Inside the Labo-stratum, Vegapunk Shaka sits at the controls sipping from a steaming cup. "DON'T TEASE ME, SHAKA. IT'S TOO HOT!" he snaps. "YOU KNOW MY TONGUE'S AS SENSITIVE AS A CAT'S." A voice replies, "AREN'T YOU GOING TO DRINK... THAT 'VEGA-COFFEE' OF YOURS!" Shaka retorts while another figure notes, "THERE'S ONLY FOUR MINUTES LEFT NOW, STELLA." In the lower section a long-haired woman with goggles examines the room and states, "THERE'S NO DOUBT THIS IS WHERE IT WAS FILMED, BUT... THIS IS DEFINITELY THE SAME ROOM." A massive dragon-like machine looms nearby. Suddenly a violent explosion erupts with the huge onomatopoeia "ばーん!!!" and "オォォォォォォォォ!!!" as debris flies. Someone yells "SIP SIP... AAGH!!" and another shouts "WOAH!!" as the blast tears through the machinery.

The long-haired woman with goggles, identified as Stella, continues urgently: "IF I WERE STELLA... I'D HAVE MADE SURE THE BROADCAST SNAIL WAS WELL HIDDEN!" She points at a diagram of Building C and warns, "NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THE THIRD FLOOR OF BUILDING C STORES A NUMBER OF HIGH PRESSURE GAS CYLINDERS! IF YOU DAMAGE ANY OF THOSE, THE RESULTING EXPLOSION..." A close-up shows her face drenched in sweat as she cries out, "SEE! YOU DIDN'T STOP DIDDY SQUAT!" and "STELLA, THERE'S NOT ENOUGH TIME..." The dragon-headed machine threatens, "...THEN I SHALL CONTINUE UNTIL THE ENTIRE LAB IS VAPORIZED." Stella pleads, "WAIT A SEC! DON'T DO ANYTHING CRAZY!!" while the machine retorts about cooling the coffee with a thermoelectric device. In the final panel she declares, "THEN THINK OF A SOLUTION. YOU SATELLITES ALL SHARE AN IDENTICAL THOUGHT PROCESS, CORRECTI!" as the machine counters, "...WILL BLOW PUNK RECORDS TO SMITHEREENS!!"

The dragon-headed machine reacts with "...I!" while Stella, now gripping a large device, smirks and says, "OUR RELATIONSHIP IS ALREADY TROUBLED ENOUGH. シャキーン!! A wide shot reveals the massive "PUNK RECORDS" structure with the label "PUNK RECORD" and sound effects "ゴゴゴゴ..." and "ふわぁぁぁ WAAAAH!" as small figures react. The machine asks, "DON'T TELL ME HE HID THE SNAIL THEREI!" and "WHERE IS THE ENTRANCEI" while Stella notes, "I SENSE THE 'VOICE' OF A SMALL LIFE FORM ABOVE... YOU MEAN FROM PUNK RECORDSI!"

The Thousand Sunny races toward the frontier dome as massive barriers loom overhead. Voices shout in urgency: "THERE'S NO HELPIN' IT!" "THAT DARN BARRIER HAS TO BE LOWERED THE INSTANT THE SHIP ATTEMPTS ITS BIG ESCAPE!" "HANG ON!!" "WE'RE JUST GONNA LEAVE STUSSY BEHINDI!" On the deck, Nami stands with Vegapunk Edison and other crew members. Edison declares, "WE CAN ONLY RESPECT THAT AND SHOW OUR GRATITUDE... BY GETTING OUT OF HERE ALIVE." Vegapunk Edison continues, "ACCORDIN' TO MY CALCULATIONS AND ALL CONVENTIONAL WISDOM... WE'RE 100% GUARANTEED TO CRASH AND BURN!!" Nico Robin replies, "THAT'S THE REAL HEAD-SCRATCHER HERE, NICO ROBIN....THE THING IS, HOW ARE WE MEANT TO COVER THE DISTANCE THAT VEGA-FORCE 01 WAS ORIGINALLY GOING TO FLY US...I" Nami shouts, "SERIOUS-LYI!" while another voice insists, "OF COURSE! WE WON'T WASTE THIS CHANCE TO ESCAPE, BUT...!"

A massive explosion erupts as the ship plummets.

Chaos erupts as a colossal mechanical entity attacks the island. Vegapunk Edison's head is torn apart amid explosions and debris while screaming "AGHHHBO!!" The massive form lunges with "TRY CHEWING ON THIS BUILDING! SNAP!!" and "IF YOU'RE SO HUNGRY...!" A terrible vortex forms, sucking everything in with swirling SFX "ズルガゴゴゴ..." and cries of "GYAA!!" "UWAAH!!" "NGH NEE NE!" "WHAT POWER!! IT'S SUCKING US IN!!" "WE'RE NOT GETTING ANYWHERE!" The entity roars amid the storm as the ship and structures are pulled toward the vortex.

Luffy activates Gear Third, stretching and leaping with "LEAP!" "GEAR THIRD!!" as a boar-like creature charges. The boar attacks with "GUM-GUM..." and massive impact SFX. Zoro and others battle nearby, with Zoro panting "I'M BEAT..." while a figure laughs "GABA BA BA!! THIS IS A REAL THRILL!!" Luffy crashes down shouting "ROCK!!" and "RED..." The boar is struck hard. Elsewhere, Sanji and another figure react to food, with Sanji yelling "WHAT THEI! YOU LOOK LIKE AN OLD MANI!" and "HACAARLI!" A shark-like creature appears, prompting "FERMENTED SHARK! IT'S AN EMERGENCY RATION FROM ELBAF! GABA BA BA!" and disgusted reactions "BLEGHHH!! WHAT'S THAT SMELLI!" Luffy recovers, saying "YOU'RE BACK TO NORMAL!"
