The palace erupts as Trebol unexpectedly goes up in flames, massive fireballs and smoke billowing outward with repeated "FWOOM" impacts and debris scattering across the rocky terrain. "HUGE FLAMES ARE RISING UP FROM THE PALACE!" a voice cries. Close-ups show a scarred man glaring fiercely and a black-haired man clenching his teeth. Below, a group of allies reacts in alarm: a bearded man shouts "I HOPE HE'S OKAY! ISN'T THERE ANYTHING WE CAN DOI", a woman in a patterned dress yells "LUFFY-LAND!", another woman cries "LUFFY! DOFLA-MINGO!", while a bear-like figure and a young girl with a flower in her hair stare upward in shock.

A goggled woman declares "EVEN ONE WHO HOLDS THE SAME TITLE OF 'OUKA SHICHIBUKAI,' AS DOFLAMINGO DOES..." while the scarred man replies "NO... IT'S BEST IF WE DON'T... STICK OUR HEADS IN!" and adds "YES. TO BE HONEST, I THINK WE'D PROBABLY JUST BE A HINDRANCE..." She points sharply and shouts "LOOK!" Smaller panels capture shocked faces. The view widens to reveal Trafalgar Law battered and bound amid rubble as the scarred man exclaims "TRAFALGAR LAW... HAS BEEN REDUCED TO THAT!" Luffy bursts forward in a dynamic pose, yelling "LAW-LAND!" with flames and debris exploding around them.

Luffy, bloodied and determined, thanks someone off-panel: "THANKS! THIS'LL BE A BIG HELP! TRAFFY'S ALREADY DONE..." Robin's voice calls "ROBIN!" Luffy then shouts "LUFFY! BRING TRAFFY-KUN DOWN HERE!" The goggled woman gasps "OH MY! HIS ARM!" as a blade slices through the air with "3" and impact SFX. Below, a massive spiderweb-like net erupts from the palace with the huge onomatopoeia "ばっ" and "すっ!!" A woman in a black dress shields herself as the structure is engulfed. "SPIDER NET!" is labeled across the scene.

Doflamingo points forward, declaring "HE ISN'T OUT OF THE RING YET!" and warns "DON'T PRESUME YOU CAN STEP IN ON OUR BATTLE! THAT FOOL STILL DRAWS BREATH! NICO ROBIN!" A close-up shows him sneering. Below, he is struck and yells "DOFLA-MINGO!" as SFX "BANG BANG BANG" ring out. He unleashes a powerful counterattack labeled "BULLET STRING!" and "HAWK WHIP!" with explosive impact lines, feathers, and debris flying. A small figure is sent flying amid the chaos.

Rebecca snaps at Luffy, "YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YOU STILL HAVEN'T FINISHED THIS THING UP YET, STRAW HAT!I" Luffy replies sheepishly, "I FELL ASLEEP!" Rebecca cries out, "CABBAGE-KUN!"

Cavendish glares and offers, "ALLOW ME TO ASSIST..." Rebecca protests, "DON'T BE SILLY! I'VE JUST LOCKED EYES WITH DOFLAMINGO..." Cavendish declares his plan: "ENTRUST FAITH → CHARISMA → POPULARITY → STRAW HAT'S. MY. FAN!I" He shouts, "I'M ENTRUSTING THE OTHERS TO YOU!" Luffy reacts with wide-eyed shock, "WH... THE REQUEST OF A FAN!I THEN THERE'S NO WAY I CAN TURN IT DOWN!" In the lower scene, Rebecca kneels with her sword drawn while others tend to the wounded. "IF YOU DO THAT, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO HEAL IT WITH MY WATERING CAN!" she says. "THE WOUND EDGES ARE EXTREMELY RAGGED! IF ONLY I COULD PROPERLY STITCH THE TWO BACK TOGETHER... HOW DOES IT LOOK, LEO!I" someone asks. "BARTOLOMEO SHOULD BE ON THE LEVEL BELOW US! LET'S USE HIS ABILITY TO GET DOWN THERE QUICK!" Another voice insists, "FIRST THINGS FIRST! WE MUST GET DOWN FROM HERE, LIKE LUCY SAID!"

Explosions and debris fill the air as Luffy is hurled backward. "ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING, YOU IDIOT!I" a voice yells. "OI! BARTOLOMEO! MAKE A STAIRCASE WITH YOUR BARRIER!" Bartolomeo strains, "JO... JO... JORO-ZEN...BAIII!" Luffy lands in a crouch, stamping the ground with "STAMP" as flames and smoke erupt. Cavendish stands calmly amid the chaos. "JUST LET IT GO ALREADY, STRAW HAT," he says. Luffy retorts fiercely, "IF YOU WANNA PUT HIM IN THE GROUND THAT BADLY THEN GO AHEAD... BUT ONLY OVER MY DEAD BODY!" Cavendish replies, "THE HUMANE THING TO DO IS PUT HIM TO REST! LAW HASN'T DIED YET. HE'S JUST SUFFERING DOWN THERE."

Luffy glares and shouts, "YOU TOOK TRAFFY'S MONSTER OF AN ATTACK HEAD ON! YOU'RE GETTING PRETTY WEAK YOURSELF! HAA" The masked fighter answers, "HALFWAY THERE THEN. IT SEEMS I'M ALREADY..." A massive explosion erupts as Luffy is struck mid-air. "THERE'S NO WAY IT HASN'T HAD AN EFFECT ON YOU!" Luffy yells. "BANG BANG" and "F-WOOSH" sound effects punctuate the blasts. The fighter looms over him. "BUT YOUR PUNCHES... IT'S LIKE YOU'RE TRYING TO TICKLE ME!!!" Luffy grins through the pain, "YOU'RE FAST, I'LL GIVE YOU THAT..." The opponent laughs, "FUFU FUFU!" Luffy pants heavily, "HAA... HAA..."

A masked fighter reels from a massive blow, shouting "WAH!" as flames erupt around him with the cry "OVERHEAT!" A colossal explosion tears through the area, debris flying everywhere. In the aftermath, shocked voices react to distant news: "BY A MARINE HQ CAPTAIN!I" "CROCODILE'S BEEN DEFEATED!I" "THEY'RE LYING. THERE'S GOTTA BE SOMETHING MORE." A spiky-haired figure with a grin recalls, "AH, THE MEMORIES..."

Luffy's wanted poster appears with his bounty dramatically increased. Voices exclaim, "LOOK! IT'S THIS GUY... HIS BOUNTY JUST SHOT UP!" "MONKEY D. LUFFY!I" "INVESTIGATE THIS CREW... I'VE NEVER HEARD THEIR NAME BEFORE." A brutal clash continues as one combatant grunts "GUHH" while another declares, "AND THEN, ONE DAY..." The masked fighter smiles, "I TRULY AM IMPRESSED YOU LIVED THROUGH ALL THAT..." A voice adds, "YOU FELL FROM THE SKY, AND THE WAR OF THE GREATEST BEGAN!" A massive strike sends someone flying with "WOA AGH!" as the attacker roars, "AND MADE YOUR WAY HERE!"

Explosions rip across the battlefield with SFX "FWIP" and "GRASP". A gigantic blast erupts from the ruins, hurling rubble and smoke into the air. Two figures stand watching from below: a woman in a dark dress and a tall bearded man in a coat and hat, both staring up at the destruction as debris rains down.

A scarred man with a top hat clutches a woman and shouts, "THIRTEEN YEARS... I HAVE LIVED ON, ALL FOR THE DAY I WOULD TAKE DOWN DOFLAMINGO." She cries, "WHATI! WHAT NONSENSE ARE YOU TALKING!I" "LEAVE ME HERE AND GO...!" He answers, "WAIT!" Nearby, a voice wonders, "HIMI AWOKEN, HAVE YOU, TRAFALGARI" The top-hatted man declares, "I WANT TO WITNESS IT WITH MY OWN EYES!" "IF HE WINS..." Another figure thinks, "I'VE DONE...HAA...EVERYTHING I COULD. I HAVE TO JUST LEAVE THE REST TO STRAW HAT-YA..." Luffy yells, "DIE HERE, WITH HIM!" while the scarred man finishes, "AND IF HE FALLS, I TOO OUGHT TO..."

A woman with an eyepatch and hat sweats as she speaks urgently. "TRAFFY-KUN, THE POSITIONS OF THE CAPTAINS IN A PIRATE ALLIANCE OUGHT TO BE EQUAL, NOI LUFFY IS HERE BECAUSE HE WANTS TO ENGAGE IN FIGHTS HE HAS NO PERSONAL REASON TO." In the next panels a battered figure with a scarred face pleads amid smoke and rubble, "LEAVE ME AND GO!" A voice answers, "I'M THE ONE THAT DRAGGED HIM INTO THIS FIGHT!" Cavendish, bloodied and determined, glares and says, "IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'VE ALREADY MADE UP YOUR MIND, HUH..." He continues, "LEAVE ME... GO... PLEASE." The woman with the hat insists, "IF YOU WANNA DIE, IT'LL ONLY BE AFTER ME!" Cavendish replies, "THAT'LL BE OUR COMPROMISE." Another figure adds, "SUICIDE ISN'T GONNA FLY WITH ME. I'LL STAY HERE TOO." From the side, someone calls out, "CABBAGE-KUN! NICO ROBIN, GO ON AHEAD!" Nico Robin stands ready while the others remain behind amid the ruined battlefield.

Nico Robin looks back with concern, sweat and a drip visible as she reacts, "AH..." A voice shouts, "WHA-I NOW... TAKE THIS AND GO! ROBIN-SAN, BARTOLOMEO'S MADE US A STAIRCASE!" Bartolomeo creates the path with his power, yelling "ROOODIN-ZENBAI!" Small figures including a girl with pigtails and a goggled ally watch in surprise. Luffy stretches his arm far across the battlefield, calling "GOMU GOMU NO" as the limb rockets forward with a "FWISH" sound effect. In a massive close-up, Luffy's fist transforms and slams down with the attack name "GRIZZLY MAGNUM!" The impact erupts violently, sending shockwaves and debris flying as Luffy roars with effort.

Doflamingo looms with a wicked grin, taunting, "WHICH OF THEM SHALL BE THE FIRST CASUALTYI BABES STILL SUCKLING ON THEIR MOTHERS' TEATS... FUFUFU! OLD ONES WHO ARE BED-RIDDEN... THERE ARE BOUND TO BE SOME IN THIS COUNTRY WITH A BAD LEG..." The Birdcage tightens around Dressrosa as he declares, "THE ONE-HOUR-LIMIT YOU HAVE IS THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT WILL TAKE FOR BIRD CAGE TO COMPLETELY CLOSE." Explosions and screams fill the city. Luffy charges forward, shouting "YOU'RE WIDE OPEN!" Doflamingo counters with a massive strike, yelling "UUU UGH!" while the Birdcage continues shrinking. Narration and Doflamingo's voice overlay the scene: "AND ONE HOUR FROM NOW, ALL YOUR VOICES SHALL CEASE! AND IN 50 MINUTES... THIS COUNTRY WILL BE STAINED CRIMSON-RED, ALMOST AS IF SOMEONE HAD CRUSHED A TOMATO OVER IT! IN ABOUT 40 MINUTES, WE'LL BE ABLE TO HEAR THE SCREAMS FROM HERE. IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR SO... WE SHALL FIND OUT! THAT IS WHEN THE FIRST WAVE OF PEOPLE WILL BEGIN DYING..." Luffy retorts, "I DOUBT YOU CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO DRESSROSA, BUT..."

Doflamingo continues his rant from above, "THIS COUNTRY WOULD HAVE REMAINED PEACEFUL! IF YOU IMBECILES HAD NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN DRESSROSA, THE CITIZENS THAT WILL END TODAY SHALL SURELY CURSE YOU LOST THEIR LAST BREATHS." Luffy, enraged and bloodied, roars back, "THE TOYS OF THIS COUNTRY WERE ALL ONCE HUMANS... THIS COUNTRY HAS EXTREME SHADES OF LIGHT AND DARK... YOU LIAR! IT WAS ALL A FACADE!" Doflamingo sneers, "YOU'RE WRONG! THE ONE THAT'S BEEN CAUSING THE PAIN IN MY ASS! FAR TOO MANY FOR A MERE PIRATE PASSING THROUGH. WHY THE HERO-COMPLEX!I FUFUFU! PLEASE, THE UNFORTUNATE ARE TO BE FOUND EVERYWHERE! THERE'S SIMPLY NO SAVING THEM ALL! THERE'S TOO MANY! ALL YOU'VE MANAGED TO BE IS A THORN IN MY SIDE!!!" Luffy's furious expression fills the panel as the confrontation peaks.

Luffy stands amid rubble, his voice ringing out with fierce determination. "I WON'T LET A SINGLE PERSON DIE!" Nearby allies react with shock and resolve. One shouts, "AND YET YOU REFUSE TO FALL! SO I'LL SHOULDER ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY!" Another cries, "ENRAGED MY NAKAMA!" A blonde woman with a pearl necklace adds, "YOU'VE MADE MY FRIENDS CRY." Close-ups show Luffy's intense face as he activates his power. "GEAR..." he begins. An ally warns, "ARE THE DAMN THORN IN MY SIDE." Luffy glares forward, declaring, "YOU AND YOUR BIRD CAGE..." His body bulges and transforms dramatically. The massive title "FOURTH." erupts across the page. Narration declares: "WITH ALL HIS HEART AND SOUL, HE BREAKS THROUGH HIS LIMITS!" The page ends with the One Piece logo and chapter notes.
