The crowd erupts into wild cheers of "GOAL!!! GOAL!!" as the giant Big Pan lies defeated on his back in the middle of the field, dust billowing around him. In the stands, Robin smiles warmly and says, "THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!" Next to her, Usopp and Luffy have their mouths wide open in ecstatic screaming. Usopp yells, "AWESOME! THEY WON!!" Meanwhile, Foxy is absolutely devastated. He screams in agony, tears streaming down his face, "IYAN~~ YOU CAN'T TAKE MY CHOPPY~~!!" and "DODO--- DANJI--- GOOD JOB---!!!". A close-up shows Foxy's face contorted in shock and despair as he wails, "GABAA--!!" and "GAA!!".

The Foxy Pirates are in an uproar over the match's conclusion. Some are crying tears of joy at the display of strength, shouting, "COOL! THEY'RE SO COOL!!" and "I'M SO TOUCHED! I'M GONNA CRY!" while others angrily reprimand them, "IDIOTS! DON'T PRAISE THEM!!" and "THAT WAS AMAZING! THOSE PUNKS ARE STRONG!!". Foxy, still reeling, mutters in disbelief, "IMBECILES... HOW DID IT END LIKE THIS!?". He then looks confused, uttering a small "AH...". Nearby, Nami has approached the referee, who is just waking up with a bump on his head. She points a finger gun at him and says cheerfully, "MR. REFEREE, YOU'RE AWAKE!! BLOW THE WHISTLE!". The referee, sweating nervously, realizes his duty: "AH! THAT'S RIGHT. I ALMOST FORGOT! The announcer, Itomimizu, speaks excitedly into his microphone, "AND WINNING THE ROUND...!! DEFEATING THE ALMIGHTY GROGGY MONSTER, IN DAVY BACK FIGHT, ROUND 2,". Nami waves happily to the cheering crowd, saying, "THANK YOU~~". Foxy looks on in stunned silence, uttering a confused "HUH?". A large splash panel shows Sanji and Zoro standing victorious on the battlefield. Sanji is casually adjusting his tie, looking cool and collected, while Zoro stands slightly behind him. The crowd's cheers fill the air as Itomimizu shouts the final verdict: "CONGRATULATIONS!! IT'S TEAM STRAW HAT!".

I KNEW HE WOULD PICK ME!". Luffy points his finger decisively and declares, "OF COURSE I'LL CHOOSE HIM!".

SHE IS PURE EVIL AND TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!".

The Foxy Pirates continue their angry protests against Nami's idea. "THROUGHOUT DECADES OF THE DAVY BACK FIGHT HISTORY, MANY PEOPLE THOUGHT OF SUCH A TRICK, BUT... NOBODY EVER PUT SUCH DISHONOR INTO ACTION!" "NO!" "I'M SURE EVERYONE HERE WOULD AGREE WITH ME! THE 3RD FIGHT SHOULD BE FOUGHT HONORABLY, NOT AVOIDED COWARDLY!" "NO!". Sanji furiously defends Nami, yelling at the crowd, "HOW DARE YOU TALK DOWN ON MY NAMI-CHAN!". The insults keep coming: "SHAMELESS!!" "SCUM!!" "THIS IS STUPID!!" "CHEAP ASS!!". Itomimizu nervously regains control of the announcement. "UH... IN ANY CASE, THE CHOICE IS THE CAPTAIN'S ALONE." The Foxy Pirates wait in suspense. "I GUESS, HE'LL CHOOSE ME AFTER ALL." "MUST... STAY CALM AND... BE... COOL..." "IT'S ME FOR SURE." "LET'S SEE WHO HE WILL CHOOSE?" "ONLY THEIR CAPTAIN, MONKEY D. LUFFY SHALL DECIDE!". The Straw Hats stand together. Nami says, "ACTUALLY, NAMI, IF WE DO AS YOU SAID, WE WILL CERTAINLY GET AN EASY WIN. HOWEVER, I DON'T WANT THAT SPLIT-HEAD TRAVELING WITH ME." Sanji, Luffy, Usopp, and Zoro all shake their heads in unison, agreeing completely. "YEAH. WE DON'T NEED THAT KIND OF TRASH." Foxy, hearing this, is utterly shocked and insulted. Luffy then takes a deep breath and screams at the top of his lungs, "CHOPPER!! COME BACK!!". Foxy bursts into tears, crying out "WUOKAY!!!".

Chopper runs towards Luffy, tears streaming down his face. "WAAAAAAH!! THANKS FOR SAVING ME!!!" Luffy laughs warmly. Zoro remarks, "STOP CRYING. IT'S NOT LIKE ZORO AND SANJI COULD'VE LOST." In the background, Porche is crying over losing Chopper, "NO~~~ CHOPPY~~~!!!". Meanwhile, Foxy is on his hands and knees, completely depressed and surrounded by a gloomy aura. His crewmates worry about him. "OH NO! BOSS' GENTLE HEART IS SHATTERED AGAIN!!! HE HAS COMPLETELY CRUMBLED!!" "THE PAIN..." "THEY BLUNTLY SAID THAT THEY DON'T WANT BOSS!!" "BOSS, DON'T BE SAD. WE WANT YOU!". Suddenly, Foxy stands up, his demeanor changing to one of serious determination. "YES, THIS IS WHERE I BELONG... STOP THAT BULLSHIT. FIGHT ALREADY." His crew cheers enthusiastically. "BOSS!!" "BOSS, TEACH THEM A LESSON IN ROUND 3!!" "YEAH! WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!!". Foxy looks at them, touched. "YOU GUYS...".

Foxy regains his confidence, a wide grin spreading across his face. "FUEH! LISTEN, YOU! NO ONE... CAN WIN AGAINST ME IN BATTLE FOR ROUND 3!!". He laughs his signature laugh, "FUEHEHEH...", and continues his taunt. "BESIDES, THE CREWMEMBER YOU LOSE IN THE FINAL ROUND CAN'T BE WON BACK. ALL OF YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED... TO BECOME ONE OF US PERMANENTLY!". Luffy glares back fiercely and shouts, "I WON'T LOSE TO YOU!!". Foxy adds a warning, "THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENCES... BETWEEN A NORMAL BATTLE AND A GAME BATTLE." The Straw Hats—Usopp, Sanji, Robin, Nami, Chopper, and Zoro—all look on with serious, tense expressions, realizing the stakes of the final match.

Itomimizu's voice booms over the stadium. "THE 2ND ROUND ENDED WITH AN UNEXPECTED... LOSS FOR THE GROGGY MONSTERS. THE TWO TEAMS ARE NOW TIED!". The crowd goes wild, cheering and raising their fists. "COMING UP IS THE THIRD AND FINAL ROUND OF THE DAVY BACK FIGHT THAT WILL DECIDE EVERYTHING!! THE GAME TYPE IS THE CROWD FAVORITE... THE MOST EAGERLY ANTICIPATED... BATTLE ROUND!!!". Itomimizu is hyped up. "I CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER!! START THE FIGHT!!!". Zoro, looking battered but focused, says, "FIRST, WE WILL PICK THE BATTLE FIELD...". Usopp, standing next to him, asks in surprise, "WE GET TO PICK BATTLE FIELD?".

Luffy and Foxy are shown pushing a large, rotating platform with a cannon mounted on it. Itomimizu explains, "WITH THE FIELD-CHOOSER CANNON! BOTH PLAYERS WILL NOW SPIN THE CANNON! AND THEN...". The platform spins rapidly. "WHEN THE CANNON COMES TO A HALT NATURALLY...". The cannon slowly stops, pointing directly at the Foxy Pirates' massive ship. Usopp immediately protests, pointing and yelling, "HOLD ON! THAT DOESN'T LOOK NATURAL AT ALL!!!". The cannon fires with a loud "BOOM!!", and the cannonball arcs through the air, landing squarely on the deck of the Foxy Pirates' ship. Itomimizu announces, "THE FIELD CHOSEN WITH THE CANNON IS COINCIDENTALLY THE SHIP OF THE FOXY PIRATES!!". Usopp is furious, screaming, "COINCIDENTAL? YEAH RIGHT! CHEATERS!!". Zoro, standing calmly beside him, says, "IT DOESN'T MATTER. STOP WHINING."

A diagram illustrates the chosen battlefield on the ship. Itomimizu explains, "ALRIGHT! NOW THE BATTLEFIELD IS CHOSEN. IT'S TIME TO EXPLAIN THE RULES! THE ACTUAL FIELD IS THE AREA WITHIN 50M RADIUS OF WHERE THE CANNONBALL LANDED." Foxy grins wickedly, "SO THAT'S A CIRCULAR FIELD, 100 METERS IN DIAMETER! YOU MAY USE ANY WEAPON ON THE SHIP." Luffy smiles confidently, ready for the challenge. "ASIDE FROM THE CONTESTANTS, NO OTHER PERSON IS ALLOWED ON THE FIELD." Itomimizu concludes the rules: "THE FIRST PERSON TO KICK THE OPPONENT OUT OF THE FIELD WINS! THAT'S ALL!! BY THE WAY, THE SPACES ABOVE AND UNDER THE CIRCLE ARE PART OF THE FIELD." MAKE SURE YOU GET SOMETHING TO COMMEMORATE THIS EXCITING EVENT!". Nami, annoyed by the delay, yells, "WE DON'T NEED THAT TRASH! START THE GAME ALREADY!". Meanwhile, Chopper is carefully bandaging Zoro and Sanji's injuries from the previous round. "THANKS A TON! YOU TWO WERE SO COOL~!" Chopper praises them. Sanji laughs, "HAHAHA, YOU KICKED THEIR BUTTS BIG TIME!". Zoro smirks and replies, "I GUESS I DID SINGLE-HANDEDLY...".

Sanji is instantly enraged by Zoro's comment. "WHAT DID YOU SAY!? 'SINGLE-HANDEDLY?'" he yells, getting in Zoro's face. Nami quickly intervenes, shouting, "STOP IT RIGHT THERE! SOMEONE IS CALLING FOR LUFFY." A Foxy pirate approaches Nami, Usopp, and Luffy, offering them merchandise. "THANK YOU. HERE ARE YOUR SPECIAL FOXY PINS..." Nami angrily rejects it, "DON'T BUY THAT TRASH!". The pirate informs them, "CONTESTANTS NEED TO GO TO THE REST AREA." Luffy points to himself, "THAT'S ME!". HARDER, BOAR! GET HIM, SLIM!" they shout to encourage him. A wide, dramatic shot shows the massive Foxy Pirates' ship, the Sexy Foxy, serving as the arena. The crowd's cheers echo around it. Itomimizu announces, "THE PREPARATIONS ARE COMPLETE!! IT'S THE BATTLE ROUND! THE FIGHT WILL START SOON! THE MOST EXCITING EVENT OF THE DAY IS STARTING!".

Chopper looks up in alarm, noticing a change in the atmosphere. "EH? THE SKY TURNED DARK. IT'S FILLED WITH BLACK SMOKE!!" he says. Nami calls out, "NAMI~ ROBIN~ THERE ARE SEATS HERE!". Itomimizu begins the grand introductions. "THE TWO FIGHTERS OF THE FINAL ROUND... ARE THE CORRESPONDING CAPTAINS!!". Large wanted posters of Luffy and Foxy are displayed side-by-side. Luffy's poster shows his bounty of 100,000,000 Berries, while Foxy's shows 24,000,000 Berries. Itomimizu continues, "ON THE LEFT... HE'S THE RETURNING CHAMPION... WITH A RECORD OF 920 STRAIGHT WINS!! HE IS THE CAPTAIN OF THE FOXY PIRATES!!". Foxy is shown first in a dramatic silhouette, then striking a confident pose as the crowd roars.

Foxy leaps into the air, striking a dynamic and flamboyant pose. He is wearing large, black boxing gloves. The crowd goes absolutely wild, cheering and screaming for their captain. "BOSS!!" "OUR BOSS..." "FOXY THE SILVER FOX!!". The excitement is palpable as they shout, "BOSS!!" and "TAKE HIM DOWN IN ONE SECOND!!". Itomimizu continues his introduction for the opposing fighter. "ON THE RIGHT... THE CAPTAIN OF THE SMALL BUT... FEROCIOUS TEAM OF PIRATES...".

Itomimizu builds up the hype for the challenger. "WITH AN AMAZING BOUNTY OF 100 MILLION BERI... HE IS... KNOWN AS THE STRAW HAT KIDDO...". Suddenly, Luffy bursts onto the scene in a bizarre outfit. He is wearing a massive afro wig, boxing gloves, and has a large skull and crossbones painted on his bare chest. He yells fiercely, "WAAH!!". Usopp, acting as his coach, is dressed in a fake mustache, sunglasses, and a towel around his neck. Usopp encourages him, "IF YOU LOOK LIKE THIS, YOUR PUNCH WILL BECOME STRONGER! FIGHT HARD, KID!!". Nami looks on in utter disbelief, asking, "REALLY, USOPP?". Itomimizu finishes the introduction, "HE IS MONKEY... D... LUFFY!!!". Sanji and Chopper are completely mesmerized by Luffy's new look, stars in their eyes as they cheer, "LUFFY! YOU'RE SO COOL!!!". Nami, still confused, asks, "WHO'S THAT?". Itomimizu declares, "DAVY BACK FIGHT, FINAL ROUND... BATTLE START!!". A text box reads: "THE HEAVY WEIGHT YET COMICAL DUEL!!".
