Groggy Ring

The announcer's voice booms over the stadium, introducing the challengers: "Going against our undefeated Groggy Monsters, they are... The one who eliminated our interference group with one kick, the 'Violent Chef'... Sanji!!!" Sanji, standing calmly with a cigarette in his mouth, corrects him, "It's '5-Star Chef'." The announcer continues, "...His partner is the Pirate Hunter that has a bounty of 60 million... Roronoa Zoro!!!" Zoro stands next to Sanji, his hands resting on his swords. A tiny sound effect reads "WAH---". Opposite them stand the massive Groggy Monsters. The giant Wotan, Big Pan (referred to as Big Bang by the announcer), says, "Since the captain specifically appointed us to the game... I thought our opponent would be tougher than this. Right, Big Bang?" Hamburg, a smaller, rounder member, laughs, "Pufu fufu fufu!" Pickles, the third member, laughs, "Fufufuf! He didn't hear it!" Zoro looks at the towering opponents in confusion, asking, "What are they doing?"

The referee, a man with a whistle, announces the start of the match, "Do you want to ball first or choose the ring?" A sound effect rings out, "KI---N!!". The referee continues, "Our Groggy Monsters chose to ball first!! The ball of Team Straw Hat will now go to the center of the opponent's side. May I remind you that the ball seal marks the two balls in the game!!" He points to the large life buoys on either side of the field. "If you hit the opponent's ball into the enemy life buoy, you win! Start already!!" Sanji and Zoro immediately begin arguing. Zoro points at Sanji, "Yo, ball guy. Go stand there!" Sanji, now wearing a ridiculous ball-shaped hat, yells angrily, "Shut up! You decided it by yourself! I never said I wanted to be the ball! Plus, how can I wear this lame thing on my handsome head?" Zoro replies flatly, "You are annoying..." Nami calls out from the sidelines, "Wow, Sanji! You look so handsome with that thing!" Sanji immediately swoons with heart eyes, though he yells back, "Up yours, I am not falling for that!"

Luffy cheers enthusiastically from the sidelines, throwing his arms up, "Zoro--- Sanji--- Go kick their ass!!!" Chopper cries tears of guilt, "You have to win Chopper back! I'm sorry! I lost because I am useless!!!" Nami observes the opponents, noting, "It's the first time I see a fish-giant. He is a bit smaller than a pure giant, though." Foxy laughs confidently from his seat, "Fueheheh. There is no point in cheering for the losers. Our team is unbeatable in the ring!!!" Luffy yells back angrily, "Did you say anything, 2-piece head?" Foxy's crew members sweatdrop and say, "Oh, boss! You are so low, Straw-hat! You're immoral!!!" and "He said it again..." A text box notes "MENTAL BREAKDOWN" as Foxy momentarily slumps. Foxy quickly recovers and says, "Hah! They won't need any support to win this. I'll just sit here and enjoy the show. You can interfere in this game, too?!! Fool! You can disrupt any game!! There are teams that will win regardless of the method. Then there are teams that want no less than a clean win! It's all up to personal standards."

Foxy continues his speech, "Though it doesn't matter why you lost. If you complain and whine, then you simply don't have the guts and pride of a true pirate!!!" Nami retorts angrily, "Look who's talking. By the way, what's with your team? They have no team spirit!" Foxy chuckles, "Heheheh. It may look that way, but as soon as the game starts, they..." On the field, the Groggy Monsters are arguing amongst themselves. Hamburg yells, "Impossible! I won fair and square! I'm just stronger in everything." Pickles yells back, "Shut the hell up. I'm talking about rock paper scissors!" Big Pan asks impatiently, "Are you done yet? Decide already!!!" The announcer notes, "They can't decide on anything..." Nami collapses in exasperation with a "COLLAPSE" sound effect. Sanji is still swooning over Nami's earlier comment, imagining her saying, "Sanji--- You look so awesome with that hat <3". He declares proudly, "Like I was saying, there is no better man to be the ball in our group!!!" Zoro remarks dryly, "Yup. You look like the prince... of idiots." The crowd roars impatiently, "Start the game already!!!"

The referee approaches Zoro, pointing a finger at him, "Hey, you!! It's against the rules to use weapons. Put them away! That's right. This is a competition of balling skills. No weapons allowed." Zoro replies nonchalantly, "Eh? Really? Fine. No weapon. Not like it matters at all." He removes his swords and cracks his knuckles with a loud "GOCHIN!! (SMASH)" sound effect. Sanji mocks him, "Are you sure you'll be alright? A swordsman without a sword is... better than you, sandbag." Zoro glares, "Yeah?" Sanji gets angry, kicking the air, "Stop messing around! Don't make me go out there!!!" The announcer declares, "The preparations have been completed. The ball of Team Straw Hat is finally in position." The crowd cheers wildly, "YEEAAH------". Big Pan looms over Sanji, casting a large shadow, "Hey, chef, let us stomp you flat, okay?" Sanji retorts defiantly, "Go to hell!"

The crowd's cheering intensifies as the match is about to begin. "The cheer from the audience intensifies!!!" "Smash them, Big Bang!!" "Pickle, send them flying!!" "Make hamburgers out of them, Hambog!!!" Big Pan says to his teammates, "Big Bang, let's finish this in lightning speed." Hamburg laughs, "Hihihi, you're really... Hihi-hih! Listen up. Hihihi. The captain is also hihihi!" Big Pan looks confused, "Huh?" Pickles also looks confused, "Huh? Pufufufufuf. Pufufufuf, he didn't hear again!" The announcer notes the bizarre behavior, "The Groggy Monsters are laughing for no apparent reason again."

The announcer continues to hype the crowd, "Will they win, again, with this cheerful attitude. No time limit. One point wins the game!!" Zoro crouches low to the ground, analyzing the situation and formulating a plan, "I see. So if I throw that big guy... into the ring on the other side, I win. I lose if the chef's head falls into my buoy." The announcer shouts, "Will the reindeer lost in the first round?! Or will the Straw Hat keep losing crews? The intense Groggy Ring is starting right now!!!" The crowd screams in anticipation, "Yaha, smash them!!" Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper watch intently from the sidelines. The referee fires a starting gun into the air with a loud "WAAAAAH--" sound effect. "READY---!!! BEGIN-----!!!!"

The announcer narrates the opening move of the match, "Will the ball, Sanji, attack furiously, or run away in fear? We shall see. Dealing the first hit is Pickle, the tackle demon!!" Pickles charges aggressively at Sanji, yelling, "Die----!!!" Sanji stands his ground, ready for the attack, "Come! I'll take you all down!!" Pickles launches a powerful "Sling Tackle!!!" Sanji easily dodges, stepping aside smoothly, "Out of my way." Sanji then leaps high into the air, aiming a kick directly at Big Pan's face. "I'm aiming for you!! We win if I hit you into the buoy ring, right?!" The announcer shouts as the two clash, "The two ball-men are going head-to-head!!!"

Sanji lands a powerful kick squarely on Big Pan's chest, yelling "Collar..." Big Pan looks down in confusion, uttering a simple "Huh?" Suddenly, Sanji's foot slips off Big Pan's skin with a prominent "SLIP!!" sound effect. Sanji loses his balance and falls backward, flailing his arms in surprise. "Wuah. Ah... Ah... W... What the hell... This guy's skin is so slippery!!!" The announcer explains the situation to the crowd, "Sanji, the chef, is unable to move on Big Bang's arm! But that can't be helped..."

The announcer continues his explanation, "Big Bang is a fish giant with mudfish genes, so his skin is extremely slippery!!" Zoro yells at Sanji in frustration, "What idiot are you doing,?!!" Sanji, still falling through the air, yells back, "Damn it... Wuah---!" Pickles suddenly appears, spinning rapidly towards Sanji, "Speedy----!!!" Hamburg laughs from the sidelines, "Hihih!!" Pickles yells, "Who are you calling an idiot, asshole?!" He strikes Sanji mid-air with a powerful spinning attack called "Punk Pass!!!" Sanji is sent flying across the field with a "WUAH!!". The announcer shouts excitedly, "Good hit! It's Big Bang's ultra-long pass!!"

The announcer tracks the fast-paced action, "Hambog is positioning himself to receive the ball! Zoro is also running to catch it." Sanji flies helplessly through the air, screaming "Wuaah---". Luffy screams from the sidelines, "Sanji!!!" Zoro sprints towards Sanji's landing spot, yelling, "If you fall in, I'll dice you into bits and feed you to the dogs!" Sanji yells back angrily, "Shut up! It's your fault that I wasn't looking!!" Suddenly, Pickles slides in with a "Swipe Tackle!!!", tripping Zoro and sending him crashing to the ground. The announcer yells, "Pickle sneaked in and eliminated Zoro!!!" Meanwhile, Hamburg leaps up and catches Sanji mid-air with a "Grabs" sound effect. The announcer says, "On the other hand, Hambog catches Sanji in the air... Pickle now takes the chance to go further into enemy ring."

Hamburg violently throws Sanji towards the goal, yelling "Gorilla Throw!!!" Sanji screams as he is hurled through the air, completely at the mercy of the giant's strength. The announcer excitedly reports, "Pickle is already in position!!" Meanwhile, Big Pan rushes forward to block Zoro's path, taunting him, "Stop right there, fat bean!!!" Zoro, recovering from the previous tackle, charges fiercely at Pickles with a "Spinning Tackle-----!!!" Pickles spins rapidly to meet the attack head-on. The announcer shouts, "Zoro refuses to give up and attacks Pickle!!!"

The announcer narrates the chaotic aerial play, "The falling ball, Sanji, gets hit by Pickle... and flies off again like a lost kite!!!" Sanji is struck mid-air by Pickles' spinning attack, crying out "Aiyah!!" as he is sent tumbling further away. Luffy screams in horror from the sidelines, "No, Sanji!!!" The announcer continues tracking the Groggy Monsters' coordinated moves, "From the back court... Big Bang rushes forward... Ground-shattering rebound!!!" Big Pan slams his massive hands into the ground with tremendous force, creating a shockwave that bounces Hamburg high into the air. "And bounces the falling Hambog back up into the sky!!"

The announcer yells as the play nears its climax, "In mid-air, Hambog catches Sanji once again. He is within shooting distance!" Hamburg holds Sanji upside down by his legs, poised directly over the Straw Hat team's life buoy ring. "Score! Hambog, Slam-Dunk!!!" Foxy's crew erupts in premature cheers from the stands, yelling "Yeah!!" and laughing "Hihihi!!" Sanji, helpless in Hamburg's iron grip, grits his teeth and thinks, "Damn it..." Zoro yells in frustration at his teammate's predicament, "You curly-eyebrow dumbass!!!" Luffy screams in absolute despair, his eyes wide with panic, "No-------!!"

Big Pan looks down in surprise, "Hm? What are you doing??" Zoro has grabbed onto Big Pan's leg with a firm "Grab". Big Pan tries to shake him off, "Hey... Hey... Mind your own business!" Luffy yells desperately from the sidelines, "You're losing! Zoro!! Sanji!!" The announcer wonders, "Could the game end so soon?" Zoro, using immense strength, lifts the giant Big Pan and throws him. "I will not... let them score!!!" Big Pan is hurled through the air towards Hamburg, screaming "Wuaaaaaah!!"

Big Pan crashes violently into Hamburg just before he can dunk Sanji into the buoy. Zoro yells, "Eat this, you piece of shit---!!" Sanji is freed from Hamburg's grip by the impact. The announcer is shocked by the sudden turn of events, "That seaweed head stole my snapshot moment..!!" Sanji lands safely and smirks, "Oh... It's not right to end so soon... Heh. I still haven't done anything!!!" Foxy watches in stunned silence from the stands. The announcer adds, "But at least, I'm not losing to him!!!"

Big Pan and Hamburg crash into the ground in a tangled heap, creating a massive dust cloud. The announcer screams, "It didn't go in!!! The ball, Sanji, didn't go in like he should!!! This is the first time someone defends against the Groggy Monsters' attack! The game is heating up---!!! For all that rides on it... they cannot lose!!" Sanji and Zoro stand back-to-back on the field, ready to fight back. Sanji says, "I don't need you!" Zoro retorts, "You were the one being tossed around."
