Luffy vs. Franky

From a high vantage point overlooking a town square, Straw Hat Luffy stands with his back to the viewer beside Nami as a large fish-man-like figure and other bystanders react in shock. A voice exclaims "STRAW HAT LUFFY!I" while another says "SO YOU'RE..." Large impact symbols and motion lines fill the air. In the lower panel a close-up reveals Franky glaring furiously, sweat flying, as he growls "YOU SURE MADE A BIG MESS, LITTLE GUY.....!!!!" and adds "WHILE I WAS AWAY..."

Franky continues his furious rant, arms outstretched: "MY HOUSE WAS COMPLETELY DEMOLISHED!!" "MY MEN WERE BEATEN UP, TOO..." "WHEN I CAME BACK, I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I SAW..." His face twists in rage as he clutches his head, shouting "THIS RAGE WON'T SUBSIDE!!!" "I CAN'T STAND IT! I PROBABLY WON'T BE ABLE TO STOP FOR A WEEK! UNTIL I TURN YOU INTO A BEAT-UP RAG DOLL..." Nami reacts in the next panels, hands on her head, yelling "WHAT DID YOU DO WITH OUR MONEY!I OUR 200 MILLION!!!" "WAIT A MINUTE!!!" while Luffy's silhouette appears below. She demands "WHERE DID YOU STEAL THAT MONEY FROMI DON'T THINK YOU CAN JUST DEMAND YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN YOU'RE A PIRATE!!!" as Luffy replies "I ALREADY SPENT EVERY PENNY!!!" and "AHI THAT..."

Luffy leans forward with a fierce grin, declaring "I WON'T STOP UNTIL I SEND YOU FLYING FAR AWAY WITH A KICK!!!" and "THE MONEY DOESN'T MATTER!!" Below, a wide view of the town square shows Franky rampaging as bystanders flee. Voices cry "WAAAH!! RUN AWAY!!!" "FRANKY IS GOING BERSERK!!" and "I'M THE ONE WHO WON'T STOP UNTIL I'VE KICKED YOUR ASS, BASTARD!!!" In the bottom panels Nami looks worried, asking "WHAT IS HE DOINGI" Luffy shouts "HEY!! GET DOWN HERE!!!" while Franky, now in a different outfit, charges forward with a determined expression amid swirling dust and impact lines.

A massive explosion erupts in the sky with thick smoke and debris flying outward. A figure is hurled through the air amid the blast. Below, on a large ship-like structure, Luffy stares upward in shock with wide eyes and gritted teeth, shouting "WAAH!!!" as smoke billows from the impact zone. Crew members on the deck react with alarm, some covering their heads while others look up at the chaos.

A tall spiky-haired man exhales fire while puffing smoke, declaring "PUFF PUFF" and "AMAZING ABOUT FIRE BREATHING!I" Nearby, Luffy and Nami react in surprise. Luffy yells "WHAT'S SO..." while Nami shouts "WHAT IS HE!I" and "HE'S BREATHING FIRE!!!" The man leaps high into the air with dramatic motion lines. Luffy and Nami continue speculating: "WHAT KIND OF FRUIT DOES THAT!I" and "MAYBE HE HAS A DEVIL FRUIT POWER...!!!" From the water below, voices call out "MAYBE HE SLIPPED!! HE MUST HAVE THE DEVIL FRUIT POWER OF FIRE BREATH!!" and "HE JUMPED INTO THE WATER!! IF HE ATE A DEVIL FRUIT, HE'LL DROWN!" as the man plunges downward with a large splash.

Luffy stares in disbelief, exclaiming "HE CAN SWIM!!!" as the spiky-haired man plummets. Multiple characters tumble through the air with cries of "AH!!!" and "WHAAAT!!!I" The man lands dramatically and shouts "I DIDN'T EAT ANY DEVIL FRUIT!!!" while Luffy yells "ANY DEVIL FRUIT!!!" A close-up shows the man declaring "I'VE HEARD ABOUT YOUR ABILITY..." Luffy responds with a determined grin, stretching his arm as he activates his power: "GOMU GOMU..." The man prepares a counterattack with heavy impact effects.

Franky launches his signature attack, extending his right arm with a powerful punch labeled "STRONG RIGHT!!!" Outside, a crowd panics: "WE MUST NOT LET THEM ESCAPE WATER SEVEN!!!" "SPREAD THE WORD, AND LET'S ROUND UP THESE CRIMINALS!!!" "ICEBERG-SAN HAS DISCOVERED WHO THE ATTACKERS ARE!!" "SO, WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE WHO ATTACKED ICEBERG-SAN!I" A large wanted poster unfurls dramatically, reading "WANTED PIRATES!! THE STRAW HAT PIRATES!!" showing portraits of Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, and Nico Robin.

In a grand hall, Tilestone stands on a table shouting "WU AAA AAH!!!" and "WU~..." while debris flies. People react in alarm. Luffy bursts through the double doors, kicking them open, yelling "HEY!!! SOMETHING BAD'S HAPPENED!!!" Tilestone bellows "YOU'RE TOO LOUD, TILESTON!!!" and "MIND YOUR MANNERS! BE QUIET!!!" Luffy charges forward with a huge grin, arms outstretched, shouting "YOU'RE AWAKE, THAT'S GREAT!!! WUOOOOO!!!" and "AH! ICEBERG-SAN!!" A sign identifies "DOCK 1 CHIEF MECHANIC OF SAIL PRODUCTION TILESTON".

Inside a room, a large man lies sprawled on the floor after crashing through, shouting "BE QUIET, DAMN IT!!!" as another voice cries "OH!!! MY BAD!!!" and "ICEBERG-SAN IS STILL SICK!!!". Nearby, Galley-La workers react in panic: one yells "IS FIGHTING WITH FRANKY, AND THEY'RE BREAKING EVERYTHING IN THE SHIPYARD!!!", another adds "RIGHT NOW, AT DOCK 1... THE STRAW HAT PIRATE THAT WAS THERE YESTERDAY...", while a third warns "TALK OVER THERE. DON'T COME ANY CLOSER!" and "BY THE WAY, BAD NEWS!!!" with a loud "WUU OOO OOO!!!". In Iceberg's bedroom, workers stand shocked as one demands "HOW DARE HE JUST BARGE IN THERE AND...", another murmurs ".....", and voices call out "ICEBERG-SAN....!" and "THE STRAW HAT...!I" with a startled "!I".

A bandaged man with a serious expression wonders aloud "IF THAT'S SO... HAVE THEY TEAMED UP WITH THE GOVERNMENTI" and "OR DO THEY WANT IT FOR THEMSELVES...I", while another voice replies "I DOUBT IT HAS TO DO ANYTHING WITH YESTERDAY..." and "MAYBE THEIR GOAL IS THAT THING...". In Iceberg's room, a woman with glasses says "RIGHT BESIDE YOU..." and "PLEASE REST, ICEBERG-SAN...", as Iceberg answers "I'LL STAY HERE..." with a quiet ".....". Suddenly a massive crash erupts outside with the huge SFX "ギャラギャラギャシャーン!!!" as "THE SHIP CRASHED!!!" and screams of "AAAAH!!" and "WUU AAAH!!" fill the air. Workers shout "STOP IT!!! STOP FIGHTING!!!" and "WATCH OUT!!! IT'S GOING TO FALL!!!" while debris flies everywhere.

Franky Family members cheer "ROCK 'N' ROLL!!!" and "BIG BROTHER!!" while yelling "SEND THAT SEAWATER PANTY-WEARING PERV FLYING!!!". Luffy appears mid-air shouting "LUFFY ----!!!". In the ruined shipyard, a massive figure looms with "HEH... HEH..." as Luffy dodges debris. The giant taunts "YOUR ATTACKS ARE COMPLETELY USELESS AGAINST ME!!!" while laughing "WAHAHA HAHA!! LET'S SEE YOU TRY IT!!". Luffy retorts "KICK YOU REALLY FAR AWAY!!" and declares "I'M GOING TO..." amid flying rubble and impact lines.

Luffy leaps back as a mechanical arm extends with the SFX "ピュルルルル" and a close-up of the weapon labeled "KATSA". The giant Franky yells "WEAPON LEFT!!!" while firing. A powerful blast erupts with the large SFX "ギャアアアア" sending Luffy flying. In close combat, a whip-like strike lands with "WHIP!!" as Luffy stretches his arm and shouts "GOMU GOMU..." during the intense exchange of blows.

Luffy is hurled through the air amid shattering wood and debris as a massive impact sends him crashing. "WAH!!!" he yells. Close-up, his face twists in shock: "HUH!I" and "!!I". The scene explodes with "ドカン!!" and "ガシャン" as he smashes into a structure. Onlookers including a shocked curly-haired man and others gape in horror. A huge foot descends as Luffy lies amid wreckage. A close-up shows a stern face with "!". "WHO DID THAT!I" someone demands. Below, a wide-eyed girl with dark hair sweats and gasps "AH..." as impact lines and "ガシャン" mark the violent landing.

Luffy stares in surprise, a question mark floating near his head. "GALLEY-LA...! WHAT DO YOU WANT!I" he blurts. The panel widens to reveal four imposing figures standing before him. "STRAW HAT!!!!" one shouts. A tall man in a top hat glares while a massive shirtless man with a pompadour and "FRANKY" tattoo demands, "WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO HERE...!!!" Another figure adds, "MAKING SUCH A BIG MESS...". Onlookers cheer wildly: "WOW!!! IT'S THE CHIEF MECHANICS OF DOCK 1!!!" A sign reads "PIRATES VS. DISMANTLERS VS. SHIPWRIGHTS! A THREE SIDED FIGHT!".
