Drum's Sky

In a snowy forest, a ropeway stretches toward a massive hollow tree house. Villagers gather below as someone remarks, “DIDN'T EXPECT A ROPEWAY TO BE SET UP FROM A PLACE LIKE THIS...” Another voice asks, “ISN'T THIS THE EX-DOCTOR KUREHA'S HOMEI” A figure points upward, noting “SOME OF THE VILLAGERS FOUND IT BY CHANCE.” The ropeway car labeled “DALTON” moves along the cable with sound effects “ヒュウイウイウ… シャシャ”. Inside, people shout “WE CAN'T JUST LEAVE OUR HERO DALTON ALONE, ESPECIALLY WHEN HE'S INJURED!” and “HEY! DON'T YOU THINK THERE'S TOO MANY PEOPLE RIDING THIS THING AT ONCE!I” The car approaches the tree house as someone yells “WE'LL FIGHT TOO!” while another warns “FINE, FINE, BUT THIS THING IS BARELY MOVING AS IT IS RIGHT NOW!”

Inside the ropeway car, a woman with pigtails pushes Dalton, shouting “C'MON! PUT SOME MUSCLE INTO THAT PEDALIN'!” Dalton sweats heavily, replying with strained breaths “HUFF... HUFF...”. Someone comments “AHH, WHAT A NICE VIEW.” Dalton glares back as the woman insists “PLEASE DON'T PUSH YOURSELF, DALTON.” A close-up shows Dalton’s intense face with “HUFF...” while a large angry figure with a wide hat demands “WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING, DALTON...” Dalton responds “HUFF...” The scene shifts to Dalton being confronted by armored figures as he asks “ARE YOU IMPLYING THAT I'M A FOOL...I” with impact sound “ゴゴォォォォ” and the reply “THERE'S NO CURE FOR A FOOL...I”

Wapol, wearing a spiked helmet, looms over Dalton and declares “I'M SURE YOU'LL ADMIT YOUR WRONGDOING AFTER SPENDING A WEEK IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT.” Dalton is struck with “ヒィィ!” as Wapol continues “KNOW YOUR PLACE AS MY RETAINER!” and “TRYING TO PLAY THE GOODY TWO-SHOED HERO OR SOMETHING!I” Wapol adds “YOUR REBELLIOUSNESS IS JUST A LITTLE PHASE, I'M SURE OF IT!” Dalton, forced to his knees with “UGH...”, hears “SO LIGHT UP AND COME TO YOUR SENSES.” An elite guard tells him “YOU'RE AN ELITE GUARD TRUSTED BY THE CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY, DALTON.” Wapol presses further: “IS WHAT HE SAID REALLY WORTH ABANDONING YOUR STATUS, RESPECT, AND COUNTRY!I” and “YOU'VE ONLY BEEN TRICKED BY THAT QUACK DOCTOR'S WORDS!” Dalton remains on the ground amid impact effects.

Wapol's massive face fills the panel, laughing wildly with mouth wide open. "MAHAHAHA!" he roars. A speech bubble declares, "ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY IS SORRY AND I'LL FORGIVE YOU, DALTON." Below, a wide shot shows a small flying machine exploding in the snowy mountains as Wapol's furious close-up demands, "WHAT IS A KING EVEN GOOD FOR!I" Another panel shows him sweating and shouting, "STATUS... WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR!I" The bottom panel zooms in on his massive hands gripping something tightly amid heavy motion lines and impact effects.

A small bird perches and chirps repeatedly. Speech bubbles read, "ME BEING A KING HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!I" and "...! BECAUSE YOU'RE A PIRATE, YOU SAY!I" Wapol's laughter echoes, "MAHAHAHA... YOU COULDN'T BE MORE WRONG, STRAWHAT!" In the lower panel, Luffy stands before a massive cannon-like structure while Wapol, cloaked and sweating, declares, "DRUM KINGDOM IS... NGH! A MEM... BER STATE OF THE WORLD GOVERNMENT..." Luffy points and shouts, "WHAT YOU'RE COMMITTING RIGHT NOW IS AN INTERNATIONAL CRIME!" Small birds scatter on the snowy ground.

Luffy's intense close-up under his hat shows him declaring, "'CAUSE THIS IS MY FIGHT." He continues, "YEAH, AND I'M SAYING EVEN THAT DOESN'T MATTER..." Wapol grabs Luffy's face with a massive hand, yelling, "YOU... STUPID STRAW-HIPPO!" Luffy reacts with shock, "NGH!I" Wapol's furious follow-up reads, "I'LL DESTROY YOU!" Heavy impact lines and motion effects fill the fight sequence.

Luffy grins defiantly from inside Wapol's mouth, taunting, "NISHI SHISHI! EAT ME IF YOU CAN!" Wapol's jaws clamp down with massive sound effects. Luffy's eyes widen as he realizes, "A CANNON! HIS TONGUE BECAME," followed by "D!EEE!" and his scream "AHHHHH!" Luffy stretches and shouts, "I'M NOT DONE YET! BAKU BAKU SHOCK!" The final panel shows the transformed tongue firing as "TONGUE CANNON!" with explosive impact effects.

A massive explosion erupts from the top of a towering castle, sending smoke, debris, and shockwaves outward as the sound effect "ドゴォン!!!" and "ヴゴォン!!!" dominate the panel. Below, Dalton stands in a top hat and coat, raising one hand toward the smoking structure while Chopper, wearing a black hat with an X, watches with a worried expression. The castle looms in the background with smaller panels showing its damaged spires and scattered bubbles from the blast. Dalton and Chopper remain focused on the castle as the smoke clears.

Dalton shouts "DALTON!" as chaos erupts around him. A close-up shows his furious face. Vivi stands nearby with a determined look. Dalton declares, "WHAT IS A COUNTRY'S HISTORY GOOD FOR...!I" while gripping a massive weapon. He continues, "I HAVE TO... BRING AN END TO THIS COUNTRY...." Angry citizens yell, "THROW HIM OUT TO SEA! IF HE KEEPS ON RESISTING, YOU CAN KILL HIM!" and "LET GO OF ME!" A doctor pleads, "PLEASE STOP! I STILL HAVE COUNTLESS PATIENTS TO TREAT HERE!" Dalton retorts, "KINDNESS IS UNNECESSARY IN MATTERS OF GOVERNANCE!" and "THE IMPORTANT THING IS STICKING TO THE SYSTEM!" The confrontation rages inside and outside the castle grounds.

Vivi cries out, "WHAT ARE A COUNTRY'S LAWS GOOD FOR!I" while being restrained. Dalton comforts her, saying "YOU DID WELL, PRINCESS VIVI..." as she weeps, "WAAHH". He adds, "NO ONE WAS SICK ALL ALONE..." and "THANK GOD." In a close-up, Dalton's scarred face appears as he questions, "WHAT'S SO WRONG ABOUT WANTING TO UPHOLD KINDNESS AND SYMPATHY," while Vivi reacts in shock, "IN A COUNTRY!I" The tension builds with sweat drops and intense expressions.

Usopp, wearing goggles and a helmet, looks surprised with "HMI" Dalton is shown mid-air on a cable car-like device as someone yells "D- DALTON!" and impact sounds "わっ..!!" ring out. In a large panel, Dalton stands with bundles of dynamite labeled "DYNAMITE" and declares, "ONCE I ENTER THE CASTLE. LISTEN UP, EVERYONE. I WANT ALL OF YOU TO TAKE COVER," while the sound effect "DYNAMITE!I" explodes on the page. Onlookers watch from the background as the tension peaks.

A massive snow-covered castle towers under falling snow as a deep rumbling sound echoes, ゴォオオ.... Below, a cloaked figure with a hippo-like face bursts through a crumbling stone wall, kicking debris while laughing, MAHA HAHA! The figure taunts, STUPID HIPPO! DIDN'T EXPECT THAT, DID YA!I Nearby, Luffy and two companions in plaid coats react in shock. One yells WHAT'RE YOU DOING!I as mechanical grinding sounds グィル ルルルル fill the air. Luffy counts ONE, TWO... before lunging forward with GRAB!, seizing the cloaked attacker mid-motion. The hippo-faced man recoils with WHAA AAT!I as the struggle intensifies.

Luffy stretches his rubber arm with GOMU GOMU while the hippo-faced man shouts WHAA!I and AHHH! in pain. The attacker yells LET GO... as Luffy grins HEE HEE! and tightens his grip with GRAB!. In a massive spinning impact, the cloaked figure is hurled in a whirlwind of force marked by ズゴォン and ゴルルルルル, with BOWGUN! exploding outward as the attacker is sent flying.

The hippo-faced man is launched skyward in a trail of smoke and debris, ゴゴゴ... オー..., his body twisting as GAHH... escapes him. Below, the snow-dusted castle with its pirate flag comes into view. The flag flutters violently バシャ バシャ as the figure crashes into the tower peak with a distant ビワァ...!! impact, sending up clouds of snow and dust.

Luffy stares in surprise HUH!I as the pirate flag with skull emblem waves wildly バシャ バシャ. The hippo-faced man screams AGH HHH! while being struck, STEP! marking his desperate movement. Luffy lands firmly on the castle roof, declaring SHOULDN'T BE GOING AROUND TOUCHING A PIRATE'S FLAG! as he plants his foot with ゴゴン!! The defeated attacker slumps with AHH- while Luffy stands triumphantly, A POSER LIKE YOU.

Luffy's rubber arm stretches high across the snowy landscape toward a distant tower, fingers extended as he repeatedly chants "GOMU... GOMU..." with large onomatopoeia "ゴゴゴゴゴゴ" filling the air. A voice calls out "HEY, WAIT!" while another promises "I'LL BESTOW A ROYAL RANK ON YOU! AND A MEDAL OF HONOUR!" The giant hand reaches the tower top as Luffy yells "GOMU...!" Below, a long-haired woman laughs "HEE HEE HEE" while a small reindeer in a top hat with a cross exclaims in shock. Men at the tower base react with alarm: "IT'S BEEN BEATEN BY A PIRATE'S FLAG..." "DOCTRESS... DRUM KINGDOM IS..." "SOMEONE'S THERE!" and "LOOK! AT THE TOP OF THE TOWER!"

Luffy launches a devastating double-fisted strike from above, arms extended and crossed in a powerful attack. Massive impact lettering "GOMU GOMU BAZOOKA!" explodes across the panel as debris and stone fragments fly everywhere. The reindeer in the top hat is sent flying backward with a startled "!!!I". On the right, a giant enraged face roars "DOOOHHHH!" and "DOOOHHHH!" while a smaller speech bubble declares "I'LL EVEN MAKE YOU VICE-KING..." The entire tower area shakes violently from the force of the blow.
