We'll redouble our efforts! Go scot-free!I Do something for crying out loud! Do you intend to let all those criminals shacked up in the Eastern Port..." A smack echoes as chaos erupts nearby. An elderly man with goggles reassures a young girl with pigtails and a flower, "It's completely okay! We've received the proper permission! (From Lord Kyros!) Just do as ol' Mowji says!" The girl worries, "If we take too much, these soldiers... are going to collapse..." Mowji retorts sharply to a marine, "Tell me, is it hard to breathe with your head so far up your assI What the hell do you mean 'fairies'!I" Word spreads of strange occurrences and injured people needing aid. A voice apologizes, "A-A-A-Apologies sir!" while another offers, "Sorry for doing this in the middle of our Kenpopo session, but we're short on troops right now and... Ah♡ Just a little more!♡"

Luffy points furiously toward the harbor, shouting, "Dang, they're going at it! The harbor's that way, isn't it!I Haa haa" as massive destruction erupts with "バコォーン!!" and impact lines. A massive warrior in armor roars, "RAAA ARGH!" while holding position. "Try to hold out until Luffy-senpai and Trafalgar get here!" he commands amid clashing fighters near the "ENTRANCE TO THE EASTERN PORT" sign. In the ruined streets, a man with a stern face demands, "No. Quickly, spit it out." Another replies, "OkakiI Want someI" A barrier user clenches his fist with repeated "CLACK" sounds, declaring, "Is your barrier going to work against that!I My barrier can stop anything you throw at it!"

A large building looms as narration wonders, "So there are yet survivors from the White City... A boy with white lead syndromeI" A close-up shows gritted teeth and "CRUNCH". Inside a room, a man with glasses reflects, "As a child. Reminds me all too much of my brother..." A seated figure with a cigarette states, "He hates this world and everything in it..." The blonde man with face markings continues, "Yes, I'm very aware. I haven't lost sight of the fact that my sole purpose here is to stop my brother. I feel sorry for the lad but there's little we can do. White lead syndrome is not treatable. Don't lend him too much of your shoulder. You'll give yourself away."

The blonde man declares, "I won't let him sully Dressrosa with his hands! Is a violent, merciless man. Doflamingo..." Ruins fill the background near the "VICINITY OF THE EASTERN PORT" as a large man grunts and coughs. A flashback panel shows a marine figure. The man with glasses reports, "Reporting from Minion Island. Just once in all his life did he lie to me. Truthfully, he had a sense of justice a bit stronger than your average person's... He was also a trustworthy subordinate." The blonde man asks, "Do you not have any relativesI" and adds, "He held a special place in my heart. We met when he was but a child... I thought of him as my son."

A frantic voice demands, "WHY ARE YOU ON THAT ISLANDI" as a bloodied figure with glasses clutches at a Marine. The Marine transmits, "NAME-CODE'S CORAZON. SENDING VISUAL NOW." Another report states, "WE'VE FOUND THE BODY OF A DONQUIXOTE FAMILY EXECUTIVE AMONG THE CASUALTIES HERE..." In the next scene Trafalgar Law, wearing his spotted hat, recounts the past: "THE BARRELS PIRATE CREW. MY SUBORDINATE'S LIFE. THE OPE OPE NO MI... DURING THE INCIDENT THAT DAY, FOUR THINGS VANISHED... I HAD BEEN BETRAYED... BUT FOR A VALID REASON, I SUSPECTED." A young Law sits alone while a large figure weeps nearby. Law then declares, "THAT'S ME." The older man with glasses reacts sharply, "AHH!" as Law continues, "AND THE BOY WITH WHITE LEAD SYNDROME, WHO WAS AT THE TIME PART OF THE DONQUIXOTE FAMILY."

The older man with glasses presses, "IN AN ATTEMPT TO CURE YOU, IT COST HIM HIS LIFE!I AND IN REACHING FOR THE OPE OPE NO MI... TELL ME! I WANT TO KNOW EXACTLY WHY HE DIED!" Law answers, "SO IT WAS FOR YOUR SAKE THAT ROSINANTE ABANDONED HIS MISSION FOR HALF A YEARI" The man confirms, "YES. HE TOOK ME TO HOSPITAL AFTER HOSPITAL..." Law shouts with fierce determination, "THAT'S WHY I'VE LIVED FOR THE DAY I COULD TAKE DOFLAMINGO'S HEAD, IN HIS STEAD! YES! THAT'S EXACTLY RIGHT! WE WERE SUPPOSED TO RUN AWAY TOGETHER! I OWE THAT MAN MY LIFE AND MY HEART! HE WAS IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD MY SAVIOR!" The man asks about "D" while a cloaked figure walks away in the background. Law wonders aloud about the kind of "D" Corazon hoped he would become.

Sengoku warns, "MEANING HE ALMOST CERTAINLY DIDN'T SAVE YOU FOR YOUR NAME. DON'T SULLY HIS LOVE WITH IMAGINED REQUIREMENTS OR CONDITIONS!" A flashback shows Rosinante speaking to Law. Sengoku continues, "SO HERE WE HAVE ANOTHER... THOSE OF THE 'D' ALWAYS LEAD A LIFE STEEPED IN TRAGEDY..." He questions whether Law, as a pirate, would truly do something in Rosinante's stead. Law recalls Rosinante's words: "JUST KEEP ON LIVING..." Sengoku adds, "HE'D HAVE SAID SOMETHING SIMILAR WERE HE STILL HERE, NOI THAT ALONE IS ENOUGH. REMEMBER HIM. LET US BOTH NEVER FORGET HIM." Law stands silently with his hat casting a shadow.

An enormous explosion rocks the area as debris and smoke erupt violently. Law yells, "WHAT THE-!I" while gripping his sword. Massive chunks of rock fly into the sky amid the chaos. Onlookers react with shock as buildings crumble. Sengoku stares upward, sweat flying, and exclaims, "THIS IS...!" A massive bearded man laughs, "HIYA HOHO! THIS IS GOING TO LEAVE A MARK." Another figure shouts in panic, "THAT BASTARD, DON'T TELL ME HE... HE INTENDS TO USE THOSE THINGS AS WEAPONS!I" A terrified voice cries, "OH MY SWEET MOTHER! NOT LIKE THIS!" while impact lines and rubble fill the panels.

A robed figure raises a staff amid collapsing buildings, declaring, "WELL... IT WAS QUITE TIRESOME SEEING ALL OF THIS LITTERED EVERYWHERE, SO I THOUGHT I'D JUST MAKE SOME USE OF IT. OF THOSE MOST ANNOYING PIRATES." Massive rubble from across Dressrosa swirls upward in a colossal vortex above the eastern port as an enormous structure rises. "THIS IS ALL CLEARLY ADMIRAL FUJITORA'S DOING!" someone shouts. A huge onomatopoeic "ビオオオオ...ン!!!" erupts with the sound "ふああああああああああああああああああ...!!" A marine yells, "EVACUATE TO A SAFE LOCATION IMMEDIATELY! ALL PERSONNEL, WITHDRAW FROM THE EASTERN PORT! WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE WE EVEN LOOKING AT!I THE DOINGS OF A GOD!I REINFORCEMENTS ARE NO LONGER NEEDED AT THE EASTERN PORT! ALL MARINE SQUADS! THIS IS AN ORDER!" A new species of bird appears as chaos spreads. Vice Admiral Bastille arrives on the scene, reacting with shock alongside O-tsuru and others as the evacuation continues amid the flying debris.

Civilians and fighters react in horror at the distant destruction. "STRAW HAT! OH MY... WHO IS GOING TO SAVE THEM FROM THAT!I TAKE OUT THE PIRATES WITH THAT ABOMINATION!I DOES HE INTEND TO... DO NOT GET IN ADMIRAL ISSHOU'S WAY!" someone cries. A frantic group including Usopp, Franky, and others shouts, "WE MUST COME TO THE USOLANDERS' AID! THIS ISN'T THE TIME FOR US TO BE STANDING AROUND WITH OUR MOUTHS OPEN! WHAAAAA AAAAT!I" Lucy appears as a man in a black coat yells, "LUCY! DON'T TELL ME THE ESCAPE OPERATION'S GONNA GO UP IN FLAMES..." On the ground, a swordsman commands, "ROGER! EVERYONE, HURRY TO THE SHIP! GAR LAW!!!" while another figure retorts, "WE WERE WAITING FOR YOU TWO, DAMN IT! WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN, TRAFAL- OI! The escape intensifies near the coast. "HURRY HURRY! JUST MAKE A BEELINE FOR THE SHIP! JUST MANEUVER AROUND THE GEEZER FUJITORA GUY LIKE 'FWISH' AND... WHOAA! LUFFY-SENPAI! THERE HE IS!" Bartolomeo shouts. Fighters including a bandaged man and others yell, "WE'RE ALL HERE! RUN FOR IT! EVERYONE, HURRY! TO THE SHIP! STRAW HAT AND LAW ARE BOTH HERE!" Luffy appears running with wide eyes and sweat, gasping "HAA! HAA!" A close-up shows a fierce man delivering "HERE'S A FACEFUL OF TROPICAL PUNCH!" while Luffy reacts with "RE-MEMBER ME!I" and confusion over "MANEUVERI" Someone calls out, "OI! MR. GAMBLER!" as the group presses forward amid flying debris and urgent movement toward the sea.

'CAUSE THAT'S WHAT A TRUE PIRATE KING WOULD DO! YONKOU, MARINE ADMIRALS," with the caption "IS THIS THE RESOLVE FOR A BATTLE AGAINST ADMIRALS!I" The enormous spiked projectile smashes into the ground, sending Luffy flying amid massive impact effects and debris. Onlookers react with shock as the chapter ends on the explosive clash.
