A wide shot shows the massive destruction at Zousen-jima Shipyard Dock #1. The large mechanical structures and scaffolding are in ruins, with debris scattered everywhere. A large crowd of citizens and shipwrights has gathered to watch. In the crowd, Kiwi and Mozu look on, with one saying, "What a bother." The crowd cheers, "Good thing!! The shipyard was about to be destroyed... by Franky and those pirates!!" and "This is good!! The overseers are here!!!" Nami, standing in the crowd, looks relieved and smiles, thinking, "It's the carpenters from yesterday...!! They're on our side, right?!!"
Franky, standing tall on his long legs, addresses the Galley-La foremen: "Oh, oh... You boys from Galley-La. To interrupt other people's fights... It's not nice you know?" Paulie, smoking his cigar, retorts, "It's not your place to say such things. We'd have come to stop you anyhow if you were messing with our company this much." Franky yells angrily, "WOAH!!! Paulie leaps into action, shouting, "If you're going to bluff... I'll just have to tie you up!!!" He swings his ropes with a "SWISH". Luffy is caught off guard as the ropes wrap tightly around his arms and torso. Paulie yells, "ROPE ACTION HALF KNOT!!!" Luffy screams in pain, "WEH!!! OW... OUW...!!! AH... WAH!!!" Paulie then violently yanks the ropes, launching Luffy into the air with a powerful "AIR DRIVE!!!" Luffy is sent flying backward with a massive crash.

THEY SHOT ICEBERG-SAN!!! WE CAN'T FORGIVE THEM...!!!" The shipwrights behind him roar in agreement.
