THE CONCEALED ONES

Large Japanese sound effects "グゴォォォォ..." rumble across the top. A horned figure in a robe stands holding papers, reacting with "...!!!" and "HAA...". On the floor lies a heavily bandaged and bound figure wearing a helmet, also emitting "HAA...". In a close-up, a skull-masked character with wide eyes exclaims "...!!!" while another voice says "A FAKE...!!I". The horned figure declares "STOP THIS NON-SENSE..." as tension fills the ornate room.

The bound figure on the floor speaks: "WHAT A SCENE...", "UNFORTUNATELY, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR...", and "HAA...". The horned figure responds, "... YOUR PLAN FAILED." and "I DON'T KNOW WHO THE HELL YOU ARE, BUT...". Another panel shows the horned figure facing a masked person in a cape, saying "WE CAN'T LET YOU LIVE." and "...BRAT... BUT EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE JUST THE BAIT, NOW THAT YOU'RE INVOLVED...". The scene erupts with a massive impact sound "ドゴォン!!" as the skull-masked character reacts with "!!I" and the bound figure is struck.

Luffy bursts through the ceiling in a dramatic crash, shouting "DAMN!! I'M STUCK!!" and "NNG!", with "TINKLE TINKLE" sound effects. He yells "AH!! YOU'RE THE GUY WITH THE ROPES!!!" upon seeing the bound figure, who reacts with "HUH!I". The bound figure exclaims "STRAW HAT...!!!" and "I'M STUCK...!!!". In the lower scene, the horned figure and masked person stand over the fallen body as voices ask "... THIS IS THE THIRD FLOOR...", "YOU'RE BLEEDING!!", and "WHAT HAPPENEDI ARE YOU OKAY!I". The horned figure notes "I SHOULD BE THE ONE ASKING IF YOU'RE OK...".

Two cloaked figures stand facing forward. The horned one asks, "DID YOU COME HERE TO TAKE THE BLAME FOR USI" The skull-masked figure adds, "STRAW HAT LUFFY..." In the wrecked room below, Luffy stares in shock with a "I" as the horned figure declares, "YOU'RE TELLING ROBIN TO DO SOMETHING...!!!!" Luffy shouts, "GIVE ROBIN BACK, YOU BASTARDS!!!" Spotting the skull mask he yells, "AH!! A MASK!I IT'S A MASK!! THEN IT'S YOU!" The skull-masked figure calmly replies, "RAN-KYAKU." Luffy launches a powerful spinning kick that sends debris flying, the impact lines and motion blur filling the panel as the skull figure watches silently with "....."

Luffy's kick connects in a massive explosion of force. The skull-masked figure is blasted backward with a "WAH!!!" as debris and impact lines erupt everywhere. Luffy lands in a crouch, wide-eyed, yelling "WHAT!!I" while the horned figure stands amid the destruction. A side panel shows the horned figure's shocked face with "!!I" A massive crackle sound effect rips across the room as the wall shatters from the single kick. Luffy stares in disbelief, sweat flying, mouth agape with "........!I" The skull-masked figure lies dazed on the floor with "....."

Luffy looks on from above with "HUHI" as the horned figure charges. The skull-masked figure grits teeth with ".....!!" The horned figure swings a massive weapon with a loud "CLINK" and a huge "ドーン スゥン!!!" impact. The skull-masked figure is struck hard, crying "GUHEH!!!" Luffy is then slammed violently into the floor by the horned figure's follow-up, the panel exploding with motion lines, debris, and the massive sound effect "ガガガガガガガガ" as Luffy yells "!!!I"

Pinned down, Luffy struggles as the horned figure declares, "WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO HANG AROUND WITH YOU." Luffy grits out, "I... CAN'T MOVE!!" The horned figure adds, "IT'S AN EMERGENCY." with Luffy reacting "HUH!!I" In the next panels the skull-masked figure watches as the horned figure says, "THERE'S NO TIME FOR FIGHTING." and "STOP HIM TOO...!!!" A small figure replies, "HEY, OKAY." Close-ups show Robin with a serious expression, a bear-masked figure, and a feathered figure all running with repeated "RIIIIING..." sound effects. The final panel shows two distant figures fleeing down a hallway with a "CLICK" as the door shuts.

In a spacious hall, unseen voices coordinate their next move. "DON'T SHOOT ICEBERG YET." "EVERYONE HEAD TO THE BEDROOM." "THERE'S A HITCH IN OUR PLAN." "IT'S ME." A soft click punctuates the final line. A man with a headband sweats and glares intensely. Beside him, a dark-haired woman stares with cold focus. Below, a mustached man yells in alarm, "WHAT, ARE YOU RUNNING AWAY!!I" as a tall figure in a black feathered outfit turns away, replying, "EXCUSE ME... I HAVE SOMETHING TO ATTEND TO..." A swordsman stands ready nearby while another voice mutters, "NO....."

The feathered figure is suddenly struck from behind. A shirtless man with a cap launches a powerful blow, sending debris flying as the opponent reels. "SO I'LL FINISH YOU OFF QUICKLY." "I HAVE SOMETHING TO ATTEND TO..." The mustached man watches with shock. In the next instant the feathered fighter leaps high, shouting "HOP!!" while bystanders cry out, "SHE'S FLYING" "WAIT!!" "ONE... ONE ATTACK AND...!!I" "WAH!! LULU-SAN!!!" "THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE.....!!!!"

Inside a damaged room with a shattered window, heavy breathing fills the air. "......!! IT'S..." "NOTHING.....!!" "COUGH" "HAA..." "HEY... YOU OK....!I" Luffy lies on the floor gripping the arm of an armored man, explaining, "IT'S ALRIGHT, I'M USED TO BEING CHASED..." "BUT ONE OF MY CREW MEMBERS WAS TAKEN AWAY BY THEM," while the armored man replies, "I'M SORRY.....!!" "...EVERYONE THINKS... YOU'RE THE CULPRIT..." "STRAW HAT... WHY'D YOU COME..." Luffy then shouts, "YEAH!!" "YOU'RE STRONG IN A FIGHT, RIGHT.....!I" "NICO ROBIN, RIGHTI" "SO I CAME TO GET HER BACK!!" "CAN YOU... WIN AGAINST THEMI"

Luffy's face fills the panel with fierce determination, yelling "YEAH!!!!" The armored man answers, "I WANNA WIN TOO......" "OF COURSE." "...... I SEE." "THEN... FIGHT BESIDE ME......!!!" In a close-up the armored man's face twists in rage as he roars, "BY A BUNCH OF IDIOTS WE DON'T EVEN KNOWI!!!!" "...... WHY DOES ICEBERG-SAN HAVE TO BE KILLED..." while Luffy listens intently.

A close-up shows a wide-eyed young man with a scar on his cheek reacting in shock. Speech bubbles read: "HE MADE ME A FULL-FLEDGED SHIPWRIGHT......!!!" and "TEACHER... YOU KNOW...!!!...... HAA... HE'S MY..." with "......" and "HAA..." sounds. The scene shifts to a cyborg figure, Franky, thrashing while strapped down in a mechanical restraint. He yells, "I'M SAYING I WANNA BEAT THOSE BASTARDS TO PULPS!!! I DON'T CARE WHAT MY BODY'S LIKE AFTERWARDS!!!" A voice replies, "BUT IN YOUR CONDITION....!" Franky continues struggling violently as more restraints activate with loud "イチィィィ!!" effects. He roars, "OK!!! LET US OUT, DAMMIT!!! UWO~~~~~~~~~!!!" "DAMMIT!!! LET ME OUTTA HERE!!!" and "I'LL KEEP ON FIGHTING 'TIL I'M REDUCED TO A SINGLE BONE!!!" while large impact sounds "ウオオオオオオオオ" shake the panel.

A top-hatted figure tips his hat with a "DON" sound. The view widens to the towering Galley-La Company headquarters marked "GALLEY-LA COMPANY" as large "わああああああああ" screams echo outside. Inside a dim room, bodies lie motionless on the floor beside a ticking clock with "チク コ..." sounds. A stern man with a headband and sweat drop glares intensely. The scene cuts to a grand hall where five cloaked and masked figures stand in a line: a feathered figure, a horned figure, a checkered-cloaked figure, and others, facing a kneeling person on the patterned floor as dramatic "ドン!!" and "ドン!!!" effects fill the air.

The masked group confronts the kneeling man. One declares, "I HAVE NOTHING TO GIVE YOU!!!" while another orders, "GO HOME!!!" A voice notes, "... THAT'S THE PROBLEM..." Pigeons flutter with "COO~" and "ピィ" sounds. A large horned figure looms as a small white pigeon perches nearby with more "COO COO" and "スト..." effects. The headbanded man reacts with "!I" The kneeling figure looks up in shock, exclaiming "WHA-...!!!" as the horned figure asks, "...WITH YOUI" and "...SHALL WE DISCUSS FIRST..." while another panel shows "!I" and "ズ ポ... WHAT..."

A close-up reveals Rob Lucci's face under his top hat as he states, "I'M DISAPPOINTED IN YOU." Someone shouts "LUCCHI!!!" Below, a skull-faced figure points and says, "IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT..." while other panels show a dark impact and fallen bodies. Lucci continues, "THIS IS WHAT YOU GET FOR NOT HANDING IT OVER, WHILE THE GOVERNMENT WAS STILL REQUESTING IT OF YOU NICELY." Kaku appears beside him with "KAKU!!!" and motion lines as the confrontation intensifies.

A bearded man with a headband speaks first: "... WITHOUT HAVING TO HARM YOU." Kalifa appears in a dramatic pose, wings spread, declaring "WE REALLY WISHED...... TO MAKE THIS TOWN A MEMORY..." Close-ups show intense faces as someone shouts "KALIFA...!!!" and motion lines mark a sudden "WHOOSH..." Blueno looms forward, gripping a round-headed figure by the face while declaring "YOU HAVE YOUR MASTER'S RESOLVE." The round figure cries out "BLUENO...!!!" and another voice accuses "YOU WERE ALL... WITH THE GOVERNMENT!!!" Sweat and shock mark the expressions as the confrontation peaks.

The group stands revealed in formal attire. A checkered-clad man adjusts his mask while a tall horned figure and a top-hatted man with a pigeon stand beside Kalifa. A speech bubble states "THAT'S RIGHT... CONCEALING OURSELVES WAS EASY AS PIE... BUT" followed by "I'M SO AMAZED BY THE DEPTH OF YOUR FORETHOUGHT, I'M TOTALLY SPEECHLESS." A sign reads "BEHIND-THE-SCENES SECRET SERVICE DIRECTLY UNDER THE WORLD GOVERNMENT CIPHER POL NO.9". Close-ups show narrowed eyes as voices demand "BEFORE THERE ARE ANY MORE VICTIMS.... ITS WHEREABOUTS.... PLEASE TELL US..." The final panel reveals a determined face: "THE BLUEPRINTS FOR THE ANCIENT WEAPON, 'PLUTON'..."
