A young woman with a ponytail and a scar on her face stares ahead with a shocked expression, sweat drops flying as small sound effects read “ハI … ハI”. A voice shouts “…HOLD IT!”. The scene shifts to a massive crowd of rebels in a desert city square waving flags and weapons. Speech bubbles declare: “WE SAW WHAT THE KING DID AT NANOHANA WITH OUR OWN EYES!”, “NIGHTMARES DON'T END JUST BECAUSE YOU OR ANYBODY DECLARED IT OVER!”, “THAT'S RIGHT! OUR LEADER KOUZA WAS SHOT TOO!”, “DO YOU THINK ANY OF OUR FALLEN COMRADES CAN JUST ACCEPT THIS CONCLUSION!I”, and “IT'S THE SAME WITH EVERY ACT OF VIOLENCE THE ROYAL-ISTS HAVE CARRIED OUT UNTIL NOW!”. The mob surges forward in anger.

Royalist soldiers stand before the palace, one yelling “ROYAL-ISTS!” while another commands “THROW DOWN YOUR ARMS!”. In a dramatic close-up, Commander Chaka appears in his hybrid jackal form, cloak billowing, with a large speech bubble reading “COM-MANDER CHAKA!”. Below, the ponytail woman stares in disbelief, whispering “Chaka…”. Nearby rebels shout “YOU TOO, REBELS!” and “You d-Ahem! Maa Maa Maa…”.

IT WASN'T THE ROYALISTS WHO SHOT ME! EVERYONE LISTEN TO ME! I SAW THEM...!" Another man realizes, "This whole conflict... Was set up from the very beginning." The boy continues, "EVEN THE KING WAS A FAKE! IT WAS ALL A TRAP SET BY SOMEONE!" The crowd reacts with shock as the truth begins to spread.

A powerful man with wild hair and a headband sits up sharply as someone calls out "LEADER! KOUZA!" In the square, the leader stands before the armed crowd and orders, "But first, throw down your arms, all of you!" He continues, "I will now explain. Everything that has occurred in this country..." The rebels hesitate, marked with "..." and "II" Weapons clatter to the wet ground with loud SFX "ギャラン" and "ガラン..." as hands release swords and axes.

Footsteps echo "ダダダ" as a cloaked figure runs through an arched doorway. Vivi appears, panting "HUFF" and calling out "VIVI!!" while racing through the rain. In the street she looks around desperately and cries, "Where are you!I...Everyone!" Nearby, a wounded man struggles, saying "Fine, then stay behind here. UGH... LISTEN... I'VE BEEN AFFLICTED... WITH 'WALKING-ANY-MORE-WILL-KILL-ME-ITIS.'" Someone else shouts "Walk properly!" and "HEY, WAIT!" as running sounds "ギャアアア" fill the air.

In the ruined plaza, Sanji carries a bundle of weapons while walking with Zoro. Chopper stands nearby in his hat as Nami looks on. Sanji notices something and says, "That's where you are." Zoro reacts with "WHY MY LEG!I" and "Ah-" as tension rises. The scene shifts to a massive, bandaged man in a torn black coat standing amid rubble, surrounded by impact lines and debris, his presence dominating the destroyed street.

In the rain-soaked ruins, Sanji points at the man on Zoro's back and says, "Thanks for carrying him over here. But we'll take him from here. He's kind of our crew's whatchamacallit." Zoro, battered and glaring, asks, "...Umm, that guy on your back. Who are you people...I" A wide shot reveals the devastated royal plaza with collapsed buildings and scattered debris. An unseen speaker wonders, "...Does that mean you're the pirates who escorted Vivi back to this countryI" Someone else asks, "And who might you beI" A small figure in the distance reacts with "HuhI" In the lower panels, a scarred man stares and asks, "You the kingI" Vivi's eyes widen in shock as she cries, "P-PAPA!I Y-Y-YOU'RE... VIVI'S FATHER!I" and "PAPA!I" while another voice shouts "EVERYONE!" A bystander exclaims, "It's Vivi!"

Zoro lies exhausted in the rain, thinking, "But he saved my life. I had already resigned myself to death," as a large arrow points left. In the next tier, a cloaked figure states, "Yes, it should be neutralized by now......Then that 'poison' should no longer be a problem. His strength is incredible... Even after fighting Crocodile and in that body, he carried two people back up to the surface." Nami watches silently with "..." while a bandaged man lies on the ground with "zzz..." The cloaked figure adds, "But he still needs to be treated for his other wounds... The same for all of you as well." Below, a bandaged man with goggles declares, "But it's gonna feel pretty antiliomactic. The rebellion was finally stopped. That's right. Without a word or two from the king and the princess." Zoro, carrying his swords, snaps, "Get back out to the square." A voice replies, "BackI" and another insists, "More importantly, you should get back, Vivi."

Luffy grins widely and says, "We've got no intentions of getting involved with the affairs of a country. That we're outlaws... Vivi, you understand, don't youI" Vivi looks concerned as Luffy continues, "Then all of you should also-" Nami, covered in dust, states, "We're all dead-tired. We're gonna head to the palace on our own." Chopper, wearing a large hat, sticks out his tongue and announces, "I'm hungry." A close-up shows a stern man with a scar glaring, followed by Nami with a neutral expression and a small sound effect. Zoro sweats and exhales with "ぷっ... ふう..." while distant figures stand in the ruined street.

A massive impact erupts with the giant sound effect "ドドサァー!!" as a large man crashes down, accompanied by "SLUMP!" and "UNDERSTOOD, CAPTAIN SMOKER." Scattered weapons and bodies lie in the rain while a voice box reads "YES," and another sound "グッ..." appears. In the next panel, a crowd gathers around a massive crocodile-like form as someone says, "I can hardly believe it... Then Crocodile was... The man behind it all...I" Marines in the background react with multiple "Hッ" sound effects and a shout of "MARINES!" One marine salutes with "SALUTE!"

Crocodile lies defeated and spread-eagled on the rain-soaked ground as massive sound effects echo. Narration declares: "And the head of this secret criminal organization Baroque Works, Has undeniably proven to you, Sir Crocodile, a Royal Shichibukai Pirate." Another bubble states: "An artificial-rain ship owned by Baroque Works. Has been found containing significant amounts of dance powder." Close-ups show Crocodile's furious, gritted face, Vivi's tense expression, and Luffy shouting, "WHERE'D THAT CROC GOII" "WHERE IS HEI" Official decrees follow: "Are hereby revoked. And all other rights and titles granted to you by the World Government. The special permit of 'Lawful Seizure of Enemy Assets,' Under the authority of World Government's Marine HQ." A heavy mechanical sound effect "ガチャッ...!!" rings out as the revocation is sealed amid the ruined cityscape.

Rain pours over the ruined plaza. A frog-like figure peers from a decorative manhole cover while a cloaked swordsman points dramatically. Citizens and guards react in panic. A large bird-like creature stands amid swirling black shapes as sound effects "ハァァァ..." and "マァァァァ" fill the air. Massive impact panels erupt with repeated "ドン!!ドン!!ドン!!" as powerful blows land, sending shockwaves through the street. Debris flies and figures are hurled by the force of the strikes.

Explosive impacts continue with "ドン!!ドン!!" as a horned figure is slammed into the ground. A woman with dark hair lies sprawled from the force. Rain falls on empty streets marked by small sound effects "ガァァァ..." and "ピタ...". A man with an afro reacts with surprise "ハァ...I" while a snake-like figure coils nearby with "ヒタ...". A massive close-up shows a scarred, furious face roaring: BUT YOU CAN ALL RISE ABOVE THE ASHES OF THIS CONFLICT! NO MAN CAN SIMPLY FORGET THE PAST! LIVE ONWARDS, YOUR HIGHNESS! Smaller panels show shocked onlookers, a figure with a straw hat and spotted cloak reacting in surprise, and others sweating with tension as the speech echoes.

And the battle never to be told in history... Both drew to a close. The battle that would go down in history, KINGDOM OF ALABASTA! A vast panoramic view reveals the grand palace and an enormous cheering crowd filling the square. In close-ups, a young woman with long hair and a tear on her cheek stands beside determined fighters including a man in a spotted cloak and another with a long nose, all reacting to the historic moment.
