HEAVEN'S JUDGEMENT

In full color, the Straw Hat Pirates relax on the same rocky cliff. Nico Robin sits on the left in a red top and blue jeans. Monkey D. Luffy waves excitedly from the center. Tony Tony Chopper stands nearby. Usopp sketches a bird on the right, wearing a yellow hat and tank top. A vivid red bird with outstretched wings soars overhead. The title "yo-ho! ONE PIECE." appears in green at the top.

Luffy stares in shock, sweat flying, as bold text declares "IN THE PLACE THAT NO ONE SHOULD EVER SET FOOT INI" A speech bubble exclaims "GOD IS THERE!!!" Below, Luffy reacts with wide eyes and a grin while a small winged creature clings to him. A masked figure shouts "HAH!!!" and a winged girl looks alarmed. Dialogue reads: "LUFFY!!!" "HEY, LUFFY! WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT RIGHT NOW!I YOU JUST HEARD WHAT SHE SAID, RIGHT!!!I" "OH, REALLY----- THERE'S A PLACE THAT NOBODY MAY ENTERI" "YES, THIS IS 'GOD LAND,' AND IT IS RULED BY THE ALMIGHTY GOD ENEL." In the lower panel the crew watches Luffy from behind as he stands determined, thinking "I SEE... A PLACE THAT NOBODY MAY ENTER...I" Someone notes "HE'S GOING FOR SURE..."

At the table the crew debates breaking the rules. "He'll go even though he knows he won't be forgiven...I" "...ReallyI Oh well, it doesn't matter." "Ah... but breaking the rule set by God is disrespecting God..." "HuhI But even though it's forbidden, God will forgive us, rightI He's really nice, rightI" Nami's group worries about her safety. "...Actually, we don't know for sure if she really went there, so please don't act recklessly..." "If we anger God Enel, this will become very problematic..." Luffy jumps up excitedly. A desperate voice cries from the trees. "PLEASE HELP ME!" "HAH..." "HAH" "HAH" "HAH" "TAN!!!" The attacker strikes repeatedly. "HELP!" "HAH" "HAH" A cloaked figure looms over the victim. "HEH..." The beaten man collapses. "!!!I" "HAH" "HAH" "HAH" "HAH" "HAH" "PIEHHHH~~~!!!"

The victim is hurled through the air. "WAH!!!" "ガシャ" "ガシャ ガシャ" A massive wolf-like beast lunges forward. "WOOOF!!" "WAAAH!!" "オオオオ" The creature snaps its jaws. "HEH..." "OHI" The attacker watches the impact. "ガシャ ガシャ"

A massive winged beast with a rider dives through the sky as a small figure flees below. The creature lunges forward with open jaws while the rider shouts "BAGU...!!!". The horned priest-like figure on the beast snarls, "YOU BASTARD...", as the beast snaps its beak and the small figure tumbles. The rider laughs "HAHA... HAWA HAWA H..." while the beast crashes down with impact sounds "ドンッ" and "バン". The small figure yells "GIVE IT UP!!" as the beast pursues relentlessly, the rider continuing "HAHA HAHA...!!" amid motion lines and debris.

A grinning figure in a bowler hat and goggles declares "THIS GUY IS MINE!!" and "YOU SHOULD GIVE UP, TOO!!" while a large round-bodied fighter with a chain belt retorts "SAME TO YOU!!" and "DON'T INTERFERE!!" with a laugh "HOHOH!!". The bowler-hatted man clashes violently with the round fighter amid impact effects "ゴゴゴ" and "ポーン". Below, the horned priest stares in shock "!!!I" as the bowler-hatted man is sent flying backward. In the distance the small figure and the winged beast continue their struggle on the clouds.

A massive explosion erupts across the clouds with the sound "ドンッ". The horned priest on the winged beast recoils in surprise "!!!I". Far below, a small boat drifts on the sea of clouds as a voice calls "ZAU...". A woman with a headband stares in shock, eyes wide, while the bowler-hatted man lies sprawled on the ground nearby. Smoke and debris fill the air as the blast expands.

The woman with the headband reacts in alarm "WHATI WHATII" as a spiky-haired man beside her looks on tensely. In the distance a figure falls with the sound "ドサ...". The spiky-haired man pleads desperately "I'LL DO ANYTHING TO REPAY YOU..." while the woman begs "HEY...!! PLEASE HELP ME!! LET ME RIDE...!!...HAH..." and "ON YOUR BOAT...!! LET ME GET ON...!! I BEG OF YOU!!!". The spiky-haired man refuses "I DON'T KNOW...!!" and "'LET ME RIDE'...BUT THERE'S ONLY ONE SEAT...!! WOULD HE FITI". Elsewhere the bowler-hatted man sits up startled "EH!I" as a masked figure appears with the sound "ガタ" and a voice questions "...EHII" before someone shouts "WAH!!!".

A massive explosion tears through the towering forest of Upper Yard, sending clouds of debris and smoke billowing outward as trees splinter and rocks shatter. The blast echoes violently across the cloudy landscape. In the aftermath, two figures react in horror at the base of the destruction. One masked fighter with a headband, drenched in sweat and gasping for breath, stares upward and shouts, "DAMN...!! IS IT ENEL!I" Beside him, a wide-eyed companion cries out, "HOW DARE YOU DO THAT TO THE 'VARTH'....!!" The masked man pants heavily, "...HAH...HAH"

High above the clouds, a spiky-haired warrior wielding a massive bladed weapon swings violently through the air amid flying debris and impact lines. "KUH!!" he grunts from the force. Far below, a tiny distant figure flees across the clouds with frantic motion lines, "HAAH HAAH". In the lower panels, a girl with short hair urgently calls out, "GET A WATER DIAL!!" and "EXTINGUISH THE FIRE!!" She appears close-up, sweating and breathing heavily, "HAH... HAH..."

In the dense, rocky forest, several figures stand among the trees. A dog-like creature barks, "WOOF!! WOOF!!" while voices discuss the earlier scene: "HEY, TELL THAT DOG TO SHUT IT UP!", "THAT GUY WAS BEGGING FOR HIS LIFE, RIGHT!I", "HUHU...", and "...I THINK THAT GUY WAS TALKING TO SOMEBODY...I" "IT WAS WITH THE GUERILLA THAT GOT AWAY JUST NOW." Deeper in the woods, a winged figure stands with a small creature as voices note, "TIME WAS UP, PROBABLY." and "--BUT WHAT WAS ENEL-SAMA THINKINGI WHY DID HE DO IT HIMSELF...I" A spiky-haired figure from behind receives a report: "WE RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM AMAZON. IT SEEMS SEVEN CITIZENS OF BLUE SEA CAME UP ON A SHIP." "THE NEXT GROUP OF ILLEGAL TRESPASSERS HAS ALREADY ENTERED THIS COUNTRY."

A close-up shows the short-haired girl reacting with shock as a small winged bear-like creature clings to her head, exclaiming about the entry fee. Speech bubbles read, "IS IT BECAUSE WE DIDN'T PAY THE ENTRY FEEI...NO WAY...!!!!", "EACH PERSON MUST PAY A 1 BILLION (EXTOL) ENTRANCE FEE!!", and "'ILLEGAL TRESPASSERS'!!!I" Nearby, she questions, "SEVEN CITIZENS OF BLUE SEA... Captain McKinley of the Skypiea Police White Beret Division stands tall in the center of Lovely Street on Angel Island, raising his hand in salute as he shouts orders. "ZUBI" "HESO!!!" "SQUAD, SALUTE!!" "EVERYONE, HESO!!" Behind him, his squad of White Berets mirrors the salute with "ズゴビ!!" and "ビ!!" A large sign identifies him: "SKYPIEA POLICE 'WHITE BERET DIVISION' CAPTAIN MCKINLEY". Onlookers react with surprise: "DID SOMETHING HAPPENI" "IT'S THE WHITE BERETS." McKinley continues his announcement: "TODAY, SEVERAL ILLEGAL TRESPASSERS ENTERED FROM ANGEL BEACH!!!" "EVERYONE BE CAREFUL!!" In a close-up, he yells fiercely, "RIGHT NOW, WE WHITE BERETS ARE SEARCHING FOR THEM!!!" with a massive "どん！" sound effect dominating the bottom of the page.

A girl with short hair races across the clouds, thinking "I GOTTA HURRY AND WARN EVERYONE!" while glancing back at motion lines and a voice noting "THIS IS BAD....!!" Below, townspeople spot a suspicious ship and shout "THAT SUSPICIOUS LOOKING SHIP!! STOP RIGHT THERE!!" "EHI" "OHI" "MISTER, WHAT'S THATI" On the shore, a man in a hat calls out "HEY LUFFY, LET'S GO. GET ABOARD!" while another figure replies "I DON'T KNOW. I CANNOT GIVE YOU AN ANSWER UNTIL I OPEN IT UP..." and asks "CAN YOU FIX ITI" A small panel shows the comment "THIS IS REALLY OLD!" In a large close-up, Luffy stares forward with wide eyes and sweat drops, asking "WHO ARE..." "THOSE GUYSI"
