Demon Sea Adventure

In their new ship, they head for the seas! The Thousand Sunny sails across open water as Luffy yells from the deck, "I GOT OOOOOONE ~!!!" with "YEA YEA" and "KU KU" sound effects around him. On the ship's deck, Usopp and another crew member haul in a large shark with nets and poles while shouting "PUT IT IN! PUT IT IN!!" Inside the dining area, Nami sits at a table holding a cup as a shark bursts through the window with a loud "SPLOOSH". Sanji, seated on the couch, remarks, "HEY! IS THIS ROOM GOOD OR WHATI" while a voice notes, "...THERE'S ANOTHER ONE. A SHARK, HUHI" Sanji adds, "THIS ROOM'S GOOD, SURE, BUT A SHARKI THOSE MORONS!!"

Luffy, grinning widely, declares, "YOOO!!" and "LET'S GO SEE IT!! LET'S LOOK AT IT IN THE FISH TANK!!" as the crew reacts to the shark. Nami smiles slightly while a large fish tank shatters with "ばんっ!!" and "SPLOOSH" effects. Brook and Franky appear, with Brook saying, "THINK OF WHAT CAN LIVE TOGETHER, IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!" and Franky yelling "GYAAAAAAAH!!!" as the shark causes chaos. THIS IS FRESH FISH WE'RE TALKING ABOUT HERE.", and "GODDAMMIT!! WE'RE HAVING THAT BASTARD FOR DINNER!! BARBECUE THIS STUPID SHARK!!" A note explains Yuzarashi preparation. The ship continues its voyage with the Thousand Sunny shown sailing onward.

Nami relaxes in a bath, sighing "HAAA... WHAT A NICE BATH!" while commenting on the rocking ship. A panel shows the ship exterior with "GACHA..." as someone says, "WAIT UNTIL TONIGHT!!!" and "WELL, LET'S EAT IT AS A SNACK." They pry it open with cries of "HEY, GOOOOD!!! GIMME SOME SNAAACKS!!!" "OPEN IT ALREADY, HURRY UP!" "PUTTING A NEW OFFERING IN AND SENDING IT OFF IS THE CUSTOMARY THING TO DO." "WE'LL STILL HAVE AN EMPTY BARREL ONCE WE'VE DRANK IT." The lid bursts off with a massive "GURURURURUA" and "SOMETHING WENT FLYING!!!" Luffy stares in shock as the barrel flies open.

A bright red flare explodes in the sky with a loud "PAAN!!!" The crew reacts in alarm: "RED LIGHT...!I" "WHAT'S THAT!!!I" "...!I" Robin wonders, "... NO PROBLEM IF IT'S JUST A PRANK, BUT..." Someone suggests, "HA HA HA, A CURSE OF THE SEA GODSI" The flare is identified as "A 'FLARE.'" "THE ALCOHOL FLEW UP, LIT UP, THEN DISAPPEARED." "...!!! WHAT!I WHAT'S GOING ON!I" Tension rises as the mysterious light fades over the sea.

Chopper yells from the crow's nest, "CAN YOU SEE ANYONE ANYWHERE!!!I" The crew realizes, "COULD IT BE... IS IT SOME KIND OF TRAP TRIGGERED BY OPENING THE BARREL!I" "SOMEONE MAY NOW BE TARGETING THIS SHIP." "WE JUST ALERTED SOMEBODY TO OUR PRESENCE HERE!I" Nami checks the weather and shouts, "WE'RE FLEEING SOUTH-SOUTHEAST!!" "EVERYONE TO YOUR POSTS!!" "I CAN'T SEE ANYONE, BUT..." "THIS BAROMETRIC PRESSURE..." Luffy calls out, "I CAN'T SEE IT, BUT IF SHE SAYS IT'S COMING, IT'S COMING FAST." "IN FIVE MINUTES!!!" "A 'RAGING STORM' IS ON THE WAY!!!" "BEAR TO TWO O'CLOCK, NAMI!!!" The ship races ahead as dark clouds gather.

The Thousand Sunny battles massive waves under a stormy sky. Franky grips the wheel and yells, "OHHH!! THINGS ARE COMING OUT!!! UOOOOOH!! IT'S SO COOL, I LOVE IT. LET'S DO IIIIT!!!" Nami shouts in alarm, "HEY!!...!!! NO GOOD, IT'S ALL HEADWIND!!!" Usopp cheers wildly as the crew raises the sails. Franky declares, "THAT'S RIGHT! EVERYONE, TAKE UP THE SAILS!! THE 'PADDLES' ARE COMING OUT!!" The ship transforms as Franky activates the mechanisms: "'PADDLE SHIP' SUNNY-GO!!! CHAA-ARGE!!!" "COLA ENGINE!" "ALRIGHT, RELEASE!!" "SOLDIER DOCK SYSTEM"!!" Panels show the paddle wheels deploying with loud SFX: GAKON! ZUBABABABA!! WHIRRRR CHANNEL "0"!! GACHUNK!! The vessel surges forward through the raging sea.

The Sunny emerges from the storm into calmer but ominous waters. A crew member notes, "WE'RE THROUGH..." Another replies, "THAT'S GOOD, BUT... WHAT'S WITH THIS SEAI" The ship sails on as the crew discusses their location. Franky warns, "THAT'S RIGHT. DON'T RELAX JUST YET... NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. THIS AREA IS... THAT SEA WHERE MONSTERS APPEAR!!" Luffy exclaims, "OH!I WE'VE ALREADY ARRIVED AT MERMAID ISLAND!I" Sanji adds, "MY HEART'S NOT READY YET...!!!" Robin questions, "... COULD IT BE WE'VE... ENTERED THAT PART OF THE SEA ALREADY..." Zoro observes, "IT SHOULDN'T BE NIGHT YET... THE FOG'S SO THICK, IT'S EERILY DARK." A narration box states: "THE STRANGE SEA WHERE ALMOST EVERYTHING DISAPPEARS, SHROUDED IN MYSTERY." Large bubbles label the area: "TRIANGLE." "FLORIAN"

On deck, the crew reacts to eerie surroundings. Someone says, "THERE'RE LIVING SKELETONS HERE." Usopp panics, "DON'T SCREW WITH MEEEEEEE~!!! WHY'S EVERYONE ACTING LIKE THEY KNEW!I I NEVER HEARD ABOUT THIIIIIS~~~~!!" Luffy laughs excitedly at a grotesque monster, "MONSTERS SHOW UP HERE. EH... MO... MONS... MON-NUH-NUH... MONS..." Robin reassures, "THAT'S JUST YOUR IMAGINATION. DON'T SCARE HIM LIKE THAT." Usopp cries, "PREPARATIONS!! I'D FORTIFY MYSELF WITH STUFF THAT WARDS OFF EVIL SPIRITS!!" Zoro stays calm while discussing ghost ships and vanishing vessels. Brook's voice echoes, "YOHO HOHO~" with musical notes as he appears playing, "WHAT THE... MUSIC...I" SFX include <U HI HI HI> <GACHI GACHI GACHI> <GYAAAAA> <GO GO GO GO GO...>

A massive, tattered ship bursts from the mist and collides violently with the Sunny. Brook's voice rings out repeatedly, "YOHO HOHO~ ♪" The impact shakes the vessels with huge SFX: <DOON!!!> <GYAAAAAAA> <GO GO GO GO GO GO GO...> A large narration bubble exclaims, "IT CAME OUUUUT ~~~!!!!" The skeletal ship looms over the Thousand Sunny as debris flies and the sea churns beneath them.

The Straw Hats stare in horror at a massive ghost ship looming through the fog as a chilling voice wails "GHOST SHIIIIP!!!" accompanied by the massive SFX "ギャアアアアア!!!" and "ギシ...". Crew members clutch their heads while someone shouts "EVEN IF THE GHOST SPEAKS, PAY HIM NO HEED!!! IF YOU ANSWER, YOU'LL BE DRAGGED INTO THE SEA!!!" and "DON'T LISTEN!! COVER YOUR EARS, YOU'LL BE CURSED!!!". A sailor warns of "A SAILOR'S DEITY OF THE DAMNED!!!" as eerie singing drifts over: "YOHO HOHO ~". Nami asks "WHAT IS THIS SONG...!I" while Robin notes "THE EVIL SPIRIT IS LOOKING FOR A TRAVELING COMPANION!!!". Close-ups show Nami, Robin, and Zoro listening tensely; Zoro mutters "SOMETHING'S THERE" and declares "IF IT'S AN ENEMY, I'LL JUST CUT HIM DOWN" as the song continues "YO~HO HO~ HO~" and "...IN THIS SHIP... IS THERE SOMEONE RIDING IN IT...I".

Luffy's face twists in shock as a shadowy figure on the ghost ship sings "...GO AND DELIVER..." with musical notes and SFX "ゴゴゴゴゴ". The crew spots the moving skeleton on the ghost ship; Luffy exclaims "NO WAY, THIS IS THE 'TREASURE SHIP,' YOU SAW IT, DIDN'T YOU!I THE MOVING SKELETON!" and "THAT'S THE GUARDIAN OF THE TREASURE, LET'S SEARCH FOR HIM FIRST!!". The skeleton continues, "JUST DOWN TO MY SKELETON!!!" The scene shifts as the straw-hatted boy questions the skeleton, "WHAT HAPPENED ON THIS SHIPI WHAT THE HECK ARE YOUI WHY ARE YOU HEREI" The long-haired woman demands, "TELL US EVERYTHING THAT'S GOING ON IN THESE WATERS!!!" The skeleton replies, "FIRST!! YOU'RE NOTHING BUT BONES, SO HOW CAN YOU WALK AND TALKI" and "DON'T ANSWER, WHATEVER!!!" while the skeleton admits, "INDEED, I DO POOP."
