THE LARGEST PRINCESS IN THE WORLD AND THE SMALLEST PRINCESS IN THE WORLD... EHEHE. MY BRUISES HAVE FULLY HEALED! THANK YOU VERY MUCH, MANSHERY-CHAN-SAMA! ♡ THAT ABILITY OF YOURS IS SO LOVELY. ARE WE MEETING FACE TO FACE. I'M SORRY FOR BEING SCARED OF YOU AT FIRST-RESU."

King Neptune declares, "FOR THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS, I WILL STAND ALONGSIDE PRINCESS SHIRAHOSHI. BECAUSE OF YOUR ACTIONS, MJOSGARD, WE WERE ABLE TO RESOLVE THAT DISPUTE WITHOUT HAVING TO GIVE UP WHAT WE WANTED....JUST AS THERE ARE BAD FISH-MEN AND GOOD FISHMEN. THERE ARE GOOD HUMANS AND BAD HUMANS... IF THE STATUS I WAS BORN INTO CAN BE OF ANY HELP TO YOU AND YOUR PEOPLE, THEN IT'S WORTH DOING SO." A small figure yells, "DOES THAT MEAN WE CAN BEAT UP ANYBODY WITH YOUR PERMISSION!I" Elsewhere, a woman asks, "PELL... WHERE'S PAPAI" Vivi cries, "VIVI-SAMA I'M VERY SORRY!! I SHOULD'VE BEEN STANDING BY YOUR SIDE!!" A voice notes, "SO NOW HE IS IN A MEETING WITH HIM AND KING RIKU OF DRESSROSA... EARLIER... HE WAS GIVEN A LETTER BY MARINE ADMIRAL FUJITORA."

OONFORGIVABLE!! DAMN YOU, MJOSGARD!!" Queen Dowager Connie stands before the gate, arms out, declaring "I CAN'T LET YOU PASS... SO PLEASE RETURN TO THE MAIN CASTLE. IT'S DANGEROUS HERE!!" She continues, "...THE DOMAIN OF THE GODS IS THROUGH THIS GATE." and "QUEEN DOWAGER CONNIE..." A final box notes "...THIS GATE IS THE CELESTIAL DRAGON GATE."

Chaos erupts at the castle entrance. A guard shouts "OPEN THE GATES, SAINT CHARLOS WAS INJURED!! HE NEEDS TO BE TREATED IMMEDIATELY!!" Saint Charlos, bloodied and furious, yells "I WILL NAWT LET HIM GET AWAY WITH DIS..." while another voice pleads "SAINT CHARLOS, PLEASE CALM DOWN! YOU'LL OPEN UP YOUR WOUNDS IF YOU DON'T!!" A massive impact SFX "ばんっ!!" rings out. Saint Charlos is shown being struck and collapsing with a loud "THUMP...!!" as someone cries "OH... CHARLOS!!!" Saint Rosward arrives in the next scene, roaring "FA... FATHER...!!" and "SAINT ROSWARD!!" A close-up reveals Saint Rosward's enraged face as he bellows "I HEARD ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AND WAS ON MY WAY TO PICK YOU UP!! ARE YOU ALL RIGHT!I" A label identifies him as "WORLD NOBLE (CELESTIAL DRAGON) SAINT ROSWARD".

Saint Rosward demands "HUHI WHERE'D THE QUEEN DOWAGER GO..." and "MY PRECIOUS SON!!" while "WHAT DID THEY DO TO YOU!I" A hooded figure (Mjosgard) glares angrily. Narration explains the Don Quixote family history: "HE'S JUST LIKE HOMING, WHO DESCENDED TO THE SURFACE OVER 30 YEARS AGO. THE DON QUIXOTE FAMILY IS FULL OF NUT-JOBS, I TELL YOU!! HE'S A CELESTIAL DRAGON THAT DOESN'T OWN A SINGLE SLAVE. DON QUIXOTE MJOSGARD IS AN ODD MAN..." Kuma appears transformed into a massive ball-like form chained and controlled. A voice cries "FATHER, DAT'S...!! THE INVINCIBOOL SLAVE, KUMA!!" Mjosgard declares "IT IS!! IT WAS FINALLY MY TURN TO RENT HIM AGAIN!!" Large text labels the figure as "BARTHOLOMEW KUMA" with full epithet: "WARLORD OF THE SEA (FORMER EXECUTIVE OF THE REVOLUTIONARY ARMY) (AND ALSO THE FORMER KING OF THE SORBET KINGDOM)".

DON'T GET SO WORKED UP, SABO!!" while a small panel notes "BENEATH..." Below, a scarred young woman with wide eyes yells desperately, "THAT GENTLE KUMA!!! ONE OF OUR COMRADES HAS ENDED UP IN A SITUATION LIKE THAT!!" The Revolutionary Army members react with shock. In a cramped underground space, a large bearded man in a bubble suit strains as liquid drips, with "SQUISH..." sound. He says, "THERE'S NO WAY WE CAN LEAVE KUMA-SAN TO THIS FATE!!" while others reply, "...I KNOW. WE ALL FEEL THE SAME WAY AS YOU DO." and "IS IT TOO CRAMPEDI SHOULD I MAKE IT MORE SPACIOUSI" A figure states, "THAT'S THE REASON WE CAME HERE, AFTER ALL...!!!"

The revolutionaries continue their tense discussion. A voice declares, "...BUT!! KUMA-CHAN'S LIFE ITSELF HAS BEEN SACRIFICED TO THE WORLD GOVERNMENT!! BECAUSE HE WAS THE FORMER KING OF A COUNTRY ALLIED WITH THE WORLD GOVERNMENT, THEY DECIDED TO MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF HIM FOR THE WORLD TO SEE!!" Another adds, "HE WON'T RETURN TO BEING THE KUMA WE ONCE KNEW....HOWEVER... EVEN IF WE DO RESCUE HIM..." A cat-masked figure with goggles grins and explains, "THE CELESTIAL DRAGONS CONTROL CP-0 AND THE MARINE HQ!! IF WE DO THIS POORLY AND GET CAUGHT... THEY WANTED TO SHOW THAT THE POWER OF A PERSON IS IRRELEVANT. HE'S THEIR EXAMPLE OF WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DEFY THE GODS!!" In close-ups, the scarred woman and others react intensely as a large speech declares, "NO. THERE IS NO POORLY. WE HAVE TWO OPTIONS... SUCCESS OR DEATH...!!!"

Narration sets the scene: "THE SEAS... OF THIS WORLD... AND THEN... THE DAY OF THE REVERIE ARRIVED." A detailed map of the world appears, showing the Red Line dividing the seas into East Blue, North Blue, South Blue, and West Blue, with the Grand Line (New World) labeled and the Holy Land Mary Geoise marked. At the grand conference hall in Mary Geoise, a servant announces, "THIS LARGE CONFERENCE THAT IS ABOUT TO TAKE PLACE IS KNOWN AS... PLEASE TAKE YOUR SEATS!! TO GATHER HERE IN THIS HOLY LAND EVERY FOUR YEARS." Inside, kings and representatives converse. One says, "MONEY HAS TO BE INVOLVED FOR THE MARINES TO MAKE A MOVE." Another replies, "WELL, WE DON'T KNOW IF IT HAS THE PROPER STRUCTURE OF A COUNTRY..." A man notes, "IN OTHER WORDS, IT'S A LAWLESS AREA..." while another adds, "...HMM, WANO ISN'T AN ALLIED COUNTRY." A crowned king bursts into laughter, "YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!! WAHAHAHA!! THAT STRAW HAT LUFFY... HOW DARING OF HIM TO CAUSE A WORLD-WIDE DISTURBANCE OVER AND OVER AGAIN... WILL THEY TRY FOR KAIDO'S HEAD NEXTI AFTER THEIR ATTEMPTED ASSASSINATION OF BIG MOM..." Another asks, "WHAT'S SO FUNNY, PRODENCEI!"

Inside the grand circular conference hall of Pangaea Castle, kings and queens from across the world sit around a massive round table marked WORLD GOVT. A stern bald king with a crown growls, "WE MAY HAVE SEVEN DAYS TOGETHER, BUT EVEN THAT'S NOT ENOUGH TO DISCUSS EVERYTHING..." A mustached man adds, "LOOKS LIKE THIS WILL BE OVER QUICKLY..." while a smiling woman replies, "IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU." Another king remarks, "BALLYWOOD, EH..." A tall man in a star-patterned hat declares, "IT'S ME." A blonde woman asks, "WHO IS IT THIS TIMEI" The star-hatted man continues, "IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU ALL." An older king notes, "THE CHAIRMAN CHANGES EACH TIME..." as a voice murmurs, "LUFFY-KUN..." The chairman raises his voice: "AS USUAL, LET'S CAREFULLY DISCUSS..." A massive impact shakes the room with dramatic sound effects as he proclaims, "...ALL RIGHT NOW, KINGS OF THE WORLD..." A cloaked figure adds, "...THE MATTERS OF THIS BEAUTIFUL WORLD!!" The enormous title REVERIE dominates the hall.

Outside the conference building, voices discuss the proceedings. "A MEETING WITH US DURING THIS CONFERENCE... KING COBRA OF ALABASTA HAS REQUESTED..." Another states, "IT LOOKS LIKE THE CONFERENCE HAS STARTED..." Inside a tall corridor, several cloaked men converse. One says, "DID HE FIGURE SOMETHING OUT...I LET'S HOPE HE DOESN'T MAKE THINGS COMPLICATED." Another notes, "THERE'S THIS BIG MOM AND KAIDOU INCIDENT..." A third adds, "AND IT'S BEEN TWO YEARS SINCE THE SUMMIT WAR... IT SEEMS THAT WAVES OF DISTURBANCE CANNOT BE PREVENTED ANYMORE." They continue: "...IN OTHER WORDS, THEY ARE TRAITORS..." "WE'RE THE ONLY ONES OF THE FOUNDING 20 MEMBERS WHO DECIDED TO REMAIN ON THE SURFACE 800 YEARS AGO...!!!" "THE NEFERTARI FAMILY..." A close-up shows a scarred man with an intense glare declaring, "IT SEEMS LIKE THERE IS A NEED FOR A GREAT CLEANSING." Another voice concludes, "THE BALANCE OF THE WORLD... CANNOT BE MAINTAINED FOREVER."

At Pangaea Castle, a butterfly flutters near a window as a voice reports, "EVERYONE HAS ARRIVED." Inside the Room of Flowers, the caption reads "INSIDE PANGAEA CASTLE - THE ROOM OF FLOWERS..." A small panel shows Luffy grinning widely. Nearby, a cloaked figure with a top hat and another character react with surprise. Luffy is shown tumbling and laughing amid scattered papers labeled "DEAD" and "WANTED," with dramatic motion lines and sound effects. In the vast empty throne room, several cloaked figures stand before the Empty Throne. One shouts, "ARE HERE BEFORE YOU!!!" Another declares, "WE, THE FIVE ELDERS..." A note reads "SOMEONE IS SITTING ON THE EMPTY THRONE!!!I" The Five Elders kneel as a massive silhouette looms on the throne. A voice calls out, "OH, IM-SAMA...!!!" Close-ups show the shocked faces of the Five Elders, sweat drops visible. One pleads, "PLEASE... TELL US THEIR NAME!!" Another asks, "IF YOU HAVE..." A third inquires, "HAVE YOU DECIDED WHO IT SHOULD BE YET!I" The final line states, "THE LIGHT THAT NEEDS TO BE EXTINGUISHED FROM HISTORY..." The chapter ends with "CH. 908 /END" and a note that One Piece will resume in issue #31 after a break.
