Flashback continues on a pirate island. Civilians plead 'PLEASE SAVE US! WE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'LL DO TO US ON PIRATE ISLAND!' with sound effects 'わあああああ'. Narration notes 'SEVERAL WEEKS AGO ON THE ISLAND OF WOMEN - AMAZON LILY'. Marines discuss: 'IT'S BECAUSE THE ENEMY IS ONE OF THE FOUR EMPERORS!', 'PERMISSION FROM THE TOP BRASS NEVER CAME!', 'VICE-ADMIRAL! WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING BUT WATCH OUR COMRADES GET TAKEN!'. On a Marine ship, a swordsman reports 'HE'S A SWORD MEMBER, SIR...!!!'. Koby appears as Captain Koby faces Blackbeard Pirates. Dialogue includes 'CAPTAIN KOBY!', 'YOU DON'T MIND WAGING A FULL SCALE WAR AGAINST USI', 'WELL IF IT ISN'T THE HERO! WHAT'S THE MATTERI', 'ZEHAHAHA!! SEEMS LIKE HE'S QUITE OVERESTIMATING HIMSELF!!', 'C-CAPTAIN KOBY!!!', 'YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS...!!!'. Present day on 'PIRATE ISLAND - HACHINOSU, PRESENT DAY.'. Panicked civilians on a ship scream 'WAAHHH!' and 'THERE'S A HAND COMING OUT FROM THE ISLAND!' as a massive wooden hand erupts from the island. A giant skull-faced figure with red eyes emerges from the sea amid crashing waves. Dialogue reads: 'CANNON ATTACKS AREN'T WORKING!', 'THE CANNONS AREN'T EVEN MAKING A DENT ON IT!', 'THERE'S A HAND COMING OUT FROM THE ISLAND!'. Sound effects include 'ドゴォォ', 'ガシャッ', 'オォォ'. On deck, a red-haired woman with blue sunglasses shouts 'WHAT RIDICULOUS POWER...!', 'PROTECT THE CIVILIANS!', 'YES MA'AM!', 'IT'S IMPOSSIBLE! WE CAN'T EVADE IT!', 'PREPARE TO JUMP TOWARDS THE SEA! EVERYONE GET ON BOARD, GET TO THE DECK!'. Marines and civilians react in terror as the giant hand looms overhead.

On Pirate Island, a massive black hand crushes buildings as panicked civilians and Marines flee. A voice cries out, "WHAT SHOULD WE DO, VICE-ADMIRAL GARPI!" while another warns, "IF THAT GIGANTIC HAND GOES DOWN, HUNDREDS OF CIVILIANS AND MARINES WILL...!" Garp lies on the ground, bloodied and dazed. Koby shouts desperately, "LISTEN UP! I WILL CREATE A QUICK OPENING." Garp roars back, "HUHI! YOU CAN SAVE THEM!" Rear Admiral Grus orders, "REAR ADMIRAL GRUS WILL PROTECT THE SHIP FROM THE DEBRIS OF THE RESULTING DESTRUCTION..." while commanding Koby, "CAPTAIN KOBY, YOU WILL DESTROY THAT... ISLAND MONSTER'S HAND!" Lieutenant Commander Helmeppo is told, "LIEUTENANT COMMANDER HELMEPPO, YOU MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE GETS IN THE WAY OF THOSE TWO!" Koby stares in shock, "HUHI! CAN I EVEN DO IT AGAINST THAT THINGI!"

Koby leaps into action amid explosions, yelling "YES SIR!" as someone shouts "JUMP!" A pirate taunts, "THEY CALL YOU A 'HERO'I YOU'RE JUST A DAMN BRAT!" Another sneers, "IT'S USELESS! WITHOUT GARP, YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING!" and "HEY! KOBY AND THE OTHERS ARE MAKING A MOVE!" Koby hesitates, "I DON'T! BUT..." while a voice reminds him, "HE SAID YOU WILL DESTROY IT BUT, D'YOU HAVE A BOMB WITH YOU OR SOMETHING, KOBYI" The massive island hand looms as chaos erupts around the crumbling town.

Koby faces the enormous black hand descending toward the sea, thinking "WHAT CAN I DO!" as narration questions, "WHAT YOU CAN DOI YOU'RE UP AGAINST A GIANT HAND THAT'S CAPABLE OF CRUSHING AN ENTIRE BATTLESHIP!" Helmeppo yells, "YOU MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE GETS IN THE WAY OF THOSE TWO!" while a Marine screams "GYAAH!! HERE THEY COME!" Koby grips a weapon and charges, "I WILL SEE..." Pirates close in shouting "YOU WON'T ESCAPE US, KOBY!" Helmeppo urges, "DON'T LOOK BACK, KOBY!" as Koby is struck, "WAHHH!" and declares, "I MUST HIT IT!"

Garp, bloodied but grinning, tells Koby, "THESE ARE JUST FLESH WOUNDS." In the background, injured pirates stagger as narration notes "WITH THOSE SEVERE WOUNDS, GARP-SANI" and sound effects show "WOBBLE" and "DRIP DRIP." Aokiji (Kuzan) appears, declaring "TOO NAIVE!!" while a pirate shouts "AND HERE I WAS JUST BEING WORRIED ABOUT YOU..." Explosions rock the area as someone cries "WAHHH! KUZAN-SAN!" amid flying debris and clashing fighters.

A colossal skeletal arm erupts from the sea in a massive blue shockwave, smashing through the island city as debris flies everywhere. Someone screams "GWAAHHH!" while a voice roars "GALAXY DIVIDE!" The giant skull head of Pizarro looms over the ruins, muttering "HMI" as the arm swings wildly. Garp appears in close-up, bloodied and furious, thinking "WHY IS GARP... HEADING HEREI!" Below, Koby and allies react in panic on the rocky shore. "THIS IS IT! THE ARM HAS LIFTED!" one shouts. "A QUICK OPENING... WHAT WILL YOU DO, KOBYI!" Another yells "GUHH!!" as a punch lands. "THAT'S FROM A PUNCH!! WOOAH! PIZARRO-SAN!!" Pizarro's massive face snarls "ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR SHIPI!" while a woman warns "WAIT! DON'T YOU CARE..."

Koby is hurled backward by a powerful blow, the impact marked "DON!" A cyborg-like figure with goggles declares "I WILL ANSWER TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS!" Pizarro's massive hand reaches out as the giant head takes another hit, black impact lines flashing "グッ". Someone yells "LOOK CLOSELY TO WHAT I'M ABOUT TO DO!" and "NOW I'M REALLY PISSED OFF-NYA! YOU BASTARD!! DON'T THINK I'LL GIVE UP WITH THIS, GARP!" A pink-haired woman watches intently. Garp's face is shown with narration noting his blood-soaked hands and shoulders. Voices call out "YES... DON'T TELL ME, HE'S GOING TO STOP THAT HANDI! LOOK OVER THERE! IT'S KOBY!" and "GYAHaha! BEING CALLED A 'HERO' GOT TO HIS HEAD, THAT DAMN BRAT!" Koby is seen running with improved bandages as the narration states "HE SEEMS TO HAVE A LOT OF WOUNDS. HE ALWAYS WRAPS BANDAGES AROUND HIS HANDS. KOBY HAS IMPROVED VERY QUICKLY BUT..."

Koby stands determined while Garp looms nearby. Koby thinks "I'M JUST A NORMAL PERSON, I DON'T HAVE ANY TALENT FOR FIGHTING... INCREASING THE EFFORT TENFOLD IS NOT ENOUGH! I HAVE TO DO IT 100, NO, 200 TIMES MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE!" Garp mutters "HE'S... HMI" and recalls "UHHM... ACTUALLY, KOBY ASKED ME TO BE QUIET ABOUT THIS..." In training flashbacks, Koby cries "IT HURTS!" and "ENOUGH, KOBY!" while Garp barks "YES SIR, HE DOES IT EVERY NIGHT!" and "WELL, WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT! AFTER TRAINING WITH ME, HE'S DOING EVEN MOREI!" Koby pushes through pain as Garp grins "THAT CAN PROTECT EVERYONE! OUCH! I'VE GOT TO TRAIN HARDER! SO I CAN BECOME AN OUTSTANDING MARINE." The scene shifts to Koby repeatedly punching a massive battleship bag with bloodied hands while Garp laughs "IT'S A 'HAND' AGAINST AN 'ANT'! GYAHaha!" and narration notes "CONTINUOUSLY PUNCHING WITH HIS BLOOD-SOAKED HANDS! HE'S PUNCHING THE BATTLESHIP BAG..."

Pizarro's massive skeletal form looms as chaos erupts. A bloodied figure screams "WOOO AAAH! BECAUSE OF ME EVERYONE WILL DIE!" Koby shouts "KOBY!" while a voice yells "NYA!!" A woman with a straw hat cries "CAPTAIN KOBY! THIS ISN'T GOOD! LET'S ESCAPE! WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS!" and "JUMP TO THE SEA!" Pizarro taunts "AND EVEN IF THEY ESCAPE TO THE SEA, AOKIJI WILL FREEZE THEM! AND YOU WILL SEE THE TERRIBLE SIGHT OF MARINES SCREAMING TOWARDS THEIR DEATHS! YOU CAN SAVE THEM!" Another voice laughs "NYAHAHAHA! KOBY-SENPAI! IT'S DANGEROUS OVA' THERE! I'LL DESTROY YOUR BATTLESHIP!" Koby's massive glowing fist labeled "HONESTY" smashes forward with purple energy, shattering Pizarro's arm in a huge "IMPACT!!" explosion of debris and water. Pizarro howls "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAATI! THAT HURTSSSS!!" as the giant limb breaks apart.

Explosions and debris fill the air as Koby smashes through wreckage. Crew members shout, "CAPTAIN KOBY!" and "KOBY-SENPAI, YOU'RE AMAZING!" A woman cries out, "KOBY-KUN!I" Someone worries, "BUT WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO ABOUT THE DEBRISI!" Helmeppo yells in terror, "WOAAAHHHH, KOBY!! ARE YOU FOR REALI!" Koby laughs wildly, "BWAHA HAHAHA!!" In a massive splash panel, Koby unleashes a technique that forms a giant web-like structure around a ship, with the words "CLAY NEST!" and Japanese SFX "ガラガラ" ringing out. A scarred man with blond hair demands, "SINCE WHEN DID YOU HAVE THIS KIND OF POWERI!" while two small "HAH" reactions appear nearby.

Koby is sent flying backward amid flying rocks as a voice praises, "WELL DONE!!" and "YOU WERE INCREDIBLE!" Garp roars, "KOBY!!" Helmeppo calls out, "HELMEPPO-SAN! I DID IT..." A massive impact SFX "ドドドド" shakes the area as the ship "RISE" is hurled through the air. People scream "WAAA AAAH" and cheer, "YOU JUST DESTROYED A HAND OF A MOUNTAIN!" "YEAH!" "YOU SAVED US, PRINCE! THANK YOU!" Koby's allies report, "THE MISSION TO SAVE CAPTAIN KOBY HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED!" and "THIS IS GARP!!" Crowds shout thanks: "THANK YOU VERY MUCH!" "CAPTAIN KOBY!" "THANK YOU KOBY!" A girl with glasses contacts, "HIBARI-SAN, ARE YOU ALL RIGHT NOWI" and "YES SIR! PLEASE COME BACK QUICKLY, VICE-ADMIRAL GARP!"

Newspaper panels announce: "THE UNKNOWN FATE OF THE LEGENDARY HERO, VICE-ADMIRAL GARP IN HACHINOSU..." and "THE RETURN OF THE YOUNG HERO, CAPTAIN KOBY..." "IN TOMORROW'S NEWSPAPER..." The scene shifts to Egghead with narration: "THE SIEGE BARRICADE INCIDENT AT THE FUTURE ISLAND - EGGHEAD BY THE EMPEROR, 'STRAW HAT LUFFY', WILL BE REPORTED TO THE WHOLE WORLD..." and "THE STAGE RETURNS TO THE FUTURE ISLAND!!" On Egghead, a massive close-up shows a golden-armored warrior with the caption "THE 'FUTURE' OF THE MARINES!" as he looms over fallen figures. A voice commands, "NOW GO FORWARD!" "AS A THREAT TO ALL PIRATES!" "PRINCE, TURN THE SHIP BACK!" "ISN'T THAT RIGHTI" "I'LL DO SOMETHING ABOUT MYSELF." "THE MOST IMPORTANT THING RIGHT NOW IS THAT ALL OF YOU ARE SAFE..." A man yells, "ALL OF YOU ON THE SHIP, GET AWAY FROM HACHINOSU NOW..." Garp laughs triumphantly in close-up, "BWAHA HAHAHA!" with a final "CLACK" sound.
