A massive explosion erupts with "SWISH!!!" and "ドドドドド!!" effects as multiple gunmen fire wildly. A man in a striped shirt and headband is struck, blood spraying. Nearby figures in vests and head coverings react amid smoke and debris. An inset panel shows a distant group on a rocky outcrop with "....." and "CRINKLE" sound. Below, characters on a walkway stare in shock: "THEY... DISAPPEARED..." and "!!I" as smoke drifts from a cannon barrel.

A massive crash "CRASH!!" and "ゴォォォォォ" shakes the Galle-La building as a figure is hurled through the air with "WAA AAAA AH!!!" screams. In the next panel a whip-wielding man is slammed violently into rubble amid "メキシャア" impacts. Below, an injured man with a pompadour gasps: "THE WHIP USER... HE... CAN... WALK... ON THE... AIR..." while another voice questions "WHAT HAPPENEDI" and "TOO... STRONG...!!!!" A silhouette stands amid debris as someone calls "HEY! ARE YOU OKAY!I" with "ギャア!!" cries echoing.

A towering figure in an ornate mask and dark cloak looms forward, declaring, "YOU SHOULD JUST GIVE UP." and "--- I TOLD YOU..." Below, a spiky-haired man in a white outfit reacts in shock on a staircase as voices cry "WALK!I" and "ON THE AIRI" He shouts "HE JUMPED....!!" while another yells "DAMN YOU!!" The man kicks off the air with a "HOP" and launches skyward, announcing "GEPPOU." as a massive furry beast lunges after him amid debris and startled onlookers on the ground below.

The spiky-haired man continues leaping through the air as shocked spectators yell "HE'S JUMPING AROUND IN MIDAIR AGAIN!!" and "!!I" Multiple figures react with surprise. The large furry creature charges, unleashing a devastating attack labeled "THORN ROAD." that sends the spiky-haired man and others flying amid sharp impact lines and debris. Onlookers scream "UWA AAA AAA!" as bodies tumble down the stairs and through the air.

Inside a grand hall, figures race after the intruder, shouting "HE WENT TO THE COURTYARD!! GO AFTER HIM!" and "A Z!!" A close-up reveals a goggled man with wild hair glaring intensely, demanding "WHERE DID YOU COME FROM!I" and "WHO ARE YOU!I" He sits on rubble, proclaiming "WE REPRESENT JUSTICE." while two cloaked figures stand nearby, adding "AS FOR OUR ALIGNMENT..." and "WE'VE COME... FROM THE DARKNESS..." amid swirling dust and dramatic sound effects.

A bull-masked figure declares "CIPHER POL NO. 9." and "ANYAKU-SAKAN." In the ruined hall, hooded figures discuss in dripping silence: "MAYBE WE DID..." "MAYBE WE DIDN'T..." and "YOU SHOULD'VE RUN INTO OUR CARPENTERS..." "REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU GOT IN..." One replies "I HAVE NO RECOLLECTION OF MEETING ONE..." The goggled man stares fiercely amid the wreckage, sweat visible on his face as tension fills the air.

In a grand, dimly lit hall with checkered floors and tall bookshelves, two figures stand near the doorway. A voice declares, "MAKES LAST NIGHT'S ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT LOOK LIKE CHILD'S PLAY..." Another adds, "GOING THIS FAR TONIGHT..." In closer panels, a man with goggles and a cigar glares while saying, "ALONG WITH..." and "MR. ICEBERG'S TREASURE..." Beside him, a skeletal-faced figure with horns replies, "IN ANY CASE, JUST HAND OVER..." and "WE NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THAT..." The scene cuts to a close-up of intense eyes in shadow as a voice states, "SINCE YOU NOW KNOW TOO MUCH." A large sound effect "ゴォオオ..." rumbles across the panel. The same voice continues, "YOUR LIFE..."

On a rooftop at night, several figures react urgently. Voices shout, "WATCH OUT FOR THAT GUY WITH THE WHIP!!" "THEY SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET IN..." "WE NAILED ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS SHUT!" "WHAT ABOUT INSIDE THE BUILDINGI" "THE TWO THAT VANISHED AREN'T IN THE BACKI" Below, a bear-like figure in a checkered cloak says, "PUSH ME." while another cloaked figure stands nearby. A voice notes, "... ALL RIGHT." and "HE SHOULD BE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS WALL." The bear-like figure pushes open a hidden passage with a "キィ..." sound, followed by a "CLICK" as the group enters a room where two people stand by a bed.

The bear-like figure in checkered cloak continues through the hidden passage as a headband-wearing man watches with surprise. The bear-like figure explains, "I NEVER IMAGINED THAT YOU WOULD COME THROUGH THERE. DID YOU DO THE SAME THING LAST NIGHTI" The headband man replies, "... AMAZING... EVEN THOUGH I KNEW YOU WOULD COME AGAIN..." A voice notes, "THERE SHOULDN'T BE A DOOR THERE..." The bear-like figure holds up a key-like item with a "CLICK" and states, "I CAN GO THROUGH ANY DOOR FREELY." He continues, "IT'S THE DOA DOA FRUIT. ANY WALL I TOUCH WILL BECOME A DOOR, NO MATTER HOW STRONG THE WALL IS." Sound effects include "パタン..." and "STA STA".

Gunfire erupts with large sound effects "ビン!!" and "ビン!!" as a cloaked figure shoots toward a bed. A voice cries, "UGH!!" with "CHU CHU!" A bandaged man is struck, reacting with "WUH!!" and ".....!!" A hooded woman asks, "WHY DID YOU DO THATI" The bandaged man replies, "WE DIDN'T GET THE SIGNAL YET." In another panel, the bear-like figure says, "PRECAUTIONS MUST BE TAKEN. THAT IS THE WAY OF A PROFESSIONAL KILLER." and "EVEN THOUGH IT'S NOT NICE, IN ORDER TO PREVENT ANY COMPLICATION IN THE FUTURE..." A voice adds, "A GOOD COOK IS NEVER LAZY IN HIS PREPARATION." and "HE COULD STILL SPEAK, SO HE'S NOT AS WEAK AS HE SHOULD BE..." A small bird-like creature reacts with ".....!!"

A hooded woman reacts with shock, hand to her head. "THE CP9....!!" "THAT SOUNDS LIKE.....!!!" A bear-masked figure leans forward and replies, "BUT YOU ARE CORRECT..." "....." "YOU SEEM TO KNOW A LOT." On the floor, a fallen person looks up and asks, "IT'S ALL... PART OF YOUR PLAN...I" The bear-masked figure continues, "YOU DID NOTHING WRONG." "I WRONGED..." "HEH..." "IT'S TRUE THAT YOU SAW ME LAST NIGHT." "THEY ARE INNOCENT AFTER ALL..." "THE STRAW HATS..."

The bear-masked figure explains, "OUR MAIN OBJECTIVE, THE BLUEPRINTS FOR THAT SHIP, WOULD'VE REMAINED HIDDEN." "YES. WE ALLOWED YOU TO LIVE SO WE COULD FRAME THOSE PIRATES. ALSO, IF WE HAD KILLED YOU THEN..." The fallen person lies still as the bear-masked figure adds, "YOU WILL NO DOUBT PASS IT DOWN TO SOMEONE ELSE." "WHEN YOU FEEL THAT YOUR LIFE IS THREATENED..." "FROM ONE CARPENTER TO ANOTHER, THAT THING... IS A SECRET TREASURE PASSED DOWN THROUGH GENERATIONS." The fallen person realizes, "..... SO THEN... I PLAYED RIGHT INTO YOUR HANDS..." The bear-masked figure concludes, "THE PERSON YOU CHOSE IS CHIEF MECHANIC, PAULIE. RIGHT NOW, TWO OF MY COMRADES ARE DEALING WITH HIM."

Nico Robin sits on the floor and says, "I'M LEAVING HIM TO YOU, NICO ROBIN." A checkered-cloaked figure walks away as another hooded woman states, "--- TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE... I'M GOING OUTSIDE TO TAKE CARE OF THE CARPENTERS IN THE HALLWAY." Close-up on Robin's eye: "WHEN THEY DO, KILL HIM." The bear-masked figure sweats and thinks, "..........!!!" "ONCE THEY GET THE BLUEPRINT FROM PAULIE, THEY WILL SEND YOU A SIGNAL." The bear-masked figure turns and declares, "AND THE STRAW HATS WILL TAKE THE BLAME. AFTER THAT, WE JUST NEED TO ELIMINATE PAULIE. THEN, OUR MISSION WILL BE COMPLETE."

Outside on the streets, the Straw Hats react in panic amid chaos. "WHAT SHOULD WE DOI" "MAYBE ROBIN IS IN THE CROWD!" "NO USE COMPLAINING NOW!" "WHY DOESN'T HE EVER LISTEN!!I" "DO WE NEED TO SNEAK...!I" "ARR RGG GG ----!!!" Usopp, Sanji, and Nami huddle together. "IT'S GOOD IF HE GOT IN," "HE LIKELY FLEW OR CHARGED IN FROM THE FRONT." "NOT! NOT! MOST LIKELY NOT" "DO YOU THINK THAT LUFFY WOULD USE STEALTH TO ENTER THE BUILDINGI" "HE'S PROBABLY BEING CHASED AROUND BY THE SHIPWRIGHTS." "ACTUALLY... THIS MAY BE TO OUR ADVANTAGE." They decide, "SO, THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING SHOULD BE POORLY DEFENDED RIGHT NOW. EVERYONE WILL CHASE AFTER HIM, WHEN THE ENEMY'S BOSS APPEARS, WE CAN USE THIS CHANCE TO GET IN!" "AGREE! AGREE!" "YEAH. I AGREE." "YEAH..."

The Straw Hats charge forward with urgency. Nami shouts, "JUMP OVER THAT WALL!!" Usopp agrees, "I AGREE! SO WE CAN JUST CHARGE IN THERE!" Sanji realizes, "I SEE. SO LUFFY'S RECKLESSNESS GIVES US AN OPPORTUNITY!!" They leap over railings as someone yells, "YEAH, LET'S GO!" and "FOLLOW LUFFY!!" Below, Franky and allies spot the scene, with one saying, "HEY, LOOK THERE." A massive sliding impact SFX ズラーーーーリ!! echoes as the group reaches the massive stone building. A lone voice mutters "TAH..." in the distance. In the final panel the crew stares in shock, Luffy, Nami, and Usopp yelling together, "THEY'RE ALL STILL THERE-----!!!"

A figure struggles desperately inside a narrow doorway, repeatedly grunting "SQUEEZE" while crying, "BUT I GOT STUCK!!!", "I HAVE TO HURRY...!", and "OUCH!" He laments, "I WAS GOING TO JUST JUMP INTO THE BUILDING..." and "I CAN'T GET OUT..." as "DAMN IT!" and "Lzzhh..." sound effects ring out. Inside the building, shocked workers spot the chaos: "AH! TILESTON-SAN... LOOK!", "HOW!I KAKU AND LUCCHI ARE OVER THERE!!", "ALL THE GUARDS ON THE THIRD FLOOR ARE DOWN!!", "COME TO THE PRESIDENT'S ROOM!!!", and "SOMEBODY HELP ME!!" A large room filled with fallen guards is shown, ending on a massive seated figure emitting "COO---".

Lucci and Kaku lie defeated amid heavy impact SFX ドンッ!! and ドンッ!!. Lucci's pigeon companion weakly coos "COO---". A massive close-up shows Lucci's battered face as voices scream, "LUCCHI!!!!" and "KAKU!!". The final panel reveals a grinning, bead-necklaced figure asking, "AREN'T THEY FINISHED YETI" while another mutters, "... OH DAMN... THERE'S NO END TO THEM OVER HERE." The page footer displays the ONE PIECE logo and chapter 343 credit.
