Another responds, "WE CAN GET THERE IN 30 MINUTES!!!" A frantic officer adds, "CONSIDERING THE DISTANCE, IT'S PROBABLY FASTER TO HEAD THERE FROM THE HEADQUARTERS!!" WHAT HAVE YOU DONE...!I" A Marine in a hat wonders, "WHAT IS ITI AN ANNOUNCEMENT!I" Luffy stands with his back turned as a voice cries, "...!!! IT'S ROBIN'S VOICE!!"

Franky yells at Spandam, "... HEY, HEY, LOOK WHO YOU'RE TALKING TO!!!" Spandam shouts back, "CANCEL IT!I" A Marine cries, "WHAAAT!I" Robin sits bound nearby. Robin replies coldly, "THAT'S RIGHT... IT'S OKAY." Spandam laughs, "HA HA... THAT'S A GOOD CAUSE, ISN'T IT...!!I" Robin's face twists in fury. "HOW FOOLISH... I'VE TOLD YOU!!! IT WON'T END JUST THERE." A Marine warns, "AT LEAST WE WILL CERTAINLY SLAUGHTER ALL THE PIRATES!!" Another states, "SO, IN CASE ANYTHING DOES HAPPEN HERE..." Below, officers react to the broadcast. One shouts, "BUILDINGS AND HUMANS!! EVEN THE ISLAND ITSELF...!!!" Another cries, "IT'LL BURN DOWN EVERYTHING ON THIS 'ENIES LOBBY'!!" IT'LL SACRIFICE EVERYTHING TO CARRY OUT THE GOAL; A DIABOLICAL FOCUS-FIRE!!" Below, Spandam stands over a subordinate on stone stairs and declares, "NOW THAT THAT IDIOT CUTTY FLAM HAS BURNED PLUTON'S BLUEPRINTS, YOUR EXISTENCE IS THE ONLY WAY FOR US TO GET THE ANCIENT WEAPON." The woman replies from the stairs, "THAT'S FINE... THAT JUST MEANS THIS IS SUCH AN IMPORTANT CASE FOR THE GOVERNMENT...!!!" In a massive close-up, Spandam grins wildly behind his mask, proclaiming, "MILITARY STRENGTH THAT WILL OVERTURN AN ERA IS DEPENDENT UPON IT...!!!! The Buster Call is activated across Enies Lobby as sirens blare "BEEP BEEP" and a massive "CLICK THUD!!!" sounds. Spandam growls into a den-den mushi, "'BUSTER CALL'..." while agents mutter "... BU..." A broadcast tower echoes the signal. Marines react in horror: "DON'T EVEN HAVE HOPE ANYMORE. POOR DARLING... YOU..." "WHAT IS THAT GUY DOING...I" "IT SEEMS THAT... HE JUST TRIGGERED THE 'BUSTER CALL'..." Franky stands with a woman, saying "... I GUESS WE'RE IN DANGER..." as she pleads, "PLEASE DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT...!!!" A masked agent warns, "I'M IN DANGER!!!"
