Inside a luxurious room a man in a top hat says "FORGIVE ME..." and "UNTIL WE ARRIVE, REFRAIN FROM SUCH LAX SPEECH," while a woman with glasses declares "OUR MISSION... IS ALMOST COMPLETE....." and calls someone "IDIOT." On the docks a desperate woman shouts "MAKE IT IN TIME!" and "PLEASE!" as boatmen yell "NII!!" and a stern man warns "IF YOU LET THIS OPPORTUNITY PASS, ANY MEANS OF LEAVING THIS ISLAND WILL DISAPPEAR." In the ruined city a voice calls "ARE YOU SAFE.....!!!I" while Franky is addressed "FRANKY..... YOU....." amid smoke and debris; a small creature replies "CHU CHU".
