In the rain-soaked outskirts of Sweet City, Luffy stands with wide eyes and an open mouth, exclaiming, "YEAH! I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED TOO!" A small inset shows him saying, "JINBE SHOWED UPI!" The scene reveals a ruined area with swords, barrels, and debris under falling rain. Luffy continues, "NAMI AND CO. WERE MORE WORRIED THAN ANYONE, AFTER ALL! THEY'LL ALL BE STOKED ONCE THEY HEAR YOU'RE COMING BACK!" He laughs "SHISHI-SHI!" while gesturing excitedly. Nearby, a hooded figure with a long nose bends over, saying, "BUT ANYWAY, NOW WE'VE JUST GOTTA THINK ABOUT HOW WE CAN MEET UP WITH EVERYONE. SO NAMI'S SAFE, THENI I'M SO RELIEVED...!" Luffy adds somberly, "...AND IN SPITE OF THAT, I CAUSED THEM ALL TERRIBLE GRIEF... I... CAN'T POSSIBLY LOOK NAMI IN THE EYE, AFTER EVERYTHING I'VE DONE..."

The rain begins to ease. A short-haired woman looks up and says, "THE RAIN'S LETTING UP!" Luffy reacts with surprise, "OH!" A panel shows a massive broken mirror world with a checkered floor, floating fragments, and tiny figures below. Voices discuss, "EVEN THROUGH THESE TINY MIRROR FRAGMENTSI YOU THINK THEY'LL BE ABLE TO HEAR US...I THERE HAS TO BE A LEAST A COUPLE OF PIECES LAYING AROUND THAT AREA... THERE THEY ARE! MIRROR WORLD" In another scene, Chopper in a hat yells, "HEEEEEEY! LUFFYYYYY!" while holding a shard. A woman with long hair leans forward as a large mustached man growls. She says, "BROKEN WHILE I WAS ON TOP OF THIS GIANT TREE MONSTER WHO CALLED HIMSELF 'KING BAUM', SO... THE LAST 'MIRROR' WE USED TO TALK WITH YOU WAS..." Chopper calls out, "HELLOI! CHOPPERI!"

In the Sweet City outskirts, Luffy shouts desperately, "LUFFY!!! ARE YOU THEREEEI!" A voice replies with "HMI!" while another calls out "HEEE-EEEEEY!" Someone recognizes, "THAT'S CHOPPER'S VOICE!" Luffy stares at a small shard of mirror in shock. The group questions, "WHY'S THERE A VOICE COMING FROM THE MIRRORI!" Luffy yells into it, "LUFFY!!! CAN YOU HEAR MEEEEI!" A voice answers, "FOUND IT! IT'S COMING FROM THIS LITTLE PIECE OF MIRROR!" and continues calling "HEEE-EEEEEY!" Luffy beams with joy as Chopper cries out, "AHHHHH! LUFFY! YOU'RE REALLY THERE! I'M SO GLAD!" Luffy responds, "CHOPPER! ARE YOU GUYS ALL RIGHTI!" From inside the mirror, Chopper explains, "IT'S A LONG STORY, BUT ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW IS THAT CHOPPER'S INSIDE THE MIRROR WITH EVERYONE ELSE!"

Chopper continues, "WE WERE ABLE TO FIND AND RESCUE EVERYONE FROM INSIDE THE MIRRORS, LUFFY!" Luffy asks, "WHAT ABOUT YOUI" Chopper replies, "YEP, HE'S RIGHT HERE!" and presses, "LUFFY! DO YOU HAVE SANJI WITH YOUI!" Brook adds, "AND WHAT'S MORE, BROOK WAS ACTUALLY ABLE TO GET HIS HANDS ON A COPY OF THE PONEGLYPH!" Luffy grins widely while Brook and Carrot react with hearts, "YOHOHO♡ YOU DUNDERHEAD!" "EHEHEHE, YOU BASTARD♡" and "YOU GUYS REALLY ARE THE BEST!" Luffy reacts in surprise, "WHOA, REALLYI!" Suddenly a loud "HUUU-LUUU~HI!" erupts as Big Mom's forces appear. Someone notes, "SANJI'S NOT COMING BACK JUST YET!" while another asks, "BUT WERE YOU ABLE TO REACH AN UNDERSTANDINGI!" Luffy answers, "LUFFY! IT'S GREAT THAT SANJI'S WITH YOU,"

Luffy declares with fierce determination, "AND SAVE SANJI'S FAMILY! AND ONCE WE'RE DONE... SANJI'LL COME BACK TO US! STARTING NOW, WE'RE GONNA BUST UP BIG MOM'S TEA PARTY AND WEDDING," A distant scene shows a lone figure standing before a massive structure as ominous sounds echo "U—...w..." and "B... BIG...!!!I" The crew reacts with concern. Nami states, "THE LAST THING I WANT IS TO ENDANGER EVERYONE... NO, ENDANGER NAMI BECAUSE OF MY OWN SELFISHNESS... THAT'S WHY..." Luffy responds, "Luffy... WE'RE TALKING ABOUT A YONKO HERE." Sanji looks tense as the group processes the danger ahead.

A massive explosion erupts with the sound "YAAAAAA AAAAAAA AAAAY~!" and chaotic Japanese SFX as Luffy and another figure are blasted backward through the air. "WAH!" someone cries. Carrot shouts, "SO AS LONG AS WE DO ALL THAT, SANJI WILL COME BACK TO THE CREW, RIGHTI!" Luffy retorts, "YOU SIMPLE-TON!" Nami yells, "I'M JUST... SO DUMMY~! YOU DUMMY~!" while reflecting, "I WAS CRAZY WORRIED...I! I HEARD YOU HAD A HUGE FIGHT WITH LUFFY, SO...! WHAT THE HELL'S YOUR PROBLEM...I!" Sanji stands shocked. Nami then addresses him directly, "AH... AND SANJI. REGARDING THE MATTER OF YOU THROWING ME DOWN INTO THE DEPTHS OF FEAR ITSELF..." Sanji replies nervously, "NAMII! AH... UHM..."

Sanji lunges forward with a furious glare, shouting "I'LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU." Nami's close-up shows her intense expression as dramatic sound effects "ドン!!" and "AH!" fill the panel. Below, the group reacts in shock. Nami exclaims, "EEEHHHI! COULD YOU BE... PROPOSING TO ME, NAMII!" Sanji replies, "EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRAG YOU! GOT IT, SANJII!" while Luffy adds, "SO I'M GONNA BRING YOU BACK..." Brook notes, "THE TEA PARTY'S JUST AROUND THE CORNER, AFTER ALL." Nami continues, "BUT, I SUPPOSE I CAN PUT IT BEHIND ME FOR THE TIME BEING." Sanji reflects, "...THIS ALL MAKES ME FEEL ODDLY RELIEVED." The scene shifts as Luffy declares, "BUT THAT'S EASIER SAID THAN DONE...! EVEN THOUGH WE DON'T NECESSARILY HAVE TO TAKE OUT BIG MOM HERSELF." Brook responds, "AHH... THEN WE MUST SAVE HER AT ALL COSTS." Luffy continues, "YEP! AND NOW THAT I THINK OF IT, SANJI'S BIG SIS SAVED MY LIFE!" Chopper adds, "WELL THEN, LUFFY! WE ALL KNOW WHAT WE'VE GOTTA DO." The background shows the grand tea party hall with checkered floors and chandeliers as narration explains, "EVERY TIME MAMA HAS A TEA PARTY, SHE LOOKS FORWARD TO IT FROM THE VERY BOTTOM OF HER HEART! TO DESTROY ALL THAT WOULD MEAN..."

The scene opens on the opulent tea party hall. Narration states, "WITHIN THE BIG MOM PIRATES, THEY ARE BUT THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG!" Big Mom's silhouette looms as the voice continues, "IT SEEMS YOU'VE ALREADY BEEN CONFRONTED BY VARIOUS MINISTERS, BUT..." and "AND WHAT'S MORE, YOU ALL... TO INCITE THE FULL-BLOWN WRATH OF ONE OF THE YONKO...!" The narration warns, "THERE WILL SURELY BE MANY FIERCE WARRIORS ABOVE EVEN THEM IN ATTENDANCE AT THE TEA PARTY!" The view widens to reveal underworld emperors and mafia bosses gathered, with the narration declaring, "THE EMPERORS OF THE UNDERWORLD, INVITED FROM VARIOUS NATIONS FROM ACROSS THE SEAS...!" A close-up shows a fierce man shouting, "AND, NOT TO MENTION..." The Straw Hats react in the lower panels. Luffy protests, "DON'T GO FUDGING THE NUMBERS! YOU INCLUDE EIGHT OF YOU! NOT TEN!" Someone replies, "HEY! DON'T YOU INCLUDE US IN THIS MESS!" Another voice states, "TEN OF US!" and "THERE ARE MERELY..." while the final line notes, "AS FOR WE WHO ARE STANDING AGAINST THEM..." Luffy yells, "AND YOU CAN ALL GO AND GET YOURSELVES MURDERED AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED!"

Luffy asks, "DO YOU KNOW OF CAPONE 'GANG' BEGEI" A question mark floats as the discussion continues. The speaker says, "FORGIVE ME FOR CHANGING THE SUBJECT BUT THERE'S SOMETHING YOU NEED TO HEAR." Nami listens intently while the voice explains, "IN HIS NATIVE WEST BLUE, THERE ARE FIVE ENORMOUS MAFIAS WHICH HAVE THE UNDERWORLD OF THE ENTIRE WORLD UNDER THEIR CONTROL." The group discusses further: "RIGHT. HE'S ONE OF THE 'WORST GENERATION'. IN OTHER WORDS, ONE OF YOUR CONTEMPORARIES." Luffy confirms, "YEAH. HE'S THE GUY WHO MADE OFF WITH SANJI!" The narration details Bege's past: "THE MONIKER 'GANG' COMES FROM THE REMNANTS OF HIS YOUNGER DAYS..." and "AND HE WAS ONE CRAZY WHIPPERSNAPPER. HE BECAME INFAMOUS AS A LOOSE CANNON, Y'SEE..." A dramatic panel shows young Bege with guns, as the story reveals, "THE FIVE GREAT FAMILIES"... AND OF THE FIVE BOSSES OF THOSE MAFIAS, ONE OF THEM IS NONE OTHER THAN 'GANG' BEGE HIMSELF!"

Luffy reacts in horror, "WHATI! THAT'S BEYOND TERRIBLE...!" as a shudder runs through the panel. The narration continues, "AND IF YOU CHANGE 'ANIMALS' TO 'ORGANIZATIONS', THEY MET THE VERY SAME FATE AT HIS HANDS...!" A dark flashback shows Bege laughing amid corpses, with the line, "WHO'D CUT OFF ANIMALS HEADS AND LAUGH AS HE WATCHED THEIR WRITHING BODIES...! I'VE HEARD THAT HE'S THE SORT OF MAN..." The story recounts his youth: "BUT IN SPITE OF ALL THAT, HE SHOWED NO INTEREST IN IMPROVING HIS STATUS OR ACQUIRING TERRITORY." Bege is shown laughing maniacally while stealing money and items. The narration adds, "EVEN BACK IN HIS YOUNGER DAYS, HE WAS ALREADY GUNNING FOR THE HEADS OF THE BOSSES OF THE UNDERWORLD." and "EVEN IF THEY COMMANDED AN ENTIRE FAMILY, HE'D GO STRAIGHT FOR THE HEAD OF ANY BOSS WHO DARED RESIST HIM, AND NO ONE ELSE." In the present, the group discusses his reputation: "BEFORE LONG, THOSE WHO WOULD SEEK REVENGE ON HIM CAME FOR HIS HEAD IN DROVES!" and "HOWEVER, IN THIS WORLD, IT'S EYE-FOR-AN-EYE...!" The final panels show Bege watching the chaos, with the line, "HE MERELY LAUGHED AS HE WATCHED THE POWERS THAT BE IN THE UNDERWORLD PANIC." and "FROM THEN ON, HE SAT BACK AND WATCHED THE BLOOD-SOAKED STRUGGLES FOR POWER."

Narration recounts Capone Bege's rise: he quickly gained infamy by taking only the heads of renowned pirate captains, but leaving their crews intact! Once he grew bored of his dominance, he set out to the seas. But his methodologies didn't change. He had an "iron-clad fortress" awaiting them, and sent them packing with their tails between their legs, laughing all the while. And yet, that was all fun and games for Bege. And to someone like that, there's no better hiding place than under the umbrella of a Yonko...! So Bege became a subordinate of Big Mom's. Even when he journeyed out to sea... he was continuously chased by those seeking revenge. Luffy, Jinbe, Carrot, Brook, and Nami react with surprise. Someone asks, "AndI Why are you telling this to all of us now, JinbeI!" Narration continues: He's finally earned the title of "Rook" as a combatant in Big Mom's forces, and as of this tea party, in addition to his defensive prowess, have had their value acknowledged, and now, his sharpened wariness, and has been given full authority over the security detail of the event.

The main event of this tea party is the wedding ceremony...! Bege declares there will be no one to get in his way... since he and his men will be on guard duty, that means... Luffy reacts with "HuhI!" Narration explains obtaining all of the Germa for herself! But, amidst all the festivities... and, as you know, Big Mom is planning on slaughtering every one of the Vinsmokes at that ceremony... Bege grins widely and states he intends to take Big Mom's head then and there! Someone screams "WHAAA AAAAA A~TI!" as Bege says "Bege..."

The truth is, he was taken by Bege and his cohorts... and was offered to become an accomplice with their schemes. As for Pekoms, who guided you all here... Luffy. Luffy and others react in shock: "Are you serious...I! This tea party is just steeped with conspiracy!" Pekoms...! So that's where he went! However... luckily for him, he was found by one of my comrades, and saved by a hair's breadth. And in order to ensure that he kept quiet, he was shot, and dropped into the seas for the sharks to feed on him. Pekoms, who has a strong sense of duty, refused the offer... and he's currently recuperating. Luffy shouts, "HUUU UUUU UUHI!" From here on out is the meat of the conversation. I've heard everything about this plan... From Pekoms himself, and I've done quite a bit of thinking on how you all should act from here. Luffy yells, "But I've had it up to here with this Bege bastard! I'll never forgive him! So he's safe then! I'm glad to hear it!"

Jinbe says, "I certainly feel bad for Pekoms, but... is now really the time to make an enemy of BegeI Once you heard this whole story, I knew that you would want to rescue Sanji and his entire family." Luffy is told, "I told you to not include us in your little schemes! Unlike the ten of us, who, starting now, are trying to make up from scratch..." Someone yells, "You fiends! I'll expose all of this, just you wait!" The tea party will begin at 10 A.M. That's only about five hours away... Luffy reacts with "HMI" Bege looms and asks, "Would you join forces with BegeI!" Luffy shouts "SANJI! LUFFY!" as someone screams "WHAA AAAAA AT~I!" and another mutters "HMMM~I!" Bege and his crew have meticulously made preparations for this day.

The crew debates the approaching threat. "DO YOU REALLY THINK THOSE GUYS ARE COMIN', FATHERI!" one asks. "WELL, THE GERMA ARE MY HEROES, AFTER ALL!" another declares with a "NYO-RORO!" A sign reads "NORTHWEST WHOLE CAKE ISLAND: FIRE TANK PIRATES HIDEOUT." Someone notes, "...INDEED I DID. HE WAS CHASING AFTER BLACK LEG, AND..." "SO DID YOU OFF BOBBINI" Luffy reacts in shock, "WHOA! LUFFY, ARE YOU INSANEI!" as a voice warns, "...YOU MIGHT BE ONTO SOMETHING THERE!" A smaller panel shows the group discussing, "CALM DOWN! IF WE DON'T LIKE THE SOUND OF IT, WE CAN JUST TURN HIM DOWN. OUR OBJECTIVES ARE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT, AFTER ALL." Luffy's face twists in anger as he growls, "IF HE DOES ANYTHING TO PISS ME OFF," with a large "DON" sound effect. The Fire Tank Pirates gather around Capone Bege in his grand chair. Bege states, "THE REST ALL DEPENDS ON STRAW HAT'S ATTITUDE...!" His men reply, "IT'S ONLY LOGICAL THAT NEITHER OF US WOULD WANT TO MAKE OURSELVES MORE ENEMIES, GIVEN THAT WE'RE BOTH PLANNING ON OPPOSING BIG MOM." Bege adds, "JINBE ISN'T A MAN WHO'D JOKE AROUND ABOUT SOMETHING LIKE THIS!" The crew votes, "LUFFY! WE VOTED AGAINST IT, 4-2!" Luffy shouts excitedly, "SEEI WHAT DID I TELL YAI! JUST WHAT I THOUGHT HE'D SAY!" and "LUFFY, YOU HAVEN'T ACTUALLY BEEN TAKEN IN BY JINBE... HAVE YOUI" Luffy beams, "HUUU UUUU UHI!" and declares, "ALRIGHT! LET'S MEET WITH HIM RIGHT AWAY! I'VE ACTUALLY ALREADY MADE THE PREPARATIONS FOR A MEETING. SHOULD WE GO SEE HIMI!" A background voice worries, "'GANG' IS GONNA GIVE LUFFY AN OFFER HE CAN'T REFUSE...!" while another warns, "ALL WE GOTTA DO IS TAKE 'IM OUT RIGHT HERE!"
