A massive explosion erupts from the ground, shattering stone and sending debris flying. "!!I" A small figure is hurled backward amid the blast. The helmeted fighter with the top hat is struck and sent tumbling through the air. "!I" More impacts "ギュ..." follow as the fighter is knocked around. In a close-up, a masked woman with wide eyes watches the chaos. "A TOY CAN ONLY RUN SO FAST." she states calmly as the battle rages on.

The top-hatted fighter declares, "THE THINGS I CAN CAUSE TO BURST ARE MY OWN BODY......AND ANY..." He reveals, "I ATE THE PAMU PAMU NO MI... I'M A "PUNCTURE-MAN"!!!" while striking a dramatic pose. The top-hatted fighter launches a powerful aerial kick. "JET STAMP!!!" he yells as the impact creates a massive shockwave and sends the masked woman reeling. "!!I" More strikes land with "!!" "イ゛ギャァ!!" The woman is slammed into debris. In the aftermath, the fighter lies injured, coughing, while the masked woman stands over him. "*COUGH*!! WHO'S THEREI!!" he gasps as the scene settles amid scattered wreckage.

Luffy grips the helmeted soldier tightly while Viola stands nearby in the ruined corridor. A voice shouts, "STRAW HAT!! WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO TALK!!!" The helmeted soldier's head is struck hard, shattering the visor with the impact labeled "HELMET PUNCTURE!!!" The soldier screams, "GUAAH-HHHH!" and "AAAHHH!!" Luffy stares in horror, "OH, NO, NO!!!" Viola cries out, "VIOLA-SAMA!!!" Luffy looks down the stairs in panic. The soldier tumbles. Luffy then apologizes frantically, "THE STAIRS AREN'T THAT WAY....!! Viola shouts after the falling figure, "WHERE ARE YOU GOINGI!" The soldier plummets through debris with a scream, "AAAH-HH!!" Luffy peers over the broken railing and calls, "ABOUT THERE, RIGHTI!" The soldier crashes below amid rubble. Luffy continues searching, "WHERE DID THEY VANISH TOI!" The helmeted soldier lands in a crouch and glances around, "HMMI!" while muttering, "ふぅ..."

A servant cries out in shock, "YOUNG MASTERI!I WHY ARE YOU HEREI!" as Doflamingo appears. Another voice shouts "AH!!" while a sheep-like figure flees down a hallway with sound effects "カラン ドン" and "カラン ドン". Doflamingo looms massively in the center, declaring "MY NAME IS DON-QUIXO..." A girl exclaims, "'YOUNG MASTER' IS WHAT THEY CALL DO-FLAMINGO!!" and "HMI! 'YOUNG MASTER'I!" Servants report, "THERE ARE INTRUDERS INSIDE THE PALACE!!" and "I AM YOUNG MASTER!!" TO KEEP CAUSING POINTLESS CHAOS HERE!!! SO LET'S GET FIGHTING!!!" while thinking, "IF I LET THESE PEOPLE CHASE ME DOWN INTO THE UNDER-GROUND... I'LL JUST BE CAUSING MORE TROUBLE FOR THE DWARFS!!!" Usopp, in his Usoland persona, shouts from below, "WE'RE COUNTING ON YOU, USOLAND!!!" as Franky roars, "I'LL HANDLE THINGS HERE!!" and the soldiers yell, "BRING IT ON!!!" and "THE SOP OPERATION IS UP TO YOU GUYS!!!" A massive impact erupts with "ドゴォォォン" as the battle intensifies.

The scene shifts to the underground trading port remains of the officers' tower. A voice notes, "INTRUDERS, APPARENTLY, BUT SEEING AS THEY'RE UP AGAINST TREBOL-SAMA... I ALMOST FEEL SORRY FOR THEM. THEY'RE AS GOOD AS DEAD." Someone exclaims, "WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED HEREI!" Sugar, panicked, cries out as a voice commands, "NOW!! PUT THE GRAPE INTO HER MOUTH!!" She screams, "AAAAHHHH!!" and later, "I WAS CARELESS!!" Usopp's group urges, "WE'RE COUNTING ON YOU, USOPP... YOU'RE THE ONLY CHANCE WE HAVE LEFT!!" while Sugar pleads, "YOU HAVE TO TURN US ALL BACK INTO HUMANS!!" Usopp stands determined as a hand reaches out with "摸!" and the narration shows the chaos of the transformed toys and destruction around them.

Sugar reacts in horror, thinking, "IT MUST BE POISON. IT SMELLS AWFUL." A cloaked figure laughs, "BEHHE-HEHEHE-HEH!!" while another voice complains, "HOW MANY TIMES ARE THESE IDIOTS GONNA TRY ATTACKINGII!! THEY KEPT TRYING TO PUT THIS INTO MY MOUTH..."
