ON YOUR SIDE

Explosions rock the sea as multiple ships exchange fire. A voice declares, "IT'S JUST LIKE THE NEWSPAPER SAID!!" Another shouts, "THEY'RE REALLY GOIN' AT IT!!" while wondering, "IS THE APPROACHING SHIP FRIEND OR FOEI!" On deck, a man yells, "HE ALREADY DIGESTED ALL THAT FOODI!" and questions, "IS HE EVEN HUMANI!" as another figure is hurled through the air amid a massive "ドゥン!!!" impact. Nearby, someone cries "WHOA!!" and "AAAHH..." while a panicked voice warns, "PULL IT TOGETHER... DON'T WORRY ABOUT HIM BEING AN EMPEROR!!" A crew member adds, "WE CAN'T STAY ON THIS ISLAND MUCH LONGER!!" as flames erupt with "ボシャァァァァッ!!! BOOM!!" and shouts of "HEY!! LOOK OUT!!" and "NOT GOOD!! WE'RE SURROUNDED BY FLAMES!!" Someone suggests, "LET'S GET HIM INTO SEASTONE CUFFS, ON THE COUNT OF THREE!!"

The bombardment continues with massive blasts. A voice yells, "EGGHEAD IS DONE FOR!!" while orders ring out: "GET ON THE SHIPS!!" and "THREE... TWO... O--" as ships are struck by "ポコォォーン!!" and "ドゥン!! BOOM!!" impacts. A figure cries "ARGH!!" amid the chaos. Below, Kuma stands with Bonney as someone shouts "KUMA!! BONNEY!!" while a small figure reacts with "...!!!" Orders continue: "KEEP BLASTING INTO THE INFERNO! DON'T STOP!!" with repeated gunfire "ドン!! BANG!!" and "ドドドン!!" A massive figure with a scar commands, "ATLAS, COME IN!!" while another bellows, "SHOOT DOWN THIS PATHETIC FAMILY!!" as a spinning attack "キュイーン!!" is unleashed.

High above the chaotic Egghead battlefield, a massive explosion hurls figures through the air amid flying debris and shattered machinery. Atlas shouts urgently, "ATLAS, LET BONNEY KNOW!" A smaller figure plummets while replying, "UNDERSTOOD, STELLA!!" Another voice cries out desperately, "BONNEY-CHAN!!" In the lower panels, a uniformed man labeled PUNK 03 strains upward with a weapon as shockwaves ripple past. Nearby, a woman with long hair stares in wide-eyed horror, sweat drops visible on her face, reacting to the unfolding disaster below.

From below, two large figures in dark coats reach desperately toward the sky as explosions light up the background. One yells, "HELP US ESCAPE ALIVE INSTEAD!!" while the other pleads, "DADDY, PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T SHOOT!!" In the lower section, a man in a cap marked with Japanese characters turns away from distant blasts, stating, "I CAN'T HEAR A THING OVER THESE EXPLOSIONS!" A helmeted soldier asks, "DID YOU HEAR HER SHOUT JUST NOWI" Bonney stands nearby with a shocked expression, her hair whipping in the wind as chaos rages around the group.

Close-up panels show PX-II helmeted soldiers reacting in alarm as one exclaims, "WHA-I!" and another questions, "WHY'RE THEY AIMING AT USI!" The scene erupts into massive destruction as Pacifista units fire on marine vessels. Huge onomatopoeia read "ビゴォン!! KABOOM!!" and "ビゴォン!!" while ships explode in fireballs and debris. A narration box declares, "THE PACIFISTA HAVE GONE ROGUE!!" Soldiers scream "GYAH!!" and "AAAAA AAAHH!!" as the rogue machines tear through the fleet amid massive splashes and smoke.

Massive explosions rock the area with giant SFX "ビビビビ" and "ドドドド" as a spherical object hurtles through the air. Narration and dialogue reveal, "BONNEY, THEY WILL PRIORITIZE YOUR ORDERS ABOVE ALL ELSE, EVEN COMMANDS FROM THE WORLD'S OVERSEERS!!" and "...BY YOUR DEAR FATHER." Kuma stands firm, declaring, "IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THE ENTIRE PLANET IS AGAINST YOU..." and "KUMA WILL ALWAYS, ALWAYS BE ON YOUR SIDE!!" Bonney reacts with tears and shock, crying out amid the blasts. Additional text notes, "THAT IS THE REASON I MADE SURE..." and "THAT EACH AND EVERY CLONE SHARING YOUR APPEARANCE... WOULD BE PROGRAMMED TO OBEY HER!!" as the battle rages on.

A massive impact shakes the scene as a cloaked figure is hurled backward amid debris and smoke. Narration declares, "...THIS SECRET WOULD HAVE CONSEQUENCES." Close-ups show a terrified face with wide eyes and an open mouth as another panel reveals a shocked expression. "VEGAPUNK!!" someone shouts. A small panel shows a figure tumbling with "A BETRAYAL OF THIS MAGNITUDE..." A stern voice commands, "AND BE QUICK ABOUT IT!!" followed by "KIZARU, ELIMINATE THEM..." The sequence ends with a heavy "THUD" as the cloaked figure crashes down, crying out "DAMN IT!! VEGAPUNK!!"

Explosions erupt as a massive black sphere engulfs the area. "AAARGH!!" rings out amid "PEW PEW" blasts and "URGH!!" A figure is sent flying. Multiple panels show debris scattering and close combat. Kizaru appears in a dark coat labeled "VEG." A bloodied woman with long light hair clutches her face and screams "KIZARU!!" Kizaru looms over a downed figure, declaring "I'LL MAKE SURE TO GET YOU BOTH IN ONE SLASH, SO YOU CAN BE TOGETHER..." and "IT WON'T HURT A BIT, BONNEY."

Rhythmic "DON-DO-TO-TO" and "ドンドットト" beats fill Egghead as a massive fist smashes forward. "LET'S HAVE SOME FUN!" a voice cheers. A small figure bounces with "TAH! EVERYONE OKAYI!" while others react with "GYAH!" and "WOAH!!" A giant robot-like form looms. On the sea, a ship rocks violently. "WHO CARES ABOUT THAT NOWI! IS IT ME OR IS THE ISLAND SHAKINGI" someone yells. A figure with curly hair exclaims "AFTER THAT SNACK, I'M AT FULL POWER!!" while a long-haired woman stares in shock: "WHAT THEI! WAS THAT STRAW HATI!"

The beat continues with "DON-DO-TO-TO" and "ドンドットト" as a long-haired woman stands with her back to the viewer. Narration reveals "STRAW HAT LUFFY, THE YOUNG BOY WHO CAUGHT KUMA'S EYE, IS 'SUN GOD' NIKA....!!" A voice states "I KNEW IT... YOU HAVEN'T CONNECTED THE DOTS YET, HAVE YOU, BONNEYI" Bonney and another figure lie injured as someone urges "WE'VE GOTTA GO! WE'LL DIE IF WE STAY HERE!" Small panels show a robot and distant action. A close-up eye reacts with "HUHI" while others note "THAT'S RIGHT. I'VE ALWAYS LOOKED UP TO HIM." and "THEY SAY NIKA WOULD COME ALONG LAUGHING TO THIS RHYTHM..."

On the northeast coast of Egghead, massive ships belonging to the Giant Warrior Pirates thunder toward the island. Cannons blaze as the giants roar across the waves. "DON'T THEY KNOW SOME THINGS IN THIS WORLD CAN'T BE STOPPED!!" "WHYI THEY'RE ACTUALLY ASKIN WHY, DORRY!!" "FIRE!!" A furious giant bellows, "DAMN IT!! WHY'RE YOU GIANTS HEREI!" The colossal vessels close in, their prows dwarfing everything nearby. "WE'VE MADE CONTACT WITH AN INSANELY BIG SHIP!!" "THIS IS THE NORTH-EASTERN COAST, COME IN!!" In the heart of the chaos, a towering helmeted giant with a flowing beard and massive sword laughs wildly, "GEGYA GYA GYA GYA!!" while another voice cries, "IT'S AN EMERGENCY!! THE GIANT PIRATES ARE HERE!!" The leader shouts, "GABA BA BA BA BA BA!! WE'VE COME TO PICK UP STRAW HAT!!" and questions, "OR SHOULD WE CALL HIM THE SUN GOD...I!" On the defending ships, stunned sailors react: "...THERE'S NO DOUBT IT'S THEM!! I THOUGHT THEY DIED A HUNDRED YEARS AGO, BUT..." "WE'RE GONNA CRASH!!" "WHY AREN'T THEY STOPPINGI!" "WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY EVEN DOING HEREI!" Massive impact SFX shake the page as the giants' fleet barrels forward. A caption declares: "A GIANT GLIMPSE OF HOPE FINALLY ARRIVES!"
