The Most Dangerous Man

Outside Punk Hazard, the damaged tanker burns and smokes in the water while pieces rattle loose around the battlefield. THERE'S PROBABLY GAS WAITING FOR US AT THE EXIT." Another worries, "EH!? AS IF WE WOULD JUST HAPPEN TO HAVE SUCH A SPECIALIZED ABILITY USER HERE WITH US!!" Then Nami steps forward and answers, "AH... I CAN DO THAT." The group spots hope: "YOU CAN!!?" and "AH!! I CAN SEE THE EXIT!!!"

The chapter closes by widening the threat beyond Punk Hazard. At Dressrosa, Doflamingo learns something is wrong. His people report, "YOUNG MASTER..." and he asks, "IS HE NOT THERE!?" They answer, "HE SHOULD BE UP ON THE FOURTH FLOOR," but then, "HE WASN'T THERE. AND THE WINDOW WAS OPEN." Someone concludes, "HE'S GONE OUT ALONE, AGAIN." At sea, witnesses notice that Punk Hazard did not explode: "I MEAN... IF THERE HASN'T BEEN A MASSIVE EXPLOSION ON THAT ISLAND... BUT EVERYTHING'S STILL ALRIGHT THERE?" and, "THE TRUTH IS... SOME SORT OF IRON SOLDIER IS GETTING IN OUR WAY...!!" Doflamingo decides to handle it himself: "I'LL LEAVE IT TO YOU TWO TO TAKE CARE OF THAT NUISANCE...!!" Then the most dangerous man launches across the sea with a black, predatory grin and declares, "I'M ON MY WAY."
