The creature replies, 'WHAT HAVE YOU COME HERE FORI PERHAPS YOU'VE BROUGHT ME "STRAW HAT'S" HEADI' A large 'わああああああ' cry continues amid the tension.

Doflamingo glares with a menacing grin and says '...FUFUFU! YOU REALLY GET RIGHT TO IT, DON'T YOU...BELLAMY...' Bellamy the Hyena, covered in wounds and wearing a black coat with a jolly roger, stands tall and retorts 'WANT ANYTHING OF ME...!I DO YOU NO LONGER...' In flashbacks, Doflamingo states 'FROM THE VERY BEGINNING... YOU AND I DESIRE DIFFERENT THINGS...OUR GOALS HAVE NOT BEEN THE SAME...' Bellamy recalls '—BUT ME... I WAS DIFFERENT...ANYTHING WAS FINE BY ME. YOU JUST HAD TO BECOME A "PIRATE."' Doflamingo then declares with a wild expression, 'TO DES— TROY THIS [WORLD]!!! AS LONG AS I WAS ABLE...' Bellamy reacts with shock as '!!!' and '!I'. The page labels him 'PIRATE (195,000,000 ฿) BELLAMY THE HYENA'.

Explosions rip through the city streets as the Colosseum army clashes with the Donquixote Family. A voice shouts, "WE'VE GOT TO HURRY ON AHEAD!!" Another commands, "CLEAR THE WAY, CHILDREN!!" A woman screams "KYAAA!!" as rubble flies. Signs label the area: "SECOND FLOOR" and "THE ROYAL PALACE'S PLATEAU." Below, "COLOSSEUM ARMY VS DON QUIXOTE FAMILY" marks the battlefield. In close-up, Suleiman grins wildly and declares, ""DECAPITATOR" SULEIMAN....!" Cavendish stares in shock, thinking "I" and asking, "HEY, WHO IS THIS I'M SEEING RIGHT NOWI" Suleiman laughs maniacally, "KYAAAA, I JUST LOOOVE "EXECUTING" TOO!!!" He swings his massive sword through enemies while taunting, "THEY WERE ALL ENEMIES OF WAR TO BE EXECUTED, WEREN'T THEYI" Cavendish yells, "HOW MANY HEADS HAVE YOU SEVEREDI! 100I 1000I" and "KYAAA WHAT A SCARY NAME!!" as Suleiman dances amid the carnage with musical notes and impact lines.

Suleiman leaps high with his sword drawn, the impact sending debris flying as he strikes. Cavendish reacts in the lower panels, exclaiming, "A FAMILY OFFICERI!" Suleiman is named again as "SULEIMAN!" Cavendish grins with a heart, thinking "GRIN ♡" while watching the fight. Suleiman continues his rampage, shouting "KYAA AAAAA AA!!!" as he cuts down foes. The scene shows him mid-air in a powerful slash, with motion lines and dust clouds emphasizing the speed and force of his attack.

A massive figure in a black coat with white circles stands tall, ordering, "BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THE OFFICERS!!!" Nearby, a bearded man in a cap reacts with surprise. Explosions rock the town as a massive structure collapses in Dressrosa South Village "Sebio". Townspeople flee amid smoke and debris while soldiers shout orders. A wounded man cries out, "MY FAMILY WAS GOING TO BE KILLED!! I WAS SO SCARED...!!" Another replies, "I'M SORRY, I'M SORRY!! THANK YOU...!!" Nearby, fighters yell, "GET SOME MEDICAL CARE TOO!! THEY'VE BEEN SHOT!!" and "WE'VE CAUGHT HIM!! HURRY, GET THE ROPE!!!" A captive groans, "UUUUGH!!" In the next scene a leaping figure declares, "HE'S TOGETHER WITH FIVE STAR GOD USOPP!!" while another shouts, "I KNOW WHERE KING RIKU IS!!" A man with a club insists, "DO NOT BLAME YOURSELVES, YOU WERE ALL MANIPULATED AT THE HANDS OF DOFLAMINGO!!" A desperate voice adds, "I STABBED MY FRIEND!! DAMMIT!!! I WAS THE ONE WHO SET FIRE TO THE TOWN, I'M SORRY!!" The group resolves, "ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, WE'RE GOING TO END THIS GAME...!!"

Rebels plan their next move atop the rubble. One declares, "WE'LL LURE THEM OUT WITH OUR 'CAPTIVES'!" Another commands, "LET'S TAKE KING RIKU AND GOD USOPP PRISONER!" A stern fighter warns, "WE'RE ONLY CAPTURING THEM. DO NOT HARM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES...!! OTHERWISE, THIS GAME WILL CONTINUE UNTIL EVERYONE IS DEAD!!!" The order spreads: "GO, COMMUNICATE IT OVER THE ENTIRE COUNTRY!! HEAD FOR THE KING'S PLATEAU!!!" The scene shifts to the SMILE Factory interior where workers react to distant tremors. Someone yells, "GYAA!!" A voice asks, "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT HUGE EARTHQUAKE JUST NOW, ANYWAYI!" Another replies, "THAT IS SOMETHING YOU NEED NOT CONCERN YOURSELVES WITH!!!" Factory staff shout, "HURRY AND GET THIS SAD TANK BACK UP AND FIXED!!" and "DO YOU NOT WANT YOUR PRINCESS MANSHELLY'S SICKNESS TO GET BETTERI!"

Inside the factory, workers panic. One cries, "GYAA AAA AAA!!" while another barks, "HAAAAHNI SHUT YOUR MOUTH AND WORK!!" A girl shouts, "ARE THE PEOPLE OF DRESSROSA OKAYI! IS GREEN BIT OKAYI!" The command appears: "TEXT. OPEN THE LOCK FROM THE INSIDE!" A large man roars, "WORK YOUR ASSES OFF YOU LITTLE SHITS!!" as another yells, "ALL YOU NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IS MAKING SMILE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!" Japanese text "ふかからカギをあけろ！" flashes. In the lower panels small figures react: "INHEL!! WICCA!!" "BIAN!!" "THEY ARE PINK BEES!!" and "THOSE WORDS..."

The group realizes the trap. A man yells, "HEY, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU STARING OFF INTO THE DISTANCE FORI!" The narration states, "TEXT. WE'VE BEEN TRICKED!!" A shocked voice asks, "WHAT ARE THEY TALKING ABOUTI" Another gasps, "EHI WE'VE BEEN TRICKEDI" The warning spreads: "THEY NOTICED!! BIAN!!" and "'PINK BEES'!! NEXT WORDS!!" A fierce fighter growls, "I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON, BUT THERE'S ONE THING I DO KNOW..." The narration reads, "TEXT. FIGHT!!!" while large text "たたかえ!!!" dominates the panel. An ally shouts, "ALRIGHT! WE GOT THROUGH!!" A comrade warns, "YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH, STUPID UNDERLING-!!!" as another insists, "FRIENDS DON'T LIE!!!" Impact sounds and motion lines fill the chaotic fight.

On the second floor of the royal palace plateau, soldiers charge forward on horseback amid chaos. "MAKE SURE TO KEEP THEM CONFINED!!" one shouts. "IF WE CAPTURE THE OFFICERS..." another adds. A small inset shows the path toward the royal palace. Below, Luffy and a soldier-guy ride together. The soldier yells, "WHEN THE HELL DID YOU GET ON ANYWAYI!" Luffy replies, "AH!! SOLDIER-GUY!! GREAT! I WAS LOOKING FOR YOU!" The soldier snaps, "WAIT A SEC... THAT'S ONE TOO MANY!! WHO THE HELL ARE YOUI!" Luffy declares, "I'M GOING TO BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF THE BAD GUYS!!" and "I'M GOING TO CUT THE WALL OPEN AND MAKE A PATH!!" The soldier retorts, "HAVE YOU BEEN STALKING US OR SOMETHINGI!" Luffy explains, "I FOLLOWED YOU THROUGH THE ROAD THAT LUFFYLAND MADE." He continues, "AND I'LL CLIMB RIGHT ON UP THE THIRD FLOOR!!" The soldier panics, "REBECCA'S BEHIND ENEMY LINESI! WHY DIDN'T YOU STOP HERI! ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO MEI!" Luffy grins, "ACQUAINTANCE OR NOT, WE'RE OVER OUR WEIGHT CAPACITY!! GET THE HELL OFF!! WE'RE GOING TO BE MEETING UP WITH REBECCA!!"

The soldier presses, "BY THE WAY, OLD MAN, WHY ARE YOU LEANING FORWARD AGAINST THE VERY FRONT LIKE THATI" Luffy answers, "SHE'S OKAY!! SHE'S TOGETHER WITH ONE OF MY NAKAMA." The soldier continues, "SHE'S ON THE 'CAPTURE' LIST AS WELL!!!" and "SHE'S WAITING TO MEET UP WITH US IN THE SUNFLOWER FIELDS ON THE FOURTH FLOOR!" He adds, "LISTEN ALREADY!! MY BELOVED HORSE FARUL CAN ONLY RUN BEAUTIFULLY WITH TWO RIDERS! A COW WOULD HAVE HAD A BIGGER BACK..." A close-up shows a fierce man thinking, "THERE IS A MAN THAT I WANT TO KILL WITH THESE HANDS... NO MATTER WHAT I MUST DO...!!!" and "WITHIN THE FAMILY'S TOP OFFICERS..." Another figure thinks, "NO MATTER HOW THE SITUATION SPINS OUT... I HAVE BUT ONE THING I WANT TO DO...!!!" Luffy reacts with shock, "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT NOWI! THIS IS THE WORST!!" The soldier warns, "WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING!!! KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE ROAD, THE ROAD!!" Chaos erupts as fighters clash. A large man yells, "WHAT'S WITH THESE GUYS SUDDENLY-EEEEEE!!!" Another shouts, "WE'LL STOP THESE GUYS!!!" Cavendish commands, "KEEP PRESSING FORWARD!! 'STRAW HAT'!!" Background text notes, "THEY WERE FIGHTING ALL OVER THE PLACE AND UNORGANIZED UNTIL JUST NOW!!" Luffy and the soldier ride through the fray. Luffy yells, "WE HAVE TO WIN THIS 'WAR'!!" Cavendish's group calls, "HEY, HEY!! I'M NOT SOME HORSE-DRAWN CARRIAGE FOR YOU TO RIDE ON!!" and "LET'S MAKE SURE WE SEND THEM ON THEIR WAY, CAVENDISH!!" "IT IS OUR DUTY TO SEE YOU PASS AHEAD!!" A small figure laughs, "GAMA-HAHA!! THAT'S WHY I'M THE 'TACTICIAN'-GAMA!! THIS IS 'WAR'!!!" Luffy reacts in shock, "WHATI! WHAT HAPPENED, YOU GUYSI!"

Explosive action erupts with "ZAN EXUPERY!" and "JET GATLING ~!!!" Luffy unleashes a barrage of punches. A soldier cries, "NOW YOU'VE GONE AND DONE IT..." as another is struck, "DARUMA—!!" and "AAH HH!!" A voice shouts, "WHAT THE HELLI! LET GO OF ME DAMNIT!!!" while "GRAB" and "GAMA-HAHA..." fill the air. Luffy strains, "...HAVE STARTED TO COME TOGETHER!!!" and "SHIT!! THOSE SOLDIERS THAT WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE..." He stretches with "GOMU GOMU NO!!" and "BIKEN...!!" A final cry rings out, "HEAD FOR THE TOP~!!!"
