ITS ENTIRE HISTORY WAS LOST...!!!" while viewing a ruined cityscape. A voice adds, "THAT'S RIGHT. NORLAND'S DIARY SAID... THERE SHOULD BE A HUGE GOLDEN BELL SOMEWHERE AROUND HERE." The final panel shows Robin standing amid ruins with motion lines and SFX as she declares, "SOME PONEGLYPHS WERE TAKEN TO THIS CITY!!" and thinks "...".

A wide view reveals the ruined Golden City, Shandora, with its massive stepped pyramid and broken structures. Large SFX "ゴォォォォ" rumble as narration states, "THE GOLDEN CITY, SHANDORA... WAS DESTROYED AFTER FIGHTING TO PROTECT THE PONEGLYPHS." In the lower panels, Nico Robin stands among the ruins, sweat on her face, thinking "... ISN'T HERE..." and "THE BELFRY POSITIONED IN THE CENTER OF THE FOUR ALTARS..." with a small "..." bubble. Impact lines and SFX "ばっ" and "くん" emphasize the desolate scene.

Nico Robin stands amid the ruined stone streets, her face shadowed by her wide hat as thoughts race through her mind. "THAT TRIED TO PROTECT HISTORY..." "A ONCE PROSPEROUS CITY" "WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS WORLD BACK THEN...!I" She walks forward, scanning the broken landscape. "...IF THE PONEGLYPHS WERE HERE WITH THE BELFRY... THEN THERE'S NO HOPE OF FINDING THEM HERE." Her footsteps echo as she stops, noticing something ahead. "!I" "...!!!" In the distance, ancient cart rails lie twisted among the rubble. Robin's eyes narrow at the sight. "CART RAILS...!I" "IT IS A SIGN THAT SOMETHING BIG WAS MOVED." A voice suddenly laughs from nearby, "YAHAHAHA!" Robin turns slightly, noting the fresh-looking debris. "THEY LOOK QUITE NEW!!"

High above the shattered city, a large masked figure lounges on a broken ledge, casually tossing an apple. "THE CITY HAS KEPT ITS SPLENDOR EVEN AFTER BEING BLASTED INTO THE SKY..." "THE MAGNIFICENT SHANDORA..." "AMAZING, ISN'T ITI" Below, Robin stands among the ruins facing the figure. "I WAS THE ONE WHO DISCOVERED IT. MY FOOLISH PREDECESSORS HAD NO IDEA OF ITS EXISTENCE." The masked man replies, "THE POOR CITY WAS HIDDEN IN THE CLOUDS, WITH NO ONE TO ADMIRE IT." A close-up reveals the man's intense, smiling face as he declares, "GOD." Robin stares at him and asks, "...AND YOUI"

Robin questions the masked man from across the ruins. "WAS THE PROCESS SIMPLIFIED BY YOUR ABILITY TO READ THOSE WRITINGSI" "IT TOOK US SEVERAL MONTHS TO FIND THESE RUINS..." "YOU ARE AN ARCHAEOLOGIST FROM THE BLUE SEA, RIGHTI" "I'M IMPRESSED..." The masked man grins, "CROC." Robin responds coolly, "...THE GOLD... NOW THAT YOU MENTION IT, I DIDN'T SEE IT ANYWHERE. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO TOOK IT, AREN'T YOUI" The man laughs, "UNFORTUNATELY, THE GOLD YOU SEEK IS GONE. YOU ARE A FEW YEARS TOO LATE." In the next moment he spins dramatically, holding up a small dark orb. "SO, YOU TOOK THE GOLDEN BELL, TOO!I" "YES, I AM. THAT SHINING MATERIAL QUITE SUITS ME."

The masked man fiddles with a small object, grunting "GRRRT... GRRRT..." Robin watches him closely. "HE DOESN'T KNOW...!I" The man muses, "GOLDEN BELL...I" Robin turns away, stating, "NOTHING NEW, UNFORTUNATELY. IF IT WASN'T HERE WHEN YOU ARRIVED, THEN THE BELL PROBABLY DIDN'T REACH THE SKY." The masked man leans in, "VERY INTERESTING...! WHAT DID YOU LEARN BY READING THOSE RUNES...I" Robin's eyes widen in realization. "...I" "IT IS!!!" "...WAIT....BUT I WAS RATHER INTERESTED IN THE BELFRY... THE SHANDORIANS WERE REALLY PROUD OF THEIR GOLDEN BELL AND THE BELFRY IT WAS IN..." She exclaims, "IT'S HERE. IT DID GET TO THE SKY!!!" The masked man reacts with shock, "...!!!"

A bald man with a headband leans on his staff inside a spiraling chamber, gazing at a massive broken golden bell embedded in the rock. He explains, "...SO THIS BELL WAS MADE OF GOLD!! THE OLD MEN HERE CALL IT 'THE SONG OF THE ISLAND'... THAT IS WHEN THIS ISLAND WAS BLOWN INTO THE SKY, A RINGING SOUND OF BELL WAS HEARD THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. 400 YEARS AGO, WHEN UPPER YARD WAS BORN..." In close-up he grins widely and declares, "THAT IS, IN EIGHT MINUTES, I'LL JUST LOOK INTO THIS PLACE!! YAHAHAHA...!!" A voice adds, "FASCINATING!! AS SOON AS THE GAME IS OVER..." Below, Nico Robin stands on a walkway and reacts with shock, "HUH...!I" as distant figures near ruined towers exclaim, "HAS REACHED THE EDGE OF THE ISLAND... OH! IT SEEMS THAT A BUG..." and "...!! SO THE GOLDEN BELL DID REACH THE SKY...!I THEN THE PONEGLYPHS MUST ALSO...!!"

Explosive action erupts across jagged cliffs and waterfalls. A fox-like creature named Suu is struck and sent flying amid crackling energy and impact lines reading "パチリラ パチリラ~♪", "FRASH", "HAA...", and "SUUU—!!!". On a wooden deck, a long-haired woman turns in alarm as Suu lands nearby. A small winged figure shouts, "SUE! WHAT'S WRONGI ARE YOU HURTI" while another voice calls, "EHI WHAT IS IT, SUEI IS IT TIME FOR YOUR SUPPER!I" Sound effects and motion lines fill the chaotic sequence.

On a rocky ledge, a bandaged man and a winged woman gasp for breath. The man says, "YES. FOR SIX YEARS... WE'VE BEEN HELD CAPTIVE...!!" and asks, "... ARE YOU FROM THE HOLY GUARD...!I" while panting "HAA... HAA...!!" Below, Conis kneels beside her injured father and cries out, "MY WIFE... AND SON... ARE ON ANGEL ISLAND...!!" as the father replies, "... WHAT HAPPENED...!I CONIS-SAN, GET SOME BANDAGES. YES, FATHER!!" A close-up shows a sweating, furious man with horns demanding, "ENEL PLANS... TO RESET EVERYTHING... TELL THEM...!!!" while another figure warns, "... YES, WE ARE ALL WORRIED ABOUT THE MILITIA!!"

Panic spreads as a horned man shouts, "THERE IS... NO TIME...!!! TELL EVERYONE!! ENEL IS CRAZY..." while another figure exclaims, "BUT... THAT'S IMPO..." A winged man and small companion stare in horror: "HE'S GOING TO MAKE SKYPIEA FALL BACK TO THE BLUE SEA!! THE ENTIRE COUNTRY... WILL VANISH!!" A massive splash panel shows the group on the Going Merry plummeting through clouds as text declares, "ALL THE CITIZENS OF THE SKY!!! HE WANTS TO WIPE OUT" with impact sound "オォォォォ!!" Below, the horned man yells, "THE ARK 'MAXIM'!!!" and another states, "HE HAS AN 'ARK'!!!" A girl adds, "WAIT! IF GOD ENEL DOES THAT, HE'LL HAVE NOWHERE TO GO, TOO..."

A scarred, bearded man glares furiously, sweat flying as he yells. In the next panel a woman with pigtails delivers a powerful kick, sending a small flying creature tumbling while shouting "HE'S BEEN MAKING US BUILD A FLYING SHIP FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS!" A young girl with braids watches in shock. The blonde woman stares in horror and screams "FATHER!!" as the kicked figure plummets toward the distant forest below. Massive impact lines and debris erupt as something huge crashes into the ground, shaking the entire landscape.

High above the clouds, a massive snake coils around a floating island. Below, a shirtless swordsman with three swords leaps through the air, blades flashing with dramatic "オオオオオ..." sound effects as he cuts through the ruined cityscape. He lands in a powerful stance, swords drawn. In a close-up his face is calm and focused, then the next panel shows him lying dazed on the ground with swirling eyes after a heavy blow.

A giant white dog lunges forward, barking "WOOF!" and striking the swordsman with a massive paw that sends him flying amid impact lines and "ドゴォ!!" effects. The man yells "S...SHIT...!!!" and "W...WAIT...!!!" The dog sits calmly and speaks in a sign: "Wait". A battered curly-haired man shouts "DOES HE LISTEN TO ANYONE'S COMMANDS!I" and "HIT YOURSELF IN THE HEAD AND MAKE YOURSELF FAINT!" The giant snake rears up hissing "TSU LALA LAAA!!!" while the dog continues giving commands: "Hit head and make self faint".

Explosions rock the ruins as the giant snake Nola thrashes wildly. The swordsman charges in with a fierce slash, blades flashing. A robed figure stands amid swirling energy orbs. The snake lunges and bites down hard. The swordsman stares in shock, eyes wide, muttering "WHAT THE...I" as the massive jaws close in.

A massive explosion erupts from the ancient ruins as debris and dust fly everywhere. Nami, in her Shandora outfit, stares in shock. "WHAT WAS THATI" she cries. Enel laughs maniacally from atop the crumbling structure, "YAHA-HAHAHA!!! I INVITED YOUR FRIENDS TO JOIN US DOWN HERE...!!!!" Nami realizes, "HE HAS 'LOGIA' POWERS.....!!!" Below, the ground shakes violently. "IT'S ENEL! ONLY HE CAN DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS!" someone shouts. "THE RUINS ARE FALLING! THE GROUND IS COLLAPSING!!!" Gan Fall and others scramble as massive chunks of stone crash down. "TSU LALA LAAA!!!" rings out amid the chaos. "WHAT!I ANOTHER HOLEI" a voice exclaims as more debris tumbles. "DAMN IT!!!" someone yells while dodging falling rubble.

A towering column of smoke and debris spirals upward from the island as the ruins collapse in a thunderous roar. "IYAAH!!!" someone screams. "TSU-LALA-LAAA..." echoes while the massive structure crumbles. "WAAAAH~!!!" cries ring out across the landscape. On the ground, Nami clutches her face in panic, sweat pouring down. "EVERYONE ON THE ISLAND!! I HAVE TO WARN..." she gasps, "HAA..." A small creature reacts with "...!!!" and "HAA..." Nearby, a figure shouts, "THIS ISN'T THE TIME TO CRY!!!" while another says, "I'M LEAVING THEM TO YOU, SUE!!" Enel appears in a dramatic close-up, mouth wide open in laughter, "YAHA-HAHAHAHA!!! LET'S ORCHESTRATE THE FINAL ACT TOGETHER!!!"
