Following the crash, Nami's legs are shown as she walks towards the impact site in her high heels. An off-screen voice, presumably Sanji's, weakly says, "........." and "Judging by the voice, it's Nami, right? Well, it's glad to hear at least you're fine..." Nami peers over a stone ledge and spots Usopp and Sanji face-planted in the dirt and rubble. She cries out their names in concern, "USOPP! SANJI!" Nami rushes down to them, kneeling beside Sanji's battered body. She asks frantically, "Sanji, are you alright!?" Usopp, still on the ground, apologizes, "We're sorry you had to take the hit for our sake!" Nami praises Sanji's bravery, yelling, "SANJI, YOU WERE A REAL MAN BACK THERE! DON'T YOU DIE ON US!" She then grabs Sanji by the arms and starts dragging him away, saying, "In any case, let's get you two away from here." Sanji can only let out a muffled "MNNF!" as he is pulled along the ground.

Nami looks up at the massive twisted vine towering above them. "Look at that giant stalk!" she exclaims. "If it's the same one that I saw back at the ruins..." She deduces their location: "Then we're on an island cloud right above the ancient city ruins." Usopp, sitting up and rubbing his head, is shocked. "Ruins...? W-wait, you mean the City of Gold!? Does it actually exist!?" A small map panel illustrates their current location on an island cloud directly above the Shandora Ruins. Nami confirms, "Yes... But Enel took all of the gold." She continues, "In any case, if the ruins are below us, That's where Zoro and the others should be as well!" Usopp looks around nervously at the crumbling environment. "Well I don't know exactly where is where, but I do know that this place ain't safe." Nami agrees, holding her waver ready. "Right, so get on! We've gotta find the others and escape from this island!" Usopp nods, "Right!" He adds, "There's not a single place on Skypiea..." and Nami finishes his thought with a serious expression, "That's safe anymore!"

High in the sky, Enel's massive golden flying ship, the Maxim, continues its ominous flight. The ship rumbles and groans as its propellers spin. On the deck of the ship, Luffy is engaged in a fierce battle. He is violently thrown back by an attack, skidding across the golden floorboards with a grunt of "Nghh!" Smoke rises from the impact. Enel stands tall and imposing, looking down at the fallen pirate. "Curse those pirates of the Blue Seas...!" Enel mutters in annoyance. Luffy is shown on his hands and knees, clutching his straw hat, gritting his teeth with a "KRRRK...!!" sound. Enel notices something and says, "...Hm?" as he looks at Luffy's persistent struggle.

Enel confidently explains the mechanics of his flying ark to Luffy. "But you can't destroy this ship that easily," he boasts. "I've got a good understanding of this ship's engine." He continues, "And as long as I still have the windpower generated by the 200 extinct jet dials I gathered back on my homeland Birka, This ship can manage to stay afloat even if the electric engine were to stop working." Enel then raises his golden staff and strikes one of the tomoe drums mounted on his back, generating a loud "KRRK..." and a crackle of electricity. "No matter how much you struggle...!" he declares. The final panel is an intense close-up of Enel's face, his eyes narrowed and his expression utterly ruthless. He delivers a chilling verdict: "YOU ARE POWERLESS TO CHANGE, THIS COUNTRY'S DOOMED FATE!"

Down below, Aisa is running frantically, tears in her eyes, yelling, "WAIT! LUFFY! THAT'S NOT THE WAY!" The scene reveals Luffy in a bizarre predicament: his right arm is encased in a massive, perfectly spherical golden ball. He is running forward, using the momentum of the giant gold ball to roll it along the ground, smashing through the ancient stone ruins. "WHA?" someone exclaims. Aisa tries to direct him, "Left! Luffy, struggling to control the heavy sphere, replies, "Yeah, I'm trying but..." Aisa points, "Go towards the Giant Jack the beanstalk over there!" She then corrects him as he veers off course, "No, not that sharp of a turn!" Luffy grunts "MNF-" as he tries to steer the unwieldy golden weight.

Luffy and Aisa finally come to a halt amidst the rubble. Luffy is panting heavily, "HUFF HUFF". He looks around the desolate ruins and realizes, "Robin's not here! Neither are Zoro or Chopper!" He adds, "Wiper and the God's not here too!" Aisa, using her Mantra ability, suddenly senses something. "...Luffy!" she says. Luffy turns to her, "Aisa...!?" "Hm?" Luffy realizes what she means and says, "Oh, I see... Let's keep going then. They must've made their way up!" Aisa is overwhelmed by the situation, tears streaming down her face as she cries out, "IS SKY ISLAND... REALLY GONNA BE DESTROYED...!?" Luffy looks back at her with a serious, determined expression, silently absorbing her fear and the gravity of the situation.

Nico Robin is shown standing near the massive, twisting roots of Giant Jack, the giant beanstalk. She looks up at the sky, observing Enel's flying ship, the Maxim, as it ascends higher into the clouds. She thinks to herself, "Just as I thought... The ship's heading towards the golden bell...!" She then wonders about her crewmates, "I wonder where Ms. Navigator and the others are... They couldn't be up on that ship, could they?" Suddenly, a loud voice echoes from above, calling her name: "ROBIIIIINNN!" Robin turns her head in surprise, saying "Hm?" as she looks towards the source of the shout.

Luffy comes plummeting down from the sky, carrying Aisa and still burdened by the giant golden ball on his arm. Aisa screams in terror, "AGHHH-" and "GYAAAA! SHE SPROUTED ARMS!" as Robin uses her Hana Hana no Mi powers. Multiple arms sprout from the ground and ruins to catch them safely. "Catch them!" Robin commands her sprouted limbs. "Luffy." Robin looks at the massive golden sphere attached to Luffy's arm and asks, "What's with that gold around your arm?" Luffy, ignoring the question, urgently asks, "ROBIN! THE GOLDEN BELL'S ON TOP OF THIS GIANT STALK, RIGHT!?" He looks incredibly determined, his eyes wide and focused. "AND ENEL IS... HEADING FOR THE BELL AS WELL, RIGHT!?"

Robin confirms Luffy's suspicion. "If the belfry still exists... I can't think of any other place it could be... But-" Before she can finish, Luffy takes off, sprinting towards the giant beanstalk with the gold ball. "Good!" he shouts. Robin calls after him, "Luffy!?" Aisa, recovering from the fall, says "Ah-". Robin turns her attention to Aisa. "You there. Do you know where Ms. Navigator is? She's a woman with orange hair." Aisa is confused, "Huh? Nami? Nami should be up on that shi-" She suddenly stops, her Mantra sensing something. "Wait, huh!? I... I can only sense one voice up on that ship." Robin looks alarmed, "Huh?" Just then, Nami arrives on her waver, with Usopp riding behind her and Sanji in the sidecar. "AISA!" Nami calls out. "OHH! ROBIN!" Usopp yells. Nami is relieved, "THANK HEAVENS YOU'RE SAFE!" Robin greets them, "Ms. Nagivator! Mr. Long-nose! Mr. Cook!"

Nami and Usopp look around and are horrified to see the unconscious, battered bodies of their friends and allies scattered on the ground. "ZORO!" "CHOPPER!" "WEIRD OLD MAN!" "AHH! A-AND THE GUERILLA!" they cry out in shock. Nami turns to Aisa, "Aisa! Where's Luffy? Wasn't he with you!?" Aisa explains, "Luffy was headed up the stalk to save you! He's running towards Enel's ship!" Nami is dismayed, "What!? So we just missed him!?" Usopp is in tears, lamenting, "Dammit, they were all beaten! If only I was here when they were fighting Enel, this wouldn't have-" He adds, "And just when I thought I could stop him..." Nami quickly makes a decision. She turns her waver around, her face set with determination. "Damn it! There's no time left! We need to get off this island now!" She tells the others, "...Don't worry. I'll catch up to him on my waver! The rest of you, get back on the Going Merry!" Usopp is taken aback by her plan, exclaiming, "What!?"

The scene shifts back to Luffy, who is relentlessly charging up the spiraling surface of Giant Jack. The massive golden ball on his arm drags behind him, but he pushes forward with all his might. "NGHHH!" he grunts with effort. A close-up shows his face covered in sweat and dirt, panting heavily, "HUFF... HUFF... PANT... PANT..." Despite the exhaustion, his eyes burn with fierce determination. He roars Enel's name into the sky, "ENEL!" He continues his furious ascent, yelling, "DON'T YOU DARE THINK... I'LL LET YOU HAVE YOUR WAY! NGAA AAAH HHHH!" The sheer willpower of his climb is evident as he scales the colossal beanstalk.

Chaos reigns on Angel Island as the inhabitants desperately try to evacuate. People are running in panic. A White Beret reports to Captain McKinley, "Captain! We need to start using the gondolas at the dock too, or we won't be able to ferry the remaining people! It's taking too long to ferry people from here!" Another suggests, "Make a new river cutting right across the island with dials!" McKinley orders, "Yes, sir! How many people left!?" The report is grim: "We still have half the city left...!" McKinley shouts orders to his men, "DON'T ALLOW ANY MORE BAGGAGE! GET ONLY THE PEOPLE ON BOARD AND OUT TO THE SEAS!" "YES, SIR!" they reply. High above, Enel stands on the deck of the Maxim, observing the dark, swirling clouds gathering in the sky. "Hmm..." he muses, "The lightning clouds are forming nicely..."

In the Shandia Hidden Cloud Village, the Shandians are also evacuating. They are boarding small boats to escape the impending doom. "Hurry up and get on the boats! The skies are getting darker!" someone shouts. The Shandia Chief looks concerned, "Hmm... I hope she's with one of the warriors for her sake..." A villager reports, "Chief, Aisa's still not back!" A wide panel shows the fleet of small Shandia boats sailing away from the forest edge. Elsewhere, Conis and Pagaya are on their own small boat with the cloud fox, Su. Conis looks up at the sky, noticing an eerie stillness. "!!" she reacts. "...The winds have stopped." Pagaya observes, "THE SEAS ARE SO STILL...!" The calm before the storm settles over the fleeing people.

The ominous silence is shattered as a colossal, blinding bolt of lightning strikes down from the dark clouds. The massive electrical discharge tears through the sky, illuminating the darkness. The lightning violently impacts the clouds and ruins below, causing a massive explosion of energy and debris. The final panel shows the devastating strike hitting Angel Island directly. The sheer scale of the lightning bolt dwarfs the fleeing Skypieans, who are seen as tiny silhouettes running in terror from the overwhelming destruction raining down upon their home.

The destruction of Angel Island continues as massive explosions rock the city. Buildings crumble and debris flies everywhere as the inhabitants flee for their lives, screaming, "RUN! RUN!" "AHH-" The panic is absolute. High above the chaos, Enel stands calmly on the deck of the Maxim. He looks down at the devastation he is causing, a sinister smile on his face. "NOW THEN..." he says, raising his hand. "IT'S TIME!" The dark clouds swirl violently above him, ready to unleash even more power.

A spectacular two-page spread showcases the full, terrifying extent of Enel's power. He unleashes his ultimate attack, shouting, "MAMARAGAN!" Multiple colossal pillars of lightning rain down from the blackened sky, striking the land below with apocalyptic force. The impacts cause massive explosions, obliterating the forests and ruins.
