Panic erupts across the island as crowds flee in terror. "WHAT'S GOING ON UP THERE ABOVE THE ISLANDI!" someone shouts. "DON'T STOP MOVING, PEOPLE!! KEEP RUNNING!!" yells a fish-man. A young mermaid clutches her face in shock. "THE TRUTH ABOUT HODYI!" another voice cries. In the sky, massive objects plummet as narration explains, "THEY ARE DRIVEN BY BLIND AND EMPTY HATRED ALONE!!!" and "...NO REASON OR HIGHER PURPOSE BEHIND THEIR ACTIONS. THEY HAVE NO EXPERIENCE OF HUMANITY..." A fish-man warrior stares upward and exclaims "EMPTYI!" Below, people point and scream as the massive Noah begins to blacken the sky. "RUN FOR IT, PEOPLE!! CAN'T YOU SEEI! THE NOAH IS ALREADY STARTING TO BLACKEN THE SKY!!" shouts a striped-hatted fish-man. "WHAT IS PRINCE FUKABOSHI TRYING TO SAY...I!" another wonders amid the chaos.

Hody Jones laughs maniacally from above, "HAHAHA HAHAHA HA!!!" and "JAHAHA HAHAHA...!!!" A massive black object hurtles downward with intense motion lines and impact sounds "ゴゴゴゴ" and "ゴゴゴ". A fish-man reacts with shock, "!!" and "GOGO BOBO BOBO". In close-up panels, Hody's transformed face appears with bulging veins and wild eyes as he pants "PANT... PANT...". Shirahoshi watches in horror, her eyes wide, while narration notes "HODY-SAMA HAS TRANSFORMED INTO AN EVEN MORE UNSIGHTLY FORM...!!" amid swirling debris and impact effects.

Hody Jones roars with laughter, "JAHA HAHAHA HAHA!!!" while emitting "DOKUN DOKUN" heartbeat effects, his monstrous face twisted with rage and bulging veins. A flashback panel shows him being told, "DON'T FORGET THIS, HODY. HUMAN BEINGS ARE AN INFERIOR RACE. HUMANS ARE EVIL." as a hand strikes him. Hody's eyes widen in realization. Below, a crowd of fish-men reacts with fear and anger. "THERE'S NOTHING LEFT TO DO!! FISH-MAN ISLAND IS SURELY DOOMED!!!" one shouts. "THE HUMANS HAVE GONE WILD, AND THEY THINK NOTHING OF KIDNAPPING YOUNG MERMAIDS!!" another declares. "SINCE THE GREAT PIRATE AGE BEGAN, MORE PEOPLE DIE ON THIS ISLAND EVERY DAY!!!" a third adds as the mob surges forward.

THE WOMAN WHO BROUGHT SHAME UPON OUR NATION......HAS BEEN PUNISHED BY THE HEAVENS!!!" A close-up shows a massive-jawed fish-man with narrowed eyes declaring, "THE HEAVENS HAVE CHOSEN US... THE POWER THAT WE NEED!!!...IS NOW!!! THE TIME FOR REVENGE..." Smaller panels reveal a sack being carried away. In the lower section, Dosun sweats while holding a small object and says, "I'LL SEE WHAT I CAN DO." Zeo leans in, "CAN YOU REPRODUCE IT, ZEOI" Another fish-man demands, "HOW DID YOU GET YOUR HANDS ON IT, DOSUNI!" A background voice adds, "EVERYONE HERE IN THE FISHMAN DISTRICT IS UNHAPPY WITH THIS COUNTRY. IT WON'T BE HARD TO CONVINCE THEM TO JOIN US." Several crew members stare in shock, one gasping, "KYAH!!...!! CAN THIS BE...I!" and another whispering, "...IS THIS THAT LEGENDARY...I!"

A massive burning Jolly Roger with a crossed-out human symbol dominates the page as a voice shouts, "WE'RE GOING TO SLAUGHTER THOSE HUMANS ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!" Another declares, "THIS IS A HOLY WAR!!! BEGIN THE PREPARATIONS!!!" In the next tier, a fish-man crew cheers, "JAHA HAHA!!" while one proclaims, "THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT DRAWS NEAR!!!" and another yells, "WE ARE THE CHOSEN ONES!! CHOSEN TO DELIVER JUSTICE!!! TO AVENGE ALL THOSE WHO HAVE GONE BEFORE US!!!" The bottom panel shows a long-haired mermaid tumbling through the air under attack, vowing, "WE WILL LAY DOWN OUR LIVES IN THE NAME OF RETRIBUTION...!!!" as enemies scream, "FILTHY INFERIOR BEINGS!!!"

Inside a control room, fish-men operate targeting equipment. One warns, "WE HAVE TO HIT THE TARGET DEAD-ON!! IT'S NO GOOD IF THE BUBBLE FLIES STRAIGHT PAST IT!!" Another replies, "CAREFUL NOW!! UNLIKE THE BUBBLE AROUND THE ISLAND, THIS ONE WILL GO STRAIGHT THROUGH THE SHIP!!" A massive bubble device launches with heavy impact effects. Below, a weary fish-man with long hair reflects, "IT HAD BECOME A DEN OF DISCONTENT, DEAF TO ALL THAT WE HAD TO SAY... BEFORE WE KNEW IT, THE FISHMAN DISTRICT HAD DRIFTED BEYOND OUR REACH..." A final panel shows him looking up in despair, "WE WERE TOO LATE..."

Prince Fukaboshi shouts in alarm, "WE FAILED TO DO ANYTHING BUT IGNORE THE DANGER THAT IT PRESENTED...!!" as a mermaid cries, "FLEE TO THE OPEN WATER!!" Citizens panic while one yells, "AND AS THIS LAWLESS UNREST GREW AND FESTERED ON THE OCEAN FLOOR BELOW US..." A fish-man points upward, "YOUR SIGNATURES!!" Shirahoshi pleads, "YOU MUST NOT PASS IT ON TO THE CHILDREN...!!" while another voice states, "BUT NO MATTER HOW MUCH ANGER AND HATRED YOU BEAR TOWARDS THESE HUMANS..." A third adds, "I KNOW IT MUST BE DIFFICULT..." The final panels show the giant ship Noah plummeting as a fish-man screams, "YOU GOTTA LET ME GO!! THE NOAH IS FALLING ON THE ISLAND!!!" and another demands, "WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOINGI!"

A massive close-up shows Hody Jones's bloodied, enraged face as he roars, "THIS WAS WHAT MY MOTHER FEARED THE MOST!!!" and "WE WERE TOO LATE TO REACH OUR OWN PEOPLE!!" Below, a fish-man cries out, "OUR MOTHER WAS KILLED BY THE BITTER HATRED THAT LURKED WITHIN FISHMAN ISLAND ITSELF!!!" Shirahoshi appears in tears, clutching a small orb, as narration continues: "THE FIRST DANGER WE SHOULD HAVE CONFRONTED WAS THE THREAT THAT CAME FROM WITHIN!!" Jinbe stands grimly while a voice declares, "THE REGRETS OF THE DEAD BELONG TO THE DEAD. THIS HATRED IS A TWISTED ILLUSION PROLONGED BY THE LIVING!!!" Another panel shows Jinbe with "YOUR HIGHNESS..." as he admits, "BUT SOMEWHERE IN MY HEART, I STILL HARBOURED RESENTMENT TOWARDS THE HUMANS." Shirahoshi responds softly, "I THINK SHE MAY HAVE UNDERSTOOD THIS ALL ALONG...!!!" and pleads, "PLEASE DO NOT FEEL ANY ANGER ON MY BEHALF... NO MATTER WHO... IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS..."

Hody Jones continues his rant from above: "BY THE TIME WE REALISED OUR MISTAKE, THEY HAD GROWN TOO POWERFUL FOR US TO RESIST!!!" A small panel shows Shirahoshi sitting sadly with "NYUUU..." as Hody's foot crushes a structure. He adds, "I WAS UNABLE TO FULLY ABANDON MY RESENTMENT OF THE HUMANS, AND THIS LED ME TO OVERLOOK THE THREAT THAT LAY WITHIN THE FISHMAN DISTRICT...!!!" Luffy appears in profile, shouting desperately, "STRAW HAT... I BEG OF YOU!!!" while Hody warns, "AT THIS RATE, THE HATRED THAT WE BEAR TOWARDS THE HUMANS WILL DOOM US ALL!!!" The page ends with Hody's massive face screaming, "RETURN IT ALL TO NOTHING!!!" and "WE HAVE NO NEED FOR THE PAST!!!"

Multiple fish-men shout in panic: "ALL RIGHT!! IT'S IN THE BUBBLE!!" and "...AND DESTROY IT ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!" as they prepare to attack a massive structure. Hody's voice echoes, "TAKE THE DARKNESS THAT SHADES OUR ISLAND FROM THE SUN'S LIGHT..." A wide view shows the island under clouds with the command "...TO NOTHING!!!!" and "USE THE POWER YOU POSSESS... TO RETURN FISHMAN ISLAND..." Fukaboshi yells, "IF YOU SAY I CAN DO WHATEVER I LIKE... THEN DON'T WORRY!!" while calling out "BRO-HOSHI!!" A shark-like fish-man growls, "EMPTY WORDS, FUKABOSHI...! OUR GRUDGE AGAINST THE HUMANS WILL NEVER FADE!!!"

The Straw Hats and allies react in Gyoncord Plaza. A voice notes, "MY CREW AND JIMBEI HAD DECIDED TOGETHER..." as Luffy's voice is recognized: "THAT'S LUFFY-CHAN'S VOICE!!" Fish-men exclaim, "DID YOU HEAR! THE ONES WHO'RE FIGHTING AGAINST HODY'S CREW IN GYONCORD PLAZA... ARE THE STRAW HAT PIRATES!!" and "WHATI! BOSS JIMBEI IS WITH THEM, TOO!!" Shirahoshi smiles hopefully while Sanji, Franky, and others stand ready. Fukaboshi urges, "LEAVE IT ALL TO ME, BRO-HOSHI!" as the group declares they "...WEREN'T GOING TO LET ANYBODY... HARM FISHMAN ISLAND!!"

Luffy grins widely with a small creature perched on his shoulder and declares in a large speech bubble, "WE'RE FRIENDS, RIGHT!I" Below, fish-men citizens react in shock. One shouts, "HOW COULD WE EVER HAVE MISTRUSTED THIS MAN...I!!!" while another yells, "GUYS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING STOPPING FORI!!!" A mermaid and others stand amid the chaos near ornate buildings. In the lower panels, several fish-men declare their resolve: "SAME HERE!!" "I'M NOT GOING TO RUN!!" "ME TOO!!" "ME TOO!!" One fish-man with a cross-like mark on his chest roars, "I'M GONNA STAY ON THE ISLAND.....!!" as another demands, "WH... WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUTI!!!" Sound effects and motion lines fill the scene.

Luffy launches a massive fiery punch attack labeled "RED HAWK!!!!" in huge letters, his arm coated in Armament Haki as flames and smoke erupt. A fish-man opponent is struck amid the explosion. Nearby panels show a blonde woman shouting, "A... ALL RIGHT!!" and "YEAH!! CRY-HOSHI..." while another voice calls, "LUFFY-SAMA, THE NOAH IS SURROUNDED BY AIR!!" Luffy activates "GEAR SECOND...
