It is the back side of the Grand Line base G1. Massive bubble lifts rise from the port toward Mariejois. Crowds gather as ships arrive. Someone shouts, "Look! There's more ships arriving now!" A frantic man yells, "Make way! Royals are coming through!" The Bondolas carry the arriving dignitaries upward through the sky.

King Han Berger of the Bally Wood Kingdom walks slowly while muttering, "I may walk slowly, but I never turn back!" The Matryo Princesses of the Russwan Kingdom arrive, prompting cheers of "Ooooh! Beel VI, from the Russwan Kingdom!" and "So cute." King Tacos of the Chichano Kingdom appears next. Queen Molorone of the Tajine Kingdom steps forward gracefully, raising a glass as the crowd cries, "So pretty!" and "Cheers, to the eyes of the world!" A man screams, "Kya aaa ah!" while another shouts, "Of the Chichano Kingdom! King Tacos!" and "They're finally here!"

The narration notes that the Ryugu Kingdom has been a World Government member for over 200 years but this is only its second Reverie. Princess Shirahoshi appears in a stunning dress, drawing gasps of "The Mermaid Princess!" and "Her beauty..." King Neptune stands proudly beside her. Vice Admiral Garp arrives below, laughing, "Sheesh, I thought I was gonna die down on the ocean floor. Bwahahaha!" The crowd erupts with excitement over the mermaid princess's arrival.

A photographer snaps pictures while exclaiming, "What incredible beauty!" and asking his editor about a special edition. The crowd discusses Shirahoshi's popularity, comparing her favorably to the Pirate Empress Hancock. Garp laughs heartily in the foreground. Someone points out a large tree, noting, "'Forest' that I hear you have above-groundI" Garp is identified as "Marine HQ Vice Admiral Monkey D. Garp (Luffy's grandfather)." WHICH MEANS YOU, AS MY CITIZEN, ARE EFFECTIVELY MY SUBORDINATE! DO NOT FORGET IT!" Nearby, a woman in an ornate dress reacts with shock, exclaiming, "LITTLE SHITI! DID I MISHEAR YOUI! HOW RUDE!" Stelly, now in a suit, excitedly thinks, "SET ME UP WITH THE NOBILITY! I'M AIMING TO BE A CELESTIAL DRAGON ONE DAY!" while a woman laughs beside him. The large man yells, "LOOK, HERE'S THE DEAL, GARP. SO RUDE I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY! YER UGLY MUG'S BOTHERIN' ME. GET LOST." Chaos erupts as the man is struck, shouting "WHAAA AAAI!" and "FORGET I SAID THAT. AH! I MESSED UP. IS THIS GUY FOR REALI!" while another voice warns, "ARE YOU KIDDING MEI! DID NO ONE HEAR THAT INSULT JUST NOWI! THAT SHOULD BE THE DEATH PENALTY!" A final panel shows the large man being attacked, yelling "TO A SHITSTAIN LIKE YOUI FAT CHANCE."

Stelly reacts in panic, "I THOUGHT THAT WAS A BUILDING! WHA... IT MOVEDI!" A massive creature looms over him as onlookers cry, "IS THIS A GIANTI THEY EAT HUMANS! THEIR SALIVA CAN DISSOLVE SOLID ROCK! THEY MUST BE THE FISH TYPE... THE ONES THAT INFECT YOU WITH RARE DISEASES! WHY IS THEIR SKIN SUCH A STRANGE COLOR... ARE THEY HALF-FISH FISHMENI!" The giant-like figure with scales and fangs startles everyone. A voice calls out, "ARE YOU OKAY, YOUNG LADI" Stelly stares in shock. Elsewhere, a cheerful announcement rings, "WELL, THEN, HAVE FUN. MR. LUFFY'S GRANDFATHER, THANK YOU SO MUCH! OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER WAS MOST ENJOYABLE! BONDOLA #2, YOUR FLIGHT TIME HAS ARRIVED." The World 2 Govt. airship lifts off amid cheers as a cloaked figure warns, "DON'T TOUCH ME!" and someone screams "GYAA AAAH HHH!"

Aboard the soaring World 2 Govt. airship, narration and dialogue describe the view: "THE HEIGHTS OF THE SKIES ARE WITHOUT LIMIT! AND THE GLEAMING LIGHT OF THE SUN SPARKLES ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE SEA!" Luffy beams, "FATHER... IT'S THE SUN!" while a voice asks, "HMI WHAT'S THE MATTER, SHIRAHOSHII" Shirahoshi exclaims in awe, "YAAAAH! IT REALLY IS GORGEOUS! MAMBO! TO THINK THAT THINGS ABOVE THE WAVES WERE SO PRETTY... WHAT A BEAUTIFUL WORLD! MM. THE LIGHT OF THE SUNLIGHT TREE ON THE SEAFLOOR PALES IN COMPARISON!" The massive airship glides over the ocean as passengers react with "SO HIGH! WOW..." and excited cries. Shirahoshi gazes out with sparkling eyes at the breathtaking sky and sea below, the sun shining brilliantly through the clouds.

A tearful young woman with long wavy hair and a seashell earring cries out passionately. "I WANT TO SHOW EVERYONE OF OUR KINGDOM THIS WORLD OF THE SUN!" she declares. Another speech bubble follows: "FATHER! IF IT WERE TO COME TRUE... I WOULD WISH TO LIVE ABOVEGROUND!" Small SFX read "...ぷ..." and "...ぷ...". Nearby voices respond: "THAT IS WHAT THE REVERIE IS FOR, AFTER ALL!" and "LET US WISH, THEN." Close-ups show a grinning man with a stitched mouth, a smiling figure, and a stern man in a tall hat. Another replies, "YOU'VE BEEN ON QUITE THE JOURNEY, HAVEN'T YOUI HOW WAS OLD MAN VEGAPUNKI" A cloaked figure eats heartily: "I WANT TO DESTROY SOMETHING ELSE ENTIRELY. A SYSTEM." "THANK YOU FOR THE FOOD. IT WAS DELICIOUS." SFX show "もぐもぐ" and "ごくっ". A close-up of a scarred, grinning man declares, "ARE NO LONGER NEEDED! THE OUKA SHICHI-BUKAI" while laughing "RAHAHAHA! YOU'RE A MADMAN! FARELALS!" He continues, "BUT IT'S SO ANNOYING OTHERWISE THAT IT'S BEEN THREE YEARS SINCE I'VE EATEN ANYTHING! RAHAHA! IF MY SISTER WERE HERE TO FEED ME, THEN I'D GLADLY EAT!"
