Kaido's face twists in shock and pain as he roars, "THE WOUND I INFLICTED ON ME BY 'ODEN!" A massive impact strikes him with the sound "ズキン!!!" Below, smaller figures are hurled through the air amid crumbling stone as voices cry out, "THESE GUYS...", "ALSO HAVE ODEN'S RYOUI!", and "WHY CAN THEY STAB ME!!!" Kaido clutches at the fresh wound, thinking, "THE WOUND I RECEIVED FROM ODEN... WHY DOES IT HURTI!" while screaming "WAAA AH!!!" Onlookers stare upward in disbelief, one shouting, "KAIDO SAN... IS SCREAMING!!!"

The assault continues as Kaido is sent flying with a massive impact. Voices shout "WOAAAH!!!" and "PIERCE HIM!!!" while Kaido's furious face fills panels. A huge crash follows with SFX "ドドドン!!!" and "ガシャン!!!" as debris flies and figures tumble. Below, more fighters are thrown back amid the destruction, one screaming "GYA AAH!!!"

In the chaotic hall, a crowd reacts with panic: "AREN'T THEY THE YAKUZA THAT SHOULD BE ARRESTED IN UDONI", "WAAAAH! THESE GUYS HAVE TRANS FORMED!!!", and "THIS PARTY IS REALLY DANGEROUS!! DID DIEI!" Samurai and pirates clash violently. One side yells, "THERE WERE THE PIRATES FROM BEFORE JUST A DECOYI! KILL THOSE SAMURAI!!!" while another warns, "THEY'VE FALLEN INTO THE UNDER GROUND! THERE'S NO WAY HE..." Elsewhere, retainers spot their target: "FOUND YOU!! THEY ARE THE REAL ODEN RETAINERS!! LET'S HURRY AND ATTACK KAIDO WHILE HE'S WEAK LUFFY! THEY ARE STRONG!!" Yamato charges in, declaring, "I WILL NOT LET YOU PUT A HAND ON THEM!!!" as a massive blade swings and an ally shouts, "YAMATO!!!"

Yamato stands protectively as Luffy stares in surprise. Ulti appears, shouting, "YAMATO!! WHAT ARE YOU DOINGI!! HOW DARE YOU DO THAT BEFOREI!" and "ULTI!!" Luffy reacts with "AH! THE HEAD BUTT!!" Yamato, in horned form, snaps back, "I DON'T GET IT ARE YOU AN IDIOTI!" while another voice states, "THE DAY TO BECOME 'KOZUKI ODEN' HAS COME!!" Ulti retorts angrily. Yamato continues, "I DON'T CARE IF MY FATHER DIES!! I'M NOT YOUR ALLY ANYMORE!!!" as the scene widens to show the ongoing battle below with enemies on the floor. A voice calls out, "YOUNG MASTER YAMATOI!!" amid the chaos.

Big Mom towers in fury, smashing through the area while shouting, "I'M BUSY RIGHT NOW!!" A massive impact strikes her as someone yells "GEH! BIG MOM!!" and Luffy's voice roars from off-panel, "STRAW HAAAA AAAAAAT!!!" Below, Carrot and a mink ally unleash attacks amid explosions and smoke. Carrot calls out "ELECTRO!!!" while another figure yells "BLACK BALL!!" Carrot then shouts "LET'S RUN AWAY, CARROT!" and a voice replies "YES!" A massive shadowy creature emerges with "GYAA AAAH!!!" and "CLOUD ROAD!!!" In the bottom panels Luffy glares with wide eyes as Big Mom bellows "JUST TO KILL YOUUU UUUU!!!" and "I'VE COME FROM FAR AWAAAA YYYYYY!!!"

Kaido's face fills a panel as he growls about betrayal: "WHEN THEY REALIZE THEY'RE GOING TO LOSE, THEY'LL TURN THEIR BACKS AND RUN AWAY" and "BUT THE PIRATES WILL BETRAY YOU..." Smaller panels show faces and flashbacks referencing Dressrosa, Punk Hazard, and Orochi. Kin'emon appears in flashbacks declaring "HE'S THE MAN WHO WILL SOMEDAY STAND ON TOP OF THE SEA!" and "I'VE ALREADY BROKEN STRAWHAT LUFFY'S NOSE ONCE!!" Kaido retorts "EVEN IF WE DIE HE'S HERE!!" and "THE DAWN WILL DEFINITELY COME" while background voices discuss the Phantom Island Zou and Strawhat enemies.

On the Live Floor, a voice challenges Luffy: "STRAW HAT! WHY DID YOU COME HEREI!" and "YOU'RE NOT GOING TO SAY SOMETHING RIDICULOUS LIKE DEFEATING KAIDO, ARE YOUI!" Luffy answers calmly "YOU'RE RIGHT... THAT'S NOT WHY" amid the chaos of Beast Pirates and samurai. A subordinate asks "WHAT HAPPENED STRAWHATI" while another blurts "HUHI STRAW HATI! IT WASN'T THATI LUFFY!" The bottom splash shows Luffy's intense close-up as he declares "THIS IS AN 'ALL OUT WAR'!!" and "I'VE COME TO KICK ALL YOUR GUY'S ASSES!!"

A Beast Pirate reports "THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF INTRUDERS GOING INTO THE CASTLE THROUGH THE REAR!!" while Queen laughs "MUHAHA! THAT'S RIGHT, IDIOT" and Big Mom cackles "DON'T BE SO FULL OF YOURSELF JUST FOR BRINGING A FEW HUNDRED PEOPLE!!!" and "MAAAA MAMA MAMA HÃHAHA!!!" Below, the chaos continues with prisoners of Udon, samurai, and allies. A voice notes "THE SAMURAI THAT WE SHOULD HAVE ARRESTED IN THE FLOWER CAPITAL!" and "THE PRISONERS OF UDON!!" Further reports state "FURTHERMORE FOR SOME REASON 'MARCO THE PHOENIX' AND CHARLOTTE PEROSPERO... ARE IN THE ENTRANCE!!" and "AND THEIR FORCE JUST KEEPS INCREASING!!!" as "EVERYONE IS JOINING TOGETHER" and "AND ADDING TO THE PIRATES, THE FORMER SHICHIBUKAI TRAFALGAR LAW" while a figure gasps "HUUUHI!!"

Kaido's massive dragon form coils through the air above Onigashima, roaring with laughter as he unleashes a thunderous "WORORO RORO RORO!!!" A voice from the dragon declares, "I HEARD YOU STRAWHAT! COME! I ACCEPT YOUR CHALLENGE! I'LL SHOW YOU THE STRENGTH OF THE WORLD'S STRONGEST POWER!!!" Below, Luffy grins widely while Kin'emon shouts, "KIN'EMON! LET'S MEET AGAIN LATER!!" and another replies, "MUCH APPRECIATED!!!" Luffy calls out, "LUFFY-DONO!!!" On the right side of the page, Beast Pirates and samurai react in panic as announcements ring out: "TONIGHT'S FESTIVAL IS CANCELLED! TO ALL THE DRUNKARD OF ONIGASHIMA! GET YOUR WEAPONS!" and "HUHI" A determined fighter yells, "LET'S GO! WE'RE GOING TO TAKE BACK WANO COUNTRY!!!" while Kaido's voice echoes, "WORORO RORO RORO!!!" Explosions and debris fill the lower panels with SFX "ズドドドド" and "オオア!!" as the dragon's tail swings wildly.

Kaido's dragon form soars against the night sky above the Onigashima dome rooftop, snarling "WORORO RORO RO!!!" as he growls, "DAMN, I'VE SOBERED UP!"
