A close-up shows a long-haired man with an anguished expression shouting, "AH~~~~...!!! THEY'VE BEATEN HIM...!!!" and "AH...!!!". On the deck of a ship, a straw-hatted cyborg is kicked violently amid smoke and impact effects, sprawling forward. A man in a black coat stands over the scene. In the next panel the black-coated man faces the cyborg and says, "BUT HAVEN'T QUIT BEING A PIRATE... WE'LL TAKE YOU WITH US ANYHOW." The cyborg replies, "SO, BASICALLY, YOU'VE QUIT BEING A STRAW-HAT..." while clutching his head and groaning, "......!! OW......!!".

The black-coated man stands with his back partly turned, saying, "...IT HASN'T BEEN TAKEN CARE OF YET..." and "AND THIS SHIP...". A woman with a weapon responds, "YES." and "KARIFA." while another figure reacts with "!!I". The cyborg shouts, "HEY!!! ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME!!I" as a "SNAP!" sound effect occurs. The woman warns, "HEY YOU...!!! DON'T YOU TOUCH THAT!!!". The black-coated man continues, "WAIT!!! DON'T YOU DARE!!! HEY!!!" while the cyborg pleads, "I CAN... LET THE WATER OUT WITH THIS..." and "SO WHAT, JUST LEAVE IT ALONE! IT'S NOT YOUR SHIP!!!". The black-coated man retorts, "IT MAY HAVE BEEN A DISGUISE, BUT WE WERE RESPECTABLE SHIPWRIGHTS. YOU SHOULD LISTEN WHEN YOU'RE TOLD SOMETHING IS OF NO USE." with sound effects "CLICK", "CHANK!!", and impact lines.

The cyborg is hurled through the air above turbulent waves as a large "STOP!!!!" speech bubble appears. A "SHFF" sound effect marks his movement. Close-ups show the cyborg's round face with wide eyes, then a screaming open mouth. Further panels depict the cyborg tumbling through debris and water splashes with motion lines. On the deck below, several figures stand watching the chaos amid large impact sound effects "ビシャアアアア...!!".

The Going Merry slams violently into the stone archway of a massive structure marked with a giant 6, its bow splintering amid crashing waves and debris. In close-up panels, Franky stares with intense focus, Usopp sweats nervously with wide eyes, Zoro looks grim under his hat, and Sanji shouts in alarm with gritted teeth. Below, the ship is shown half-submerged and breaking apart against the stone as massive sound effects erupt: "わああああああ" and "ドッドッドッドッド". A large speech bubble cries out "MERRY ~~~!!!" as the crew reacts in horror to the ship's destruction.

At the Galley-La Company Head Quarters, Iceburg lies bandaged on the ground as multiple workers surround him. Voices shout "WE'RE SO GLAD YOU'RE OK!!!", "THAT'S GOOD!!!", and "ICE-BURG-SAN'S AWAKE!!!". Iceburg weakly responds "OHH....." while a small creature makes "CHUU CHUU!!" sounds nearby. One man panics, "WH... WHAT DO WE DOI DO YOU WANT TO MAKE HER TELL US WHERE STRAWHAT IS!I" Another yells "HEY, THE GIRL WOKE UP!!". Iceburg explains, "IT WAS BECAUSE OF THAT REINDEER. BUT IT'S THE STRAWHATS' PET..." as the group reacts with shock.

Nami kneels beside the injured Iceburg as Paulie and others react with surprise. Iceburg groans "AH!!...HEY, ICEBURG-SAN!! DON'T MOVE YET....!!" while Nami thinks ".....I". She asks quietly, "I'D LIKE TO TALK TO HER ALONE..............." and requests "WOULD YOU GUYS PLEASE LEAVE FOR A WHILEI". Iceburg replies, "I'LL TAKE CARE OF IT SOMEHOW, LATER... I ACCUSED YOU OF A HORRIBLE CRIME. FIRST... NMA... I'M SORRY....." as the scene shifts to a distant view of the town with onlookers. Someone mutters "I WONDER WHAT'S UPI" and another answers "DUNNO."

Iceburg questions Nami: "DID HER ATTITUDE CHANGE... WHEN YOU CAME TO THIS TOWNI" Nami responds, "IT'S ABOUT NICO ROBIN... DO YOU KNOW SOMETHINGI". Iceburg continues, "AND THEN THIS MORNING... SHE WAS YOUR ATTEMPTED ASSASSIN. WHEN MY FRIENDS FINALLY FOUND HER... SHE SAID SHE WASN'T COMING BACK. SHE DISAPPEARED WHEN WE GOT HERE... YES, VERY SUDDENLY.....!!". A mysterious woman with dark hair thinks, "A WISH THAT WON'T BE GRANTED... TO MAKE MY WISH COME TRUE...". Nami declares, "TO ASK ROBIN WHY SHE HAD TO LEAVE THE SHIP!! SO WE CAME HERE... WE DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON."

A man with a headband sweats as voices recall the past. "I THINK IT WAS AROUND THE TIME WHEN YOU FIRST CAME TO THE TOWN..." "THAT THE GOVERNMENT'S PLAN STARTED..." "WE ARE CP9." "......I'LL TELL YOU WHAT I KNOW..." "WHAT'S THE WISH THAT WON'T BE GRANTED IF SHE STAYS WITH USI" In a ruined town square, Nico Robin kneels before a seated figure. "THINK ABOUT THIS WHILE YOU LISTEN... NICO ROBIN AND I HAVE THE ABILITY TO AWAKEN A WEAPON... THAT HAS THE POWER TO DESTROY THE WORLD." "OF COURSE THERE'S A REASON FOR HER ACTIONS. BUT BEFORE THAT..." Inside a building, the bandaged man lies on the floor as Robin stands over him. "WE'VE ENCOUNTERED A FLAW IN THE PLAN. EVERYONE HEAD TO THE BEDROOM." "DON'T SHOOT ICEBURG YET." "BURU RURURU RURU..." "THAT'S RIGHT..." Robin's eyes widen in shock. "THE WORLD...!!I"

Nico Robin stares coldly. "WAS A FAKE." "THE BLUEPRINT YOU GUYS WERE AFTER..." "DON'T YOU GET IT, NICO ROBINI" The bandaged man lies pinned beneath her as she grips his arm. "I HAVE TO STOP YOU IF YOU PLAN TO CONTINUE YOUR SEARCH FOR THE PONEGLYPH... AND LENDING YOUR ASSISTANCE TO THE GOVERNMENT!!!" "I WON'T HAND THE BLUEPRINT OVER, EVEN IF IT MEANS MY LIFE!! ON THE OTHER HAND..." The man shouts furiously, "THERE'S NO USE IN SAYING THAT!!" Robin stands tall. "I JUST WANT TO KNOW THE HISTORY." "I'M NOT LOOKING FOR THE PONEGLYPH IN ORDER TO RESURRECT... THE ANCIENT WEAPON!!"

The bandaged man lunges, striking Robin. "IF YOUR INTEREST IN HISTORY MIGHT DESTROY THE WORLD... THEN YOU SHOULD DIE RIGHT NOW, NICO ROBIN!!!" "A THING THAT CAN HURT PEOPLE MIGHT NOT HAVE EVIL INTENTIONS!!!" Close on Robin's intense face: "WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT OHARA!!!I" The man continues, "...... YOU STILL WISH TO CHASE THE HISTORY... AFTER WITNESSING WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 'OHARA DEVILS'!!!" He yells, "IF YOU HATE THEM SO MUCH!!!I THEN WHY ARE YOU HELPING THEM... BECAUSE OF THE WORLD GOVERNMENT!!!" "YOU HAVE NO IDEA... HOW MUCH OUR LIVES HAVE CHANGED..."

The bandaged man sits on the stairs. "FIRST, TO ARRANGE FOR THE ASSASSINATION TO BE BLAMED ON THEM..." "THE CP9 GAVE ME TWO CONDITIONS..." A close-up shows a man with a headband glaring intensely as speech bubbles explain, "BUT CP9 HAS THE PERMISSION TO DO IT ONLY ONCE... THROUGH GENERAL AOKIJI." "AND THE TOP ADMIRALS COULD USE IT. IT USED TO BE THAT ONLY THE 3 GENERALS." In the next panel, Nico Robin stands tall in an ornate white gown holding a staff, her expression distant. Robin continues her explanation in a wide shot of the room, "...THEN YOUR 'WISH' IS...!!!!" She adds, "I HAVE SHIPMATES WHO BELIEVE IN ME... AND WHEN I'D LOST HEART... AND WHEN MY DREAM HAD ENDED. THEY SAVED ME WHEN I'D THROWN AWAY MY LIFE....!!!" In a dramatic close-up, Robin's face fills with fierce determination as she declares, "TO GET OFF THIS ISLAND SAFELY. MY WISH... IS FOR THE 6 STRAW-HATS, EXCLUDING ME, I DON'T CARE. AND THE WORLD WERE TO BE DESTROYED!!I" Franky shouts back, "YOU WOULDN'T CARE IF YOU HAD TO RESURRECT THE WEAPON,"

Franky, gripping a massive weapon, yells, "I COULDN'T PULL THE TRIGGER. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SAYING!!!" A massive flashback panel shows chaos at Enies Lobby with buildings labeled "GATES OF JUSTICE" and figures in the distance. Robin's tearful face appears as she cries, "OF ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. OVER THE LIVES... OF ALL THINGS, SHE CHOSE YOU 6... FOR US.....!!!" Franky clutches his head in anguish, "I'VE GOT NO RIGHT TO BLAME HER....!!! EVEN WHEN I'M ABOUT TO HAVE THE BLUEPRINT TAKEN..."

Franky reacts in shock, "........!!! HEY, WHAT'S WRONG!!I" as Robin collapses to the grass. He rushes to her side. Robin, lying on the ground with tears streaming, whispers, "DIDN'T BETRAY US.....!!! SO ROBIN... I'M SO GLAD..." Franky stares in disbelief. In the final panels, a figure runs toward them shouting, "WAIT!! STRAWHAT AND THE OTHERS ARE ALL DONE FOR! WHAT DO YOU PLAN TO DO AFTER ALL THIS!!I" while Franky says, "THANK YOU, ICE-BURG-SAN!! I HAVE TO TELL EVERY-ONE!!"

Nami stands with tears in her eyes as a cloaked figure walks away in the distance. "WE'RE GOING TO GET ROBIN BACK!!!" she declares. A voice adds, "EVERYONE BECOMES WEAK WHEN THEY'RE UNDECIDED..." Sanji replies, "YOU MEAN 'FROM NOW ON'!!! LUFFY'S OK, HE WON'T DIE FROM JUST THAT!!" Nami continues, "AFTER ALL THISI" A close-up shows a determined man with a headband and scars beside Nami, who grins fiercely and pumps her fist. "THEIR STRENGTH WILL HAVE NO LIMIT!!!" she shouts. "WHEN THEY FIND OUT THAT THEY CAN SAVE HER..." In the next scene, Chopper lies injured on the ground amid rubble as voices call out: "CHOPPER, YOU..." "WAKE UP CHOPPER!!!" "HEY, HEY, SISTER, HE'S IN VERY BAD CONDITION!!" "CHOPPER, WAKE UP!!! WE HAVE TO LOOK FOR EVERYONE!!!" Chopper weakly responds, "HEHE!!!"

Sanji stands alone on a street, cigarette in hand. "DOES ROBIN... HATE US NOW..." he wonders. "WHAT'S WRONGI" In the next panels he continues, "I'LL BE DOING SOMETHING ELSE... DON'T WORRY, I WON'T PUSH MYSELF. WHEN YOU MEET UP WITH LUFFY!!...TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED..." A bear-like figure in a hat appears. "A MAN..." it says. Chopper, wearing a hat, points and asks, "...I CHOPPER... REMEMBER ONE THING..." A large narration box states, "A WOMAN'S LIES." The bear figure stands and declares, "FORGIVES..." Sanji bows his head with a dark expression as impact lines surround him.

A wide view of Water Seven shows the sea train at the station. Signs read: "LAST TRAIN FOR ENIES LOBBY WILL DEPART AT 11:00 PM." "WATER SEVEN BLUE STATION." "DUE TO THE RISING WATER LEVEL, PLEASE ENTER THE SHIP FROM THE SECOND FLOOR..." Inside the station, shadowy figures stand among civilians. A cloaked person walks past. Sanji appears in close-up, lighting a cigarette with a "PSHHT" sound. He exhales and says, "BINGO..." The page ends with the One Piece logo.
