Nightmare Luffy

A massive close-up shows a woman with pigtails and swords on her back shouting "LET'S GET MARRIED!!!" while a huge face exclaims "OH, MY!! I LOVE YOU!!!" A smaller panel shows her being refused for the 4444th time. She stands tall in a forest clearing declaring "NO." Her crew of Rolling Pirates explains they are victims whose shadows were stolen by Moria and have wandered the forest. A sign reads "Rolling Pirates" Captain "Proposal Lola" with current proposal count: 4443. A small figure asks "YOU'RE 'STRAWHAT LUFFY', RIGHTI" as Lola's shadow was also taken. Large SFX "ばーん" and "どん!!" punctuate the scene.

Pirates discuss the situation in speech bubbles: "BUT THE ENEMY HAS AWAKENED THE SPECIAL ZOMBIE!!" "WE'VE BEEN TOTALLY EXCITED SINCE YOU GUYS ARRIVED!!" "THE THREE ENIGMAS WHO ARE WITH MORIA HAVE ALL BEEN BEATEN, AND THE MANSION IS ALREADY HALF DESTROYED!!" "WE'VE HEARD ALL ABOUT THIS THROUGH THE 'VICTIM NETWORK'!!!" A close-up shows a frantic man yelling about the monster's stomach. Another pirate shouts they cannot reach Moria and the special zombie must be defeated first. Luffy appears with a determined expression, shouting "HEY!!" and "THIS IS THE SHADOWS' SECRET THAT WE DISCOVERED!!" A large close-up shows him yelling "STOP RIGHT THERE!!! LET'S STOP THIS ROUNDABOUT EXPLANATION!! I'LL BE FASTER TO JUST SHOW HIM!!" while another man says "OKAY, I'M REALLY IN A HURRY, SO..." The group spots a shadow and decides to force it to eat salt. Luffy grabs the shadow as it struggles with SFX "ズドドド!!" and "ズズズ..." A woman asks if he can handle a sword; he replies "...YEAH." but then "NO... I CAN'T." The shadow resists as Luffy holds on.

Luffy grips a massive sword in a dramatic stance as a powerful shadow aura erupts around him, shouting "WHOOAA!!" while a "TOCHING!" sound effect marks the impact. The crew and allies watch in awe as shadows swirl into his body. A long-haired swordsman with a mustache explains, "UFUFUFU ♡ THAT SHADOW WE PUT IN YOU BELONGED TO A FORMIDABLE MARINE SWORDSMAN!!!" while another voice adds, "HUH!I WHAT HAPPENED!I" The afro-haired man cheers, "PRETTY COOL, RIGHT!I" as the group discusses the power. "PLUS, AS LONG AS YOUR SPIRIT CAN TAKE IT, WE CAN INSERT AS MANY SHADOWS AS WE WANT!!" "ALL OF THAT SHADOW'S FIGHTING ABILITY HAS BEEN ADDED TO YOUR STRENGTH!!" A warning follows from the long-haired man: "BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE SPIRIT TO HANDLE IT, YOU'LL LOSE CONSCIOUSNESS, AND THE STRENGTH WILL DISAPPEAR LIKE A BUBBLE." The group declares, "WE'VE CAUGHT PLENTY OF SHADOWS!!" and "WE'LL USE MORIA'S ABILITY AND MAKE YOU SEVERAL TIMES STRONGER!!"

The long-haired swordsman continues explaining, "IF YOU PUT A SHADOW INTO A CORPSE, IT BECOMES A ZOMBIE. LISTEN CLOSELY, AND DON'T FORGET THIS!!" while the striped-shirt pirate adds, "BUT WE KEPT ON FREEING SHADOWS FROM RANDOM PEOPLE!! SO WE STARTED CAPTURING THEM!!" Luffy reacts with shock as the group reveals, "WE'VE BEEN DESPERATELY PURIFYING ZOMBIES WHILE WE WERE LOOKING FOR OUR OWN SHADOWS." They declare, "WE'RE GIVING YOU ALL OF THE SHADOWS WE'VE GOT!!!" as dozens of shadows surge into Luffy, who exclaims, "WOW!! SO MANY!" The power-up is detailed: "YOU ONLY HAVE 10 MINUTES!!!" "THE POWER UP LASTS ABOUT 10 MINUTES. AFTER THAT, THEY'LL LEAVE AND RETURN TO THEIR ORIGINAL OWNER!!" but "THE POWER CAN'T STAY IN A HUMAN BEING WITH A SOUL!!" The crew urges, "YEAH!! DO IT!!!" JUST HOW STRONG IS HIS SPIRIT...I" Luffy's silhouette transforms dramatically with swirling shadows and the sound "FUUUU FUUUU" as he declares, "YEAH... IT'S ME...!!!! THE POWER... IT'S OVERFLOWING!! I CAN'T STOP IT!!!" Allies watch from below, noting, "YOU... LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT..." and questioning, "H...HEY!!! ARE YOU STILL THERE!I IS IT REALLY YOU, STRAWHAT LUFFY!!!I" Luffy's massive Nightmare form looms over the ruins as the long-haired swordsman shouts, "THIS MIGHT WORK!! OKAY, THERE'S NO TIME!! GO SHOW MORIA A *NIGHTMARE*!!!" "YOU'RE OUR RAY OF HOPE, *NIGHTMARE LUFFY*!!!" while Luffy roars, "YEEEAAAHHH!!!" and "I'M ACHING TO GET INTO A FIGHT!!!"

Nightmare Luffy launches into a devastating assault with stretching limbs and massive attacks. He unleashes "GOMU GOMU-" followed by a powerful strike marked "BARI!" and "BELL"!!! as an enemy is sent flying. The long-haired swordsman yells, "SHISHI-SHISHI" while Luffy's attacks produce "LUWOO" and impact sounds. An enemy screams "GWAAAAA AHH!!!" as Luffy's giant fist and body stretch dramatically. The long-haired swordsman exclaims, "IT FEELS GREAT WHEN MY BODY STRETCHES!!" and "DOWAAAA!!!" while another voice shouts, "SPEAR"!!! Luffy's massive form towers with a glowing aura as the long-haired swordsman cheers, "HERE IT COMES!!!" amid explosions, debris, and the destruction of the battlefield.

Moria looms over the battlefield as Oz's massive form stretches unnaturally despite lacking rubber powers. "OZ DOESN'T HAVE THAT POWER, BUT HE STILL STRETCHED. WHAT DID YOU DO, MORIA!I" someone shouts. "DAMN...!!! WHAT'S GOING ON!I HIS ATTACKS ARE SO MUCH STRONGER NOW!!!" Moria's face fills the panel with a wide grin. "THE KAGE KAGE POWER, 'SHADOW REVOLUTION'!!! KISHISHISHISHI!!! THAT'S RIGHT! THIS IS THE NIGHTMARE I'LL SHOW YOU!!" A goat-like figure reacts with "HAA HAA" and "...!!!" Moria continues, "IT'S GREAT, ISN'T IT!I" The shadow is subordinate to the body, a law of nature. Oz's giant silhouette towers as the revolution begins, debris flying everywhere.

Moria declares that Oz has been possessed by his shadow and is now under his control. "THE SHADOW THAT SHOULD BE FOLLOWING OZ... AND RATHER THAN THE SHADOW CHANGING TO MATCH THE BODY, THE BODY MATCHES THE SHADOW AND TRANSFORMS!! THAT IS 'SHADOW REVOLUTION'!" Moria's massive face looms as he explains he can change the shape of Oz's shadow, forcing the body to match. Below, the Straw Hats react in shock: "SO, OZ HASN'T BECOME A RUBBER MAN... WHICH IS CAUSING OZ'S SHADOW TO STRETCH AS WELL!!!" "YET HE CAN FREELY TRANSFORM HIS BODY!! AND WITH THAT GIANT BODY!!! GIVE ME A BREAK ALREADY!!!" "WE CAN'T APPROACH HIM AT ALL!!!" Moria's shadow snakes around Oz's form.

Oz's head twists in confusion. "HUH!I!!I" Moria laughs, "THEN OZ BECOMES ROUND!!! IF I MAKE HIS SHADOW ROUND, KISHISHISHI, HE'S MORE TROUBLE THAN JUST RUBBER!!!" Oz curls into a massive ball and launches forward. "OZ BALL!!! KISHISHISHI!!!" The giant sphere smashes through the ruins with explosive force. "WHOAA!! WAAAAAAA!!!" Moria commands from the side, "NOW, CRUSH THEM ONE BY ONE, OZ!!" Oz replies, "I ONLY WANTED TO HELP. I DIDN'T MEAN TO INTERFERE...!!!" Moria snaps back, "KISHISHISHI, MY APOLOGIES...!!! PLEASE DON'T MESS WITH MY FIGHT!! HEY, HEY!! WAIT A SECOND, MASTER!!"

Zoro charges forward but is warned, "IT'S TOO DANGEROUS TO APPROACH HIM, ZORO!!!" Nami shouts, "HEY!! WHERE'S LUFFY!I" while gripping her weapon. She questions the situation: "WHAT SHOULD I DOI SHOULD I TELL THE OTHERS IN THIS SITUATION!I WHAT THE HECK IS THAT!I HOW STUPID IS HE!I HE PROBABLY GOT TRICKED BY MORIA AND IS OFF SOMEWHERE." Elsewhere, a skeleton cries out, "WAAH!! YOU'RE HERE TOO, SKELETON!I" as the group debates. "EXCUSE ME!!! PLEASE LISTEN TO MY REQUEST!!!" "YEAH, BUT WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO DO THIS!!" "SO THAT MEANS WE NEED TO BEAT THE LUFFY ZOMBIE AND MORIA, AS WELL AS GET EVERYONE'S SHADOWS BACK!I IT'S GOING TO BE MORNING SOON!"

A woman with pigtails glares forward and says, "IF THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT, THEN I'LL DO IT!! YOU LOOK STRONG. GET READY!!" A dark-haired woman replies, "DON'T HOLD ME RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS!!" while another panel shows her determined face. A man in a hat shouts angrily, "IT'S NO PROBLEM...!! ARE YOU CRAZY!I BROOK, YOU SAW WHAT HAPPENED TO FRANKY, DIDN'T YOUI" The scene shifts to a massive explosion as the large stitched monster looms. Brook yells, "DIDN'T THINK I'D BE USING 'KUWAGATA' AGAIN!! THERE WOULD BE NOTHING MORE PAINFUL THAN BEING UNABLE TO REPAY MY DEBT!!!" The monster attacks with "DARK CLOUD TEMPO!!!" while Brook counters, "PLEASE, GO AHEAD!!!" A massive impact erupts with "BANSHUUU!!" as Brook declares, "I'LL DO MY BEST!!!" and the monster roars, "OKAY!! MAKE SURE YOU COME BACK!!! I WON'T EVEN SPARE MY BONES!!!"

Brook charges with a spinning attack, shouting "GYAAAAA!!!" and "SLALOM VINE!!!" while yelling "YOHO-HOHO!!" The large stitched monster counters with "RAI KOTSU KEN" as Brook responds, "HERE WE GO!! LIKE AN ARROW OF LIGHTNING!!! EVEN THOUGH I WAS ONLY BONES TO BEGIN WITH!!! I'M GETTING SHOCKED SO MUCH THAT YOU CAN SEE MY BONES!!!" Brook unleashes "GAVOTTE BOND AVANT" with a powerful strike marked by "REKION!!!" and "REVOLUTION SONG" as the monster reels from the impact.

The large stitched monster screams "AAAAAGH!!! IT PIERCED MY SHOULDER!!!" as an attack lands with "BOOM" and "CRASH". A man in a hat yells, "AMAZING!!! THAT WENT RIGHT THROUGH HIM!!! THERE'S A HOLE IN HIM!!! KEEP ON ATTACKING!!!" The monster climbs a tower with "TOWER CLIMBING" and "TOUROI" while Brook counters from below. The monster declares "...MISSION COMPLETE." with "DOUBLE SLASH" and "NITOURYUU, NIGIRI" as Brook replies, "WELL DONE, BONES...."

The large stitched monster stomps down with "GOMU GOMU..." saying "TAKING CARE OF THIS SKELETON FIRST IS NO... WHY, YOU...!!!" Brook is struck but the monster is hit by a massive counterattack. Brook calls out "BROOK!!!" as the monster swings its "BATTLE AXE" with "SZ-900". The monster is then slammed by a giant fist with "HISSATSU, ATLAS SUISEI" and impact sounds "KRAK" and "CRASH" as debris flies everywhere.

Nightmare Luffy towers in his massive, monstrous form, eyes glowing as he looms over the battlefield. "DID YOU THINK THAT WOULD WORK!I!" he roars while delivering a crushing blow, "DUAAAA!!!" The enemy is sent flying amid impact lines and debris. In the next panel, Luffy's silhouette shifts as he prepares his next move. "GOMU GOMU..." he growls. A terrified voice cries, "OH MY GOD, HE'S AIMING FOR ME." Usopp shouts encouragement from the side: "YOU'RE NEXT, LONG-NOSED GUY!!! FIGHT, USOPP!!" The long-nosed sniper panics, arms flailing, "I'M NOT STRETCHING." Nightmare Luffy unleashes his attack anyway, yelling ""BAZOOKA"!!!" as the massive double-fisted strike crashes down. "GYAAA!!! I'M DEAD!" the victim screams amid the explosion of force.

The chaotic fight continues as multiple hands sprout from the ground and walls. Robin stands poised, declaring, ""OCHENTA FLEUR, CUATRO MANOS."" (Eighty Flowers, Four Hands). "HOLD!!!" someone yells while a small figure reacts with "HUH!I" and "NUNUNU...!!!" The massive stitched monster thrashes, "WHAT!I WHAT'RE THESE HANDS!!!" and "HOW ANNOYING!!!" as the extra limbs restrain him with "GACHS...!!!" Franky cheers from the background, "YEAH!!! GOOD JOB, ROBIN!!! BREAK HIM, JUST LIKE THAT!!!" Robin's close-up shows her calm expression as she asks, "STOP MANIPULATING SHADOWS FOR A BIT...I COULD I ASK THAT YOU" A confused voice replies, "HUHI"
