We Die Together!!

An overwhelming blow strikes Luffy. In a massive explosion of debris and smoke, the dragon-formed Kaido looms over Luffy's battered body as he is sent flying. Luffy grunts, "UGH...". The next panel shows Luffy plummeting amid shattered rocks with a huge impact effect, screaming "AAAAAA AAAGH!!!". Below, a close-up reveals a man in a spotted hat and polka-dot shirt looking on grimly, while Luffy coughs violently, "COUGH!!".

Kaido's eyes blaze as he declares, "This is what it means to lose in war!! Facing my wrath now should come as no surprise!! You chose to oppose me..." Below, his dragon coils through the sky over the castle, roaring, "This doesn't end until then!! Bring me Momonosuke!!" with massive Japanese sound effects shaking the air.

Explosions rock the battlefield as Kid Pirates and allies clash. "They're at the end of their rope!!" a voice yells while a fighter is hurled through debris. "Get Kid and Law!! Take their heads!!" another commands. A grinning pirate laughs, "Hehehe!! Now's our chance!!" Below, a Beast Pirate warns, "But Kaido-san is tougher than a fortress!!" as Kid and Law charge forward. "You may have beaten Big Mom..." one growls. In a massive clash, Kid swings his metal arm while shouting, "Protect the captains!!" Law is struck hard, blood flying, as an enemy taunts, "You never had a chance!!"

Inside the burning castle basement, a monstrous cat-like creature bares its fangs with "ME DOOW!! GRRR!!" A mink shouts, "This doesn't sound good!! Let's go!!" Law and allies search desperately. "Look for an exit!! Is there a way out...I" one coughs amid smoke. "Nothing but flames everywhere!!" Flames and debris fill the air. Law stands firm, sword ready, declaring, "I'm fighting, Trafalgar... surrendering... or letting him kill us... are both out of the question." A wounded ally mutters, "Damn Straw Hat-ya! Huff... huff..." as mechanical parts crash with loud SFX.

Yamato, battered and bleeding, grips her kanabo and shouts with fierce determination. "If not us, then whoI! Everyone else is at their limit!!" She continues, "Isn't that the way of the samuraiI! You can fight until your last breath!!" as Kaido's dragon form looms. "Against someone lost toI! Don't be absurd!! What can I do..." she questions. Her eyes blaze as she refuses to yield: "They'll live and then whatI! They'll be slaves until the day they finally die from exhaustion!! I'm not letting that happen!!" Kaido's dragon snaps, "Our only option is to yield!! It pains me to admit this, but if Luffy's gone... that would just be throwing away lives!!" Yamato roars back, "In the end, surrendering won't save anyone!! Everything Wano endured for the past 20 years was for the sake of this battle!! All the daimyo that allowed Orochi to have his way went to their graves full of regret!!"
