A note reads THE PRINCE HAS BEEN TRAPPED!! Sanji, masked and furious, growls, "...I'LL DEFINITELY HAVE YOU PROCEED WITH THE MARRIAGE!!!" Nearby, a long-haired man in a dark coat shouts, "DON'T TRY TO FORCIBLY REMOVE THEM!" while another yells, "CUT THE BULLSHIT!! GET THESE THINGS OFF OF ME!!!" A woman with wavy hair asks, "HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO REPEAT OURSELVESI" as hands reach for Sanji's wristlet. He snaps, "LET GO OF THE WRISTLET, SANJI!!" Electricity crackles with sound effect PIPI PIPI PIPI as Sanji struggles.

Sanji leaps from a high stone ledge, hands raised, as small figures scatter below with sound effects and motion lines. In close-up he grits his teeth, cigarette in mouth, declaring, "THESE PRECIOUS HANDS ARE NOT MEANT FOR FIGHTING, GOT ITI!" while gripping a struggling man's head. The man cries out in pain, "OWWWW WEEEE!!" A woman with curly hair struggles nearby. The final splash panel shows Whole Cake Island's massive castle complex as enormous impact lines and SFX explode across the sky. Sanji shouts, "GOD DAMN IT!!!"

The top-hatted man reflects, "I HAD CONSIDERED TAKING HIM TO MAMA AND BEGGING FOR HER FORGIVENESS. AFTER ALL, DESPITE EVERYTHING THAT'S BEEN GOING ON RECENTLY... On the northeastern coast of Whole Cake Island, the top-hatted man (Bege) yells "DOWN" while a child cries "BWAA AAAH!! PIPE, PIPE DOWN, JR.!" and "WAAAA AAAH!! WAAA AAH!!" Bege continues, "PIPE..." A large woman with a bow laughs heartily, "KYAHAHA, KYAHAHA!" while cradling the child. Bege tells the boy, "BUT ONCE PUBERTY KICKS IN, YOU BETTER BE ON YOUR WAY TO BECOMING A BADASS, SEXY GANG LEADER LIKE YOUR OLD MAN... AND DO THE FAMILY NAME PROUD!" The woman coos, "OH, LOOK AT HIM LAUGH ♡ HE'S SO PRECIOUS!" and "ALRIGHTY! DASA GOOD BOY~♡" Background figures watch as labels identify "BEGE'S SON CAPONE GANG PETZ" and "22ND DAUGHTER OF THE CHARLOTTE FAMILY (BEGE'S WIFE) CHARLOTTE CHIFFON." Large onomatopoeia "どどど" and "どん" punctuate the scene.

In the final panels the bound lion-mink stands before massive jaws in the sea as Bege states, "ONCE THEY'RE DONE WITH YOU, NOT A SINGLE HAIR ON THAT HEAD OF YOURS WILL REMAIN. Gunfire erupts as a figure on a cliff fires at the bound Pekoms. Pekoms screams "WAAAA AAHHH!!" and "WAAAAAA AHHHHH!!" while a voice asks, "ANY LAST WORDSI" Pekoms, still chained, roars back, "UNDERESTIMATING MAMA WILL BE YOUR DOWNFALL!!!" with a fierce close-up of his bared fangs and the sound effect "チリリ!!" Bege smirks in close-up as the gunfire continues. Pekoms is struck and sent flying backward in a large impact panel with "ドン" and motion lines, his body tumbling through the air amid smoke and debris while onlookers watch from the cliff.

In the opulent Queen's Chamber of Whole Cake Chateau, Big Mom lounges on her massive throne surrounded by candy and sweets. She leans forward with a wide grin and addresses the small figure kneeling before her. "Y-Y-YES, OF COURSE!!" Caesar Clown replies nervously. Big Mom continues, "HAVEN'T I, CAESAR CLOWNII I'VE BEEN SENDING YOU A SURPLUS OF FUNDS..." A sign on the wall reads "WHOLE CAKE CHATEAU 'THE QUEEN'S CHAMBER'". Caesar answers, "I'VE BEEN DILIGENTLY AND FAITHFULLY CONTINUING MY RESEARCH AS WELL!!" Big Mom's expression grows intense as she declares, "CAESAR... YOU AND YOU ALONE ARE MY ONLY HOPE OF MAKING THIS DREAM A REALITY. AND TO ENJOY A MEAL WITH MY DIVERSE FAMILY AT EYE LEVEL WHILE WE SIT AROUND WITH NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD!!! IS TO BECOME 'FAMILY' WITH ALL OF THE RACES OF THE WORLD... MY DREAM... YOU WERE TO USE THE POWER OF SCIENCE TO GIGANTIFY MY ENTIRE FAMILY!!"

Big Mom presses Caesar for results, asking how the research is progressing. Caesar sweats but forces a grin, replying, "IT... IS GOING... AMAZINGLY, THANKS TO YOU!!" HOW CLOSE YOU WERE TO PUTTING THE FINISHING TOUCHES ON YOUR RESEARCH! EVERY TIME I CALLED IN TO CHECK ON YOU, YOU'D TELL ME..." He admits the true focus of his work has been on gigantification experiments rather than longevity, lamenting that the research has mostly produced giants without sustained health. Big Mom's face twists in fury as she realizes the implications, shouting that she never imagined the Joker would have his ass handed to him and that the situation has become precarious.

Caesar quickly offers a solution, explaining that the Minister of Candy, a candy craftsman, was able to construct most of the specific lab using candy. He points to a distant figure and says they managed to obtain the blueprints. Big Mom reacts with surprise, "HEHI!" as the Minister of Candy stands in the background. Caesar reassures her, "IF THAT IS THE ONLY THING HOLDING YOU BACK, THEN YOU NEED NOT FRET. I HAVE ALREADY BUILT AN EXACT REPLICA OF YOUR PREVIOUS LAB." The scene shifts to a massive new laboratory complex labeled WCI, WCI-004, and SWEET CITY. Big Mom laughs with delight, "HAHAHAHA... MAMAMAMA! I'M SO EXCITED!" Caesar asks, "NOW THEN... I'M THINKING MAYBE A WEEKI NO MORE THAN TWO AT MOSTI" A voice from below yells, "TWO WEEKS MY ASS!! YOU WANT ME TO COME UP WITH SOMETHING... Charlotte Perospero looms over Caesar Clown with a wide grin, licking his candy cane staff. "LICKITY LICK♪" he says. "WHAT DO YOU THINK OF MY LATEST CREATION, CAESARI KUKUKU..." Caesar is squeezed inside a transparent candy trap, sweating and struggling. "HNGG!! THIS THING IS QUITE FASCINATING... WOULDN'T YOU AGREEI" Perospero continues, "IT LOOKS JUST AS SCRUMPTIOUS AS THE REAL THING, DOES IT NOTI IT WORKS IN VERY MUCH THE SAME WAY! LICKITY♪" In smaller panels, Caesar's subordinates react in panic: "OH YEAH... SURE... ENJOY..." "OI, BLACK LEG!! GIVE ME BACK MY HEART BEFORE YOU GALLAVANT OUT OF HERE!" "AHHH!!" On the south-western coast at night, Luffy gasps for air amid strange creatures. "WHEEZE... WHEEZE... I'M STARTING TO GET REALLY SICK OF REPEATING THIS PROCESS OVER AND OVER." A massive creature looms nearby as Luffy's friends appear in panic. "THAT'S A LOT OF FRIENDS YOU'VE GOT THERE." "...WOW, QUITE RIGHT YOU ARE." "I... FOUND THEM AGAIN!!"
