Inside a long metal corridor labeled 'PUNK HAZARD, INSIDE THE RESEARCH LAB', a group of children runs forward while panting heavily. Speech bubbles reveal their confusion: 'AN ILLNESS THAT TAKES...A YEAR TO CURE...I' and 'OUR MUMMIES AND DADDIES ASKED SOME PEOPLE TO BRING US HERE... SO WE COULD ALL GET WELL AGAIN!' One child asks, 'WHAT KIND OF DISEASE IS THATI NONE OF YOU LOOK LIKE YOU'RE UNWELL AT ALL...!!!' Nami appears in close-up, sweating and thinking, 'WE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SAY GOODBYE... RIDICULOUS... THIS SMELLS LIKE KIDNAP TO ME...!!!' Other bubbles continue: '...AND BROUGHT US STRAIGHT HERE...', 'NO... THE PEOPLE WERE WAITING FOR US RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR HOUSES...', '...TO COME HERE WITH THESE PEOPLEI', and '...YOUR PARENTS JUST TOLD YOU...'.

Chopper, wearing a hat, tells Nami, 'Chopper, YOU SHOULD GIVE THEM A PROPER DIAGNOSIS LATER, THEN WE'LL KNOW FOR SURE.' and 'AND IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR SINCE YOU CAME HERE NOW, RIGHTI!' Usopp yells at a child, 'WHAT ARE YOU, THICKI!' while the child replies, 'THE DISEASE MUST BE REALLY DANGEROUS!' Nami adds, 'YOU WERE TAKEN AWAY BY PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW WITHOUT EVEN GETTING TO SEE YOUR PARENTSI! BUT... SURELY THAT MEANS...' A massive impact occurs as Usopp is struck, with 'HWAAAIY AHHHHH!!!' and 'ALL RIGHT!' visible. The group reaches a dead end; Nami gasps, 'OH, NO... A DEAD ENDI!' as an explosion rocks the area with 'CRACK!!' and 'BOOM!!'. Usopp encourages, 'YOU'VE CERTAINLY... TOUGHENED UP.'

The group reacts to the cold air. Chopper says, 'IT FEELS NICE AND COOL TO ME...!' while Nami shivers, 'WHERE IS THIS PLACEI! OUTSIDE THE LABI OR SOME KIND OF REFRIGERATORI IT'S SO DARK, I CAN'T SEE A THING...!' and 'OH, SURE!' A child panics, 'HUHI I DON'T WANNA GO IN THERE!! IT'S TOO SCARY!!!' Usopp shouts, 'RUN' and 'LOOK!! THERE'S A DOOR!! LET'S KEEP GOING - THIS ISN'T A DEAD END AFTER ALL!!' Nami agrees, 'YOU'RE RIGHT...!' The children press forward, one saying, 'REALLYI! THEN IT MUST LEAD TO THE EXIT!! I KNOW IT'S COLD, BUT HANG IN THERE!! COME ON!' Another asks, 'WHAT'S WRONG, ALL OF YOUI!' as they discover an opening.

Horrified faces stare out from the ice as the group discovers the cavern walls packed with frozen corpses. "...FROZEN CORPSESI!!" "WHAT IN THE... ARE THESE..." Reactions ripple through the party while more bodies appear above and below. "ABOVE AND BELOW, AS WELLI!!" Screams echo: "AGHHH HH!!!" "AHHH...!!!" A small figure with a topknot stands frozen in shock before the massive wall of contorted faces. "IT'S ALL FULL OF FROZEN PEOPLE!! IT'S TOO SCARY!!!" Two figures on a lower ledge react in terror: "EHHH...I! WHAT IS ALL THISI!!" The icy cavern pulses with dread as the scale of the frozen graveyard becomes clear.

The group debates their next move amid the frozen nightmare. "SERIOUSLY, THOUGH, WHAT'S UP WITH THESE GUYSI THEIR BODIES ARE HALF SHEEP!" "CREATURES LIKE THIS ARE ONLY MEANT TO EXIST IN LEGENDS..." "THERE'S NO POINT SPECULATING ABOUT THEM RIGHT NOW. NOT UNTIL WE FIGURE OUT WHAT THIS FACILITY REALLY IS." Sanji and Kin'emon press forward. "NOW LET'S GET MOVING. I JUST SENSED A DISTANT CRY OF FEAR!! I THINK NAMI MIGHT BE LONGING TO CONFESS HER LOVE TO ME!!" "ALL RIGHT, ALREADY, THAT'S ENOUGH!! THE PATH IS BLOCKED!!" In the research lab, Kin'emon's severed head rages: "MY SON WAS NOT AMONG THE CHILDREN WHO ESCAPED!!" "RELEASE ME NOW, PIRATE!! I WILL REMAIN HERE!!!" He demands help locating his body while Sanji retorts about the danger.

Tensions explode between Sanji and Kin'emon. Sanji smashes the samurai's head while shouting, "CALM DOWN, SANJI. IS SMASHING A DISEMBODIED HEAD OPEN REALLY GOING TO MAKE YOU FEEL ANY BETTERI" Kin'emon yells back, "I HAVE NO REGRETS!!! I WILL NOT BEG FOR MY LIFE AT THE HANDS OF VILLAINS!!!" The fight intensifies with Sanji kicking the head. "OH, FOR THE LOVE OF!!!" Kin'emon retorts, "I SUPPOSE I WOULD NOT COMPLAIN IF YOU WERE TO CARRY ME TO SAFETY...!" Sanji snaps, "UGH...!! WHEN WE FIND YOUR BODY, YOU ARE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS...!!!" and "I WAS AN IDIOT FOR RESPECTING HIS COURAGE EVEN FOR A SECOND!!! I DON'T EVEN WANT TO SAVE HIM ANY MORE!!!" The disembodied head continues its defiant monologue as they bicker.

A Den Den Mushi relays frantic calls near the research lab main entrance. Voices cry, "HELP! PLEASE! ANYONE!!!" "DID YOU REALLY NEED TO SAY THATI!..." "...LOP! THIS IS LUFFY!! I'M GOING TO BE THE PIRATE KING!!!" Inside the lab, Law, Tashigi, and Marines react to the chaos. "WE'RE ALL GONNA BE KILLED BY THE SAMURAI!!!!" "...SLICED DOWN ONE AFTER ANOTHER... IT'S NO USE...!!!" Tashigi shivers, "IT'S COLD... SO COLD... IS THAT YOU, BOSS...I!" A massive snowy landscape unfolds below with more distress calls: "WHOEVER YOU ARE, YOU HAVE TO HELP US, PLEASE! WE'RE AT..." "WHERE ARE YOU RIGHT NOWI!!" The transmission crackles with overlapping cries and static.

Trafalgar Law stares forward with a stern expression as the island name echoes around him: "PUNK HAZARD!!" Nearby, a small flying creature crackles with static, screaming in distress: "AAAAAA RGHHHH HHHHHH HI!!! GHH H-!" *BZZZ ZZT*... A gruff voice recalls, "I HEAR YOU KNOW STRAW HAT LUFFY, YEAHI TWO YEARS AGO, ON SHABONDY..." Another speaker analyzes the situation: "IT SEEMS SAFE ENOUGH TO ASSUME THAT THIS DISTRESS SIGNAL ORIGINATED HERE ON PUNK HAZARD, WOULD YOU NOT AGREEI THE NAME OF THE ISLAND... REFERENCES TO A FRIGID CLIMATE..." In the background, figures stand amid snow and ruined structures. A flashback panel shows a cloaked figure at a doorway while another voice asks, "WHAT'S MORE, AT THE ULTIMATE WAR, WHEN STRAW HAT WAS BEING PURSUED BY AKAINU..." A chaotic group scene erupts with overlapping shouts about alliances: "THE TWO OF YOU AND KIDD FOUGHT AS ALLIES......IN THE INCIDENT SURROUNDING THE TENRYUUBITO FAMILY OF ROSWARD."

Law stands amid swirling snow and shattered architecture, declaring, "IT WAS YOU THAT HELPED HIM ESCAPE...!!!" The scarred man replies skeptically, "I'M AFRAID THIS TRANSMISSION ISN'T SOME TRAP THAT WE CAME UP WITH. AND YOU EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THATI THIS DISCUSSION IS OVER." Law counters firmly, "...AND I REFUSE." The scarred man presses, "WHAT ARE YOU AFTERI I KNEW WELL THAT THE MARINES......ARE SKILLED AT FABRICATING DISTRESS SIGNALS AND THE LIKE." Law stands resolute with a sharp glare and three exclamation marks beside him. The scarred man growls, "LET ME SEE WHAT'S INSIDE THE LAB. DON'T MAKE THIS DIFFICULT, LAW." Law retorts, "IT'S NOT A LAB ANY MORE. IT'S MY VILLA."

The scarred man warns Law, "IF THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY, I SUGGEST YOU LEAVE. IF STRAW HAT DOES HAPPEN TO SHOW UP, I'LL TAKE HIM DOWN FOR YOU. THERE'S NO ONE ELSE HERE. IT'S JUST ME. WHAT'S SO WRONG WITH A PIRATE LIKE ME OCCUPYING AN ISLAND THAT YOUR LOT HAVE ABANDONEDI" Outside in the snow, a cloaked figure flees in terror as screams erupt: "AAAAAHHHHHH!!" "WAAAA AAAAAH HHH!!" "ALL THOSE FROZEN PEOPLE!! THEY WERE SO SCARY!!" A marine recoils in shock at a strange creature: "WHAT THE HECK IS THAT CREATUREI!!! EHHH!I" Law's group discovers a door: "IT'S A DOOR!! WE CAN FINALLY ESCAPE!!" "YAAAA AAAAA AAY!!" while someone shouts, "BUT LOOK OVER THERE!!"

An explosion blasts open the exit amid flying debris and smoke. Voices cry out in triumph: "WE'RE FREE!!!" "HIYAA AAAAAHHH HHHH!!!" Children pour out cheering wildly: "WE CAN SEE OUR MUMMIES AND DADDIES AGAIN!!!" "WE'RE OUT OF THE BUILDING!! NOW WE CAN GO HOME!!" "ALL RIGHT!!" "WE'RE FREE ZING!!" "WE'RE FR... WE'RE FRE..." "IT'S SO COLD!!" One child points excitedly: "THE STRAW HAT PIRATES!!" Franky appears riding his signature tank-like vehicle as the children swarm it, chanting, "HEY HEY, HEY-HEY, FRANKY! HEY HEY, HEY! FRANKY TANK!" "MOVE YO' ASS! MOVE YO' ASS! MOVE YO' SUPER ASS!! ANYBODY IN OUR WAY IS GONNA END UP FLAT!!!" A scarred observer mutters, "BUT HE WON'T FLATTEN THE FLOWERS, NOOOOOO!" while another notes, "HE'S KIND OF THE AWESOME, THE FRANKY FRANKY TAAAAAAAANK!"

The giant children rampage through the facility in a cloud of bubbles and debris. Luffy, Chopper, and the others tumble wildly as someone yells, "GO TANK!! GO TANK!! SUPER ULTIMATE!!" and "SHUUUU UUUPEEEE EEER!!" A panicked voice cries, "WHERE DO WE EVEN STARTI!" while another shouts, "A GIANT RACCOONI A BIKINI IN WINTERI! GIANT CHILDRENI!" and "A ROBOT!!! A SEVERED HEAD!! IS THIS SOME KIND OF CRAZY DREAMI!" Trafalgar Law stands facing a Marine officer who grabs a small girl and yells, "DON'T TELL ME YOU'RE THE ONE WHO'S BEEN KEEPING THESE CHILDREN PRISONERI! YOU FIEND!! WELL, YOU'RE NOT HAVING THEM BACK!!!" The officer freezes in shock: "AHHH!!! I RECOGNISE YOU!!! OHHH, YEAH!! YOU WERE THERE BACK ON SHABONDY!!!" Smoker and Tashigi appear; a voice exclaims, "AND HIS BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY FRIEND♥" as another Marine bellows, "SMOKER!!!" Tashigi stares in disbelief: "...!!! OF ALL THE DIRTY, ROTTEN, NO-GOOD CROOKS...!!! IF IT ISN'T..." while a child wonders, "... CHILDREN HERE...I! WHY ARE THERE..."

Panic spreads as the children flee the crumbling building. Voices shout, "HUHI AREN'T MARINES MEANT TO BE GOOD GUYSI!" "WAAH HHHHHH HHH!!" "BACK INSIDE, EVERYONE!!!" and "WE'D BETTER HEAD BACK AND FIND A DIFFERENT WAY OUT!!" A figure warns, "THIS IS BAD... THE MARINES ARE ONTO US!!" while another complains, "I DON'T WANNA!! THEY LOOK ALL GANGSTERY!!" Sanji sweats and mutters, "I'M A LITTLE TAKEN ABACK MYSELF..." as the children scream and run. Luffy points ahead yelling, "HURRY IT UP!! WE'RE HEADING ROUND THE BACK!! THIS PLACE MUST HAVE A REAR EXIT!!" while the giant kids wail, "WAAH HHHHHH HHHH!!"

Caesar Clown snarls from the floor, "...!!! HOW DARE THEY CAUSE A RUCKUS ON MY ISLAND...!!!" while a subordinate yells, "HEY!! HOLD IT!!" and another Marine shouts, "AH...!!! DAMMIT, WE FROZE UP OUT OF SHOCK!! RIGHT, LET'S DO THIS!! FOLLOW THE BEAUTIFUL CAPTAIN!! MOVE IT, MEN!! WE'RE GOING TO CAPTURE THOSE STRAW HATS!!!" Trafalgar Law raises his hand and declares, "ROOM...!!!" A massive spherical domain expands, engulfing the laboratory and a floating warship. He then snaps his fingers with the command, "TACT" as the entire structure begins to lift and twist. Marines scream in terror, "WHOAAAHH HHHHH!!!"
