A man holding a wanted poster yells, "THAT PICTURE LOOKS JUST LIKE YOU. TELL ME, WHICH PART OF THIS IS ME!!!" Luffy grins widely and replies, "SHUT UP!!! WHY IS MY PICTURE THE ONLY ONE HAND-DRAWN!!!I" "HEY, HOW MUCH LONGER ARE YOU GONNA STAY DEPRESSEDI IT'S PRETTY GOOD TO GET A BOUNTY THAT HIGH FOR THE FIRST TIME, YOU KNOW." Another figure grimaces, "... THEY'RE HERE. HRMMI" as a massive jaw opens with "BROOOO!!!" and "GE-GAAH!" accompanied by "KUNUU". Debris and smoke fill the devastated landscape.

Iceburg appears in close-up, smiling confidently while explaining, "IT WILL BE ABLE TO CROSS ANY KIND OF SEA. THIS SHIP IS QUITE AMAZING. I WAS ASTONISHED WHEN I SAW THE BLUEPRINTS." He continues, "WELCOME... UNFORTUNATELY, FRANKY'S NOT AROUND, BUT THE SHIP IS READY. ALLOW ME TO SHOW YOU THE SHIP INSTEAD." Luffy, now flanked by Sanji and Usopp, yells impatiently, "JUST SHOW ME ALREADY!!!" as Usopp adds, "FRANKY ALSO LEFT YOU A MESSAGE, STRAWHAT." The group reacts with shock as a huge torn note unfurls dramatically with the words: "THEN SET SAIL WITH THE 'KING OF BEASTS'!!!" and "IF YOU WILL BE THE PIRATE KING ONE DAY," accompanied by massive SFX "ばさっ!!!" and frantic motion lines.

The crew reacts with excitement: "IT'S HUGE!!! IT'S BEYOND AMAZING!!!" and "WHO-OOOOO-OH!!!"

Chopper examines the figurehead closely, declaring, "NMAAA, I THINK IT'S A LION, NOT A FLOWER. THE INSIDE IS GREAT, TOO!!!" with SFX "ドタドタ..." THAT'S THE ONLY WAY TO SET HIM FREE." Another replies, "A DUTYI NOTHING MORE THAN A SILLY TENACITY, IF YOU ASK ME." The scene shifts to the Backstreet, Franky House. A voice asks, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING BACK HEREI" Franky sits atop the wreckage and declares, "THIS IS THE FRANKY HOUSE!! MY HOUSE." A figure responds, "...BUT...!!" Franky roars in close-up, "BRO!! YOU WANT TO GO WITH THE STRAWHAT S, DON'T YOU!I" and adds, "... I'LL STOP WITH THE CHIT-CHAT, BRO....!!!"

Franky Family members shout, "WE JUST ASKED STRAWHAT-SAN AND THE REST A FAVOR!! WE ASKED THEM TO TAKE YOU WITH THEM TO THE SEA, BRO!!" Franky glares and retorts, "OF COURSE NOT....!!! LOOK AT THIS, WITH YOUR SKILLS, YOU CAN'T EVEN BUILD A DECENT ENOUGH HOUSE. YOU'RE GONNA BE THEIR SHIPWRIGHT!!" Another voice calls, "IDIOTS, GO MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!!" The family continues, "WE'VE NEVER SEEN YOU THAT HAPPY, BRO!!" and "BUT WE REALIZED THAT YOU COULD SMILE SO HAPPILY. SEEING YOU ACTUALLY BUILD A SHIP....! THAT MIGHT'VE BEEN OUR FIRST TIME." They accuse, "YOU KNEW THAT THE STRAWHATS WERE LOOKING FOR A SHIPWRIGHT, SO YOU RAN AWAY FROM THEM, DIDN'T YOU!I"

Franky tells the family, "YOU CAN'T STAY WITH US ANYMORE. WE DON'T WANT TO BE A BURDEN TO YOU!!" A member reacts to a wanted poster, "WANTED POSTER...!!! I KNEW I'D GET ONE." Franky holds up the poster of himself and shouts, "LOOK AT THIS, BRO!!!" The family protests, "WHOA!!I" and "BUT I FOUND YOU AND FED YOU. YOU WERE ALL ABOUT TO DIE IN THE BACKSTREET, YOU WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE SURVIVED IF IT WEREN'T FOR ME... DON'T GIVE ME ANY OF THAT CRAP!! WHO CARES ABOUT THE MARINES!I" In the chaos, someone yells, "GOOD JOB!! PASS IT OVER!! DON'T LET HIM GET IT BACK!!!" and "PANTS!I WHO CARES ABOUT PANTS...I WAIT!!" Another cries, "I GOT HIS PANTS!!!"

Franky, pantsless, yells "HIEEEK!!! IT'S THE BEST PAIR I HAVE!!!" while demanding, "... GIVE ME BACK MY PANTS, PUNK." He attacks with "STRONG RIGHT!!!" shouting, "BRING IT ON!!! YOU KNOW YOU'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO DEFEAT ME EVEN IF YOU GANG UP ON ME, DON'T YOU!I" The family counters, "SPLIT UP!! LET'S GO!!!" and "RUN!!! PASS IT OVER HERE, BUDDY!!! HEAD TOWARDS SOUTH-EAST!!!" A voice screams, "GYAAH!!!" Franky bellows, "JUST ONE SURVIVOR IS ENOUGH!!!! BRING THE PANTS TO STRAWHAT-SAN!!! BRING THE PANTS TO THE SHIPWRECK ISLAND!!!"

The back streets erupt into chaos. "THE BACK-STREET HAS BECOME A WARZONE!!" A figure with a star-emblazoned shield blocks the path, gasping, "....!! CAN'T TAKE IT ANY MORE!!" Luffy suddenly appears in the middle of the fray, hand outstretched, shouting, "TOSS IT OVER!!!" A shocked voice cries, "STRAWHAT- SAN!!II" while another yells, "....!! STRAWHAT-!!!" Luffy grins widely as the object is passed toward him.

Franky looms close, roaring, "DID YOU LIKE THE SHIP!!II" Luffy beams with excitement, replying, "I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN INCREDIBLE SHIP! THANKS!!!" and "... YEAH!!!" Franky continues proudly, "I PUT EVERYTHING YOU REQUESTED!!" "DID YOU SEE MY NEW INVENTION, THE 'SOLDIER DOCK SYSTEM'!!I" "GAN!!" "... OF COURSE." Nearby, a woman yells, "GO AWAY!!!" "A PER- VERT!!" "DIE WITH CAPITAL PUNISH- MENT!!" while other citizens react in alarm to the ongoing commotion around the massive ship and Franky's exposed state.

Franky enthusiastically describes the ship's features: "YOU'LL GET TO EAT FRESH FISH ALL THE TIME!!" "THE ENTIRE ROOM IS LIKE AN AQUARIUM!! YOU GUYS CAN HAVE DINNER THERE OR SOMETHING!!" "FOR BOTH YOU AND ME!!!" "THE SHIP IS THE GREATEST 'DREAM SHIP'" The scene shifts to action as the Franky Family fires the massive "NANDEMO CANNON," with cries of "FIRE!! 'NANDEMO CANNON'!!!" "AIM AT THE SHIPWRECK ISLAND!!" Chopper appears amid the blast, and voices shout, "FRANKY FAMILY SPECIAL- ITY!!" "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!!I" "WHOA!!" "GET IN"

Chopper yelps "BEEEH!I" while someone notes "HE GOT THERE BEFORE HIS PANTS!!" Below, a crowd reacts in panic with "WHAT IS THAT!I" and "LOOK, THE PER-VERT!!" as the scene shifts to Shipwreck Island. The massive impact shakes the ruined dock with a thunderous "ドーン!!" Franky stares in disbelief, muttering "...NMAA, LOOK AT THIS..." while bystanders gape at the destruction.
