The Party Begins at 10

On Whole Cake Island's east bay, a scarred man growls, "SORRY, MAN. TRY TO GET FOUND BY SOMEONE SOONER RATHER THAN LATER." Pekoms roars in protest, "WHERE IN THE HELL ARE YOU LOT PLANNING ON GOINGI GAOH!" A sign reads WHOLE CAKE ISLAND, EAST BAY. In the larger scene aboard a ship, a voice declares, "ALL WHO LEAVE, DIE!" THAT'S BIG MOM'S MODUS OPERANDI, ISN'T IT! Someone retorts, "OF COURSE NOT! WE'D BE IN DEEP WATER IF SHE DID!" Another shouts, "WHAT THE HELLI! DOES MAMA KNOW ABOUT ALL THISI!" Jinbe states, "JINBE WAS GRATEFUL TO YOU, YOU KNOW." Pekoms reacts with shock, "!I" At the bottom, a close-up shows a fish-man exclaiming, "BUT TO KNOW THAT BIG MOM WAS PLANNING HER OWN GERMA ASSASSINATION PLAN... OUR BIG MOM ASSASSINATION PLAN MIGHT NOT GO OFF. IT'S HONESTLY A MIRACLE THAT I WAS ABLE TO HEAR PEKOMS' STORY LIKE THIS!"

A massive rocky outcrop rises above the sea as a determined voice declares, "THE SECURITY FOR THE REST OF HER TERRITORY WILL BE LIGHT! AND IF SOMETHING HAPPENS AT THAT TEA PARTY, EVERYONE'S ATTENTION WILL BE EVEN MORE FOCUSED ON THE PARTY! AND THERE'S YOUR CHANCE! WHICH IS WHY I WANT YOU ALL TO RUN! ON THE DAY OF THE TEA PARTY, MAMA'S HORS D'OEUVRE INTERCEPTOR SHIPS WILL ALL BE TIED UP ESCORTING GUESTS!" Jinbe stands firm with Aladine and the fish-men crew. Aladine shouts back, "NO YOU DON'T, DAMN IT! YOU'RE GEARING UP TO DIE IF YOU HAVE TO! I CAN TELL!" Jinbe replies calmly, "YEAH. I KNOW." He continues, "WE'RE PREPARED TO DO ALL THAT. I DON'T MIND, JINBE. WE WILL DO WHAT WE CAN TO ENSURE THAT YOU CAN BE FREE." Turning to another crewmate, Jinbe adds, "AND, ALADINE...WHETHER OR NOT I DO THAT IS NOT A QUESTION OF IF. IT'S A QUESTION OF WHEN! LET'S JUST SAY... THAT SOMEWHERE DOWN THE LINE, I JOIN THE STRAW HAT PIRATES. I'D INTEND TO USE MY VERY LIFE TO PROTECT MY CAPTAIN, STRAW HAT LUFFY!"

One fish-man asks, "YOU'RE WORRIED TOO, AREN'T YOUI ABOUT THE RYUGU KINGDOM." The crew boards their ship and sets sail with cries of "WOAA-ARRGH-HHHH! HURRY! GET READY TO SET SAIL!" and "OI! HOLD IT, YOU BASTARDS!" as the vessel pulls away from the rocky shore. Jinbe watches them go, replying to a final question with, "WE'LL MEET AGAIN, ALIVE! RIGHT, JINBEI!" and "QUIT THAT! WE'VE KNOWN EACH OTHER FOR YEARS, NOW, MAN!" while another voice calls out, "I'M SO SORRY!"

The clock strikes ten as festive music and cries of "IT'S TIME FOR MAMA'S TEA PARTY!" and "IT'S STARTING!" echo across Whole Cake Island. The pig-carriage arrives with excited shouts of "HERE COME THE BIG GUESTS! THE PIG-CARRIAGE'S ARRIVED!" and "BETTER HURRY! THEY ARE LATE, INDEED. WILL THEY MAKE IT IN TIMEI" Inside Whole Cake Chateau, Reiju confronts Sanji, who is bound in chains. She asks, "DOESN'T MATTER. YOU LOT WERE HAVING A BLAST TILL LATE ANYWAY, RIGHTI WHERE WERE YOU, REIJUI INSIDE WHOLE CAKE CHATEAU." Sanji retorts, "I SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO HAVE THEM CHANGE MY ROOM IF I WISH, NOI LET'S GO. SHUSH!" and "ARE MORTICIANS NOT ALLOWED TO CELEBRATE WEDDINGSI" Morgans replies, "INDEED INDEED INDEED INDEED! NO NEED TO SHOUT THIS NEWS!" as he notes, "BUT THIS NEWS IS WELL KNOWN IN THE UNDERWORLD! IT'S QUITE OLD!" and "THIS MARRIAGE IS BIG NEWS! THE GERMA AND MY COMPANY GO WAY BACK!" "MAMA HATES LATECOMERS, YOU KNOW. THANK YOU. LET US HURRY. YOU THREE ARE THE LAST GUESTS!" Perospero then turns to his subordinates. "SHALL WE SEND THEM ON THEIR WAYI LIKE THIS!" The candy structure glows and swirls dramatically as the guests ascend.

Chaos erupts as the underworld figures argue and react to past events. Organ-Dealer Jigra rants, "AND THAT'S WHAT I WROTE IN MY LETTER BACK TO BIG MOM! AND DO YOU KNOW WHAT SHE SENT MEI!" while flashbacks show gunfire and a funeral. "I HAD TO ATTEND MY MOTHER'S FUNERAL! BUT I SIMPLY COULDN'T ATTEND!" another guest exclaims. "I'M HERE TO GET REVENGE!" "THEN HE'D HAVE FIRED. 'BANG BANG!' AND TWO OF YOUR SUBORDINATES WOULD HAVE BEEN SHOT DEAD." Perospero smiles and urges the crowd onward. "IN THREE MINUTES, YOU CAN LICK THE CANDY COASTER TOO! PLAY NICE, KIDDIES!" "YAAAY!" the guests cheer as they surge forward. A guard at the gate refuses entry. "IS BIG MOM ALREADY INSIDEI! I'M SORRY, SIR, BUT WE SIMPLY CAN'T HAVE THAT. OPEN THE GATES! I WON'T SUBMIT TO THE BODY CHECK!" A sign reads "BEFORE THE PARTY HALL."

Charlotte Dogtooth (Katakuri) sits with his legs crossed, bounty poster visible: "1 BILLION 57 MILLION BELLY BOUNTY." He speaks calmly to Bege. "I THREW ONE OF MY JELLYBEANS AT HIM. TELL ME, WAS THAT MISTAKEN, ROOK BEGEI SO, BEFORE ALL THAT HAPPENED, TELL MAMA THAT THIS WAS MY DECISION. YOU WILL NOW REPLY 'I SEE... THAT'S FINE, THEN.'" Bege replies, "I SEE... THAT'S FINE, THEN." A narration box notes Dogtooth's advanced Observation Haki: "HE TRAINED HIS OBSERVATION HAKI SO MUCH THAT APPARENTLY HE CAN SEE A BIT INTO THE FUTURE... A MONSTER WITH A 1 BILLION-PLUS BOUNTY! "A BEAUTIFUL MAIDEN THAT STABBED 100 MEN," "GIRAFFE THAT CRIES STRANGELY," and "LAVA FROM THE MAURI VOLCANO" are listed among the menu items. "OH, IT'S BIG MOM! IT'S ALMOST TIME!" Big Mom appears at the top of the stairs as the crowd cheers. "THE TASTE AND MOUTHFEEL ARE QUITE WONDERFUL, TOO! THIS IS AMAZING!" "GYAAH-HAHA! KYAAA-AAHHH!"

Big Mom towers at the center of the grand hall with arms flung wide, shouting with glee, "LOOK TO YOUR RIGHT! AND NOW YOUR LEFT!" and "THANK YOU FOR COMING FROM NEAR AND FAR!" A massive floating head-shaped structure looms behind her as sweets, cakes, and drinks rain down everywhere. "EVERY-ONE," she continues, "EVERYTHING YOU SEE IS A SWEET TREAT! EAT AND DRINK TO YOUR HEART'S CONTENT!" Guests in fancy attire fill the room, raising glasses while candy and balloons float through the air. On the far left, a close-up of a wide-mouthed figure yells, "AND BE SURE TO ENJOY!" Below that, Sanji stands with a cigarette, glancing sideways as a voice declares, "ENJOY EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS HERE TODAY!" A large narration box reads, "FINALLY, THE PARTY BEGINS!
