Inside the castle on the 3rd floor, Sanji dashes forward with a furious expression, fist clenched, reacting to a woman's distant cry of "AAAAH~MY LORD~♡". He shouts "I HEAR IT!! A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN IS BEGGING TO BE SAVED!!" and thinks "TO THE AID OF A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN...". In the next panels the same desperate voice repeats "AAAAH~MY LORD~♡" while shadowy figures restrain a woman behind bars. Sanji yells "SHE'S IN TROUBLE!! IS THIS WHAT SEXUAL HARASSMENT IS LIKE IN WANO!I" and charges ahead declaring "HANG IN THERE!! I'LL SAVE YOU NOW!!!" A narration box describes the scene: "IT ISN'T JUST HER CLOTHES THAT SHE IS ABOUT TO LOSE! WITH EACH SPIN, SHE COMES CLOSER AND CLOSER... A WOMAN, POWERLESS AGAINST THE DESIRES OF A POWERFUL MAN, HAS THE BELT OF HER KIMONO UNDONE."

Sanji leaps through the air shouting "CUT THAT OUT!!!" as a massive impact SFX "バキィ" erupts. The woman continues crying "AAAAAAAH~ MY LORD~♡" while a voice taunts "COME CLOSER MY ASS!!" and another says "IT'S ALRIGHT, COME CLO-". The scene explodes into chaos with flying debris and spider-web-like structures. Sanji lands in a shattered room, eyes wide in shock as he sees the woman now entangled in webs, still moaning "AAAAH~ MYYY LOORD~♡". A large SFX "ビィィィィィ!!!" fills the panel. AND WITH THIS, WE HAVE ANOTHER NAIVE WARRIOR OF JUSTICE IN THE BAG!!" Sanji lies defeated, thinking "DAMN IT... IT WAS A TRAP...!!" while the woman coos "SOOOO SCARY~ HE'S THREATENING UUUUS~♡".

Black Maria lounges seductively in her kimono, smoking a pipe as she addresses the hidden figure before her. "YOU KNOW, I HAVE A SOFT SPOT FOR FOUL MOUTHED BOYS LIKE YOU! ♥" she purrs. "SO.. WHAT DO YOU FEELI" "DO YOU.. LIKE ME TOOI" A smaller panel shows a woman in the background watching. She continues, "PLEASE DON'T.. I'D RATHER THIS BANQUET HALL NOT BECOME A BATTLEFIELD LIKE THE OTHER PLACES." The hidden listener reacts with shock. "!I" Below, Sanji is shown love-struck, hearts floating around him as he exclaims "LOVE-STRUCK!!" and a voice cries "KYAA!!♥". Sanji snaps out of it, struggling: "GET THIS OFF ME!!...HOW I FEEL ABOUT A BROAD LIKE YOU!I" "'MEI' A 'BOY!I' DON'T BELITTLE ME!!" In the next scene, Luffy looks concerned while a large man with a sword growls, "I'M NOT SURE... HE RAN OFF WITH A VERY ENRAGED LOOK..." Luffy shouts, "WHERE DID SANJI RUN OFF TO!I" A sign reads "ELSEWHERE ON THE 3RD FLOOR".

In a chaotic room filled with Beast Pirates, Headliner Poker sits with his massive snake, reading a paper. Allies shout around him: "IF WE TAKE HIM OUT, WE WON'T JUST BE SAVING FACE!!" In the distance, a figure yells "TAKE THE ANTIBODY FROM HIM!!" while another shouts "GO AFTER APOO!!" Sanji's expression hardens with determination.

Chopper yells desperately, "WAIT FOR ME!! CHOPPER! WHERE ARE YOU GOING!I" as he clings to a spinning mechanism. Nearby, Sanji watches with a serious face. YOU'RE NOT GONNA DIE HERE, RIGHTI" The doctor stands tall amid flames, proclaiming, "LOOK AT ME!! IF YOU STOP THE BODY FROM FREEZING, YOU CAN CONTAIN THE SPREAD OF THE VIRUS!! I WILL MAKE ENOUGH ANTIBODIES FOR EVERYONE!!" and "USE FIRE TO COUNTER THE ICE DEMONS!! THIS VIRUS CONTAINS A GAS THAT FREEZES THE BODY!!" A voice commands, "EVERYONE, LISTEN TO ME!!"

The doctor continues, "AND YOU, APOO!! YOU'RE A DISGRACE!! YOU WENT AND SAID IT, EHI DAMN RACCOON!! I'LL END BOTH OF YOU BASTARDS!!" while Apoo retorts amid chaos. The doctor insists, "BUT UNTIL THEN, I NEED YOU TO STAY ALIVE!! SO DON'T LET THAT EVIL BASTARD GET HIS WAY!!" and "I'M A DOCTOR!! AND I'M OBLIGATED TO SAVE BOTH ALLIES AND ENEMIES ALIKE!!" A massive impact erupts with "KUUUU" as the doctor is blasted backward, screaming "GYAAAAA AAAAAAAA AHHHH!!". A spiky-haired warrior glares furiously and roars, "TO PLAY YOUR STUPID GAMES!! I DIDN'T COME TO ONIGA-SHIMA... YOU THINK THIS IS A GAMEI!"

WHAT ON EARTH IS HAPPENINGI!" as another voice cries, "WE'RE TOO LATE!! WE'VE LOST OUR CHANCE OF ESCAPING BY SEA!! BUT, I NOW REALIZE... WHAT THESE TREMORS ARE!!"

Kaido's massive form looms as Onigashima rises into the sky. A narrator states, "KAIDO IS LIFTING ONIGASHIMA ITSELF!!!" Below, a samurai-like figure growls, "WITH THIS, THE KOZUKI ARE FINISHED!!" while another declares, "WANO KUNI, OR RATHER, 'NEW ONIGASHIMA'... WILL BECOME A STRONGHOLD FOR PIRATES...!!" Kaido roars, "LET'S BEGIN!! A WORLD OF MAYHEM!!" as the island breaks free, sending structures tumbling into the sea. A shocked voice yells, "WHATI!" The final caption reads, "HE'S PLANNING TO MOVE THE ISLAND TO THE FLOWER CAPITAL!!!"
