Nami snaps back, "WHATEVER, LET'S GO!!" as someone answers, "YEAH."

Luffy bursts through a ceiling with a massive impact, the sound effect IPO~!! and CRASH!! ringing out as debris flies. He lands in a grand hall, arms raised triumphantly, declaring, "I'M THROUGH!!" and "'CAUSE I'M RUBBER." A voice calls out, "GOOD JOB!! NOW, GET MINE OFF!!!" while another mutters, "THAT COW AND SKULL BETTER BE PREPARED!!!" Luffy stands victorious amid fallen armored figures and scattered debris on the checkered floor, with HAA... sound effects punctuating the scene. THAT'S SELFISH.....!!" A bandaged man with a headband glares intensely. In a large panel, Lucci sits cross-legged as a voice proclaims, "LET IT BECOME THE POWER OF JUSTICE.....!!!" Another figure asks, "WHY NOT AWAKEN IT AND PUT AN END TO THIS PERIOD OF THE PIRATES."

Rob Lucci stands tall, asking, "WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM PIRATE ATTACKS. BUT YOU REFUSE TO COOPERATE WITH US..... YOU'RE SAYING 'NO' TO ALL THOSE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD..." A sudden violent impact shatters the scene as a figure is hurled backward amid debris and motion lines, with "!!I" A close-up shows Kaku saying, "BE DISCREET... HOW LONG DO YOU PLAN TO PRETEND YOU'RE STILL THE BOSS..." Iceberg lies injured on the floor amid broken furniture marked with impact sounds "ドドド" and "ドサ". The top-hatted man continues his reasoning as the scene shifts slightly. ".......... IT'S POSSIBLE TO STILL THINK THAT,... YOU NO LONGER HAVE IT. OR AT LEAST..." A horned checkered figure stands in the background with other onlookers. The man presses on: "WE KNOW NOTHING FROM YOUR ACTIONS... THIS PERSON THAT YOU'D ENTRUST WITH THE BLUEPRINT MUST HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF SKILL. IT'S USELESS, DON'T MOVE AROUND... OF COURSE... THERE'S NO PROOF... EVEN IN THE RANGE OF OUR 5 YEARS OF INVESTIGATION..." He holds up a rolled blueprint, the pigeon on his shoulder, and states, "THE BLUEPRINTS WE HAVE, IF YOU LOOK AT THEM CAREFULLY..... THE DESIGNERS' SIGNATURES ARE ON THERE. JUST NOW. LET'S CONTINUE WITH MY THEORY. THE FUN PART IS HERE....."

Close-up on the blueprint reveals the names: "TOM", "ICEBERG", "KATI FRAM". The man in the top hat reads, "AND, FINALLY, THE COMPANY NAME, 'TOM'S WORKERS'". A horned figure in checkered attire reacts with "THAT YOUR ENEMIES WERE SO CLOSE. THAT'S YOUR MISCALCULATION." ACCORDING TO THE GOVERNMENT, HE HAD TWO DISCIPLES. THE LEGENDARY SHIPWRIGHT, TOM, AND HIS COMPANY, 'TOM'S WORKERS', HAS MANY MYSTERIES. THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY ON THIS ISLAND, BUT THERE ARE NO REGISTRATIONS." A dramatic panel shows an impact with "OF ONE OF THEM IN AN ACCIDENT 8 YEARS AGO." The man concludes, "AN AGENT CONFIRMED THE DEATH... BUT I REMEMBER THIS NAME, KATI FRAM." He points at the blueprint on the floor as the injured person lies nearby with "SUPPOSEDLY..."

Four years ago, a man entered through the gates of Galley-La Company and came to see you. The scene shows three figures in a room: a tall man in a top hat and long coat walking away, a robed figure with a tall hat standing nearby, and another in ornate robes. A voice recalls, "SO DO I..." A woman with glasses states, "I REMEMBER AS WELL." The man in the wide-brimmed hat adds, "HE NAMED HIMSELF ONLY ONCE...!!" Below, the narrative continues about Tom's other disciple: "TOM'S OTHER DISCIPLE, 'KATI FRAM', IS STILL ALIVE... STILL IN THIS TOWN..." Sweat drops and motion lines emphasize the tension as hands clench and figures react with shock, "...!!!!"

The revelation explodes across the page with a massive impact: "UNDER THE NAME OF 'FRANKY'!!!" Close-ups show the wide-brimmed hat man and the tall figure shouting in unison. A smaller panel shows the bandaged man exclaiming, "WHO'D HAVE THOUGHT THERE WAS SUCH A RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU TWO." Another replies, "THERE'S NO MISTAKING IT..." "YOU COULD SAY THAT THEY WERE NEIGHBORS WHO KEPT THE LEAST SUSPICIOUS DISTANCE." A voice states, "YOU SEE, OUR PREDICTIONS ONLY COME FROM TRUTHS, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE THAT A DEAD PERSON WOULD PARTICIPATE." Another notes, "IF IT WERE THE FRANKY FAMILY, THEY COME TO THE SHIPYARD ALL THE TIME TO SELL MATERIALS." A cloaked figure lies on the floor as dialogue continues: "IT MAKES SENSE THAT YOU DID NOT ENTRUST IT TO ANYONE IN GALLEY-LA COMPANY." "NOW THE PREDICTION FORMS A LINE." The final close-up declares, "HAS CONFIRMED IT!!!" and "PLUS, THE PULSE IN YOUR VEINS..."

Usopp and Chopper charge forward with "HEY, STRAW HAT!!" and "DON'T ORDER ME AROUND!!" The group smashes through the door in a massive impact, "NOW!! GO STRAIGHT!! WE'LL CRASH THROUGH THE DOOR!!" Inside the wrecked room, Luffy looks confused: "IT'S THE NEXT ONEI!" Usopp corrects, "IT'S THE ONE NEXT DOOR!!" A figure in the background shouts, "MORON, IT'S NOT THIS ROOM!!" while another voice wails, "UWOO OOOO ~~~!!!" Debris flies as the crew storms deeper into the building.

Elsewhere, a short-haired woman stares in shock with a "I" as loud "CRACK" sounds echo and cracks spiderweb across the wall and ceiling of the room where the group stands.

Chaos erupts as a massive explosion tears through the building. Luffy shouts, "WHERE'S ROBIN~~~~~~!!!!!!" Debris flies everywhere while Luffy yells again, "LUFFY!!!" A massive impact SFX "リッカ" and "ウリャアアアアア!!!" fills the panel as rubble crashes down. Someone cries, "A HIN-DRANCE." In the center of the destruction, a man in a top hat and a checkered figure stand amid the falling stones while Luffy is hurled through the air. The entire structure begins to collapse around the fighters.
