He transforms into Brain Point, shouting "BRAIN POINT!" while preparing his slingshot. Through the scope he locks on and calls "SCOPE!" Chopper appears in the crosshairs. Explosive impacts and "CRACK!" sounds erupt as the counterattack begins, with Usopp yelling "I HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO BEAT HIM IN JUST 3 MINUTES!"

A massive explosion erupts with the cry "CHOPPER!" Chopper is thrown back amid smoke and debris. The mole-human continues its assault with "BANANA!" and "MOLE..." strikes. Massive impact lines and dust clouds erupt behind him. In the next sequence, the mole-woman continues tunneling furiously through the ancient stone walls. Usopp shouts in alarm, "She'll crash head-on!" A voice notes, "If she keeps digging at this speed into the ruins," while another adds, "The walls of these ruins!" The digger yells "NA!" as Usopp realizes, "Ah, that's it!" He leaps high into the air, crying out, "LEAP!" The mole-woman snarls from below, "I HOPE YOU SPLIT YOUR HEAD!"

The massive stone pillar smashes downward with tremendous force, sending debris flying. The mole-woman's shocked face appears as she yells "BANANA!" while huge impact SFX "バゴォォォ!!" shake the ruins. Below, the collapsing structure rains rubble everywhere. The mole-woman screams "AGHH!" amid the falling debris "ガラガラガラ". Close-ups show her panicked expression "WHA-" and Usopp's terrified face shouting "USOPP!" as he plummets, with more impact sounds "グォォ... AGHH!".

Usopp lies battered amid the rubble, coughing and gasping "COUGH! HUFF HUFF". The mole-woman emerges from the debris, also winded. Small panels show Usopp scrambling across the broken pillars as the ground crumbles beneath him. The mole-woman stares in surprise. In a dramatic close-up, she bursts into laughter, declaring "AHAHAHA! THAT DUMB PENGUIN MUST'VE BEEN CRUSHED TO DEATH!" while clutching her head. Usopp's face appears in shock as he protests, "I told you I'm a mole..."

The title "MOLEHILL HIGHWAY!" explodes across the page as the mole-woman rockets upward on a massive drill-like claw, screaming in terror "GAHHHHH! NO, STOP! LET ME GOOO! STOOO-OOOOP!" The pair smash straight into the stone wall with a colossal "MOLE IMPACT!" and a final pained cry "UGH!!" from below.

The creature shouts "GET AWAY FROM THE MOLE!" as multiple "ACHOO!" bursts erupt. Usopp yells "USOPP!" in the chaos. A small panel shows a surprised face with "Hm!I Fo...I" and another "ARFP". Usopp runs forward, declaring "YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL ME TWICE!"

A massive explosion erupts with huge sound effects "ボッゴォォォ...ン!!!" and "オォォ...ン!!!" as Usopp delivers a powerful kick, sending the mole creature flying. Usopp's face shows intense focus with "!!!!I".
