Vivi turns with a determined smile and says "Listen up, Vivi. THERE HASN'T BEEN A SINGLE PERSON TO PISS OFF LUFFY AND GET AWAY WITH IT! IF ANYTHING, WE SHOULD FEEL SORRY FOR CROCODILE!" Below, Crocodile laughs "ガッハッハッハ" and declares "This country will fall once the rebels clash with the royalists! The time limit for this country's lifespan was set. When the rebels decided to march on to the capital."

Vivi, tears streaming, hears the words "YOU HAVE TO CONTINUE ON! So no matter what happens to any of us here... Then you have to survive no matter what! If you're the only hope there is of stopping all that..." She whispers "But..." A cloaked figure tells her "This is a fight that you set up..." as an explosion erupts with "ドズン! ドゴ..." The same figure continues "Don't think that you're fighting alone anymore..." Vivi answers "But... To go up against an organization you knew almost nothing about... You left your country for several years," while sweat drops fall and the man stands firm against the distant palace.

Luffy rockets through the air in a burst of smoke and impact lines as a voice calls out "HmI" and another shouts "LUFFY!" Vivi stands with a determined expression, stammering "D-D-D-D-D-Don't... Don't you... Don't you worry! I'll... V-V-V-V-Vivi!" In a massive close-up, Nami leans forward with sweat flying, eyes fierce, and yells "AT ALUBARNA! WE'LL BE WAITING FOR YOU," her words filling the panel. Below, a hooded figure in a striped cap slams both fists to the ground with motion lines and declares "ALRIGHT!"

Luffy's intense close-up eye appears as he answers simply, "Yeah." The cloaked figure turns and states, "So I'm gonna stop you here and now....But she'll continue to risk her life and fight as long as you're around," with dramatic motion lines and SFX "ガッ".

A massive figure in a black-and-white striped coat stands with his back to the viewer, towering over the desert landscape. In the distance a small figure hunches over. The large man laughs, "Kuhahaha! How absurd... You're just as hopeless too." He continues, "I've tossed aside countless fools like you, Who'd die for the sake of friendship...!" The small distant figure remains silent. In the next panel Monkey D. Luffy, wearing his straw hat and striped shirt, clasps his hands tightly with a fierce grin and declares, "I guess that'd make you the stupid one!" A small "CRACK" sound effect appears beside him as he adds, "Well..." Below, the tall man in the striped coat glares down at Luffy, who is now bowing slightly, and growls, "Is there something you find humorous!I" Luffy responds with a quiet chuckle, "Fufu..." The foe is driven into the ground but immediately retaliates, his jaws clamping shut. Luffy is hurled backward again. "UGH!" he cries as the impact lands. The attacker looms over him, teeth bared. "NGH!" Luffy gasps, eyes wide from the crushing blow.

Crocodile looms above with a confident smirk, his fur coat billowing as he speaks. "No matter how much you struggle, you won't-" He continues, "Let me tell you just one thing, Straw-Hat Luffy..." Luffy suddenly erupts into a furious barrage, stretching his arms and unleashing a storm of rapid punches. "GOMU GOMU GATLING!" he shouts as dozens of fists hammer Crocodile from every angle amid heavy impact lines, motion streaks, and large Japanese sound effects.

Crocodile continues his taunt, "No matter how long you keep up with these annoying attacks like an insignificant mosquito, you'll never-" He leans in sharply, "Listen up, Straw-Hat Luffy...!" A frustrated voice curses, "DAMN HIM AND HIS SAND...!" Luffy twists into a powerful double-fisted strike, driving both arms forward with "BAZOOKA!" as the blow lands amid dramatic speed lines and impact effects.

A massive booted foot slams down with crushing force, sending shockwaves and impact lines exploding outward. Luffy is driven hard into the ground as the blow connects, his body twisting under the pressure. "NGHH-" escapes him amid the chaos. "AXE!" is shouted as the devastating strike lands.
