A close-up shows a terrified face with wide eyes and an open screaming mouth as large Japanese sound effects "あ あ あ あ あ" dominate the panel. The figure yells "AAAAA AAAAA AAHHH HHHHH HHHHH!". Subsequent panels depict a massive explosion with debris flying and the same screaming continuing. Two figures plummet through the air past a tall vertical structure; one shouts "WE'RE GONNA GO SPLAT ON THE GROUND!" while the other cries "WE'RE FALLING! WE'RE FALLING!" and "AAAAHHH!". The sequence ends with a dramatic impact cloud and large sound effects as the falling bodies crash near ancient stone ruins.

A high-heeled leg steps near ancient ruins as sound effects "ばぶ ばぶっ" and "オォ..." appear. Usopp hangs upside down, bound, with springs on his feet. A voice says "JUDGING BY THE VOICE, IT'S NAMI, RIGHTI WELL, IT'S GLAD TO HEAR AT LEAST YOU'RE FINE...". Nami stands nearby with a concerned expression, saying "In any case, let's get you two away from here." and "MNNF!". She addresses the upside-down Sanji: "SANJI, YOU WERE A REAL MAN BACK THERE! DON'T YOU DIE ON US! We're sorry you had to take the hit for our sake! Sanji, are you alrightI" Sanji remains silent and bound as Nami leans in worriedly.

Nami and Sanji stand amid ancient ruins as a massive white snake-like form looms in the background. Nami exclaims "Look at that giant stalk! If it's the same one that I saw back at the ruins...". Sanji replies "Then we're on an island cloud right above the ancient city ruins." Nami questions "Ruins...I W-wait, you mean the City of Gold!I Does it actually exist!I". A map labels "Shandora Ruins" and "Current Location". Nami continues "That's where Zoro and the others should be as well! In any case, if the ruins are below us... Yes... But Enel took all of the gold." She concludes with determination "That's safe anymore! There's not a single place on Skypiea... Right! Right, so get on! We've gotta find the others and escape from this island!" while gripping Sanji's shoulders.

A massive flying ship rumbles through stormy skies with propellers spinning wildly. KRNNK! RUMBLE... The vessel shakes from repeated impacts. On the deck, a lone figure grips a long staff as explosions erupt around him. A massive blast rocks the ship. Nhhh! The man staggers, sweat flying. In close-up, his face twists in fury as he clutches the staff. KRRRK...!...HmI He glares toward the horizon. Curse those pirates of the Blue Seas...! The ship continues to shudder under heavy fire.

The warrior stands firm amid the chaos. And as long as I still have the windpower generated by the 200 extinct jet dials I gathered back on my homeland Birka, this ship can manage to stay afloat even if the electric engine were to stop working. High above the clouds, Robin stands alone on the massive stalk, gazing upward at the Going Merry drifting through the sky amid swirling impact lines and debris. Below, a small distant figure stands amid rubble. Robin turns with a surprised expression. "ROBIIIIIIIN!" "HmI" she reacts. In the next panels she thinks, "THEY COULDN'T BE UP ON THAT SHIP, COULD THEYI" and "I WONDER WHERE MS. NAVIGATOR AND THE OTHERS ARE..." Her face shows realization: "JUST AS I THOUGHT... THE SHIP'S HEADING TOWARDS THE GOLDEN BELL...!"

Robin sprouts extra arms to catch Luffy mid-fall as he plummets. "GYAAAAA! SHE SPROUTED ARMS!" "Catch them!" Luffy shouts. Impact effects and "BFFT-" "AGHHH-" ring out. Robin lands safely. In a wide view of the giant stalk, Luffy yells, "ROBIN! THE GOLDEN BELL'S ON TOP OF THIS GIANT STALK, RIGHT!I" Robin replies, "What's with that gold around your armI" Close-up of Luffy's determined face: "HEADING FOR THE BELL AS WELL, RIGHT!I AND ENEL IS..."

Luffy reacts with shock, "Luffy!I" as Nami stands nearby. "If the belfry still exists... I can't think of any other place it could be... But-" Usopp appears with Nami and Robin. "I can only sense one voice up on that ship." "Wait, huh!I I..." "HuhI" Usopp says. Nami asks Robin, "She's a woman with orange hair. You there. Enel’s massive form rumbles and begins to transform, prompting Luffy to shout "I’LL LET YOU HAVE YOUR WAY!" while warning "DON’T YOU DARE THINK..." as the ground shakes with "RUMBLE..." and Enel’s distorted face emerges with a fierce "NGAA AAAH HHHH!"

On Angel Island in Skypiea, townspeople scramble to evacuate as a captain barks orders: "How many people left!I" "We still have half the city left...!" Citizens reply "Yes, sir!" while others shout "Make a new river cutting right across the island with dials!" "It’s taking too long to ferry people from here!" "Or we won’t be able to ferry the remaining people!" "We need to start using the gondolas at the dock too." The captain commands "GET ONLY THE PEOPLE ON BOARD AND OUT TO THE SEAS!" and "DON’T ALLOW ANY MORE BAGGAGE!" with replies of "YES, SIR!" Far below, lightning clouds twist violently with "ゴゴゴゴ..." and "ゴゴゴ..." as a lone figure stands atop a massive structure, noting "The lightning clouds are forming nicely..."

In the Shandia Hidden Cloud Village, the chief worries aloud "Chief, Aisa’s still not back!" while another voice says "Hurry up and get on the boats! The skies are getting darker!" The chief mutters "Hmm... I hope she’s with one of the warriors for her sake..." Below the clouds, a dense forest stretches as countless Shandia warriors line the shore. The seas grow unnaturally calm with "THE SEAS ARE SO STILL...!" A young woman holding a fox looks on tensely as she observes "...The winds have stopped."

Massive lightning bolts tear through the sky with sharp "バキバキ..." and crashing "カカカカ!!!" impacts. Dark storm clouds churn violently as the sea below erupts into chaos. Shandia villagers are hurled through the air amid flying debris and massive waves marked "ギャロアアアア..." and "ミシュウウウウ...!!!" as the storm engulfs the area.

A massive explosion rocks the area as debris flies everywhere. People scream and flee in panic while a giant mechanical figure looms amid the chaos. "RUN! RUN!" Voices cry out. A large impact SFX "ドゴォォォォン!!!" and "わあああああああ" dominate the top of the page. In the lower panels, a woman in high heels and dark pants stands with her back to the viewer, declaring "NOW THEN...". Nearby, a panicked close-up shows a wide-eyed character shouting "AHH-" as another yells "IT'S TIME!" with trembling effects. The scene shifts to a tense standoff amid smoke and destruction.

A massive lightning attack strikes the ground with thunderous force. "KABOOM" and huge SFX "ズドドドドドド" and "ゴゴゴ.. ゴゴゴ..!!!" shake the battlefield. A voice shouts "MAMARAGAN!". In the right panel, a grinning man with a scar and headband declares "FOR THE FESTIVITIES TO BEGIN!" as lightning bolts rain down. The chapter ends with "Vol. 30 "Capriccio" -End-".
