Marines and officials react in shock as massive gates swing open. "OH, WOW... I'VE NEVER EVEN HEARD ABOUT IT...!!!" one exclaims. Another shouts, "H-HEY!! LOOK AT THAT!!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE EVER SEEN IT...!!!" while sound effects read "どよっ どよっ!!". A massive "ドォン!!" impact shakes the scene. Below, the Gates of Justice stand fully open above the sea as Marine Headquarters warships approach the island. Narration and dialogue state: "IT'S SO WARSHIPS FROM THE 'MARINE HEADQUARTERS' CAN COME IN!!!", "I'VE NEVER HEARD THAT THE 'GATES OF JUSTICE' EVER FULLY OPENED...!!!", and "IT'S FOR THE BOMBARDMENT OF THE 'BUSTER CALL'!!!" Crowds scream "わあああ" as the fleet advances toward the city.

Chaos erupts as the Buster Call begins. "ALONG WITH THE STRAWHATS, WHO PICKED A FIGHT WITH THE WORLD...!!!" reads one caption. A masked leopard-like fighter growls "DAMN IT--!!!" while sound effects "ドドドドド" and "ドドレレレ" shake the area. "WHAT IS THIS INTIMIDATING FEELING!I WHAT THE HECK IS THE 'BUSTER CALL'!I" someone yells. "THEY ARE REALLY TRYING TO BLOW UP THE ISLAND", "I'M SURE KOKORO BAA-SAN DID SAY", and "THAT THE GATES WOULD NEVER FULLY OPEN...!!!" follow. Straw Hat allies cry "STRAW-HATS~!!!" and "COME BACK ALIVE." A woman pleads "PLEASE DON'T DIE, BRO~!!!" Luffy appears determined, thinking "I LEFT ROBIN" and declaring "UP TO FRANKY...!!!" while gasping "HAA". The masked fighter admits "I DIDN'T KNOW YOU HAD THIS MUCH POWER.... I WAS CARELESS."

The battle rages inside a ruined building. The masked fighter pants "HAA" and asks "BUT IS THAT BECAUSE OF THE STEAMI" while Luffy replies "IT SEEMS THAT YOU ARE SHORT OF BREATH..." and "EVERYTHING WILL BE ALL RIGHT!!!" The fighter notes "I SEE... YOU ARE TOUGH." Luffy vows "AS LONG AS I CAN DEFEAT YOU." The masked fighter roars "DON'T GO JUST YET, NICO ROBIN!!!" with a massive "ビンッ!!" impact. Robin runs down a long brick corridor lined with impact sounds "ビリビリビリ" and "ドドド", her voice echoing "PLEASE MAKE IT!" as she flees. Luffy and the fighter continue exchanging blows amid debris and steam.

The convoy prepares to depart from Convoy Anchorage Port toward the Marine Headquarters and Undersea Prison, Impel Down. Guards salute outside the Bridge of Hesitation at the very end. A narrator states, "THE CONVOY IS READY FOR AN IMMEDIATE DEPARTURE!!!" Below, soldiers line the massive staircase leading to the Gates of Justice. Chief Spandam of Cipher Pol No. 9 is currently crossing the bridge. An officer commands, "TO TAKE THE CRIMINAL AWAY! FROM THE JUDICIAL TOWER STAND IN A ROW AND SALUTE!!!" The troops respond, "YES, SIR!!!" A Marine bellows, "CONVOY SAILORS OF THE 'MARINE HEADQUARTERS'!!" while another shouts, "GATES OF JUSTICE 'GUARDS'!!"

Spandam walks across the long bridge with Nico Robin bound and kneeling nearby. He laughs, "WA HA HA HA HA!!" and says, "LOOK, TRAVEL PREPARATIONS ARE COMPLETE. NO ONE WILL INTERFERE!!!" Turning to Robin he asks, "DO YOU WANT TO HEAR SOMETHING GOOD, NICO ROBINI" In a flashback panel he explains, "HE WILL BE BLOWN AWAY ALONG THE STAIRCASE. ON THE TOP OF THAT STAIRCASE WE JUST CLIMBED. JUST... IN CASE... ANYONE TRIES TO COME UP HERE, I ACTIVATED A MINE THAT IS SET." Robin reacts with shock, "HUH!!I" as Spandam continues, "ISN'T THAT INTERESTINGI" He gloats, "NO ONE CAN REACH THE STAIRCASE ANYWAY!! WA HA HA HA. BUT DON'T WORRY ABOUT THEM." Robin lies on the ground gasping, "HAA..." while Spandam stands over her with his weapon drawn.

Spandam looms over the fallen Robin, sweat pouring down his face. He rants, "NO ONE WILL COME, IDIOT!!! THAT THEY'LL 'SAVE ME'...!!!! THEY TOLD ME..." Robin, bruised and desperate, thinks of the past. Spandam declares, "THE 'BUSTER CALL' WILL EVEN ERASE THE FACT... THAT THE PIRATES DISGRACED OUR SACRED FLAG!!! WILL BE BURNED IN THE HELLFIRE OF THE 'BUSTER CALL' AND DIE!!! EVERYONE" A sudden memory strikes: a young Saul appears carrying Robin, with the words "SAUL...!I" Robin recalls, "WALK WITH YOUR OWN LEGS!!!" as the giant Marine's voice echoes, "IT'LL BE JUST LIKE WHEN THAT GIANT MARINE RAMPAGED IN OHARA 20 YEARS AGO...!!!"

Spandam attacks violently, striking with his weapon amid impact lines and the sound "ZUUU ZUUU...!!!" Robin cries out, "CHIEF, PLEASE HURRY!!! I KNOW, JUST SHUT UP!!! I'M A HERO!!!" Spandam yells back, "YOU...!!! ARGH!!!" He continues, "ABOUT THE FORMER MARINE HEADQUARTERS' VICE ADMIRAL HAGWARL D. SAUL'S VIOLENT CONDUCT...!!! ABOUT YOUR MOTHER, OLIVIA. I KNOW EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED IN OHARA BACK THEN!!!" Robin shouts, "THAT WAS ALL DONE BY THE FORMER CHIEF OF 'CP9,' MY FATHER, 'SPANDYNE'!!!" Spandam retorts, "REVEALING THEIR GREAT CRIME, AND TRIGGERING THE 'BUSTER CALL'!!! IT'S ALL BECAUSE I WAS TOLD ABOUT THOSE THINGS...!!! STEPPING INTO OHARA, WHERE THE DEVILS LIVED," as Robin reacts in shock.

Spandam looms with a wild grin, declaring, "I'VE FOUND HER!!!" as panic spreads. "EVACUATION SHIP!!! DON'T LET THAT BRAT GET ON BOARD!!!" a voice cries while another shouts "DOCTOR~!!!" A massive impact erupts with "ドドドドン" and the order "YOUR DEATH PENALTY IS ASSURED!!!" Spandam, seated on a throne-like chair, laughs "WA HA HA HA..." and explains, "BUT THEY OVERLOOKED ONE BRAT THAT SNEAKED OUT. THE GOVERNMENT BELIEVED THAT WHOEVER WAS ON OHARA ISLAND DIED THEN." Flashbacks show a cloaked figure kneeling amid smoke and rubble on Ohara's stone plaza. A young girl with dark hair recalls her harsh life: "NO PLACE TO GET A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP... NO FOOD, EITHER. I DON'T EVEN WANT TO IMAGINE HAVING SUCH A SHITTY LIFE FOR 20 YEARS. COULDN'T TRUST ANYONE WHO APPROACHED YOU. ABOUT TO BE KILLED FOR MONEY BY ADULTSI HOW MANY TIMES WAS AN EIGHT-YEAR-OLD BRAT..." She reacts with shock, "...!I"

Spandam grabs the dark-haired woman by the collar, shouting "WAS MY FATHER!!! WA HA HA HA!!! ALL FOR WORLD PEACE!!!" while she stares in horror. He continues, "ON YOUR HEAD 20 YEARS AGO THE ONE WHO PUT THE BOUNTY HA HA...!!! WAS IT SO MISERABLE THAT IT MADE YOU CRYI" Explosions rock the background as he declares "OHARA HAS LOST!!! AND THE BATTLE OF OHARA WILL FINALLY END!!!" A tear falls from her eye. Spandam points dramatically: "AND NOW, 20 YEARS LATER... I, THE SON, HUNT THE ONLY SURVIVOR... AND YOU'LL SOON BE DEAD!!!" She answers defiantly, "I'M STILL ALIVE!!!" as he roars "YA'LL PASS ON DA HISTORY OF DIS ISLAND SUNDAY, ROBIN!! OHARA FOUGHT DA WORLD!!!"

Elsewhere, a massive tower erupts in smoke and debris. "C-CUTTY FLAM!!! THE MINE...!!I WHY IS HE HERE!!I" someone yells amid the chaos. A woman with dark hair watches in shock as figures tumble through the air. "HURRY, LET'S GO!!! OH, SHIT!! I'M GLAD I PREPARED SO WELL!!" a voice calls while another grunts "ARGH!!" Impact sounds "ガシャアア" and "ズルルルル!!" fill the scene. The woman thinks, "HE CAME TO SAVE ME...!" as Spandam laughs "AH... WAH HA HA!!! BUT HE FELL FOR IT!! WHAT AN IDIOT!!! THAT FOOL FELL FOR IT!!!" Marines salute and shout "WILL BE THE HERO'S FIRST STEP INTO THE HISTO... HAVE A GOOD LOOK!! THIS ONE STEP IT'S SO VEXING, AND THE TEARS WON'T STOP. Y-YES, SIR! LET'S GO! MARINES, HOP TO IT...!!! SET SAIL!!!"

A colossal explosion tears through the structure with "POGA BA!!!" and a giant impact "レキ!!!" A massive beast-like form bursts from smoke and flames, sending debris flying. The dark-haired woman is hurled backward, eyes wide with shock "!!I" as smaller panels show frantic reactions from onlookers and crew members. Smoke and shockwaves ripple outward while the enormous creature or machine dominates the center of the blast.

A violent explosion erupts across the bridge as a voice yells "CHIEF, SIR!!!" and another shouts "HADE BARA BOGE PYA!!!" The massive onomatopoeia "ボゴォォォン!!!" fills the panel amid flying debris and smoke. Marines react in panic: one cries "EH!I" while others yell "SEARCH FOR HIM...!!!" "THERE'S NO WAY ANYONE COULD BE HERE. HE MUST BE HIDING SOMEWHERE!!!" "NO ONE ELSE IS ON THE BRIDGE!!!" and "WHAAAA!I WHO IS IT!II" A cloaked figure in black leaps into action, striking down soldiers with powerful blows that produce "GYAH!!" "UWAAH!!!" and "ガゴォォン!!!" The attacker lands amid the chaos as Marines scatter.

The cloaked attacker continues the assault while a Marine reports "BUT CHIEF, SIR, WE CANNOT IDENTIFY THE ENEMY!!!" Another voice calls out "HEEEY!!! WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU GUYS DOING!I" Close-ups show Marines sweating and panicking with "THERE..." "AH..." "OWAH!!" and a tearful close-up of the long-haired cloaked figure with "ドボォォン!!!" and "ドゴォォン!!!" A Marine points toward the Judicial Tower yelling "DID YOU SAY JUDICIAL TOWER!I" "ON THE TOP OF THE JUDICIAL TOWER...!!!" "WHAT!I THERE, OVER THERE!!" as the cloaked figure stands dramatically on a high vantage point.

Marines on the bridge react with shock: "DOES HE REALLY NEED TO SINGI" "LOOK!! OUR SHARPSHOOTER RULES!!!" "TAKE THAT SHIT, BASTARDS!!! ROBIN-CHAN, RUN!!!" and "CHIEF!!!" The cloaked attacker is revealed as a long-nosed man in a black cape wielding a massive weapon, unleashing a powerful strike with "シャキーン!!!" and "LONG NOSE" label visible. Marines shout "DON'T LET HER GET AWAY, IDIOTS!!! YOU CAN SHOOT HER TO DEATH..." "NICO ROBIN IS RUNNING AWAY!!!" "WE'VE BEEN TRYING, BUT OUR BULLETS WON'T REACH, LET ALONE HIT HIM...!!!" "DAMN IT!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOINGI GUYS, SHOOT HIM DOWN ALREADY!!!" and "WHO IS HE~!!!I" Robin is seen fleeing while the attacker lands a precise hit from afar, with Marines exclaiming "NAGA-HANA-KUN...!I" "HOW IS HE STILL HITTING US SO ACCURATELY!I" "WHO IS THATI"

Gunfire erupts with "ドドドドドドン!!!" "FIRE!!!" and "ピタッ!!" as Marines open fire. The cloaked attacker endures the barrage with "HUUH!I" "WHA!I" and "ガキキキキン!!!" A massive muscular figure with horns and chains appears, arms spread wide, laughing "HAA" while declaring "I'M TOUGH AS STEEL." Marines react in horror: "WHAT IS HE~!!!I" "WHAT!I" "KLIN KLAN..." "HEEK!!!" "THERE ARE NO MORE, ARE THERE, SPANDAI" The long-haired cloaked figure stares silently as the giant looms over the scene.

Marines in heavy cloaks stand on a rainy shore, staring toward a distant fortress as one reports, "I GOT IT FROM NAMI! ANYWAY, YOU SHOULD SEE A 'RED CLOTH BUNDLE' AROUND THERE." Another Marine questions a Den Den Mushi: "HUHI THIS DENDEN-MUSHI'S SUPPOSED TO BELONG TO..." A voice answers through the shell, "THIS IS SOGE-KING. FRANKY-KUN, FRANKY-KUN." In a separate panel, a long-nosed figure in a mask and top hat shouts, "ALL OF THE KEYS~!!I" while narration boxes explain, "THERE ARE TWO KEYS IN IT. WITH THE ONES YOU HAVE, THEY SHOULD COMPLETE THE WHOLE SET!!" The masked figure confirms, "OOH, YEAH, HERE." A close-up shows a scarred man with a grin declaring, "MISSION COMPLETE." A large speech bubble states, "DELIVERY CONFIRMED." Below, the same scarred man looks tense, saying, "IT'S GONNA GET WORSE. WE'D BETTER HURRY."
