Explosions rock the city streets as smoke and debris fill the air. A massive SFX "クアアアアア" shakes the panel above the skyline. Baroque Works agents clash with marines amid the chaos. One agent shouts, "NEVER HEARD OF 'EM! YOU EVEN GOT ANY PROOF THAT THEY EXIST!I" while another yells "BAROQUE WORKS!I" A civilian claims, "We're just ordinary Alabastan citizens!" A marine questions, "Would you marines really hurt civilians unwillingly caught up in this rebellion!I" Blades clash violently with SFX "ズバババン" and "ドドドド" as fighters are sent flying. One agent with a top hat and striped shirt bears the mark "BAPOC To M..VAL" on his back while another marine reels from impact.

Tashigi's face fills a panel as she shouts, "JUDGE WITH YOUR OWN EYES TO SEE WHO'S THE ENEMY!" and "YOU CAN'T PREVENT ANYTHING BY ALWAYS WAITING FOR PROOF!" A subordinate asks, "What're you hesitating for!I" while another calls out "Sgt. Major Tashigi!" SFX "ドドド..." echoes. Tashigi replies firmly, "Yes, sir!" as the clock tower looms. Below, two small figures stand in a tunnel saying "Yes, you're right, Ms. Faaather's Daaavyyy..." and "Rrrribbit ribbit ribbit! Hey listen, Mr. 7! I think this is a big mission!" The clock strikes with SFX "ジォオォォ" and "ゴゴゴゴゴゴゴ" as someone notes, "There's hardly any time before 4:30 now..." and "The clock!I"

Mr. 7 and Miss Father's Day grin inside the clock tower mechanism. Mr. 7 laughs "Oohoho! Yes, such an assessment would be nice." while Miss Father's Day croaks "Ribbit! Ribbit! Ribbit! Maybe we'll get promoted big-time after this!" with SFX "オホホホ" and "ギロッ". A massive cannon labeled "BAROQUE" with a skull-wing emblem is aimed downward. Mr. 7 declares, "That this enormous cannon, I would assess, in any case, oohoho! Is set to shoot right into the middle of the crowd below! Oohohoho!" SFX "ゴオオオオ" rumbles as the fuse is prepared.

Mr. 7 lights the fuse, declaring "Preparing to light the fuuusssseeee! Oohohoho!" as the clock ticks "トク... トク...". Miss Father's Day shouts "It's almost time, Mr. 7!" and "Ribbit!" The cannon fires with massive SFX "クアアアアア" and "パアアア...!!!" blasting through the city. Tashigi is struck mid-air, bloodied and falling with SFX "ゴゴゴゴゴゴ ゴッ ガラ ガラ". She gasps "JUST WHAT..." as debris rains down around her injured form. The blast tears through buildings near the clock tower.

Amid a massive explosion of debris and shattered stone, Luffy and Crocodile are hurled through the air. A voice questions, "IS IT, THAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND...!I" Crocodile lands in a crouch while Luffy twists midair. Close-ups show Crocodile's stitched face glaring with fury and narrowed eyes. Luffy launches a powerful strike as Crocodile counters with a heavy blow, shouting "HMPH!" Massive impact lines and flying rubble fill the panel as the two clash violently.

Luffy and Crocodile trade rapid, brutal punches. Crocodile's fist connects with Luffy's face amid heavy impact SFX. Luffy reels from the blow, blood and sweat flying. Crocodile follows with another strike, grunting "HMPH-". The fight escalates into a whirlwind of motion lines and debris as Luffy is slammed downward, the ground erupting beneath them.

Luffy stretches his arm back, declaring "GOMU GOMU..." before unleashing a furious barrage. "GATLING GUN!!!" he yells as his fists become a blur of rapid strikes, shattering stone and sending Crocodile flying. Crocodile is battered by the onslaught, impact effects and rubble exploding around him. The barrage continues relentlessly across the ruined floor.

Crocodile stands over the battered Luffy, panting as he taunts, "Do you still not get it...I You're going to die... From the poison already flowing in your body." He continues, "It's a miracle you're still able to even stand after 3 fights with me and taking a ridiculous amount of damage... Whether you win or lose, you'll still be buried under this temple with all the other rubble." Luffy struggles to rise, bloodied and strained. Crocodile presses the attack with a powerful strike, roaring "RAGHHH!" as Luffy cries out in pain "NGHH!" amid more explosions and debris.

A massive explosion rocks the area as a figure launches skyward with arms outstretched. "Target: Center of the Palace Square! Ribbit ribbit!" A voice yells from the side, "15 seconds leeeeffffttt! Ohohoho!" Below, a bear-like creature panics, shouting, "We don't have any time, y'know! We're all gonna die if we fail, y'know!" Nami glares and demands, "Nami! Just what're you trying to doI" Usopp, heart-eyed and panicked, cries, "Light the fuse!" Nami snaps back, "Yes, I know already! Now just shut up and stand there!" Another crew member yells, "WHAT'RE YOU EVEN PLANNING TO DO!I HOW THE HELL'S STANDING IN THIS POSE GONNA HELP!I" Nami replies, "I'm trying to calculate things right now!" A small armored figure launches upward with a loud "ガビーン!" as massive SFX "ワアアアア" and "ジジジ" fill the air.

Nami shouts upward, "Ohohoho! An iiiinteresting assessment, indeed! Yes, let's! Ohohoho!" A voice calls, "YOU'LL UNDERSTAND ONCE I DO IT!" The small armored figure yells, "Ribbit ribbit! Hey listen, Mr. 7! Since it's the finale, I wanna do a count-down!" From below, someone warns, "H-hey, the cyclone tempo's just a little boomerang trick. Meant for parties and-" A massive cyclone erupts with "CYCLONE TEMPO!" and "THIIIRKTEEEEN!" The weather shifts violently as the text states, "The weather is... 'Typhoon!'" A powerful strike hits the clock tower with "カーア" and "QOF!" as the narration declares, "THE TARGET'S THE CLOCK TOWER!"

The cyclone rips through the clock tower in a massive blast of debris and motion lines. Nami yells, "JUMP!" and "CHOPPER! ONCE YOU REACH SANJI'S LEVEL," while a crew member questions, "WHAT!I THEY'RE COMING UP!I" Vivi stares upward in shock, thinking, "Don't tell me... Her plan is to keep on flying up directly like this!I" Chopper, in a new form with a top hat, reacts with "WHAI" as the group is carried higher amid swirling winds and impact effects.

Sanji lands on a ledge, muttering, "Yeah, I think I got the gist of the plan..." and "Fine! I guess I've got no other choice...!" Nami calls out, "We don't have any time left!" and "Sanji! You know what to do, right!I" Sanji leaps with Chopper, shouting, "GET ON MY RIGHT LEG!" Chopper responds, "Alright! Hang tight, Vivi!" as they soar upward. Vivi clings on while a crew member below observes, "Oh, so that's the plan..."

A massive figure in a black coat and oversized hat with an X mark rockets forward in a powerful leap, shouting "ALL YOURS NOW, ZORO!" as impact lines explode around him. Below, on the building ledge, Sanji stands with a cigarette, while Zoro grips his swords. The view shifts to Zoro on a high ledge as the large-hatted man is hurled away. Sanji glances upward and says, "I've gotta throw them all the way up to the top." A small figure below replies, "Looks like." Vivi, in her long dress, looks up and calls, "Great work, Sanji!" The large-hatted man tumbles through the air with motion lines trailing behind him.

Zoro is flung high into the air above the tower as Vivi shouts "ZORO!" from below. In a dramatic mid-air slash, Zoro yells "AGHH! YOUR SWORDS!" while spinning his blades. Vivi watches with concern as someone calls, "Leave it to me!" A close-up shows a bandaged man with a fierce glare declaring, "Yes, I recognize them!" Another panel reveals the large-hatted man and a small creature tumbling, with the warning "Watch out, Vivi. There're some weirdos up there!" Vivi responds, "Ah- Okay!" The bandaged man reassures her, "Don't be scared, stupid. I'll send you up with the back of my blades!"

Two Baroque Works agents—a curly-haired man with goggles and a spotted-hooded figure—react with "HmmI" as a loud "ば"ん!!" erupts. On a long corridor, a small rabbit-like figure and a round agent labeled 7 stand as voices shout, "Ribbit ribbit! I know you're the one who betrayed our organization!" and "Ohohoho!I Ms. Wednesday!" Panic sets in as the bandaged man exclaims, "OH CRAP! WE'RE SITTING DUCKS HERE IN THE AIR! IF THEY SHOOT US NOW THEN..." Vivi gasps "WHAI" while the agents realize "They noticed her!" and she whispers "Oh no..."

A grand palace with palm trees and columns looms as a massive impact SFX "!!!" shakes the scene. Crocodile towers over the group, roaring, "IF YOU JUST THREW ASIDE ONE OR TWO FRIENDS... YOU COULD HAVE AVOIDED ALL THIS! YOU AND YOUR CREW ARE ALL INTERMINABLY MORONIC!" He continues, "THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON FOR YOU TO STILL FIGHT! AM I WRONG!I OR ARE YOU DOING THIS ALL FOR HER SAKE!I YOU WOULD REALLY DIE JUST LIKE THAT FOR SOMEONE ELSE!I" In the lower panels, voices debate Vivi's safety: "If I left her be, she'd die for sure..." "She always puts herself most at risk in order to save others..." "Even though she tells others not to throw away their lives." Vivi's name is called as she replies, "That's why I said... You don't understand anything..."

Luffy's face fills the frame, eyes blazing and mouth wide as he roars with raw determination. "THAT I DON'T WANT HER TO DIE!" he shouts. A second massive speech bubble declares, "IT'S BECAUSE SHE'S A FRIEND," while motion lines and sweat drops emphasize his fury. In the next tier, Luffy stands small amid rubble as he yells, "My crew won't stop fighting either!" A close-up of a scarred man with an X across his face replies, "That's why as long as she won't give up on her country..." Luffy answers firmly, "Then that's that!" The scarred man counters with a grim stare, "If I die,...Even if it means your deathsI" Sweat, impact lines, and tense expressions fill every panel.

Two Baroque Works agents in animal costumes fire bizarre weapons. The dog-masked man yells, "ADJUST! YELLOW GUN!" while the frog-masked woman shouts, "ADJUST! RIBBIT RIBBIT GUN!" They laugh, "Ohohoho! Such an easy prey!" and "What an unexpected windfall!" Below, Chopper cries out in shock, "What!I Me!I" as the dog agent declares, "Chopper! I'm gonna launch you off so it's up to you!" Vivi screams, "Oh no! That's the sniper-duo! How dare you point your guns at Vivi!" Nami panics in the foreground, "DOOOO SOME- THING!" while a timer counts down, "ONLY 7 SECONDS LEFT!" Gunfire effects and frantic motion lines dominate the page.
