Garp roars with fury, "THAT'S HOW I'LL GIVE MY REPORT TO THE MARINES, SO DON'T WORRY AND STAY HERE AS LONG AS YOU LIKE." A man in a hat replies, "THAT'S NOT AN EXCUSE AT ALL... LET'S JUST SAY, 'THEY GOT AWAY.'" Garp continues, "YOU'RE MY GRANDSON!!! THAT'S WHY I WON'T CAPTURE YOU ON THIS ISLAND!!!" Outside the Galley-La Company building, Iceburg says, "OKAY, BYE." Garp answers, "YOU CAN... WELL, HAVE FUN CATCHING UP WITH THEM. AFTER ALL, I'M JUST TAGGING ALONG THESE TWO KIDS HERE." In a flashback panel, young Dragon runs while carrying a small Luffy on his back. Garp yells, "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO!I ALL YOU'VE DONE IS HIT ME! EVEN THEN, I STILL WANT TO BE LOVED BY MY GRANDSON, DOOOOOO!!" A voice retorts, "YOU HAVEN'T SEEN ME FOR A WHILE!! BE A LITTLE BIT MORE RELUCTANT, IDIOT!!!" Garp punches forward with a massive fist, shouting "BHEE!!!" and "THAT'S WAY TOO DULL!!!"

Inside a room, Sanji notes, "HE'S TALKING WITH COBY AND THE OTHER GUY OUTSIDE." Nami asks, "WHERE'S LUFFYI" Someone replies, "FROM THE HEREDITY, HE WASN'T JUST AN ORDINARY MAN. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED ABOUT DRAGON." Sanji adds, "HIS GRANDPA WAS LIKE A STORM..." Outside, Luffy is seen leaping high from a pile of rubble. Inside again, Sanji asks, "IT BRINGS BACK MEMORIES... BUT IT WAS LUFFY WHO SAVED COBY." Nami wonders, "HOW ABOUT YOUI AREN'T YOU THEIR FRIEND, TOOI" At a table, Sanji dramatically reacts with hearts, "EEEEEH!I IS NAMI-SAN IN HER SWIMSUIT!I I'LL BRING HER SOME DRINKS!!" Chopper asks about the swimming pool. Nami explains, "THERE'S THE GALLEY-LA COMPANY'S EMPLOYEE SWIMMING POOL THAT'S LOCATED BEHIND THIS PLACE." A voice says, "SHE WENT TO THE SWIMMING POOL WITH KOKORO-SAN AND THE OTHERS." Sanji realizes, "OH, NAMI ISN'T THERE EITHER. I THOUGHT SHE WANTED TO HEAR THE MARINES' STORY... I WONDER IF SHE CHANGED HER MIND."

Luffy asks, "WHYI" Usopp explains, "AH... NO, WE DIDN'T CROSS REVERSE MOUNTAIN." Luffy continues, "ALSO GO OVER THAT TO ENTER THE GRAND LINE!I" Usopp replies, "SO, DID YOU GUYS...I" Luffy exclaims, "THERE ARE SO MANY SEA KINGS THAT ARE SEVERAL TIMES BIGGER THAN A WARSHIP IN THERE!! BUT WHY!I BEEEH!I THAT'S NOT FAIR!!" Usopp answers, "IT WAS LIKE HELL WHEN WE TRIED GOING THROUGH THAT PLACE!" A diagram shows the Calm Belt and Grand Line. Usopp notes, "BUT THEN, IT'S NOT 100% GUARANTEED. HEADQUARTER WARSHIPS CAN CROSS CALM BELTS." Luffy questions the bottom of the warships. Usopp explains, "KAIROUSEKI EMIT THE SAME TYPE OF ENERGY AS THE SEA, SO FOR THE FISH IN THE SEA, THOSE SHIPS ARE..." The bottom of the warships are patched with stones called Kairoseki. Luffy sits on a rock asking "SO WHATI" while Usopp ponders with "..."

Nami lounges on a deck chair in a polka-dot bikini, holding a memo pad while speaking into a small earpiece. She muses, "THAT'S WHY EVEN IF THE SHIPS SAIL ABOVE THEM, SEA KINGS WON'T NOTICE THEM!!" and then realizes, "ENERGY OF THE SEA... I GOT IT!" Small creatures including a rabbit-like figure and a fish-like being splash nearby. A voice calls out, "NEE-CHAN, NEE-CHAN, AREN'T YOU SWIMMING!I" Military scientists are praised in the background: "MILITARY SCIENTISTS ARE DOING A PRETTY GOOD JOB...!!!" Nami suddenly panics and shouts, "THAT'S NOT SOMETHING TO BLURT OUT IN A LOUD VOICE. I'M WIRE-TAPPING RIGHT NOW!!!" while covering the receiver. In a side panel she hisses to Chimney, "BE QUIET FOR A WHILE, CHIMNEY!!!" Chimney and the small creatures react with shock as Nami adds, "PIRATE NEE-CHAN- I DON'T GET A CHANCE LIKE THIS SO OFTEN!!"

On a rocky outcrop, a man with a headband stares in awe while voices discuss, "YUP, HE'S TRULY AMAZING. STRAWHAT, YOU KNOW THE DEVIL FRUIT THAT YOU ATEI IS NONE OTHER THAN DR. VEGAPUNK, THE MILITARY SCIENTIST. HE'S AMAZING. THE MAN BEHIND SUCH AMAZING TECHNOLOGY." Nami, still in her bikini, reads the memo and reacts with surprise: "DR. VEGAPUNK. HRMM... SO THERE'S SOME GUY OUT THERE, HUHI" The explanation continues about transmission ability and technology to feed Devil Fruits to objects. Elsewhere, the headband-wearing man laughs heartily, "AHAHAHA, YUP, YUP, YOU WERE ON ALVIDA'S SHIP. IT WAS REALLY HILARIOUS. I MEAN, YOUR REASON TO BE ON HER SHIP!! I PROBABLY WOULD STILL BE DOING CHORES IN ALVIDA'S SHIP AND SUCKING UP TO HER." He turns to Luffy and says, "I THOUGHT THAT THE SEA WHERE I WAS LIVING IN IS A SMALL WORLD UNTIL I MET YOU, LUFFY-SAN. IF YOU HADN'T JUMPED OUT OF THE BARREL ON THAT DAY..."

Luffy bursts into loud laughter, clutching his stomach. Nami smiles warmly beside him. The scene shifts to a ruined island with broken towers and scattered debris. A small creature named Spacey laughs, "GYAHHAHA-HAHA..." while holding a book labeled "BRAIN". Nami rests her chin on her hand, smiling. Luffy reacts with shock, eyes bulging. In close-up, Nami asks Luffy, "DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE LATTER HALF OF THIS GRAND LINE IS CALLED...!I LUFFY-SAN!!" Luffy stares blankly, "...I" She continues, "BY THE NAME: THAT GOES BEYOND THE RED LINE, PEOPLE KNOW THE LAST PART OF THE SEA." Luffy suddenly yells, "EEEEEEH!I ARE YOU REALLY GOING BACK ALREADY!I EAT SOMETHING WITH US!! FOOD!!" while Nami looks surprised. In the background stands a large building labeled "GALLEY-LA COMPANY".

A wide view shows the Galley-La Company building. A large speech bubble declares, "THE 'NEW WORLD.'" Several figures stand in the distance. A Marine officer with a coat marked "MARINE" states, "WILL BECOME THE PIRATE KING!!!" while a small girl watches nearby. He continues, "A SEA WHERE PEOPLE WHO WILL BEGIN THE NEXT GENERATION GATHER!! WHOEVER CONQUERS THIS SEA... THE NEW WORLD..." Luffy reacts with wide-eyed shock. The Marine smiles confidently and says, "I'LL CAPTURE YOU NEXT TIME!!! I'LL BE MUCH, MUCH STRONGER!!" while a small robot-like figure stands beside him. Luffy shouts back, "LUFFY-SAN, LET'S MEET AGAIN THERE!!!"

A massive close-up shows a young Luffy with wide eyes and an open mouth shouting, "ADMIRAL!!!" A narration box reads, "ONE DAY, I'LL BECOME A MARINE... A-". In a flashback panel, young Coby yells "COBY!!!" while Luffy declares, "I... I JUST FELT A LITTLE BIG WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO MEET YOU, AND...!!!!" Coby replies nervously, "I'M SO EM-BARRASSED THAT I WISH THE EARTH WOULD SWALLOW ME UP. S-S-S-S-SORRY, I... I GOT CARRIED AWAY." Another panel shows Coby standing in a street with a small "!" bubble. Back in the present, a sweating Coby stammers, "B-BUT AN ADMIRAL...I" Luffy grins widely and answers, "THEN YOU GOTTA BE ONE!! OF COURSE!!!" and "YOU'LL FIGHT ME, RIGHTI" A smaller panel shows Coby saying, "WHEN WE MEET NEXT TIME. THE STRAWHATS WILL BE STRONGER..." while Luffy adds, "MUCH STRONGER!!!" with impact lines.

Inside a building, Coby says, "I'M REALLY GLAD I GOT TO SEE YOU TWO AGAIN TODAY...!!!!" and "IT'D BE A HECK LOT OF WORK TO CATCH UP TO THEM!!" Luffy leans in with a smirk, "ARE YOU STILL A CRYBABY, COBYI" A close-up of Coby sweating shows "DMP" and "UGH..." as he thinks, "IT'S A DREAM THAT MAKES ME FAINT BY JUST SPEAKING IT OUT LOUD, SO HOW CAN HE BELIEVE IN ME SO MUCHI" The scene erupts into a huge impact panel with Luffy yelling, "BE PREPARED FOR IT, PUNKS!!!" "SO LET'S MEET AGAIN IN THE NEW WORLD!!!" and "WE... WE'LL BE MUCH, MUCH STRONGER!!!" accompanied by massive sound effects "どどど" and motion lines. In the aftermath, a small panel shows people reacting with "SHISHI-SHISHI!!" while Zoro stands with a slight smile, thinking, "... LUFFY, DID YOU JUST... CREATE ANOTHER GREAT ENEMYI"

An establishing shot of Water 7 shows the Galley-La Company headquarters with a sign reading "Employee swimming pool" and another noting "Behind the Galley-la company headquarters." People swim and splash with "SPLASH SPLASH" and "JUUUUU". Sanji swings from a rope calling, "MIZU-MIZU-MEAT IS READY~!!!" with hearts floating around him while shouting "NAMI-SAAAN ♡". A chaotic panel shows debris and "GWAAAH!". A giant close-up of a laughing face with a bow tie appears as multiple characters including a rabbit-like figure and others tumble in water with cries of "NYOGH!", "GERO!!", "ZABO", "OKAAAY!!" and "NGAGAGA, IT SMELLS GREAT!!" plus a big "HSTAP!!" sound effect.

The BBQ feast begins with Luffy, Sanji, and others devouring meat while shouting "MMMMM YUUUUUUUM, MIZU-MIZU-MEAT BBQ!!!", "MMMMM YUUUUUM.", "MMMMMM YUUUUUUUM!!!" and "WOO HOO!!!". Luffy asks "SOGEKINGI WHEN-!I" as Sanji urges, "ALL RIGHT, EAT UP, GUYS!!!". Luffy then yells, "HEY!! FRANKY FAMILY!! COME 'ERE AND EAT!!" while a voice calls, "STRAWHAT-SAAAN!! I HEARD YOU WOKE UP!!". Robin smiles and asks, "YUP, IT'S DELICIOUS. HOW IS IT, ROBIN-CHANI DOES IT TASTE GREATI". The Franky Family cheers wildly with "BAHSHI-HSHISSIN!!", "HEY, THAT'S A LOT OF YOU. GET SOME MEAT FOR US!!!", "MY FAVORITE!!!", "UHAH, BBQ!!!" and a massive "わあああああああ!!!" roar. A small panel shows a creature saying, "IT'S SOOOOM AND GOMOR-RAH!!" with sniffing sounds.

The Galley-La Company bursts into the area with wild cheers. "IT'S GALLEY-LA COMPANY!!!" Giants roar "GIANTS~!!!" while others shout "ME, TOO. I'M STARVED." and "BBQ!!!" Franky and the crew celebrate loudly as someone yells "WUUOOO!!! STRAWHAT!! YOU'RE AWAKE!!!" Iceburg appears, noting "IT SMELLS GOOD." A voice calls "ICEBURG-SAN!!!" A woman lounges in a chair as another exclaims "N'AAAH," and "IT'S A SWIMMING POOL HERE, SIR." Someone screams "GYAAAAA!!! YOU SHAME-LESS GIRL!!!" The party erupts further with "YOU'D BETTER HAVE MY SEAT READY!!!" "WE WERE WAITING FOR YOU, BRO!!!" "READY!!" and "LET'S POST-PONE THE SHIPBUILDING FOR NOW!!!" A massive figure declares "THAT'S RIGHT!! REJECTING AN INVITATION TO A FEAST WOULD ONLY HURT MY REPUTATION!!!" The crowd roars "IT'S A FEAST READY!!!" while one announces "I'LL SING!!!" and "HERE WE GO!! ENTRY NUMBER 1, SOGE-KING!!" with cheers of "WUUO-OOOH, GO GO!!" SFX like ドドドン and ズン echo through the chaotic feast.

A massive brawl erupts across the bridge and tower area. Franky charges forward with a huge grin, swinging wildly amid flying debris and bodies. Luffy and the Straw Hats tumble through the chaos as the crowd panics below. On the side panels, Robin stands calmly and speaks: "LISTEN AS I SPEAK... NICO ROBIN." Huge SFX of わああああああああ and ドンチャン!! shake the page as Franky smashes through obstacles and the party spirals into an all-out rampage. Tower number 1 looms in the background while figures are sent flying in every direction.

Aokiji confronts Robin in a tense exchange. "WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST RUN AWAY LIKE YOU ALWAYS DOI" he asks. "I'M SURE YOU COULD'VE RUN AWAY, EVEN FROM THE CP9, IF IT WERE ONLY YOU." Robin replies with visible distress, "...!!! NO WAY...." and "HAA HAA AOKIJI....." A flashback shows her younger self amid destruction as Aokiji continues, "STRANDED..." and "I COULDN'T LEAVE THEM." Robin answers, "... I TOLD YOU THAT IT'S DIFFERENT FROM BEFORE, DIDN'T II" Jaguar D. Saul appears in memory, saying "IT'S MY DUTY... TO OBSERVE WHAT YOU DO WITH YOUR LIFE... BECAUSE I RESPECTED HIS WILL" and "WE WERE... VERY GOOD FRIENDS." A voice warns "AND LET YOU GET AWAY FROM THE ISLAND....!!!" Robin sweats heavily as the conversation deepens.

The conversation continues in quiet panels. Aokiji recalls, "OF COURSE, I NEVER EXPECTED THAT CP9 WOULD FALL..." and "I... I INTENDED TO PUT EVERYTHING ABOUT OHARA TO AN END THIS TIME." He adds, "ONE WHO HASN'T FOUND A PLACE TO HARBOR HERSELF... MOST OF ALL... I THOUGHT YOU JUST WANTED TO DIE..." and "I DECIDED THAT I COULD NO LONGER LEAVE A PLACE LIKE A TICKING BOMB TO ROAM LIKE YOU... AND IS STILL WANDERING AROUND EVEN AFTER TWENTY YEARS." Robin stands silently with a glass. Aokiji asks, "... DID YOU FINALLY FIND A PLACE TO HARBOR YOURSELF...!I" Robin responds, "YES." Aokiji presses, "SHOW ME THE ANSWERI ARE YOU GOING TO... WHETHER OR NOT SAUL'S DECISION TO LET YOU LIVE WAS CORRECT..." Robin replies firmly, "... I INTEND TO..."

Robin stands on a ledge overlooking a chaotic scene below as voices call out to her. "HEY, ROBIIIN!! LOOK, LOOK!!" "ROBIN, THIS WAY!!!" Aokiji appears in the distance with "... HAA" and "AOKIJI...!!!" while signs read "PAKS" and "PAKS...". Someone thinks, "... THEN LIVE YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST..." and "OHARA... HASN'T FALLEN YET." Luffy grins wildly and shouts, "THAT'S AWESOME, LUFFY!!!" while eating meat, prompting Robin to yell, "ARE YOU EATING MEAAAAT!!!I" and "N-NO, DON'T, ROBIN-CHAAAN!!!" as a ringing sound effect plays. The scene cuts to the towering Holy Land Mariejoa where the Gorosei react in panic: "GOROSEI, IT'S AN EMERGENCY!!" "WHAT'S GOING ON...I" A sign reads "Grand Line, Holy Land Mariejoa".

The Gorosei react in shock to the news. "WHITEBEARD EDWARD NEWGATE!!!" "AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE OTHER YONKO," "ONE OF THE YONKO, RED-HAIRED SHANKS, BROKE THROUGH THE MILITARY FLEET IN THE NEW WORLD..." "WHAT...!!I" A map labels "Grand Line" and "New World". One Gorosei says, "RED HAIR IS ASKING TO MEET YOU." Another replies, "AH... LET HIM..." The final panel shows a close-up of a scarred, bandaged man glaring intensely, declaring "BRAT." and "YOU'D BETTER BRING SOME GOOD BOOZE," with large impact sound effects.
