On the deck of the Going Merry, Sanji, Luffy, and Zoro react in alarm as massive waves crash through Water 7. Sanji shouts "SANJI ~~~~!!!", Luffy yells "LUFFY!!!", and Zoro growls "ZORO ~~~~!!!". Below, the flooded city is visible as the crew searches desperately. "WE HAVE TO RESCUE ROBIN!" someone calls. "COME OUT!!!" another shouts. Chopper, wide-eyed and panting, asks "WHERE... IS EVERYBODYI HAA... HAA...". In the streets below, panicked citizens run as water rises. "THIS ISN'T GOOD... DO YOU THINK... MAYBE THEY WENT TOWARDS THE BACKSTREETS...I!" one man says. Roronoa appears, yelling "RORONOA ~~~~!!!". A man in a checkered shirt screams "STRAW-HAT!!!". Another warns "THAT COULD BE... IF WE STAY HERE ANY LONGER, IT'LL BE FLOODED!!!" while impact sounds and motion lines fill the scene.

A massive wave slams into Blue Station as the sea train Water 7 pulls in. A voice calls "LUCCHI-SAN!". Inside an ornate train car, a penguin-like figure sits while a man in a top hat declares "NO, LET'S LEAVE." Another replies "WE WILL BE DEPARTING A LITTLE EARLY." The penguin answers "UNDERSTOOD!". The top-hatted man asks "IS ANYTHING WRONG...". A close-up shows a stern-faced man with a goatee and long hair stating "I DON'T REGRET LEAVING THIS PLACE..." while thinking "FOR FIVE YEARS... I'VE LIVED ON THIS ISLAND...".

Footsteps echo through a grand empty hall: "TMP", "TMP", "CLACK". A silhouette descends stairs with SFX "カチン... カチン...". Outside, a steam whistle blasts with large onomatopoeia and smoke. A young woman with goggles on her head reacts in shock, sweat flying, shouting "IT'S NOT TIME FOR IT TO LEAVE YET..." and "HEY! DID YOU HEAR A STEAM WHISTLE JUST NOWI". Nearby figures tumble in the flood as more impact sounds and "NII!!" ring out while water surges violently through the streets.

Passengers on the Sea Train panic as the massive vehicle barrels forward. "STOP THE SEA TRAIN!!!" someone yells while another cries "NII NII!!!" and "HURRY!! I CAN SEE THE STATION AHEAD OF US!!" A worried voice adds, "THEY DON'T HAVE ANY NORMAL PASSENGERS!" and concludes, "IT'S SAFE TO THINK THE TRAIN MIGHT LEAVE EARLY BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER...." Inside the ornate car the conductor calls, "TAKE A SEAT, WE'RE MOVING." A large sign reads, "THIS IS THE 'SEA TRAIN's' LAST DEPARTURE FOR TODAY." The train lurches with "SHUNK!!!" and "WOOSH..." as the announcer states, "WE ARE NOW LEAVING WATER SEVEN, DESTINATION: ENIES LOBBY." Franky, bandaged and furious, growls, "SON OF A BITCH... DAMNED POLITICIANS!!" while nearby passengers murmur, "OOH....! IT'S MOVING..." and "SHHH..." The final announcement rings out: "WE ARE NOW DEPARTING."

Inside the empty terminal, Robin walks away without looking back while Sanji covers his face, both exhaling smoke with soft "SHH..." and "PFF..." sounds. Suddenly the Sea Train smashes through the station with violent "NII NII!!!" and "HIII...!!!" impacts. A voice shouts, "WE'RE HERE!!!" and thanks, "THANK YOU, YAGARA-SAN!!" Outside on the platform Nami screams desperately, "ROBIN!! DON'T GO!!!" while pointing forward. Sanji yells, "OKAY!!! TAKE THE STAIRS DOWN TO THE MIDDLE ENTRANCE!!!" as the train continues its roaring departure.

Close-ups show trembling hands and Robin pressing her palm to her forehead with soft "シュ..." sound effects. She thinks, "YOU MADE ME LIVE WHEN I WISHED FOR DEATH... THAT IS YOUR SIN..." Below, Luffy stands with the crew. He shouts, "LUFFY!!!" while Chopper and others react. Robin tells them, "OH, IF IT'S LIKE THAT, THEN THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO. I HAVE NO PLACE TO RETURN TO. SO, LET ME STAY ON THIS SHIP." From the speeding train Franky calls back, "IT'S DANGEROUS, YOU SHOULD LEAVE!!!" and demands, "HEY! WAIT UP! WHO ARE YOUI!!" as the train roars onward with repeated "SHF SHF" and "ゴオオオ..." effects.

Nami leans out, tears flying, and yells, "WE'LL FIGHT TOO!!!! ROBIN!!! GET OFF THE TRAIN!!!" Luffy stretches his neck from the train car, shouting, "LUFFY ~~~!!! ZORO ~~~~!!!" A massive panel shows the Sea Train plunging through stormy waters past a station marked "6" while Luffy cries, "WHERE ARE YOU ~~~I!!" On the platform someone shouts, "WAIT!!!" as Usopp struggles, "...!!! I CAN'T GET OUT!!" with muffled "MUM MMN!!!" and "UNG!!" sounds while the train pulls away.

A massive steam locomotive surges forward through a violent explosion of smoke, debris, and impact lines. A large speech bubble cries out "ROBI ~N!!!!" as the train smashes through barriers. Below, two close-up panels show a dark-haired person covering their face with one hand in anguish, while a blonde man with tears streaming down his face screams in raw grief, mouth wide open.

Waves crash violently against buildings as "WOOWOOO...." echoes. Massive flooding engulfs a domed structure with huge sound effects "ビュオオオ...." and "ビュオオオオオ....!!!". In the aftermath, a man with a large "1" on his back stands in ankle-deep water. Speech bubbles read: "I WASN'T IN TIME......!!", "I'M SO SORRY......", and "......!". A scarred man with a cigar glares intensely nearby, marked "TMP" and "KSHU....".

Inside a grand hall, officials discuss: "WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU DOING HERE WITH THOSE WOUNDS!I", "HEY, YOU'RE... PAULIE-SAN OF THE GALLEY-LA COMPANY...!", "REGARDLESS OF HIS INTENTIONS, THE TRAIN HAD ALREADY BEEN RESERVED BY THE GOVERNMENT.", "HE'LL BE ARRESTED AT THE OTHER END.", "WHAT IS THAT MAN'S INTENTIONS......I!", "OWWW OWWW......!!". Further dialogue notes the Aqua Laguna storm approaching, passengers loaded, and a train heading for Enies Lobby that cannot be stopped. A woman with short hair reacts in shock, "......!!".

A furious woman with wild hair shouts "I WON'T FORGIVE YOU! ALL OF YOU STUPID GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS!!!" and "I'M FOLLOWING HER!!!" while pointing aggressively. Nearby exchanges include "DON'T BE STUPID, YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW STRONG AQUA LAGUNA IS!", "YOU WANT TO TAKE A BOAT OUT ON THIS KIND OF SEAI!!", "LEND ME A BOAT!! A HUGE, STRONG BOAT!!", "WHAT'S WITH YOU ALL OF A SUDDENI!", "I WILL CROSS IT!!", "YOU'LL BE GOING TO YOUR DEATH!!!", "THE SEA WILL BE EXTREMELY ROUGH FROM NOW ON!!! YOU CAN'T GO OUT TO SEA NOW!", and "THESE WAVES ARE ON A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SCALE THAN THE ONES YOU'RE THINKING OF!!!".

Nami stares in shock as voices cry out around her. "HEY!!" someone shouts. A masked man with a metal jaw roars, "FOR OUR SAKE..." while bloodied figures react in panic. Nami's face twists in anguish as she yells, "BUT!! ROBIN IS THROWING HER LIFE AWAY..." Suddenly a massive wave erupts. "LOOK OUT!!!" a voice screams as a silhouetted figure is hurled through the air amid crashing water and debris. "!!I" another reacts. The enormous surge slams forward with violent SFX "ガアアアア..." and "ドドドドド...", sweeping everything toward a distant station building.

Inside the flooded station, Nami, Franky, and an elderly man lie drenched and exhausted. SFX show heavy breathing: "ハア..." "ゼエ..." "ヒュウ..." Nami clutches her chest, gasping. In the next panel the group stands amid the wreckage. "WE WERE ALMOST CARRIED AWAY BY THE TIDE," one says. "PA...!!! PAULIE-SAN!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH," another calls. "TH... THANK YOU," replies Paulie. "THAT WAS CLOSE...," notes a fourth. They survey the damage as the old man warns, "WHAT'S... WITH THE STRENGTH OF THIS TIDE...I!!! AND IT'S STILL APPROACHING..." "...IT WAS TORN APART BY THE WAVES," someone observes. "THAT HUGE BOARD STANDING OUT THERE, WITH ALL THE TIMES ON IT..." "THAT'S NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE, NOT EVEN ONCE," the old man adds. "..... LOOK," Franky says grimly.

Outside, massive waves batter the station as narration states the "AQUA LAGUNA" wave velocity is abnormal. "右今, THE "AQUA LAGUNA" WAVE VELOCITY IS..." SFX crash violently. Inside, the group debates: "IT WOULD HAVE TO BE HIT DIRECTLY. USUALLY, THE SURGE WILL JUST PASS IT BY...." "JUST BEFORE THE SURGE HITS...!!! THE 'SEA TRAIN' SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE AREA..." "IS ROBIN SAFE ABOARD THAT 'SEA TRAIN'I!" Nami asks. "..... HEY," a voice calls. Nami spots a small letter: "A LETTER FROM SOMEONE.....I! HOW DID YOU FIND SOMETHING THAT SMALL...I!!!" The mustached man reads it. "THERE WAS THIS LETTER JUST SITTING THERE IN THE STATION SQUARE... IT MUST BE ONE OF YOUR FRIENDS." "IS ONE OF YOU NAMI...I!" someone shouts as figures tumble outside.

Nami stands before a giant banner reading "♥ NAMI-SAN READ THIS! ♥" with the warning "PEOPLE WHO AREN'T NAMI DON'T READ IT, YOU'RE IDIOTS." A voice bubble declares, "WE FOUND IT RIGHT OVER HERE!!!" Nami's face flushes as she thinks "IDIOT" with a sweat drop. The letter continues: "P.S. - AT 11 O'CLOCK, I HAD CONFIRMED THAT ROBIN-CHAN IS ON THE 'SEA TRAIN', AND I'VE DECIDED TO BOARD IT. EH...I! SANJI-KUN GOT ON THE TRAIN SOME TIME AGO!I" Nami's eyes widen in shock. "THE ANSWER WE'RE LOOKING FOR IS..." she reads further. "WAIT! THE FIRST HALF OF THIS IS A LOVE LETTER, THEREFORE..." "..... WHAT'S IT SAYI" asks a companion. "DOWN HERE," Nami points.

In a grand station hall, voices discuss the situation. "It must be. That must be Franky." "And... 'this thug with a punk hairstyle'..." "And Usopp!!I" "Oh yeah, there was also a small Den Den Mushi with the letter." The group realizes the Den Den Mushi can track Nico Robin. "Then, that guy was able to predict where Nico Robin would go. Amazing!" "Yeah!!" "I see! He's going to send a message through this!" A blonde woman holds the Den Den Mushi and says, "I hope that you will carry this Den Den Mushi with you and think of your beloved Sanji..." Another voice adds, "There should be more than one Den Den Mushi onboard the 'Sea Train', so I will contact you as soon as possible." In close-up, the blonde woman shouts with determination, "Us, too!!...We'll get to Enies Lobby without fail!! Sanji-kun is with Robin right now!!!"

The Sea Train barrels through a violent storm. "WOOOWOOOO!!" Massive waves crash as the train speeds forward amid howling winds and spray. "SHF SHF" "ゴオオオオオ..." Lightning flashes and rain pours. Inside a dark corridor, a soaked figure with curly eyebrows struggles forward. "...... So, how am I supposed to sneak in here without being noticedI" "TOTALLY DRENCHED out here... I can't even smoke...!!!" The train rocks violently. "ドドドド..." "ゴオオオオ" A small panel shows the train's exterior with the number "10-12" as it pushes through the raging sea.

Sanji peeks around a corner with a sweat drop. A large man with a scarred face reacts in shock. A suited conductor checks outside, noting, "Oh man, there's a mean storm outside..." "click" Suddenly Sanji launches a powerful kick. "BU-HAAA!" "ドッカア" "COLLIER SHOOT!!!" The impact sends the large man flying backward with a pained cry. "GYA~~~!!" "ああああ" "Who are you, assholeI!" The conductor and others react in alarm as debris flies. "ドシャアーン!!!" "!!I"
