, "WHY THE HELL ARE YOU HERE!I" while Law yells, "DOF LAMINGO!" A small creature laughs "FUFU FUFU!" Doflamingo lands and declares, "I'VE COME TO SAVE YOU!" Law retorts, "WHAT A LAME TRAP YOU'VE GOTTEN YOURSELVES INTO... SECRET PASSAGEI HAH!"

Ucy the bull charges wildly, smashing through debris with Law riding on its back. Explosions and impact lines fill the air as Ucy bellows "MOOO!" and "MOOO-GLUB! MOOOO-GLUB!" Law shouts, "DITCH HIM, STRAW HAT-YA! UCY!" The bull rams forward, sending Doflamingo's forces flying. Law grits his teeth in determination while Ucy's horns and body crash through the environment, creating massive shockwaves and debris.

Doflamingo stands tall, strings crackling around him, and mocks, "LITERALLY ANYONE COULD HAVE KILLED YOU PEONS! PATHETIC! AT THIS RATE, WHY DOES THIS ALL FEEL SO ROUTINE!I" He continues, "I'VE RESPECTED THAT ABILITY OF YOURS SINCE THE WAR OF THE GREATEST! REALLY, HATS OFF! BUT TO THINK THAT THE REAL MAN HIMSELF IS THIS BIG OF AN IDIOT!" Law, bloodied and breathing heavily, lies on the ground as Doflamingo adds, "EVEN AS A CHILD, YOU WERE MORE RUTHLESS, MORE CUNNING! WASN'T IT SO!I WHY'D YOU CHOOSE HIM, LAWI HONESTLY, I THOUGHT SO MUCH BETTER OF YOU!" Ucy lies defeated nearby while Law stares up defiantly.

Law stands over a fallen figure in the rubble, shouting furiously, "SHUT IT! I HAVE NO DESIRE TO TURN INTO SOMEONE LIKE YOU! I WAS SAVED!" A towering striped figure looms above him and demands, "WHO IN THE WORLD TURNED YOU INTO SUCH A GUTLESS COWARD!I" Law retorts from the ground as the striped man laughs, "FUFU FUFU! BY MY LITTLE BROTHER CORAZON!I HAH! IF YOU AREN'T A COWARD... THEN WHY ARE YOU GOING TO DIE A COWARD'S DEATHI" A metallic "KACHA..." sounds as the man reaches down. Suddenly Luffy bursts in with a flying kick, yelling, "STOP RIGHT THERE! DON'T YOU DARE LAY A HAND ON MR. STRAW HAT!" The impact sends debris flying as the striped man reels back.

Luffy lands and checks on the others while the striped man and a horned ally gape in shock. "ARE YOU ALL RIGHT, MR. STRAW HAT!I" the horned man cries. Luffy answers, "Y-YOU GUYS!" A massive "ZUZUZUZUZU" rumble shakes the area as the striped man laughs "FUFU FUFU FUFU!!" and the horned man screams "WHAAA AAAT!I" The shaking stops. In the aftermath the horned man mutters, "I DUNNO WHAT YOU'RE BABBLING ABOUT BUT LET'S JUST GET THE HELL OUTTA HERE!" while examining a broken puppet-like figure. "SO THAT WAS A CLONE LET AFTER ALL! A THREAD PUPPET!" he realizes as "RUSTLE..." sounds echo from the cracked stone wall.

Law, sweating, speaks with Luffy and the others: "HE PROBABLY SENT IT JUST TO MOCK US... YOU IDIOT...THAT WAS A FAKE. BUT, THAT THING...WAS THAT HIS LOWER HALF!I THE HELL'S GOING ON!I" Luffy replies, "OH, NO, NOT AT ALL! OH MY, NO NEED! WE MADE IT...THANKS, GUYS." Realization hits the horned man: "WHAT SIMPLETONS! THEY FELL FOR IT, HOOK, LINE, AND SINKER! HE DUPED US! AH! THAT REMINDS ME! THAT KELLY FUNK BASTARD!" He warns, "IF WE'RE NOT CAREFUL, THERE'S NO TELLING WHEN WE'LL GET SNUCK UP ON BY THE ENEMY! THAT ASSASSIN, KELLY, JUST GOT ERASED IN AN INSTANT!" A distant explosion rocks the city as someone shouts, "DOFLAMINGO SHOWED UP!"

On the second level of the colosseum army side, fighters argue: "LET'S START GETTING RID OF THESE FODDER, ONE AT A TIME! STRAW HAT STILL HASN'T SHOWN UP! YER SHITTY UNDERLINGS AIN'T NO MATCH FOR US! KYA! NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED BY THE TROOPS ON THE FIRST LEVEL!" A map shows the levels. Elsewhere Luffy's group reaches a broken passage. "WE'VE COMPLETELY BEEN LEFT BEHIND. EVERYONE ELSE IS ALREADY ON THE SECOND LEVEL! WHAT'S GOING ON OUTSIDE!I WHAT HAPPENED TO CABBAGE AND THE OTHERS!I WE WERE ACTUALLY SAVED BY THAT GUY! EVEN THOUGH HE MADE US LOOK LIKE IDIOTS!" Kyros lies nearby, thinking, "THIS IS... KYROS ARRIVES ON THE FIRST LEVEL." In the streets below Luffy stretches his arm and roars, "ELEPHANT GUN!!!" smashing through enemies as he yells "GOMU GOMU NO..." and a bystander gasps "WHA-!I"

Explosions and chaos erupt across the first level inside the well as fighters clash. A man on horseback rears back in shock, shouting, "WHAT IN BLAZES!I" Below, another figure stares in disbelief: "HE ACTUALLY TURNED IT INTO A SECRET PASSAGE!" Allies call out, "ALRIGHT! YOU GUYS! TAKE CARE OF UCY!" as the group begins descending. A spiky-haired man in a dark outfit with circular patterns points accusingly and roars, "YOU FOOLS! ARE YOU GOING TO ALLOW YOUR ENEMIES TO ESCAPE YOUR SIGHT!I" Nearby combatants react with alarm: "SOME NEW FORCE HAS MADE QUITE THE RUCKUS!" and "WH-WHAT!I SO THERE'S MORE OF THEM!I"

The group spots a ventilation shaft amid the fighting. "THIS VENTILATION SHAFT..." one notes as they press forward. A massive clash follows with dramatic impact lines and cries of "HIYAA!!" and "GYAAH!" as swords swing and bodies tumble. In a close-up, a dark-haired man with intense eyes shouts, "IT'S STRAW HAT AND LAW!! MINGO! I'M COMING FOR YOU, YOU BAS-TARD!!"
