In the Impel Down Medical Wing, Magellan reels back in shock, sweat flying as he roars "NO... WHAT!!I" and "WHAT DID YOU SAY!!I". Nearby doctors protest "STOP JOKING AROUND!!!" and "AND YOU CALL YOURSELVES DOCTORS!I" while one exclaims "EH!I". Speech bubbles explain "HAS EVER SURVIVED AFTER BEING DOSED WITH THIS MUCH POISON." and "NOBODY WHO HAS FOUGHT WITH MAGELLAN". Magellan growls "....!!!" as a doctor admits "UNFORTUNATELY, THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO..." and "ANY ATTEMPTS WE MAKE TO CURE HIM WOULD JUST HASTEN HIS DEATH." Another figure shouts "THIS IS NO JOKE!!! DO SOMETHING!!!" and "WE NEED TO HAND STRAWHAT LUFFY OVER TO THE MARINES ALIVE!!" while a trident-wielding guard warns "NO...".

Prisoners in striped uniforms shout "KEEP UP!!" amid sound effects "チャッ" and "チャッン". One prisoner wonders "IVA'S NAME IS GONE!!! WAS HE RELEASED... The group arrives at the freezing level. Magellan orders, "NOW, WE'LL PROCEED. BE CAREFUL OF THE COLD AND THE WOLF SQUAD." A prisoner reacts, "EHI WHATI" Another complains, "AND WE'RE ALREADY WEARING THIS MUCH...!!! SO COLD!!! THE DOOR'S NOT EVEN OPEN YET!!" Sound effects show shivering: "ヒュオオオオ..." and "BURI-BURI." Magellan explains, "AND IT WOULD BE LAUGHABLE FOR THE PRISONERS TO WEAR COATS. YOU ALWAYS ENTER THE FREEZING HELL UNARMED AND UNCLOTHED... YOU TRULY HAVE ALL OF OUR RESPECT!!" A guard notes, "RIGHT... YOUR WEAPON AND YOUR COAT!! MAN, THERE'S NO WAY WE COULD DO THAT!! 'TO SHOW THE PRISONERS YOUR CONVICTION AS THE VICE WARDEN,'" with laughter "なはは!!" Magellan warns, "THE DEN DEN MUSHI DON'T WORK IN THE COLD, SO BE CAREFUL!!" as the massive door opens with "ダゴオオ!!" and a prisoner gasps "...!!!!"

Wolves growl "GARURURU...!!" and "GARURU-RURU...!!" A prisoner counts, "ONE... TWO... THREE... FOUR... HEY, COULD THEY BE THE WOLF SQUADI HEY... DO YOU KNOW WHY THEY AREN'T ON THE DEMON BEAST FLOOR...I" Another realizes, "AH! I KNOW!!" Magellan explains, "IF THEY WERE RELEASED ON LEVEL 2, THEY WOULD DEVOUR THE BASILISK AND THE SPHINX AND THE OTHER BEASTS!!! THEY'RE EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE!" Prisoners panic, "YOU THINK I'M GONNA STICK AROUND AND GET EATEN, YOU IDIOT!I" "EHHH!I YOU'RE RUNNING!I AND SO FAST!!" "WELL THEN, LET'S PUT OUR HEARTS INTO IT!! LET'S SAVE STRAW-CHAN!!!" A massive wolf lunges with "ビュゥゥゥン!!"

The freezing floor's central tower cells are shown, covered in ice. A prisoner cries out, "UWAA--AAH!!!" while others cough and shiver: "COUGH!!" "ZEEH..." "ZEEH..." A sign reads "Freezing Floor, Central Tower Cells." Below, prisoners huddle in the snow. One asks, "ARE WE IN CHARGE OF SEEING HIM OFF!I" Another replies, "LOOKS LIKE WE GOT A GOOD ONE HERE." A massive prisoner in striped uniform groans, "HAA... HAA... AAA...!!" and "UUUH...!!!" as the group endures the extreme cold.

Luffy writhes on the frozen ground as poison courses through him, his body convulsing. "UUUHH...!!!" he groans while a massive striped Jailer Beast looms over him, drooling venom. "IT HURTS...!!!" the beast snarls. A stern woman's face appears in close-up, declaring, "YOU WILL BE BLOWN AWAY, UNABLE TO DO A THING. IT'S THE SAME AS AN ANT IN A STORM." Luffy's eyes widen in agony. "... NO!!!" he screams as the beast continues its assault. "YOUR EYES... ARE DONE FOR... CAN YOU STILL HEAR MEI STOP THAT, IT'S POINTLESS...!!! THERE'S NO WAY YOU'LL LIVE AFTER TAKING THAT MUCH POISON." The creature looms above the icy cavern. "JUST BE QUIET AND ACCEPT YOUR DEATH..." Luffy roars with all his remaining strength, "I WON'T DIE!!!" The beast strikes again with a massive "ZUUUN!!!" impact as Luffy is hurled backward.

Luffy struggles in the freezing water and ice, refusing to give up. "IN HERE, YOU LOOK OUT FOR YOURSELF...!!!! YOU GOT A FRIEND IN THESE CELLS...I RIDICULOUS. YOU CAN'T EVEN HELP YOURSELF... I... WON'T DIE!!! NOT UNTIL I SAVE ACE...!!! NOBODY'S COMING TO HELP YOU... EVERYONE HERE IS ALONE...!!!!" The massive Jailer Beast attacks relentlessly. "IF YOU WORRY ABOUT OTHERS, YOU LOSE YOUR LIFE. TO ESCAPE A MONSTER, USE THE GUY NEXT TO YOU AS BAIT TO SAVE YOURSELF. TO SURVIVE THE SEA OF FIRE, CLIMB OVER THOSE AROUND YOU." Luffy gasps for air. Nearby prisoners react in panic: "IT'S NOT A GUARD...!! AND IT'S NOT A WORKER... HEY, LOOK... SOMEONE'S COMING. HE'S NAKED...!I" The beast laughs, "FUFU...!!! HEARING THAT MAKES ME WANT TO PUKE...!!!! CRAP LIKE TRYING TO SAVE OTHER PEOPLE..." Luffy collapses, coughing heavily.

A towering figure bursts onto the scene through the icy mist, bloodied and dramatic. "I CAME TO HELP YOU... IN THE NAME... OF FRIENDSHIP!!!" the man declares with arms outstretched as dramatic sound effects explode around him. "STRAW-CHAN...!!!!" someone cries out. The figure stands powerfully, his coat emblazoned with a cross symbol. Onlookers react in shock: "HE'S COVERED IN BLOOD..." and "!I" The man continues, "... I'M SORRY... FOR RUNNING AWAY!!!" as smaller panels show the prisoners' terrified expressions and the figure's determined pose amid swirling clouds and impact lines.

A scarred man with a long coat stands amid the snow and declares, "I'VE SEEN A WEIRD MAN LEAVE OVER THERE..." as the group debates the abandoned guardhouse and the distant forest.
