The story resumes in the wrecked chamber before the World Government door. Rubble crashes down with "GRASH GRASH..." and "THUD..." while Luffy catches his breath: "HAA HAA HAA." In the distance Hattori cries, "Kuruppo..." and the door that leads toward Robin stands behind Lucci. Luffy fixes on it and says, "Robin's behind that door, right!!?" Lucci tells him, "Back off." Then he confirms the cruelty of the situation: "She's there, all right. But you'll never, ever see her again..." The path is visible, but Lucci stands between Luffy and Robin like a locked gate.

Outside, Enies Lobby is swallowed by panic. The whole island hears the alarm and people run through the streets screaming, "It's the 'Buster Call'!!!" and "We'll die if we stay here--!!!" A Marine gives the evacuation order at full force: "Send the ships to the front gate!! Prepare for departure!! The Marines are coming to get us~~~!!!" Far below, the captured Franky Family and Galley-La men are still tied up in rows. One of them can only say, "..." as another realizes, "We got left behind..." The Buster Call is no longer an abstract threat; evacuation has begun, and the prisoners are not being included.

The bound allies argue under the roar of the island. One shouts, "Hey!! What are we gonna do!? Aren't we in danger?" Another answers, "We've been in danger ever since we arrived here." Worry turns to Zoro and the Straw Hats: "What about bro!? What's gonna happen to him!?" "That's right!! If he doesn't come back here, we can't go home together!! The Strawhats, too!!" and "And what about us!?" Nearby, Kaku and Jyabura understand that time has run out. Kaku says, "We can't really waste time here..." while Jyabura agrees, "We've gotta settle this and hurry to the 'Gates of Justice.'" On the battlefield, Sogeking tries to stall with a naming joke: "I've got a good idea...!! Your name is... Great sword... 'Hana Arashi'..." The note explains it means "nose storm," a pun with flower storm, but Zoro snaps back, "It's not the time to think up a good name---!!! Chopper---!!!"

In front of the door, the duel tightens into silence. Luffy stands under the heavy "..." and watches Lucci's feet shift with small steps. Then Lucci moves first, snatching Luffy with sharp "GRAB!!" motions. Luffy reacts with "!!?" as Lucci folds and throws him, using his long body like a weapon. The exchange is physical and controlled rather than flashy: Lucci catches Luffy's limbs, turns his weight, and slams him into the ruined room while Luffy grits his teeth and tries to twist free.
Monkey D. LuffyRob Lucci
12
Luffy answers by hurling himself back into the attack. He yells, "URYAH!!!!" and drives Lucci through the debris with a huge impact, the room exploding around them with "!!!" and crashing stone. Lucci skids, then bolts after him with "DASH!" while rubble sprays and Hattori flutters with "rattle rattle." Luffy's face hardens in close-up; the World Government door remains in view as he sprints toward it. The fight is now a race as much as a duel: if Luffy can pass even once, Robin is within reach.
Monkey D. LuffyRob LucciHattoriNico Robin
13
Luffy punches through the air toward the door, but Lucci intercepts him with punishing precision. Luffy's strike crashes in with "!!!" only for Lucci to send him flying across the chamber. Luffy tumbles before the World Government-marked door while Lucci lands lightly and begins walking after him, each step measured. There is no speech here, only impact and control: Luffy throws his whole body at the opening, and Lucci calmly proves he can stop him before his hand reaches the door.
Monkey D. LuffyRob Lucci
14
Lucci stands in Luffy's way and opens his hand with a quiet "..." as if measuring the next movement. Zoro, elsewhere, senses something has shifted and reacts with "!!?" Then the fight snaps forward again. Lucci unleashes a rapid barrage of finger-like thrusts that hammer into Luffy with "HYU!!!" and splintering force, surrounding him with a forest of striking fingers and limbs. The attack crushes him between blows rather than merely knocking him back, and Lucci's face remains calm while the room breaks around Luffy.

Lucci continues the pressure. He slips through Luffy's reach with a "SWOOSH..." while Luffy looks over in alarm, "!!" Their bodies collide again in a burst of black impact shapes: punches, kicks, and deflections cut across the page too quickly for the room to settle. Lucci's strikes repeatedly knock Luffy's head and shoulders aside, while Luffy keeps turning back into the exchange instead of retreating. The sequence is almost all motion and sound, but the story is clear: Luffy is still trying to break past him, and Lucci refuses to let the path to Robin open.

16
Lucci pivots into a long, sweeping kick that catches Luffy and sends him across the floor. Luffy grimaces, then tries to re-enter the fight, but Lucci flips and hammers him down again. The page is packed with "!!?" and the heavy impact of bodies against stone. Luffy's rubber body bends under the blows, yet the danger is not that he is fragile; it is that Lucci's timing keeps catching him before he can choose the next move. Even as Luffy hits the ground, the door and Robin's route remain just out of reach.

17
The two fighters reset across the ruined chamber. Luffy rises on hands and knees, breathing hard, while Lucci watches with one hand near his cheek. Luffy lunges again, and Lucci meets him with another sudden strike, knocking him away across the floor. There are only fragments of sound and breath here: "...!!" and the hard scrape of movement. The room is large enough to show the distance between them, but each time Luffy tries to close that distance, Lucci controls the angle and sends him back.

The scene cuts to Kalifa's room. Nami and Kalifa both hear the chaos outside; the tower and Enies Lobby shake under the Buster Call alarm. Kalifa calmly decides, "It's getting crowded all of a sudden... If we stay in this tower any longer, our lives will be in danger, too. If you're gonna run, leave your key here." Then she vanishes with "Soru," the sound drawn as a fast vertical blur. Nami is still in danger from the bubbles, but Kalifa's words make the stakes plain: this is no longer just a duel for a key, because the tower itself may soon become a target.
NamiKalifa
19
Kalifa appears behind Nami and even apologizes: "I'm sorry." Nami turns with "Eh?" and Kalifa says, "I wanted to have more fun with you. But unfortunately, we have to evacuate quickly." Her hand clamps over Nami's face, and Nami cries, "Ah!" Kalifa orders, "Shoot," then traps Nami in another rush of bubbles. The same slick power runs over Nami's skin as she screams, "KYAAAA-AAH!!!!" The attack is fast and intimate, covering her body again before she can properly react.
NamiKalifa
20
Kalifa names the technique: "Golden Hour"!!! Nami is flung across the room and lands with a wet "PETAM!" She recognizes the effect immediately: "It's the same attack Sanji-kun received... I tried to be careful of it, too..." but her body will not obey. "HAA HAA... Ugh! I can't hold Clima Tact well. My body is slippery everywhere... and I can't stand up...!!" Foam and bubbles cover the floor as Nami struggles to grip her own weapon, and Kalifa stands above her with the key still at stake.
NamiKalifaSanji
21
Nami looks down at herself in shock: "What did you turn my body into!!?" Kalifa explains coldly, "Making every part of your body smooth is its downside, but you have the silkiest skin now. I envy you." The result has made Nami's limbs and face rounded and childlike, and Kalifa tells her, "Though, your fighting ability is now half of what it used to be." Nami refuses to surrender: "It doesn't work that way!!!" She tries "Cool Charge"!!! but Kalifa dismisses her: "I suggest you give up on my key. It's useless. Fun time is over." Kalifa attacks with "Rankyaku"!!! and Nami screams, "Nooo!!!" as the kick cuts toward her.
NamiKalifa
22
The Rankyaku seems to slice through Nami, but the body ripples and breaks like an illusion. Kalifa stares: "Eh!?" Nami's voice appears from another angle: "Mirage Tempo." She calls, "I'm here!" Kalifa snaps, "When did she...? What's going on!?" and thrusts with "Shigan"!! into another image. Nami's doubles taunt her: "Fake again!!!" "Over here, over here." Kalifa asks, "Where is she...!?" as the room fills with wavering reflections. Then the structure itself protests with "CRACK! CRACKLE" and "CREAAAK!" Something much larger than Nami's illusion is breaking into the room.
NamiKalifa
23
The wall explodes inward with a massive "BUDOOOH," and monster Chopper bursts into Kalifa's room, surrounded by chunks of stone. Nami and Kalifa both stare in shock: "!!?" "Eh--?" Nami asks, "What is that...!!?" Kalifa, seeing the huge transformed Chopper, says, "She became huge!? You're a DF user, too, aren't you!?" Then she guesses wrongly, "Is she senile by nature!!?" Chopper does not answer like himself. In his enormous, uncontrolled form, he only looms amid the rubble while Nami's strange, slickened condition and Kalifa's fight are suddenly interrupted by a second disaster crashing through the wall.

SBS page. The header includes Zoro's news-style corner, where a reader reports: "Time for the midday news. This morning at 11AM, according to a meeting of the CP9, a Buster Call was sent out to the home of the mangaka Oda Eiichiro. With the exception of Mr. Eiichiro, everyone living in the vicinity is advised to retreat to safety at once." Oda jokes back: "What!? Buster Call!? Oh, shit! I gotta get packing!! But... I... I can't run because... all of the nation's young men are waiting!! Waiting for SBS corner!! (<--No one's waiting, actually)." Another reader asks why Robin's "Cinco Fleur" uses "cinco," and Oda explains that the numbers are Spanish, listing 1 to 10 as "uno, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco, seis, siete, ocho, nueve, diez."
