The Germa Kingdom's massive castle-ship sails beside Whole Cake Island under a cloudy sky. A flag bearing a skull flies as narration boxes label GERMA KINGDOM and WHOLE CAKE ISLAND. The chapter title reads CHAPTER 833: VINSMOKE JUDGE. Below, a crowd of Germa soldiers reacts wildly to the ongoing duel. One soldier shouts, WELL, IT'S NOT TOO HARD TO IMAGINE... Another exclaims, JUST WHAT KIND OF GUY IS HEI! A third yells, I HEARD THAT THE DUEL IS BETWEEN THE COMMANDER AND THIS 'SANJI' GUY WE'VE BEEN HEARING ABOUT!! SFX: CLANG CLANG. In a close-up, Vinsmoke Yonji grips a weapon, sweat flying, and snarls, THAT BASTARD... I'LL MAKE HIM PAY!! Yonji continues, I DIDN'T EXPECT THINGS WOULD BE MUCH DIFFERENT FROM BACK THEN... BUT THIS WAS THE RESULT!! A side panel shows the Germa Kingdom: Yonji Fortress with the note I JUST HEARD THAT SANJI WAS STILL GOING ON ABOUT DECLINING THE MARRIAGE... SO I TOLD HIM OFF IN PLACE OF OUR FATHER!!

In a high-tech Germa lab, Vinsmoke Judge looms over a restrained figure while a technician warns, "MASTER YONJI, I DON'T THINK A HAMMER IS GOING TO DO THE JOB." Another voice declares, "I'M GOING TO USE THE PRESS MACHINE, SO HOLD STILL," as the press activates with a "CLICK." Judge, furious, snaps "SAY WHATI!" A close-up shows him declaring the result "AS GOOD AS NEW." Sanji, still masked and bound, internally curses, "...HOW COULD A GOOD-FOR-NOTHING LIKE HIM POSSIBLY GET THE BETTER OF ME...I CURSES..." The press strikes with a massive "HNG!" impact. Outside the castle, a crowd of Germa soldiers reacts in shock: "THAT BOUNTY OF HIS SERIOUSLY WASN'T JUST FOR SHOW!!" "HE'S NOT EVEN WEARING A RAID SUIT!!" "LOOKS STRONG!!" "SO THAT'S MASTER SANJI!!!"

Sanji launches a powerful spinning kick that smashes into Judge's face with explosive force and a large "キーン!!!" impact. Judge is sent flying. In the next moment Sanji stands over the fallen king, muttering "...HM." Judge rises, enraged, and grabs Sanji by the collar, shouting "FURTHERMORE, DON'T YOU DARE CALL YOURSELF MY PARENT ANYMORE!! YOU STARTED THIS FIGHT, SO I'M GONNA FINISH HIT!!" Sanji retorts coldly, "SO YOU DARE TO KICK YOUR OWN FATHERI"

Judge hurls a massive spear at Sanji while yelling, "YOU'VE RETURNED HOME, SANJI!! THIS MEANS THAT YOU ARE INDEED MY SON!" Sanji dodges the attack, replying, "IT'S HARD FOR ME TO FEEL THE SENTIMENT IN THAT WHEN YOU'RE WAVING AROUND A BIG ASS SPEAR TRYING TO IMPALE ME!" He continues, "I HAVE EVERY INTENTION OF LEAVING THIS PLACE AND RETURNING TO MY CREW AS SOON AS THIS 'TEA PARTY' BULLSHIT IS OVER! THE MARRIAGE IS A TOTAL FARCE!!" Judge roars back, "I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU ALL AFTER THIS FACT!!! I ONLY CAME HERE TO PROTECT MY CREW!!" The brothers watch from the balcony as Judge demands, "DO YOU TRULY THINK THAT BIG MOM WILL SIT IDLY BY IN THE FACE OF SUCH BETRAYALI!" and "STILL HARPING ON ABOUT THAT... GET SOME!!" Sanji fires back, "ROYALS AREN'T MEANT TO DIRTY THEIR HANDS COOKING, MORON!!" "THIS PIECE OF SHIT WAS SAVED IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING FOOD FOR A BUNCH OF FILTHY RATS AGAIN!!" "YOU GOOD-FOR-NOTHING!!" "HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY IT... YOU'RE DEFINITELY NO FAMILY OF MINE!!!" Judge counters, "ARE YOU SAYING... THAT YOU'D SACRIFICE YOUR OWN FAMILYI!"

In a flashback, young Sanji is struck by his brothers during a fight over cake. The boys yell "SHUT UP, GIVE IT BACK!!!" and "O... OUCH!!" with SFX "ガンッ!!!" Young Niji mocks, "SO WEAK! WHAT A LOSER!!" while the others laugh "BWAHA HAHA!!" "HAHA HAHA!" Young Sanji shouts "DON'T YOU EVER TOUCH ME, MORON!!" and "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU AREI!" as the brawl escalates with more impacts. In the present hallway, the brothers stand over a beaten Sanji. One says "AH... FATHER!!" Judge's voice echoes, "ALL 4 OF US MAY HAVE BEEN BORN ON THE SAME DAY, BUT YOU'RE TOTALLY THE BLACK SHEEP OF THE BUNCH!!"

In a stone courtyard, young Sanji cowers as Vinsmoke Judge looms over him. Judge snarls, "...ARE YOU BULLYING SANJI AGAINI" A small girl cries out, "FATHE-ERRR!!" Judge dismisses the plea with "WHY SHOULD II" Young Sanji screams "HELPPP!!" Judge declares coldly, "IT'S CLEAR AS DAY THAT YOU'LL BE USELESS AS A WARRIOR IN THE FUTURE. I HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO HELP YOU, AND I SEE NO WORTH IN RAISING YOU EITHER!!" Young Ichiji, Niji and Yonji jeer: "YOU BRING NOTHING BUT SHAME TO ALL OF US!!!" "GET UP! I'LL GIVE YOU SOME OF MY PERSONAL TRAINING!!" "KYAHA-HAHA!" Judge finishes, "YOU'RE NOTHING BUT A STAIN... A DISGRACE TO OUR FAMILY NAME!!" Young Sanji weeps, tears and snot dripping down his face.

Judge lunges with his spear. Sanji dodges, blood flying as he coughs "BLEUGH HHHH!!" The younger brothers cheer, "HELL YEAH!!" "DO IT, YONJI... CHARGE RIGHT AT HIM!!" Judge mocks, "WERE YOU REMINISCING NOWI" He drives the spear into the ground, sending Sanji sprawling. "TO THINK THAT YOU OF ALL PEOPLE WOULD BE CAPABLE OF USING HAKI..." Judge roars, "I REMEMBER TRAINING YOU IN THE WAY OF THE SWORD!!" Sanji blocks the spear tip with his raised leg. Judge stares in shock: "WHAT'S WRONGI I'LL GIVE YOU THE COURTESY OF PICKING UP A SWORD." An onlooker gasps, "HE STOPPED THE TOP OF THAT SPEAR... WITH HIS LEG!!"

Adult Sanji stands tall before the towering castle. He states firmly, "I WON'T EVER USE MY HANDS, LET ALONE HANDLE A SHARP TOOL!! USING MY LEGS AND KICKS ARE MY ONLY RECOURSE WHEN IT COMES TO COMBAT." He adds, "THESE HANDS OF MINE EXIST FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF COOKING. UNLESS YOU'RE ONE OF THE INGREDIENTS TO ONE OF MY DISHES," while flicking a cigarette. Judge growls, "YOU FOOL... YOU MUST REMEMBER THAT ROYALS... WERE NEVER MEANT TO SERVE OTHERS! SO I SEE YOU STILL HAVE THAT DISGUSTING HABIT OF MAKING FOOD FOR A BUNCH OF FILTHY RATS." Reiju smiles faintly and remarks, "HE'S A BEAST... HARD TO BELIEVE HE'S THE SAME SANJI THAT WE ALL REMEMBER..." Sanji mutters, "IT'S IN ONE EAR AND RIGHT OUT THE OTHER WITH YOU." Judge demands, "WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IN THIS MARRIAGEI"

Judge is hurled backward through the air, cape billowing. Onlookers shout, "IT'S NOT SOMETHING YOU GET TO SEE EVERY DAY!!" "THE FIGHTING STYLE OF A MAN ONCE RENOWNED AS 'THE GARUDA'..." "THE COMMANDER FLUNG HIMSELF TOWARDS SANJI!!" Sanji ignites his leg with a swirling flame and cries, "DIABLE JAMBE" as he delivers a blazing kick. The impact sends debris flying. Judge lands with a grunt, "HMPH..." Reiju watches and notes quietly, "WHAT IRONY." A footnote reads: *T/N: GARUDA IS A MYTHICAL BIRD KING AND MOUNT OF THE LORD VISHNU FROM HINDU MYTHOLOGY.

A massive fiery figure in a dark cloak and spiked helmet unleashes a devastating spinning kick attack. "COLLIER SHOOT"!!! the masked warrior roars as flames erupt and the impact sends debris flying with a loud FWOOSH. The opponent is hurled backward. In rapid follow-up panels the cloaked fighter spins again with ぐるん!, eliciting a shocked "HUHI!" from the defender. A close-up shows the attacker’s armored boot CLENCHING tightly around the foe’s neck. The sequence ends with a massive explosion ドーン!!! that hurls the defeated figure through the air amid shattering stone and smoke.

Vinsmoke Judge declares, "WAR IS WHAT ADVANCES TECHNOLOGY." His armored son crackles with electricity, shouting "ELECTRO-MAGNETIC CRACK"!!! as sparks and magnetic force blast outward. The fighter then yells "BLASTER"!!! while delivering a powerful electromagnetic punch that sends the enemy flying amid debris and impact lines. A narrator note reads T/N: DENJI CRACK IN JAPANESE.

Explosions rock the castle grounds as several men flee shouting "WOAH!!!" amid flying rubble. Reiju, bruised and serious, asks, "HEY...MIND IF I ASK YOU ONE THINGI" She reflects, "HAD IT PRETTY ROUGH BACK THEN... WOULDN'T YOU AGREEI THE POOR RUNT..." A flashback shows a young boy numbered "3" behind bars crying, "FATHER, PLEASE LET ME OUT!!" Judge’s stern face appears as narration questions whether blood parents should be viewed in a holier light and states, "THE GERMA YOU ONCE KNEW... YOU NEVER BOTHERED GIVING 'THAT LITTLE KID' A SINGLE DECENT MEMORY... IS ALREADY A THING OF THE PAST!"

Judge’s armored face fills a panel as he bellows "WALL"! and thinks, "I FEEL NOTHING... BUT HATRED TOWARDS THIS MAN." Another voice yells "POÈLE À FRIRE" while a terrified figure cries "FATHER!! IT'S DARK AND CREEPY!!" Reiju shouts, "OI!!! GET OUT OF THE WAY, DUMB-ASSES!!!" as she charges forward. In the chaos several fighters clash violently with impact SFX ばっ!! and ズズズ while debris flies and flames rage in the background.

A masked fighter with wild hair unleashes a powerful technique. "ELECTRO-MAGNETIC" he declares as crackling energy erupts. BZZZZT!! The blast strikes a massive opponent, sending shockwaves through the air. The attacker follows up with a devastating strike. "SHAFT"!! he roars, delivering a crushing blow that sends the hulking figure flying backward amid explosive impact lines and debris. Onlookers react in shock as the defeated fighter crashes down, limbs flailing. The intense battle leaves the area filled with smoke and scattered fighters.

A grand castle towers under the clouds. Inside an ornate room, Vinsmoke Judge sits with his back turned. "YOU CONTINUE TO AMAZE. YOU'RE QUITE STURDY!" he says. Sanji, seated nearby with Reiju, replies, "I JUST WANT TO GET THIS 'TEA PARTY' BUSINESS OVER WITH AND LEAVE THIS PLACE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THEN I CAN FINALLY LEAVE THIS ENTIRE MESS BEHIND ME." Reiju smiles faintly. Judge continues, "THIS IS ALL SO STUPID... IT'S UNFATHOMABLE! TO THINK THAT I'M LOOKING AT MY OWN BLOOD RUNNING THROUGH YOUR VEINS." Sanji retorts sharply, "WOULDN'T THINK TWICE ABOUT GIVING UP THEIR LIVES FOR US VINSMOKES. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MAKE UP GERMA'S ULTIMATE ARMY!" Judge fires back, "DON'T GET ME WRONG. SAY WHAT YOU WILL... YOU CAN'T DENY THAT YOU HAVE MY BLOOD RUNNING THROUGH YOUR VEINS. I LET MYSELF BELIEVE THAT MAYBE YOU HAD SLIGHTLY CHANGED FOR THE BETTER... BUT NOW I SEE THAT WAS WISHFUL THINKING... YOU'RE ALL MUCH WORSE THAN BEFORE! GET OUT OF MY SIGHT, OLD MAN! I REFUSE TO BE AFFILIATED WITH YOU IN ANY WAY!"

Judge leans forward intensely. "BUT WITH THIS ALLIANCE WITH BIG MOM, THAT AMBITION OF OURS BECOMES A GUARANTEED REALITY!! A SENSIBLE IF NOT PREDICTABLE STATEMENT." Sanji counters, "TAKING OVER NORTH BLUEI THAT'S JUST FANTASTIC! A PERFECT GOAL FOR AN EVIL BUNCH LED BY THE LIKES OF YOU. THEN WHY DON'T YOU USE THAT ULTIMATE ARMY OF YOURS TO REALIZE WHATEVER IDIOTIC AMBITIONS YOU HAVEI" Judge responds, "DO NOT FORGET, MY INITIAL REQUEST WAS TO PEACEFULLY NEGOTIATE TERMS WITH YOU. ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS SIMPLE COOPERATION." Sanji's eyes widen. "YOU ARE TO SERVE AS A MEANS TO AN END, SANJI... NOTHING MORE. I USED TO HAVE AN EXTRA 'KID' LAYING AROUND HERE SOMEWHERE. HOWEVER, DESPITE IT BEING A MERE MARRIAGE... I REFUSE TO HAND OVER ONE OF MY PRECIOUS SONS TO THAT MENTALLY DERANGED WOMAN. IT'S TRUE THAT I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SOMEONE AS POWERFUL AS BIG MOM AS AN ALLY... JUST SO WE'RE BOTH CLEAR, I STILL AND NEVER WILL SEE A FOOL LIKE YOU AS A SON OF MINE... NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST. Sanji reacts with surprise. "HEY, WHAT THE HELL IS THISI" Judge grabs his wrist. "YOU SAID SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR HANDS BEING THE MOST PRECIOUS TO YOU... WELL THEN, PERFECT. WELL, LET'S JUST SAY YOU'LL BE COOKING WITH YOUR FEET!! THOSE WRISTLETS ARE NO DIFFERENT. IF YOU TRY TO LEAVE THIS ISLAND... A HANDY TOOL THAT ALLOWS THEM TO BLOW UP ANYONE WHO TRIES TO RUN AWAY FROM THEIR OWNER. ARE YOU FAMILIAR WITH THE COLLARS THAT WORLD NOBLES PUT ON THEIR SLAVESI" Sanji stares in shock. Judge continues, "WELL, THAT ISN'T TO SAY THAT GERMA WOULD EVER LET YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE ALIVE IN THE FIRST PLACE... BECAUSE MY SURLEY WOULDN'T. WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT... I'LL DEFINITELY HAVE YOU PROCEED WITH THE MARRIAGE!!! BIG MOM WAS KIND ENOUGH TO LEND US A PAIR... AND ONLY SHE POSSESSES THE KEYS TO ALL OF THOSE DEVICES."
