YOU DON'T NEED TO BUILD YOUR SHIP IN A PLACE LIKE THIS, YOU KNOWI". Iceburg tells the group, "ALL RIGHT, LET US SHOW YOU THE SKILLS OF SHIPWRIGHTS FROM DOCK ONE! DON'T HOLD ME BACK, GOT THAT!I" Workers cheer and ask about back-street help.

A newsboy runs shouting "IT'S TODAY'S NEWS-PAPER!!" with "ばっ!!" and "LOOK!". In the background, Enies Lobby is shown with numbers 7, 5, 6. The crowd reacts in panic: "THAT ARTICLE WILL DECIDE OUR FATE!!!" "....!! HEY, WHAT DOES IT SAY!I" "I-IT'S FINALLY IN THE PAPERS!!" "IT TALKS ABOUT ENIES LOBBY!!" with dramatic effects "どよどよ!!" and "!!!". A man in a spotted shirt exclaims "HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!I" and "WHA...!I FOR REAL!!I" while another says "IT DOESN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT US... AT ALL!!!". Luffy continues, "YOUR GRANDPA TWEAKED THE INFO AND SAID THEY WERE INNOCENT CITIZENS WHO GOT DRAGGED INTO THE MESSI" Someone asks, "... IS IT POSSIBLE THAT HOW DID THAT HAPPENI THE FRANKY FAMILY WREAKED HAVOC OVER THERE." Sanji, standing nearby, remarks, "YEAH, BUT THEY DID WRITE SOME HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT US...!" A newspaper panel shows the headline about declaring war on the government and the island being burned down. Robin and Iceburg appear in another panel, with Iceburg thinking, "SUCH A MYSTERIOUS GUY..." and Robin replying, "... I BET IT WAS AOKIJI..." Franky bursts in angrily at the bottom, shouting, "WHAT ARE YOU BEING SO HAPPY ABOUTI!I ARE YOU ALL IDIOTS!I" while holding a newspaper. Luffy and Chopper react with surprise as Franky yells, "BUT MINE WOULD BE PROBLEMATIC... THEY'LL SAY SOMETHING LIKE 'A SUPERSTAR APPEARED.'" Chopper exclaims, "OH!! I WONDER IF I'LL HAVE A BOUNTY ON MY HEAD, TOO." Franky grins, "WILL RISE AGAIN. THIS MEANS OUR BOUNTIES."

Luffy reacts with shock, eyes wide and mouth open, yelling, "IS BUILDING A SHIP FOR US!!!I" and "EEEEE-EEH!!!I FRANKY" as the panel zooms in dramatically. The group enjoys the shopping district with signs like "NISI NISI" and "BEE BEE." Later panels show Sanji, a woman shopping, and Franky arguing with a shopkeeper who yells, "DON'T YOU DARE TO EVEN THINK THAT YOU COULD BUY A REAL SWORD WITH THAT MUCH MONEY!! A log pose spins wildly as a voice declares, "THE LOG IS READY!!!" A caption box reads, "The third day of the wait." The crew gathers inside a building labeled "UNIT BATH." Sanji bursts in with hearts in his eyes, shouting, "FISHMAN ISLAND~~~!I FINALLY!I" and "FISHMAN ISLAND IS A FAMOUS SPOT IN THE GRAND LINE!!" He fantasizes, "BEAUTIFUL MERMAIDS DRAW ARCS ABOVE THE WATER AND PLAY WITH FISH IN THE DREAM KINGDOM!!" The fishman captain adds, "THAT'S RIGHT. YOU KNOW IT PRETTY WELL, YOU SHITTY BASTARD!!" Sanji retorts, "BUT BACK THEN, THOSE FISHMEN WERE PIRATES, RIGHTI" The fishman yells, "ZHEY HAFF YOUNG MERMAIDS, TOO!!!" Sanji collapses dramatically, "I'M A PIRATE, DAMN IT!!! CAN'T I AT LEAST DREAM ABOUT IT!I" while the captain laughs, "WEEE..."

The fishman captain continues, "ZHAT... YOU'LL GETZ IT WHEN YOU GET THERE. I'M CURIOUS ABOUT THE 'BENEATH THE SEA' PART... IT'ZZ NOT EAZY TO GET TO ZE PAHRADISE. BUT" as Nami questions with a "I" The crew reads a newspaper headline: "14 SHIPS DISAPPEARED THIS MONTH... AGAIN..." Nami wonders, "... WHAT DOES IT MEANI" and "... WHAT IS THIS...I" The fishman warns, "LOOK AT ZE FRONT PAGE. IT'ZZAH RECENT NEWZZPAPAH." He explains, "IT'ZZAN AREA ZHAT YOU HAFF TO GO ZHROUGH TO GET TO ZE PAHRADISE." Luffy stares in shock with "!I" and "...I" The fishman declares, "'FLORIAN TRIANGLE.'*"

A massive illustrated spread shows a ghostly pirate ship crewed by skeletons sailing through stormy seas and ruined ports. A wide-eyed storyteller warns, "AND THERE ARE EVEN CONSTANT SIGHTINGS OF GHOST SHIPS THAT CARRY ZE DEAD ONBOARD." In a dramatic reveal, Iceburg and the Franky Family appear.
