Below, in a smoky stone prison corridor, prisoners lie defeated on the ground. A tall figure with a trident stands over them. I'LL NEVER FORGET THIS, YOU OKAMA...!!!!' and 'IT'S GREAT THAT THIS IS THE WARDEN'S RESPONSIBILITY, BUT I HATE BEING OUT-WITTED!!!'. A small figure walks in the background.

Magellan sweats heavily in the Warden's Office on Level 4 - Inferno Floor, shouting "OOOH - HHH~!! I USED TOO MUCH POISON!" as an alarm blares "ゴゴゴゴゴ!!" and someone cries "OHH!!". Below, guards on Level 2 - Demon Beast Floor discuss the situation: "THIS COULD BE BAD... BUT WE'RE STILL MISSING SOME KEYS." "YES, WE'VE PUSHED THE PRISONERS BACK INTO THEIR CELLS." A skull-faced guard growls "JUARA...". On Level 3 - Starvation Floor, Sadi-chan yells into a Den Den Mushi, "YES, MA'AM!!" while a guard reports "THE OKAMA PRISONER-MMM~♥ IS DEFINITELY ON THIS FLOOR!!" Another shouts "HURRY!! CAPTURE HIM ALIVE!!" as Minotaurus and chained guards charge forward. Sadi-chan reacts with shock: "WHAT DO YOU MEAN~ MMM~ YOU CAN'T FIND HIM!I ♥"

Bon Clay wakes up in a dazzling Newkama Land club filled with disco balls and cheering okamas. A massive "ドドーン" sound effect erupts as the crowd shouts "NEW KAMA CHEERS!!" and "WE WERE WATCHING YOU ON THE MONITORS. YOU HAD ONE INTERESTING JOURNEY!!" Someone offers, "YOU WERE OUT FOR A WHILE. WANNA DRINKI" Bon Clay stares in horror, bandaged and wide-eyed, thinking back: "AND I WAS SAVED BY STRAW-CHAN'S MYSTERIOUS POWER... THEN I PASSED OUT... AM I DREAMING!I OR DID I FREEZE TO DEATH AND GO TO... HEAVEN!I" Inazuma and others converse at a table: "HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!I CHILLING IN NORMAL CLOTHES, EATING FOOD AND DRINKING... IS THIS PARADISE!I" "REST ASSURED, THIS IS IMPEL DOWN." Bon Clay asks, "WHERE IS THIS!I WHERE'S STRAW-CHAN!I" as the group replies, "WE'VE GOT PLENTY OF FOOD!!"

Inazuma, in a fur-trimmed coat, explains to the bandaged Bon Clay: "TO PREVENT YOU TWO FROM FREEZING TO DEATH, I CARRIED YOU HERE...!!" "MY NAME IS INAZUMA. EXCUSE ME. ♥" Bon Clay jolts awake: "TEN HOURS!I WHAT ARE YOU SAYING!I WHO ARE YOU!!!I" Inazuma continues, "ABOUT TEN HOURS... YOU'RE AWAKEI YOU SLEPT WELL." On stage, Inazuma tells the crowd, "IT'S STARTING...!! CHECK OUT THE STAGE. OH...! THE LIGHTS ARE OUT." Bon Clay panics, "IS HE OKAY!I THE TWO OF US...!!! THEN IS STRAW-CHAN HERE!!!I WHERE IS HE!I" as guards and prisoners react. Inazuma says, "HE'LL TELL YOU EVERYTHING. GO TO THE FRONT." Bon Clay demands, "ARE YOU GUARDS!I WHERE ARE WE!I" while someone urges, "NOW CALM DOWN..."

Emporio Ivankov stands on the Newkama Land stage under spotlights, striking a pose as the crowd cheers. Ivankov declares, "FROM IMPEL DOWN'S SEWERS, YOU TAKE THE 'PATH THAT DOESN'T EXIST,' AND YOU ARRIVE... AT THE PRISONERS'... PARADISE!!!" while singing and playing guitar with "ジャララーン" notes. The crowd roars with raised fists while backup dancers in fishnets and bunny ears strike poses. Ivankov belts into the mic with wild energy, "AAHHHHH!!!! 'NEW KAMA LAND'!!!!" A small inset shows panicked prisoners yelling "KYAA, QUEEN IVA!!" and "WHAT'S WITH THIS PERVERT BRIGADE!!" Another panel has Ivankov looking faint, muttering "I'm feeling... anemic..." and "I upped the tension a bit much there..." before snapping back with a massive close-up, "I'M FINE!!!" The audience chants "YOU'RE TOTALLY FINE!!" and "YOU GOT US!!" BUT AFTER HE WENT TO THE KAMABAKKA KINGDOM..." before declaring "EMPORIO IVANKOV!!!" Ivankov panics as the man aims the cannon, yelling "THAT'S DANGEROUS!! IT'S DANGEROUS!!!" and "I'LL DIE IF YOU HIT ME WITH THAT... I..." while the attacker roars "I NEVER DREAMED I'D FIND YOU HERE!! I MAY HAVE FALLEN FROM GRACE, BUT I'LL HAVE MY REVENGE RIGHT NOW!!!"

Ivankov leaps forward shouting "I WON'T DIE!!!" as the massive prisoner swings his cannon arm with a huge impact "ズバァァァァ!!!" The attacker yells "YOU WON'T DIE!I YOU GOT ME YET AGAIN!" A close-up shows Ivankov's eye with the word "DEATH" as he prepares his counter. The prisoner sweats in terror, "AGA!! AGAGAGAGA... S... ST-ST-STOP!!! NOT THAT WEAPON!!!" Ivankov unleashes his technique with a dramatic wink, the sound effect "ピタァァァァ!!!" and the declaration "WINK"!!! while the prisoner screams "BUOH!!!" and the crowd reacts with "OOHHHH-" as the attack lands.
