The conversation turns to shipbuilding: a massive man shouts, "A SHIP CONSTRUCTED BY MY MASTER, TOM! In a forested area of Zou, Silvers Rayleigh stands before the Straw Hats and minks, recounting the past. "AS WELL AS THE EXISTENCE OF THE LOST ISLAND, RAFTEL! ROGER HIMSELF GREATLY REVISED THE COURSE OF HIS JOURNEY AFTER REACHING THAT POINT." He continues, "ASSUMING HE HAS NO REASON TO HATE YOU, I DOUBT HE WOULD LIE TO YOU. CROCUS TOO WAS A MEMBER OF THE PIRATE KING'S CREW. ONE OF THOSE WHO LEARNED EVERYTHING." Nami smiles and replies, "OKAY!" A large mink with sunglasses grins widely as Rayleigh advises, "DO NOT WORRY. YOU HAVE NOT LOST YOUR WAY. CONTINUE ON!" In the background, Luffy and others listen while Rayleigh asks Nami, "YOU'RE DOING QUITE A FINE JOB. ARE YOU THE NAVIGATORI"

Luffy bursts out laughing and cheering, "WAHAHA!" while slapping Nami on the head repeatedly. "THAT'S THE NAVIGATOR OF THE FUTURE PIRATE KING FOR YA!" Nami protests amid the slaps, "OI OI! I DUNNO WHAT'S GOIN' ON, BUT OUR NAVIGATOR IS SOMETHING, ISN'T SHE!" A voice adds, "YOU LOT REALLY ARE A LIVELY BUNCH, AREN'TCHA." Usopp clutches his head, exclaiming, "THAT IT'S MAKING MY HEAD SPIN. JUST LIKE BACK WHEN WE MET RAYLEIGH. SERIOUSLY THOUGH... YOU GUYS ARE ALL SO WELL CONNECTED WITH THE LEGENDS... ENOUGH WITH THE SLAPPING! THAT HURTS!" The large mink laughs heartily, "GORONYA NYANYANYA! LORD ODEN'S ADVENTURES... ARE TRULY A RICH TALE! ONE DAY, WE SHALL TELL IT IN ITS ENTIRETY!" Luffy questions the timeline, "ROGER DIED ALMOST 20 YEARS AGO! WHO THE HELL ARE YOU CONFUSING HIM WITH!I" Rayleigh replies calmly, "I SEE... YOU DON'T REMEMBER—WAIT A SEC! YOU LITTLE LIAR! I WAS QUITE YOUNG."

Luffy glares with intense focus. "WE MUST NOT OVERLOOK THE SLIGHTEST DETAIL! WE ALL HAVE MANY THINGS TO DO! NOW, THEN... FROM NOW ON TILL OUR FIGHT WITH KAIDO!" Someone asks, "WHOI" The large mink leans in with a fierce expression and declares, "MARCO THE PHOENIX! FORMER FIRST DIVISION COMMANDER OF THE WHITEBEARD PIRATES," leaving the others stunned.

The group reacts with shock. "MARCOI!" Luffy shouts, "THAT'S RIGHT! YOU GUYS MUST BE FRIENDS, HUH! IS HE GONNA JOIN USI!" Someone recalls, "BUT... DIDN'T HE, A YEAR AGO, AFTER THAT INCIDENT..." Luffy stands among the minks as they discuss plans: "WILL YOU BE OKAY GOING BACKI YOU'RE BEING TARGETED BY THE SHOGUN, AREN'T YOUI" "I AM MOST WORRIED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF MY COMRADES." "WE WILL RETURN TO WANO! WE MUST INCREASE OUR ALLIES AND BEGIN PREPARATIONS." "I GUESS WE'LL BE SPLITTING UP HERE! WE'VE GOTTA PICK A PLACE TO MEET UP AGAIN!" A large mink spots someone and yells, "THERE HE IS! IT'S RAIZO-DONO!" while Raizo himself mutters, "MM." The group agrees, "LET US MEET ON WANO. WE'LL NEED TO MAKE A VIVRE CARD FOR KINEMON. The minks erupt in celebration as Raizo returns, shouting, "WE'RE SORRY FOR KEEPING YOU LOCKED UP, RAIZO! YOU WERE BOUND; ARE YOUR HANDS AND FEET OKAYI WE'RE SO GLAD YOU'RE UNHARMED! RAIZO-DONO! WELCOME BACK! LET'S HAVE A BANQUET!" Raizo stands amid the cheering crowd of minks waving weapons and flags. The group continues, "AND OUR SAFE REUNION WITH THE KOZUKI FAMILY! THE RECONCILIATION OF OUR TWO RULERS, TO CELEBRATE RAIZO'S HEALTH," while Raizo sweats nervously. In a close-up, Raizo activates his power with intense focus, declaring, "NINJA ART... EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU! YOU DAMN MINKS..." as a scroll-like effect bursts forth and the minks react with shock.

Raizo unleashes his technique across the banquet grounds, yelling, "RAIZOU~! NIN! NIN! I LOVE YOU NO JUTSU!" as massive "POOF!" smoke clouds and "NIN! NIN!" effects fill the air and the cheering minks react wildly. Luffy's group prepares to depart: Nami asks, "ARE YOU OKAY WITH JUST LEAVING SANJI'S SITUATION UP IN THE AIRI!" while Luffy is grabbed from behind. "WE'VE GOTTA SET SAIL! HOLD IT RIGHT THERE, LUFFY! YOU'VE HAD ENOUGH BANQUETS, NOI" Luffy laughs, "YAHOO! A BANQUET!" Carrot and others join in: "I'M COMING TOO! PEKOMS IS GRAVELY INJURED! WE NEED A DOCTOR!" "PLUS, ARE YOU TELLING ME YOU CAN SAIL THIS OCEAN WITHOUT A NAVIGATORI!" "I'M COMING WITH YOU! I CAN'T HELP BUT FEEL... A BIT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENED." Luffy reacts with surprise, "EHI! WHY ARE YOU..."

Kin'emon speaks to the group, "THAT WHOLE 'QUIET INFILTRATION' PLAN'S LOOKING A BIT UNLIKELY NOW... IF THINGS GO SOUTH, YOU ALL BETTER DOUBLE-TIME IT OUTTA THERE!" He adds, "IN FACT, IF CIRCUMSTANCES WERE NOT THE WAY THEY ARE, I'D HAVE LIKED TO GO WITH YOU! I AM INDEBTED TO SANJI, AFTER ALL. MY APOLOGIES!" A mink shouts, "GET SANJI BACK FOR US!" Kin'emon turns to another figure, "KINEMON, I'LL BE TAKING THESE GUYS. IS THAT OKAYI" In the background, Luffy appears with a determined look. Later panels show a woman saying, "I'LL TAKE A LOOK AT THE PONEGLYPH THAT KAIDOUL'S GOT IN WANO." Luffy reacts with surprise as SFX like "ZUN ZUN ZUN" and "HUHI" "WHA-I" fill the air. In a close-up, Luffy's eyes widen in shock, sweat flying as he yells, "WHOSE VOICE IS THATI" Smaller panels show him reacting with "HUHI!" and "!!" while background figures clutch their heads.
